Good morning and happy Monday. Please let me know if you can hear me. I was chatting away and I noticed I was muted. Vanessa, here, you let me know in the chat if you can see my screen. Hey, Bill. Thank you. Thank you, David. All right, we’ve got Small Batch System.

00:00:27 Vanessa Roberts
May 13. Today’s the day. All right, good. Yep. Here. Thank you, JC. Oh, hey, I know you’re new. Yolanda, right?

00:00:36 Vanessa Roberts
Leonard. Terrance. Art. Hey. So glad everybody could come together today. I will. Well, while we’re letting everybody roll in, I’ll hit on a couple of hot topics that I know we’re going to get asked before we get into today’s training. The weight loss product that everyone is super excited about, our medical niche, exclusive to small batch promotion, is so close.

00:01:04 Vanessa Roberts
We are in the final stages of the cart process. So all of the legal compliance, all of that, we, you know, we’re cleared with that. Now. We’re working on making sure that when we give you a link to promote the product and it sells, that we’re able to track your commission and pay you. That’s a. That’s where we’re at. We’re working on the cart now. Final design on the website is finishing up.

00:01:34 Vanessa Roberts
So we all systems ago, we feel like we should be testing true sales in about ten days and then we should be able to go live pretty soon after that. So we are definitely in the final legs of the, of the health and wellness niche, the weight loss product, and again, the promotion, the ability to promote as an ambassador or an agent that is exclusively Small Batch System members. You will be the only folks, not just the first folks, the only folks that are able to take that to market. Our other revenue generator product that folks are asking about. Brian teased it, I should say, introduced the concept about a month ago. It is an automobile selling niche. It was in its infancy when Brian brought it up. We are just really excited to have started working on that product project.

00:02:38 Vanessa Roberts
It is still in preliminary phases, so we’ve been pushing the healthcare industry niche product project more close to the finish line. And as soon as we get that all wrapped up, then of course we will be shifting all of our attention onto the automotive opportunity. So both of those are still in the works today, I’d like to mention. Welcome. We’ve got some new folks with us. We’re so glad you’re here. I am going to run through a basic quick start of a Small Batch System and then we’re going to review our most recent campaigns. We have done a new test with the ERTC employee retention tax credit, lead generation, because with the April 15 deadline, many, many folks thought that it was over, that they could no longer file for amended returns and get their credit.

00:03:37 Vanessa Roberts
However, that only applied to the quarters in 2020. Okay, so we developed a campaign that addressed that question while also being a marketing email. We targeted blue states, if you’re familiar with those are the more the states that are lean, more liberal. So there were more conservative restrictions on the businesses, the blue states or blue cities within red states sometimes. But the cities in America that had the most restrictive government mandates so that those who did apply were most likely to receive the most quarters of eligibility. So we also targeted. So that was the geographic targeting. Our industrial targeting were human contact, personal care type industries, nail salons, physical therapy, hair salons, stuff where the government mandate made it so that they could not service their customers.

00:04:51 Vanessa Roberts
So the eligibility is off the charts for those. So that’s what we will be going over today. If you have any questions as we go along, I see Nikki is here with me. She will be in our chat and then I will be going hopping back and forth between the presentation and questions, trying to answer any questions as they pertain to what I’m talking about in the training. So we don’t, you know, go off into the weeds. But anything that’s not answered, we will have open Q and A at the end and I will try to take care of everybody. So if I don’t answer your question directly and immediately, it’s just because we’re trying to keep everything on track. Okay, so Small Batch System introduction.

00:05:32 Vanessa Roberts
So what is it? The simple answer is that Small Batch System is a response to the current challenges with digital online email marketing. So we all know that Google makes money when people pay for advertising, right? And email is pretty much free. So how does Google respond? It puts a stranglehold on folks ability to send email marketing. Right. They don’t want you to get sales from email marketing.

00:06:02 Vanessa Roberts
They want you to get sales, paying them for pay per click, paying for ranking high in their search, etcetera. So we saw the rules and we figured out a way to play the game by their rules, but still winter. Okay. When you log into the Small Batch System, your registered email address is your user id and your password is provided. If you have any trouble accessing, please reach out to support. We can help you. This is what you see when you log in. We’ve got our quick start guide.

00:06:32 Vanessa Roberts
First click here. Small Batch System course, that’s what you need to go through first go through the training and the training is five modules, comparing the platform, reviewing the test results of those platforms, Google changes and restrictions. That gets updated. That’s real time. So as Google changes the rules, we keep you informed. We also push out emails and Facebook notifications when we know that those substantial rules have changed. We also adjust our done for you systems so the services we provide you are constantly adjusting to those rule changes as well, so you’re constantly up to date. We have can spam training.

00:07:06 Vanessa Roberts
What you say matters how you say matters. Google is looking at your subject lines and your content and the can spam laws can get you shut down, can get you in trouble. So there’s some training on that. It is easy to adhere to and accommodate and abide by those laws if you simply know the rules. So we keep you informed there, then we have spam triggers to avoid. Like I said, how you say what you say and what you say matters. There are phrases and words that Google flags and we avoid them. So that training helps you if you’re crafting your own messages, helps you get better results because you’re avoiding those words.

00:07:51 Vanessa Roberts
And also, if you’re using other people’s content, say for example, an affiliate offer has given you email campaigns for you to run. You will know what to look for and make adjustments to their copy and swipe so that you get better results than your competitors. If a JV or an affiliate partner pushes out swipe and 100 folks or a thousand folks are using the same messaging, you will have a leg up on it because your messages are going to get into the inbox better, faster, more reliably than the competition because you’re using the Small Batch System and we teach you how to do that. Okay, on the right hand side here, these are your action steps. One jump to the small batch membership mastermind Facebook group join the Facebook group. If you’re not in there already, I would love to see your name. Brian and I and the entire admin staff, we’ve got the done for you team that’s in there and the support team we have. I think there’s 20 admins for that group all standing by to help you.

00:08:51 Vanessa Roberts
If it’s a technical personal problem like I need my done for you campaign set up or I can’t get my password, we will redirect you to support simply because we want to take better care of you. We take better care of you when we’re able to interact with you one on one. And you know, you don’t want to put your email out on Facebook, so we have to ask you personal information. We do want to do that through the ticketing system. And then we have jump to the members only training page. If everybody can see my mouse. This button right here goes to the same place as members only up here. The call you are on right now with me talking here today.

00:09:27 Vanessa Roberts
This is the members only training. We’re live. We do it twice a month and all the calls are recorded and we publish them on the members only page so that you can access them if you want to review and recap if you were here. Great. A lot of times we know scheduling is tough. Some folks have to take it away for a lunch break in their job. That’s why we hold these at noon every other Monday because we try to be as accommodating to working schedules as possible. But we know it’s not always possible for everybody.

00:10:03 Vanessa Roberts
So we do record them and put them in the members only library. Okay, this is what that members only page looks like. When you log in, you’ll see your personal join meeting link. Mine says admin because I’m an admin. Yours will have a full gotowebinar URL there. We also have the schedule published on the page, as you can see. But if you ever aren’t totally sure, you can click your link to the calls that blue where mine says admin and yours will have your link and it provides for you the date and time of the next call and the whole future schedule of all the calls. How important is it for us to go through all the missed live training sessions before getting started or just need to go through beginning training to get started?

00:10:50 Vanessa Roberts
Connie, that is a fantastic question. It is not necessary for you to go through all of the training before you get started. You can go through just the course and then use the DFY to get started. On each DfY page there’s a little how to video, so that is totally reasonable. And then after, like it takes. Okay, so the first step should be getting your email warmed up. And I’m going to go through that. See, let me jump.

00:11:21 Vanessa Roberts
These are the resources, so I don’t want to jump too far. How do I go back? There we go. I’m going to walk you through the done for you getting started, Connie. But to answer your question, no, I do recommend that you get your email account warming up and then you have five days to wait while that happens. That’s when you should focus on going through the members only training. And we’ll walk through it. Okay, so inside the members area.

00:11:47 Vanessa Roberts
So here was the members only page. The next page is resources. This is where you’re going to find all of the tools and campaigns that we have developed for you to use. Okay? That’s different than the done for you. This is for you to use if you want to do things yourself or if you just want to see the things that we are using in the done for you section. So for example, the ERTC deal generation campaign, the alpha testing of this, the first round we had three different types of campaigns and you can review exactly what those campaigns were here. We also have a generic lead generation campaign.

00:12:26 Vanessa Roberts
We have local growth birthday email templates as we develop campaigns for you to use where we write the content or get approval to share them, and they run through our testing and our spam trap filtering so they are optimized for your use. They are published here under resources. You can take any of these campaigns and edit them further to make them completely your own, or you can use them as is right. Let’s see. I already have Aweber as a platform, but don’t see it in your comparison of platforms. My opinion, we tested platforms that were great for cold email outreach. Aweber is a great CRM. Once someone has opted in, once someone has engaged with your cold email outreach, we recommend then transferring them over into your warm CRM client retention manager, client relationship manager.

00:13:35 Vanessa Roberts
And that’s when you would use Aweber. Aweber. We don’t recommend it for cold email outreach. Is there a guide on how to get an email account and with any recommended provider? Tamer, I believe you’re just talking about your core like Vanessa mail.com. no, we don’t have a guide on that. We recommend GoDaddy or namecheap are tools that we’ve used. Give me 1 second.

00:14:23 Vanessa Roberts
Sorry about that. Okay, a guide to get an email account with any recommended provider. Like I said, we use GoDaddy as my first choice because their support is fantastic. If you’re not familiar with. If you’ve never set up a domain with an email, I would say go with GoDaddy just because they’re so, so helpful and you don’t need to pay for any other service, you can use their free webmail. Some of the platforms that we endorse do require Google workspace, but if you’re not familiar with that, and if you don’t want to pay that additional expense, you do not have to. You can use going through the small batch course where we have analyzed and compared the platforms. Just find a platform that does not require Google login, Google workspace login, and then you can use the free web mail with a free service.

00:15:17 Vanessa Roberts
So like the perfect combination of that, that most of our folks who are just starting off use is the mailjet, because you don’t need any, you don’t have to pay for anything else. There’s a free mailjet version. Okay. So under resources here, you can see all of the campaigns that we have produced and tested that you are able to grab and use. These are also provided in our done for you service as a dropdown. If you use a done four U service, just as is, there’s no further customization. But if you do want to customize, simply save it as a new Google Doc, make any changes. And when you’re filling out your done for you form, load up that Google Doc and we’re going to use it exactly how you have customized it.

00:16:04 Vanessa Roberts
Okay, we have new campaigns out the ERTC 2024 campaign. This is what we’re going to be going over today. This specifically addresses that the ERTC is not over. We have another year. We have till April 2025 to generate returns, amended returns for folks. And the great news is that 75% of all the funds that are claimable that these businesses are entitled to come in the 2021 quarters. So in 2020 quarters were established, the maximum amount of credit per w two employee was $5,000. The 2021 credits for eligible quarters are 21,000.

00:16:49 Vanessa Roberts
Right. So there, they have missed out. That just, that adds to the fomo, to the scarcity. You’ve already missed out on this. But don’t worry, the bulk of what you can qualify for is still available to you. So they haven’t missed out on enough to dissuade them, to make them think it’s not worth it to apply. So the messaging, the positioning is really strong and the opportunity is still strong because our fee, and thus your commission is based on the amount of credits they receive. Right.

00:17:20 Vanessa Roberts
You want to make sure that they’re getting as much money as possible to make sure that your commission is substantial. Great news. 2021 credits are still, again, 75% of the available funds. So terrific. There any questions? All right, and our resources FAQ. Under the resources dropdown, these are what we get asked about a lot. So we made FAQ.

00:17:43 Vanessa Roberts
You can go through it. If you have a question that’s not addressed here, send in a support ticket. And if we get asked it enough, we’re going to add it to the FAQ. All right. Comparing platform. So under the Small Batch System course, Yolanda, you’re absolutely right. We did not test a Weber. It’s not great for cold outreach.

00:18:04 Vanessa Roberts
So we took the top comparable, most popular tools and we ran these tests and then we have shared the evaluation of all of them. You don’t have to use one of these, you can use anything you want. This is what we determined were what we wanted to test because we thought, we assumed that they were the best. Right? Then we took the top six performing and put our gold star endorsement on it. Those are the platforms that we provide done for you, services for. Again, that does not limit you. If you want to use Sendgrid, Aweber, if you want to manually send emails one at a time, you absolutely can.

00:18:49 Vanessa Roberts
And you absolutely can use the Small Batch System. You are not limited. Our entire principle operating procedure is we want to empower you to find success in the system in a way that it fits your business needs. Right? Not insisting that you spend a lot more money. Don’t throw money at a problem. Don’t throw good money after bad. Start with what works for you and grow once you know what works.

00:19:17 Vanessa Roberts
Okay, Michael says, I’ve been trying to get accounts warmed up and have not had a reply in seven days. Last message I received stated they needed a code to log into my account seven days ago. All right, Michael, if you’re having trouble with two factor authentication, I believe that’s what you are referring to. Our team does have to log into your core email account in order to warm it up. Not a platform, these are the platforms. Remember Brevo, bus stream, gnas, HubSpot? We have to log into, for example, michaelmail.com. so you will need to coordinate with them about getting that code.

00:19:53 Vanessa Roberts
So why don’t you reply back to your ticket and say, hey, we need to set up a time that we can both be online so I can give you this code immediately. We have a system where you can book an appointment so that we can schedule being on calls at the same time or online at the same time. It is tricky, this. It is a hurdle that we have to work hard to overcome so that we can get into your account and perform the service. So I understand it’s frustrating, but just reply to that ticket. I will keep an eye out for it and I’ll make sure that the team is aware so that we can take care of that for you. Okay, let’s see. So sending from my website would be okay?

00:20:32 Vanessa Roberts
That’s an excellent question. If you are sending cold email, which is what Small Batch System is all about, do not use your primary email address. Okay. You need at least one email address that is not on the same domain as your website that you are able to send cold emails from, right? Because you can follow all of the rules and still get a domain, what we call burned. It can get on a bad list. It can get reported as spam. You can just stop getting the results that you want.

00:21:05 Vanessa Roberts
You do not want your primary URL associated with that reputation, right? So if your website is website.com, you could get a cold email sending domain, website.net website dot info. So do you see what I’m saying? It’s the same core URL. It relates back to your agency or to your business. Or you can pick something completely different. You could pick a URL that is specific to the offer that you are promoting. So it’s up to you.

00:21:32 Vanessa Roberts
But yes, do not use your primary business email for cold email marketing. Tracy asks, my question is my domains are through GoDaddy but hosted at Hostgator. I’m struggling with domain authentication and SpFDKM. Would it be easier to point domain back to GoDaddy and set up there if you don’t have a website? Right. If it’s just purely email, I would absolutely recommend run your email through the registrar where you bought the URL. So in this case, in your example, it would be GoDaddy if you paid GoDaddy the $9.99 a year for your domain and you are not building a website. Keep it simple.

00:22:09 Vanessa Roberts
Keep it all in the same house. Does that answer your question, Tracy? All right, watching the. I’ll jump back and see. Okay, so inside the course, after we compare the platforms, we ran campaign tests. So you can see that while we tested all of the platforms, we analyzed all of the platforms and give you all of the information so you can make your own choice. We ran campaigns on all of them and these were our six top providers. We originally had five.

00:22:43 Vanessa Roberts
If you listen to old training, we did test and vet instantly, instantly, later, after our original launch of Small Batch System and it proved itself to be really great. Great results. Everybody loves it. So we vetted it, we tested it, we endorsed it, and now it is part of our done for you services. So we are constantly expanding our testing and if we find something that we believe will work for everyone, we then add it to our system as a service we provide and we train our staff on using it so that they can give you excellent service. We can’t add everything, obviously, we can’t do one offsite, but if it is a benefit for the entire group and we want to recommend it, we will add it to our services out of the current six. Which is your favorite? Best?

00:23:33 Vanessa Roberts
Every campaign we test, we then present the results most consistently. While not always the top number one on every campaign, but consistently a solid performer for the price, which in some cases they have a free version. Mailjet. My second would be instantly. Streak is also always top three. So those are my three favorites. But you have to find the balance for you. Ease of use.

00:24:03 Vanessa Roberts
Are you only going to use DFY? How do you like reading the results? Right, because to see how things perform, you log into the system and you evaluate the results. So play around with what you. Oh, and then obviously cost is a factor. Instantly is expensive. It’s expensive, but it has lots of tools. It does scale up.

00:24:28 Vanessa Roberts
So I would say starting off mailjet because it’s free and then it would be instantly or streak for me. Okay, so again, Small Batch System course dropdown test results. Mailjet test results. This is what you’ll see. 40% open rate, 6% click through. Legion campaign, the ERTC campaign, again, solid 40% results, 11% click through. Really great results. But you can compare our top six, the results right there.

00:25:02 Vanessa Roberts
And then again, like I said, we have ongoing testing that I present to you twice a month on the different campaigns and so it fluctuates. All right, so our done for you services, this is, you know, the, the million dollar services. You know, how do you have an entire staff of 15 dedicated, experienced, seasoned professionals do the work for you? Simple Small Batch System members get our team that literally run these five days a week for Brian Anderson, multi million dollar nine figure marketer, brick and mortar service provider. This is what we do. We run this system all the time for generating ERTC deals, affiliate sales. This is what we do. And the people who do it for us will do it for you.

00:25:56 Vanessa Roberts
We lined up our done for you services in the order in which we think you should go through them to get started. The bonus done for you, unlimited lead generation. This is email addresses, basically for any niche industry, business type in the world, in any geographic location in the industry. So if you wanted to target restaurants in Manhattan or nail salons in Dubai, whatever you want to do, you tell us who and where every single day. We will give you a list. And what I mean by unlimited is we don’t limit the results. If a thousand results come back in the criteria you give us, we will give you all of them. So request a list every day.

00:26:37 Vanessa Roberts
Make your list different every day. If you request the same criteria day after day after day, you’re just going to get the same list, right? So don’t do that. Expand your list. Get started on that immediately. There’s no need to wait. Start building your list. Second thing you should do, as soon as you finish the form for unlimited legion, swoop right over to account warmup.

00:26:59 Vanessa Roberts
This is exactly what it sounds like. If you have a brand new domain that you’ve never sent an email address out of, Google is going to be wary of that. That’s what scammers do, right? They buy a bunch of domains and they start sending scammy emails out 30 seconds after they buy the domain, right? So what we do is with your account warm up, you set up your email address and you give us your username and password. Our team logs in as you to the webmail. Like I said, free webmail. Or if you’ve set up a Google workspace, we will log into your Google workspace account.

00:27:34 Vanessa Roberts
Not your streak, not your mailjet, your actual email account. Okay? This is where that two factor authentication comes in. Don’t turn it on if it gives you the option. It makes things difficult. So skip two factor authentication at this time. Give us a week. Just give us a week to do the work.

00:27:53 Vanessa Roberts
Without two factor authentication, we will log in and then we’ll send a series of 50 emails from you to email addresses that we own and control the email address. The email account that you own sends these messages to us, essentially our team. We then take those emails, we open them, we read them, we add you to our contacts, we mark them, never spam. We drag them into the inbox. If it landed in promotions, we click the links, we reply to the messages, okay? We do every single positive interaction task that can be done because every single one of those things tells Google, hey, this person sending this email is sending email information or information via email that is valuable, desired, wanted, not spam, etcetera. So those five days of us interacting with emails sent from your account establishes a baseline positive reputation with the powers that be. Okay, starting off with a strong reputation puts you light years ahead when you start sending information cold emails, right?

00:29:06 Vanessa Roberts
So that takes about five days. Give us, you know, a working seven days. Give us a week, Monday to Monday, five business days to perform that action. After that’s done, we’ll let you know. Hey, your account’s warmed up. You’re ready to proceed. Jump into the done for you campaign setup. Okay?

00:29:23 Vanessa Roberts
So that week, while we’re doing your account warm up, that gives you time to decide what are you going to offer? Are you going to promote an affiliate offer, a product, an econ product, are you going to promote ertc lead generation? Whatever you’re going to do, you’ll have that set up. Are you going to use the campaigns as is? Do you want to make customizations? Whatever you want to do. When you come to the done for you campaign setup, you’ll tell us, hey, here’s who I want to talk to and give us a list of 75 people. It can be a list you already have, a list you purchased, or it can be a list from our done for you unlimited lead generation, the list that you’ve been requesting every day.

00:30:02 Vanessa Roberts
Okay, one campaign, 75 contacts. Why 75? Because we’re going to run it through an email cleaner. Okay? We’re going to check to see if any of those emails are dead. Bounce, spam trap, catch alls right, anything that Google doesn’t like, Google doesn’t like the email address. We’re not going to use it. So 75 is a pretty safe number.

00:30:25 Vanessa Roberts
It usually gives us 50 or 60 contacts, which falls within the range of a small batch. Okay, so you give us a 75, we clean it, we then import load it up into your email platform. Okay, so not your email address anymore, that’s already warmed up. Now we’re gonna log into your email platform, streak instantly, mailjet, brevo, etcetera. Okay, we set up the campaign of your choosing. Either a done for you campaign with no edits, which is simple, point and click and pick, done. Or if you’ve written your own campaign, or you gotten an affiliate marketing campaign from a product where someone has given you content, or if you hired a copywriter, it doesn’t matter where it came from. We will take the content you provide and we will load it up.

00:31:11 Vanessa Roberts
Now we also, if you give us content here, we recommend that you use our can spam and spam trigger analysis. If you’re generating your own content, let us check that for you. We’ll write back and say, hey, our analysis shows that you’ve made income claims. You’ve used the term million dollar five times. These are things that set up alarm bells with Google. We recommend you say this instead. We recommend you do this instead. So then with your approval, we set up your campaign the way you want it.

00:31:42 Vanessa Roberts
On the days that you tell us to set it up, say you want ten emails to go out Monday through Friday for two weeks. We will set up ten emails for you on the schedule which you have requested. We load your list, we fix your merge fields. If you want the address of the business to be mentioned in the email, which is a powerful way to connect and make something personalized. If that email address is included in the list you provide and tip Pro tip, it is included on the unlimited lead generation lists we give you. Okay. We will do those merge fields as you indicate in your campaign. Right.

00:32:20 Vanessa Roberts
Some lists include business owner name. That’s powerful too. If you have that data, we will set up the merge field for you. We then launch the email campaign for you. It will run the duration that you have established. So again, if you’ve asked for ten days, we are going to set up a ten day multi touch campaign for you. You will be able to watch the results of that campaign in real time through your email sending platform. Okay, any questions about the done for you and what I just ran through?

00:32:47 Vanessa Roberts
I know it gave you a lot of information really fast. If we got an email warm up done, but for whatever reason, don’t use it right away. How long is it still considered warm and okay to use? Terrence, great question. I would say if you’re not damaging your relationship, it should be okay, right? So a couple of weeks is fine. If you know it’s going to be longer than that, just do another account warmup request. We don’t want to burn up the done for you team spending time on accounts like that.

00:33:20 Vanessa Roberts
So try not to let it get called just because it’s a waste of your time and frankly, the teams. Right. But if it’s been longer than a month and you’ve got a special situation, you can ask for it to be rewarmed again. You may get a notice back that we’ve already done it. Right. In that case, it may need to get escalated. We can have a conversation like special circumstances because we generally do not warm up the same email address two times. But that’s an excellent question.

00:33:46 Vanessa Roberts
We never want to leave you in a position where you feel like you can’t be successful. So these are not rules that are written in stone, like, we absolutely won’t. But you might get it. You might get a form response, right? A little copy paste, we don’t do it twice kind of thing. But I just reach out, I’ll get involved. We can make it work for you. Okay.

00:34:06 Vanessa Roberts
I keep getting an error on email warm up. It says, please do not fill out the subject line field. Okay. There shouldn’t be a subject line field if that is a problem. So I will look at the form rod. Thank you. Seems like that’s a technical error on our spot, on our side. Okay.

00:34:22 Vanessa Roberts
Let me know if you have any more questions about the DFY. I think I’ve answered them all. But if I missed it, just give me a QQQ so I can flag. Okay. All right, so this is what the DFY lead generation list request form looks like. You tell us your name and your registered email address. This is members only, right? If somebody else managed to hack their way in and find this form, if they gave us an email address that wasn’t a member, you guys, VIP’s, right?

00:34:51 Vanessa Roberts
We would say, no, you don’t get this. The list we generate may contain any combination of the following data. Because this is data that is publicly information that is publicly available. We cannot guarantee that every contact record will have all of this information. But if it is publicly available, we will get it and we will give it to you. Full business name, business email address, website link, postal address, and track which leads are using their Facebook Pixel or Google remarketing. What we also have, and it’s not listed here, we give you the direct link to their LinkedIn. Direct link to their Facebook page.

00:35:31 Vanessa Roberts
And let’s just take it out of email for a second. Think how powerful this is, right? You send these cold emails, you see who clicked. Maybe they didn’t convert. Maybe they didn’t buy. They just clicked. You then go back to your original list, find their Facebook page, send them a message. Hey, it’s Tracy.

00:35:49 Vanessa Roberts
I saw you were interested in da da da da da that I was telling you about. Do you have any questions? Here’s that link again. Remember, the discount expires on Saturday. Oh, there’s only three left. I saw you were interested in this. Get right into their Facebook DM’s. Right.

00:36:04 Vanessa Roberts
The backup power right there. Incredible. Okay, then what niche? Think of a niche for this field as a keyword. If you were doing a search and you wanted to find all the restaurants in Atlanta, then your niche is restaurants. There is an other field. When you drop this down, you can choose other, and then you can just type it in. It will open up a field for you to type in your keyword or your niche request, your city.

00:36:34 Vanessa Roberts
We can only search within one state at a time, but we can search five cities, up to five cities at a time. And the way the results work is it’s not the physical address of the business. It is does the business market that they service this area? So if you’re hitting. You don’t have to get every tiny little substreet, right. If you hit the big cities in a state, most businesses market that they advertise, I’m sorry that they service those big cities. So listing the big cities in a certain, you know, in North Georgia, you’re going to get the majority of your industry. If you ask for a bizop list every day, will you get the same list over and over?

00:37:16 Vanessa Roberts
Because it doesn’t ask for the city and state? Bruce. No. The team cycles through the biz op list. Think of it like a deck of cards. If they deal out the first name like the first card on a stack, a deck, it then goes to the bottom of the deck. Right. So we’ve got 2.5 million biz op names, so the likelihood of getting the same is very small, but it also means that you won’t get the same list as someone else.

00:37:46 Vanessa Roberts
Right. All right, I’m sorry I jumped. Okay, so that’s your list. We cultivate it, and then we send you a link to download it. It comes in the form of a ticket through Getsupport Bizdez. If you have not set up your account at Getsupport Biz, that is our help desk. But that is also where all of our done for you services are managed out of. By setting up your account at Getsupport biz, you register yourself.

00:38:10 Vanessa Roberts
We don’t create an account for you. Use your Small Batch System email address and set your own password. This way you can log in and see your ticket history, which also means it’s basically a library of every list we’ve ever created for you. And you can also see the status of your done four you requests right there. Right, done for you. Email account warmup. This is what the request looks like. First name, last name, and small batch email your email address for warmup.

00:38:37 Vanessa Roberts
Again, let’s say vanessamail.com, we need the password to that webmail account. Again, not a platform example, we could log in through Google’s Gmail if you had a workspace account like where do you set up now? What platform do you plan to use? Not what platform do you use? Right. That’s just the FYI. It is not required. Okay, it’s a required question, but you’re not locked in.

00:39:02 Vanessa Roberts
You can change your mind. We use that information for, I guess, forecasting how many team members we need to have trained on every account. Right? So we basically, if you tell us you’re going to use instantly, we have a five day warning period to make sure we have enough folks for the following week set up to run instantly. So that is internal management information right there. Okay, done for you. Content can spam and spam trigger analysis. Again, this is if you have written your own content, you’ve paid a copywriter you use, chat, GPT, or an affiliate gave you an email campaign that they think you should use to sell their product.

00:39:45 Vanessa Roberts
It doesn’t matter where you got the content, please check it. Every email we send internally for Brian goes through this same analysis, right? It’s going to make your message shorter, cleaner, take out your spam words and make it so that those emails don’t get flagged. No matter how great you think an email is, or how perfectly worded, if it is a spam flag trigger and it doesn’t get there, it doesn’t matter how great it is, right? It only matters if it hits the inbox. So, any questions on this? So we do analyze the data and then send your report back with recommended changes. This is what you said, for example, this is what you should say.

00:40:31 Vanessa Roberts
How many different businesses does Mailjet allow me to promote? Dusty, great question. Mailjet does not restrict what you promote at all. I believe you’re asking the bigger picture is how many can you. We recommend one campaign per email address at a time, right? So if you have a five day email campaign going, which means about 50 contacts get an email every day that’s in a campaign, you’ve got it set up for five days, that’s going to tie up that one email address, because it’s a per day number of email contacts, right? So if you want to send additional opportunities, a different additional things you’re promoting, all you have to do is set up a new email address and add that email address to your mailjet account. Now most, or I’ll say all the platforms will charge you more.

00:41:34 Vanessa Roberts
The more emails you add, the more sending sender accounts you have. Mailjet has a free version, but it’s only one email account, right? You can only send from one address. So if you want to send ten different campaigns in a day, you absolutely can, but you have to pay for that account level. Makes sense. And finally, the done for you campaign setup. Before we set your campaign for you, you must have gone through the account warm up. We will not set up email campaigns if you have not gone through our internal email account warm up.

00:42:11 Vanessa Roberts
That’s the protocol, right? You can say that. Oh, I’ve already warmed it up. I’ve had it for da da da da da. Our system is for done for you campaign setup. Your email address needs to have gone through our system. So again, first thing, as soon as you get started with done for you system, a Small Batch System, do the done four u account warmup. Okay, campaign platform login details.

00:42:36 Vanessa Roberts
Again, simple. How do you log into brevo streak instantly, user id password for the platform, go through and answer the questions. We have a dropdown list where you can choose the campaigns that are already in our system to use as is, or there’s a space for you to attach a file if you’ve written your own campaign. Okay. A new add on that we’ve added is domain help analysis. If you feel like you’re not getting the results that you think you should, right. Your opens are abysmal. Why?

00:43:11 Vanessa Roberts
What happened? Last week I got 40% open rates. This I’ve got 1%. Like what happened? Probably something happened to your domain health, or something’s not set up correctly, or something’s broken. Let us check. We will check your domain. So if I was sending from vanessamail.com, comma, my domain is email.com.

00:43:31 Vanessa Roberts
it could have wound up on a spam list. Somebody might have reported it. That’s okay, it’s fixable. But we need to know what’s going on. So our team will do the research and pull the report, find out what’s wrong, and then share with you the recommended solution. This is not something we can fix for you. If your domain has a problem, however, taking the report that we give you and going to your host or your registrar, for example, goDaddy, and saying to GoDaddy, hey, this is what’s wrong with my domain. Can you help me?

00:44:02 Vanessa Roberts
They will help you. They are invested in you as a customer. They have control over their servers, etcetera. They will help you solve the problem. But being armed with the tools of knowing exactly what the problem is is invaluable. Because if you go to them and say, hey, my emails aren’t getting delivered, they won’t provide the support. But being able to say, I know that this is the problem, help me solve it, boom, they’ll get you done, no problem. All right, jumping back to the questions, is using Gmail for an address wise?

00:44:33 Vanessa Roberts
Absolutely not. Do not use a free email. Do not use outlook.com comma@gmail.com comma@yahoo.com no. Terrible, terrible, terrible spam risk. You do have to buy a domain and get your email address set up. Would be nice to have a separate webinar for newcomers, so those who have been here for months do not have to sit through the same information over and over. Michael, I absolutely understand. We usually only do a recap like this once every couple of months.

00:44:59 Vanessa Roberts
So it’s not, it’s not every webinar. But I also know that folks that have been here for a long time. Some of them haven’t gotten started yet. So a quick how to and what do I do? And how do I do? It is usually beneficial every couple of months for about 85 or 90% of the audience. So, Michael, I’m sorry, you don’t need it. I am here to answer any questions that you may have.

00:45:21 Vanessa Roberts
Pop them in and I will do my best to take care of you as well. All the DFY services are offered only once. Then we have to pay for additional requests. No, no, no, no. Unlimited done for you as long as you’re a Small Batch System member. No, we do not charge per use, right? No. That’s a great question.

00:45:41 Vanessa Roberts
I love the answer. Everything is unlimited. I will say that unlimited within reason. If we get somebody who requests, the parameters are done for you. Requests for campaign setup, five per day. If you do more than five per day, we will accept it, but it becomes deprioritized. Meaning anyone who has requested four or fewer campaigns in a day will get set up first and then a campaign request for more than five will take. What’s the opposite of precedent?

00:46:19 Vanessa Roberts
And we do that because we have folks who have scaled up and are sending 2030 campaigns and getting them all started on the same day is tough, right? I definitely think it’s easier. Just stagger them. Right? Probably help your overall management of what you’re doing. But we have folks that are just starting and only have one or two campaigns. We cannot not take care of 50 single campaigns because one person has 40 all by themselves. Right.

00:46:47 Vanessa Roberts
So stagger your request. Five per day is completely reasonable. If you have to set up six or ten or 20, that’s fine. Submit all the requests. But do understand that they will be taken care of after folks who have a single campaign. So other than that, everything is unlimited. One list per day, but it’s unlimited results. Everything that comes back from our search will be delivered.

00:47:13 Vanessa Roberts
All right. Different campaigns on the same day will require multiple email accounts, correct? Yes, exactly. One campaign per email address. All right. Sample domain health report. So this is the kind of report that you would get. See, it tells you exactly what’s wrong.

00:47:30 Vanessa Roberts
The red x’s are absolutely like not a warning. You have to fix this or things will not work. The yellow are warning. We think you should match. We think you should take care of this. But you can take this report directly to your registrar and they will knock it out for you. Great. Okay.

00:47:49 Vanessa Roberts
We have added bonus training. This is really like if you’re new to Internet marketing and getting started and maybe. Don’t know, don’t know the ropes. Haven’t walked the walk down these busy streets for years and years. This is great. Just fundamental information to be consumed at your leisure, not something that has to be gone through before you get started again. Once you choose your email platform and get your account warmed up, nothing stopping you from getting going. This is just additional information to help your overall foundation.

00:48:28 Vanessa Roberts
All right. Now, a key feature of the Small Batch System are revenue generators. This is where we vet our opportunities for you to generate revenue, right? That’s what we’re all here for. We’re sending emails to make money online, right? So having the platforms, I’m sorry, the opportunities and the JV partners and the products that are going to help you make sales. That’s why we have the revenue generators portion of the membership. We will have the originator of the product usually come on and do a presentation to educate you on the product and then give you the opportunity to sign up as a promoter.

00:49:15 Vanessa Roberts
Right. Often you have an exclusive opportunity to promote, for example, ErTc. We are not allowing anyone to become an agent that is not a small batch member. Now, there was an open door policy where folks could join previously. At this time it is not available to anyone other than small batch members. So that we can give you exclusive training and make sure that you are. You have all of the most updated information, like I just talked about, the 2020 versus 2021 credits. We have this forum where I can speak directly to you, giving you that information that gives you the ability to market effectively.

00:49:59 Vanessa Roberts
Local city places the click generator. These are various affiliate products. Some have a cost associated like the click generator. You had to buy the product. It was $5 to be able to promote, but that was simply so that the market wasn’t flooded with spammers. Right? Local city places was free to sign up and you got paid even if you never emailed anyone, because you could get paid for generating leads by writing reviews yourself. This is all available in where’s the.

00:50:29 Vanessa Roberts
Oh, I need a new picture of our menu. But revenue generators is on the navigation bar right up top at the start of the navbar so that you can find everything. Last week our testing was the ERTC 2024 campaign. Like I said, we were focusing on the fact that we’re educating folks that the ERTC was not over. It’s still. You’re still able to file your amended returns and that the money is still there. Here you can see mailjet was our far and away winner with 42% open rates. Remember the google average for open rates for warm lists for all emails.

00:51:13 Vanessa Roberts
Like me, if I emailed my husband or my kid. Like the across the board open rate for emails, it’s 20%. So to get 42% on a cold email, fabulous, right? Our worst performing. Yes. Where? 15%. Cold email.

00:51:31 Vanessa Roberts
Cold email. Right. 15%. So the average here, we’ve got 20%. So our average on cold email was the same as Google’s overall open rate average. So that’s pretty great. Here you can see. And all of this will be added into the members area so that you can analyze the numbers as you see fit.

00:51:51 Vanessa Roberts
They were all five day emails, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, all sent about the same time. Different platforms stagger their time differently. They don’t send them all out. Like, if I scheduled it for 10:00 a.m. they wouldn’t all hit at 10:00 a.m. they’ll send one and then wait five minutes and send another, etcetera. Oh, I have a sneeze. Sorry, I.

00:52:13 Vanessa Roberts
So I can’t tell you, like the best time of day to send an email. Right. They go as they are metered out for deliverability. The standard way these emails work is that you’ll get a lot of people open on the first one. As they click, they are removed from future emails. So having it go from 29 to 24 to 26, 25, that is also reflective in the fact that once they click, they are no longer in this calculation. Right. So 25% here is based on the people who had not yet clicked.

00:52:52 Vanessa Roberts
Right. So if they clicked on their first email, boom, they’re not getting the second. Right. That’s also how you avoid getting reported for spam. Okay, so these were our click rates. Streak had a 92%. Mailjet had a 94% click rate. Incredible, right?

00:53:12 Vanessa Roberts
I would take, well, GM’s had none, so I wouldn’t recommend it for here. Who knows? You know, we have outliers, things, strange things happen, but even the middle of the range is incredible. Open rates. I’m sorry, click rates. Once they open it, these people definitely were interested. They opened it with intention. They were, they were, they wanted to know what was being said and they went all the way through mailjet.

00:53:38 Vanessa Roberts
91%. 89%. So this email, the content of this email converted. Right. Let’s see. Bruce asks, do you have to have, do you have to buy the actual product from the revenue generators in order to promote it? No, no, no, you do not. Like I said one, that the click generator, the click guarantee product, he did require you buy the $5 version, but that was to keep the market from being flooded with spam.

00:54:12 Vanessa Roberts
Did I understand you say that once someone clicks on an email, they don’t ever get a follow up? Yes. What do we do in a single campaign? So that’s how a multi touch campaign works. If you have a campaign set up to go out every day for five or ten days and someone clicks, you don’t want to keep sending them interest generating emails. You’ve already generated their interest, right. They’ve clicked. You got them right.

00:54:36 Vanessa Roberts
They’re a hot lead now. That’s where the next step comes up. Like I said, follow up with them on a Facebook messenger, move them over into your actual client retention manager, your CRM. Right. Give them a follow up phone call. You got them the cold email, did their job. They clicked. Right.

00:54:55 Vanessa Roberts
They’re hot now. They’re not cold anymore. They’re hot. Is there a rate for the percentage of clickers? Yes, you can every. It’s not a dashboard that you can just look at to see. He wants to know, is there a way to track clickers for conversions, for actually buying the product? You will have to look at your click rate in your email platform versus your affiliate dashboard.

00:55:21 Vanessa Roberts
That shows you where you made sales. Right. So you have to compare the two platforms. But yes, there is a way to track your clickers to your sales. What is the deal with birthday formula revenue generator? Is that for us to promote? Yes. Yes.

00:55:39 Vanessa Roberts
You can promote the birthday formula. If you’re using the birthday formula, you can promote your services to a yemenite local business. Right. So you’re not selling birthday formulas to other business opportunity seekers. That that revenue generator is you selling the service of generating leads for small businesses to those small businesses. Right. And we have a training on that, on the birthday page. If you go there, it’ll train you on that specific revenue generator.

00:56:12 Vanessa Roberts
How would I pull an email list of SMMA type marketing agencies? I don’t know what any of those words are, Corey, so I can’t help you. Oh, in a particular geographic region, I’m not sure. Send me a ticket and we can talk about how, how we can get you some lists or I can direct you to the right place. Is there training on the best way to follow up to keep marketing to them until they buy or die? If yes, where is it at this time? We haven’t expanded to that yet, Connie. The Small Batch System is the cold email lead generation, getting them to the offer.

00:56:52 Vanessa Roberts
But that’s a great next step that we will be diving into what to do after they’re not cold anymore. And it’s the same premise. It’s a small batch. You just take your clickers, put them into a new list and send them a different kind of email following up. I saw you were interested in that kind of thing. We just don’t have the campaigns written for you. But yeah, basically it’s just a segment of your list and another done for you campaign. You would just write the content.

00:57:19 Vanessa Roberts
Do we get a list of the hot emails that click through the SBS dashboard? Okay, well, there’s not an SBS dashboard. Your dashboard is your platform. So if you choose to use instantly or if you choose to use mailjet, or if you choose to use streak, yes, all of your clicks and opens are available to you in real time in your platform? Absolutely, yes. Can I get some help installing David? Hey. Yep, that would be through.

00:57:49 Vanessa Roberts
That is not our product. That product is from Jason Dell. He can help you. Oh, it says you’re not happy with them, with how they’ve helped you. All right, I can help you connect with Jason. So send me a ticket at Goodsupport Biz and I will reach out on your behalf. David, that’s another benefit of small batch and us having our exclusive access to the product creators. They step up and want to be a part of small batch so they have accountability to us.

00:58:20 Vanessa Roberts
I can absolutely facilitate that communication. David, please, please, please. You stated we only pay for the one of the revenue generators so we get access to the birthday formula or do we have to purchase? Michael, if you want to provide the birthday formula as a service to businesses, okay, then yes, you would have to be a member of the birthday formula. So that’s not an affiliate product that you’re selling to someone else. The revenue generator there is that you are providing a service to a business and you’re using small batch to sell that service. But if the service fulfillment is a product, in this case the birthday formula, then yes, you would be responsible for paying for the birthday formula for the fulfillment. Okay.

00:59:14 Vanessa Roberts
The affiliate products that you’re selling as an affiliate marketer, where you’re simply promoting something that someone else will buy, not from you, not a service you’re going to provide then yeah, no, you don’t have to pay for those kind of things. What is your support email again? We don’t use an email. We use the support desk. Getsupport biz. When people use email for support, funny enough, ironically, Google sometimes blocks your questions as spam. Right? So to be absolutely sure that we see every single request or question that you have, we ask that you visit GetSport Biz, make sure you log into your account.

00:59:51 Vanessa Roberts
If you haven’t already logged in or created an account at Getsupport biz for support, please do so. Please use your Small Batch System registered email address and submit your request for support via our ticketing system. Now we will then reply and you will get notified via email and we can then communicate via email back and forth. You don’t always have to come back to the desk, but for the creation of the inquiry, for the creation of the support needs, please, please, please visit getsports biz and open a ticket. All right, so these are the email campaigns. These are the actual emails we use. These are available to you in the resources section so you don’t have to screenshot. I know the text is small.

01:00:31 Vanessa Roberts
You can see there are no pictures. There are a limited number of hyperlinks. Okay. Visually easy to read, not a big word wall. Things are punchy single sentences. And this is how it worked out. Our click rates were off the charts. Open rates.

01:00:51 Vanessa Roberts
This is the same data that we went over earlier, but this is specific to this one email. So mailjet, far and away the winner, 35% open rate, 91% click rate from the people that opened second email. Only one link. Again, no pictures. This makes it through, lands in the inboxes. Right. Time after time, 40% open rate with again 90% click through. Only two hyperlinks here, 42% open rate, 93 here we have 24 and 92.

01:01:24 Vanessa Roberts
So mailjet and streak are dominating in this platform or this campaign. Okay, again, across the board on this ertc. I definitely am recommending again mailjet, especially if you’re getting started. They have a free option. And even if you’re adding additional email addresses, it is incredibly cost effective and effective insofar as the opens and clicks. So mailjet is our number one, our winner of the day across the board. Again, this campaign is available to you already in the done for you. Literally click the drop down and choose this on the done for you form if you want to make customizations or if you just want to read every word so you know exactly what’s being said in your emails.

01:02:13 Vanessa Roberts
It’s in the resources section of the smalldouchsystem.com members area. Opens and clicks all right, I think everybody is familiar with. What do these terms mean? Any questions? Was the ramp up to a variety of niches or just one? Bill, that is a great, great question. Ramp up. We were ramping up to the close.

01:02:36 Vanessa Roberts
Ramping up, trying to ramp up ERTC business. It was just an internal phrase that we’ve used. It also does refer to, and this is more advanced stuff, not for new folks. Once you have been sending small batches of 50 for over a month, you can start doing larger lists. We are experimenting with taking it from 50 to 75 to 100 to 125. Basically increasing the send the contact capacity of established email addresses, 25 contacts at a time each week, right? Give it a week in between and then 25 extra. So that’s currently what we’re testing, which we will be able to roll out and implement.

01:03:24 Vanessa Roberts
Once we have established that it will not damage your sender score, that the results stay consistently high, we will be rolling it out. It’ll be super easy for you to control. Instead of sending a list of 75 for us to clean and load, you’ll send 150, right? And we’ll just go from there. How do the links on ertc.com website tie to the specific rep? Okay, so if you send someone to ertc.com, they will not get, you will not get credit for that sale. Ertc.com is the retail publicly facing. Everybody sees it website as an ERTC Express agent.

01:04:04 Vanessa Roberts
You get your own dynamically created lead capture URL site. You get your own link. It is unique to you. It’s not through cookies, it’s not through tracking. It is a link domain URL only to you. It is infallible. If someone signs up on your URL, they are hard coded to you forever, right? So don’t send folks to ertc.com because then no one will get credit for it.

01:04:33 Vanessa Roberts
But all of that is in the training for ERTC agents. And the best use of that is to get a domain and mask the domain because the dynamically created URL for agents is about 50 characters. It’s not pretty, it’s not catchy, it’s hard to type in. But you could buy the domain, for example, donaldsertcservice.com. that’s a terrible domain. But you see what I’m saying, right? And then redirect them to your tracking link. So in all of your publication, your flyers, your marketing, your business cards, your website, whatever, have this lovely, easy to read, easy to understand domain that simply forwards them through.

01:05:20 Vanessa Roberts
And because we don’t use cookies, you can forward through and mask your lead capture domain and you will still get credit. But again, that is all training for ERTC agents that you would get once you sign up for ERTC to be a field agent. Donald, you say you have a domain tied to the old website. How to tie to the new? Talk to your domain registrar about how to redirect to the lead capture site. So you can still use the same URL, but just when they click that address into their address bar, it’ll open up the new site instead of the old site. What are you using to see? Sender score or how do we see our score?

01:05:59 Vanessa Roberts
Michael, great question. Your sender score. Well, all of your stats are specific to your platform. So if you’re using mailjet, if you’re using instantly, that’s where you’ll look. If you’re talking about domain help, we use a website called mxrecords, I think is what it’s called. Mxdev. I’ll have to check, but yeah, it’s a service that we pay a commercial license for because we monitor all of Brian’s domains. But with that ability, since we have the account, we are able to pull reports on our members to get those reports for you.

01:06:38 Vanessa Roberts
Mx toolbox. That’s it. Thank you. John. Will we be able to see when people opt in from our ERTC domain? How do we know the status of it? Absolutely. Connie.

01:06:48 Vanessa Roberts
Yes. As an ERTC field agent, you get what we call a portal agent. Portals have all of your stats where people see your form. Okay. A form view is not the same as a page click because the form is at the bottom of the lead capture page. So your clicks and your form views will not line up. Okay. You’ll only get a form view if they scroll down.

01:07:10 Vanessa Roberts
I think that’s more valuable information. Right. You could have 100 clicks to your site and 75 form views. That means 75% of those clicks wanted the information enough to get all the way to the bottom of the page. Right. And as they opt in, an opt in is an application like they. If they fill out that form, they have applied for the ERTC and our team is working that deal. Right.

01:07:33 Vanessa Roberts
It’s all available to you in your portal dashboard. It has all of your deals, the deal status. You can see everything in real time. But again, all of that is thoroughly trained in the ERTC agent training. But I will direct you there because it is great, great, great. And it gives you everything you need. All right, we have. Oh, we’ve gone over our hour.

Thank you for sticking with me. Hour and ten minutes. I tried to be respectful of your time, but I know I’m chatty. I want to answer all of your questions. Have I missed anything? I know Nikki’s here with me reading questions in the background. Can you flag anything? If I missed?

01:08:11 Vanessa Roberts
Because it’s time for Q and A. May 27 is a holiday oh, that’s right. I have been informed that it is Memorial Day. I’m checking with Brian Anderson’s schedule. I know he wanted to be on for the next call which was scheduled for May 27. We will probably just do it for the following week and just shift that up one. We could possibly do it the Tuesday instead of the Monday. I don’t know yet.

01:08:38 Vanessa Roberts
I cannot make the problems. I can’t make the promises or what that problem may be. But hey, let me know. Let’s talk about in the Facebook group what’s better doing it Tuesday, the 28th or the following Monday? I want to know. I want to know what’s better for you. Can we use Vas? Absolutely.

01:08:51 Vanessa Roberts
Yes, please. Yes, definitely use Vas. I love va’s. Vas. Help me every single day. Just share your user id and password with them. They can fill out the forms for you. They can manage your account.

01:09:02 Vanessa Roberts
Definitely. Highly recommend. Ten out of ten. Any other questions? If I missed you, I am sorry. I’m just juggling presenting and Q and A at the same time. I just missed them. Dusty, I’m going to have to refer you to the ERTC.

01:09:19 Vanessa Roberts
That’s two in the weeds for this call. Just hit up ERTC support. How to sign up for the ERTC training and being a marketing agent. Okay, let me, okay, I’m just going to flash through because I’m finding the tab. Okay. Inside your members area when you log in@smallbatchsystems.com. in the navigation bar across the top of the screen you will see a link that says revenue generators. When you click it, this is the page you will see.

01:09:47 Vanessa Roberts
Everybody see my screen up at the top, employee retention tax credit. Click here. This underline heading this word boom. Click there. It’s going to take you to a page inside Small Batch System that will tell you everything you need to know about signing up to be an agent. Let me see. I might even be able to go there live. I paused my screen so you won’t see it change for a second.

01:10:20 Vanessa Roberts
Small Batch System because it really, really is the zero point entry into email marketing. It’s an incredible offer. It costs nothing to sign up. It costs the customer nothing to sign up. Okay, so everybody see my screen. It starts with members only and then we go to revenue generators. There is a dropdown. You can either click on the top level revenue generators which takes you to the home page that has everything listed right, or do the dropdown product feature ertC.

01:10:56 Vanessa Roberts
Both of these go to this page. What is the ERTC? Here’s why you can trust us. This is a snippet from the lead capture site that you will get. You’ll earn a 10% commission on every cpage ERTc. Sign up as an express agent now. Okay. Click here.

01:11:15 Vanessa Roberts
And this is what you’ll see. This is exclusively for Small Batch System members. You’ll see. This is not a sales page. We are not trying to talk you into doing this. This is not out there as a PPC ad where we’re getting hundreds and hundreds of agents. No, this is exclusively for small batch folks. And we will focus on the marketing aspect of the training to support you.

01:11:37 Vanessa Roberts
Because again, nearly perfect offer to break into cold email marketing. Do we have to pay? No, there’s no monthly fee to be an agent if you’re getting the 10% commission. Now, we previously had different ways to become an agent, right? And there were different commission structures. Okay, this is the free zero point entry. No course fee, no membership fee. Sign up to be an agent, get 10% commission.

01:12:11 Vanessa Roberts
Tamara, I’m really glad that you benefited from this call. I know Michael mentioned that, you know, this was a review for a lot of folks. I get it, I get it. But I think a lot of times we need a review, right? They do it in school. Best practices. You know, what works, what doesn’t work. How to get maximum results.

01:12:30 Vanessa Roberts
Right. That’s always our goal, not to squeeze every nickel and dime out of folks. You know, we could have very easily set up our own email platform or had a partnership with someplace, a white labeled and instantly type account and force you to pay $9.97 a month for all of these services and pigeonholed you into and said, this is the only thing that works. That’s not what we’re about, okay? It’s the system, not the tool. Obviously, some of the tools got better results. But I’m here to tell you what I’m telling you to use is the free one. Right?

01:13:06 Vanessa Roberts
There’s no, there’s no kickback. There’s no commission coming to Brian for these endorsements. We only want to share what is working, and it’s what’s working for us. This is the campaign we’re running in house. Can you go over local city places? Is it Brian’s product? It is not Brian’s product. It is a guy in the affiliate marketing space, the way this works.

01:13:34 Vanessa Roberts
And there’s a video. Where’s the video? It was in one of our trainings. Oh, there it is. Watch our webinar in local city places to get started. So come here. Local city places. Scroll down, watch our webinar.

01:13:56 Vanessa Roberts
This is where we go through all of the training about it. And you can join from here too, so you don’t have to go back. You can get, you sign up for free, totally free. It’s a lead generation service for a reputation management company. Okay? So what you do is you go in and you leave reviews for local city places, places around your local city. The reputation marketing company, local city places, takes your review and goes to that business and tries to sell them. Reputation marketing services, okay?

01:14:29 Vanessa Roberts
Reputation management services. If that business that you reviewed buys the service, it’s a monthly fee. You get a commission and you get recurring monthly commissions, okay? It’s that simple. You’re generating leads and getting paid if that business buys. Now, the way this works perfectly for cold email marketing is because you can recruit a team. You can manage a group of folks, getting them to sign up for local city places as your teammates, right? Then you get a commission when they get reviews or when they get paid, because the reviews converts to business.

01:15:11 Vanessa Roberts
So it is a revenue generator in that you can just get paid for your reviews. You don’t have to send a single email if you don’t want to. It’s a revenue generating source. However, it’s perfect for email marketing because again, just like ERTC, there’s no cost barrier, zero point entry, making the potential to make money without spending any money, which is what we want, right? Is it an MLM? No, MLMs are when you get someone to buy in the, you profit when they buy something. So like Mary Kay, if I’m a Mary Kay rep, someone talked me into being a Mary K rep and they say, oh, you just need to buy the starter kit, $500 to get your inventory. And then you make money when you sell your inventory, right?

01:16:00 Vanessa Roberts
So you know, buy a, list it for $5, sell it for ten, but you need a starter kit. Then as the person who recruited that newbie who spent $500, I, as the recruiter, would get 10% of the 500 they spent. Multi level marketing, right? I didn’t make that money because a lipstick got sold. Well, kinda I did because my recruit bought inventory to sell. Okay? That’s the multi level this. You can recruit a team and you get paid when a lead becomes a sale, but that is just tiered affiliate selling because you don’t profit directly.

01:16:38 Vanessa Roberts
You’re not asking someone, you’re not recruiting someone, asking them to pay money. Does that make sense for ERCC? Is it better to schedule a meeting to talk to the prospect first or send directly to the personal lead capture site. Mike, it all depends on your skillset and your desired level of involvement. Our top agents in the world are a team of two guys from the Netherlands who, who never talk to a customer. All they do is cold email. Now, does that mean that they don’t have the highest conversion rates? Right?

01:17:15 Vanessa Roberts
They could. They could have a thousand leads captures, right? And, you know, they’re just playing the numbers, right? They’ve got the most deals, they’ve generated the most revenue, but their conversion percentages are low. We’ve got, folks, our highest paid single deal, norma, got a over $170,000 commission to her. That was not the fee to ERtC Express. That was the check to her, over $170,000. It was somebody she knew, right.

01:17:46 Vanessa Roberts
It was like a personal friend, but it was a personal relationship. She sold them one on one, had personal conversations, helped them through the process, you know, because that’s a big deal. Like, that takes a lot of faith and trust in the people you’re working with. Right? So either way, what works for the goose doesn’t always work for the gander. So you can assess your approach. Try both, definitely. All right.

01:18:14 Vanessa Roberts
I mean, again, you guys got me going 120. Now, I don’t want to take too much of your time, and I think the questions have ceased. If there’s anything account specific that you’d like to know, please send us a ticket. Getsupport biz if there’s a best practice implementation strategy you would like to discuss, let’s talk about it in the Facebook group. So make sure you’re a member of the Facebook group. I’m there. You know, if I’m conscious, my Facebook alerts are going off, so I’m at your disposal there, too. Antoine, I don’t know if you’ll send me a ticket.

01:18:53 Vanessa Roberts
I’ll find it. I’d have to deep dive to find that date and time. All right, everybody, thank you so much. Nikki, thanks for hanging out with me today, helping me in the chat again. Getsupport biz.
