You’re tired of the hamster wheel of getting clients then losing them after a few months. You have to turn around and keep continually replacing customers after you get them. GIS is something like geographical Information system and some databases use it to describe tracks and areas. Michael, it’s a great question and I once Doug’s audio comes on he will be able to talk about that with his, the training that he’s going to provide today. The systems that we use with big data profits does allow. I don’t know if it’s exactly the GIS, but there is location based searching with borders and parameters, yes.

OK. Yeah. It’s not going delaying the slide, but that’s OK. But a little bit about myself, some of you guys know me, some of you don’t. So just a little bit about myself, about 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience, Two years selling traditional advertising, 11 years selling now digital marketing services to different clients across the US and really globally through big data profits. I’ve been using data and data management services. It’s really by flipping the door and also as a staple service for about 6 years now. I’m a 32nd degree master Mason and Shriner.

Wife works at EU of I. She’s getting ready to retire here fairly soon. My son’s a junior in high school. He’s a member of the marching band daughter’s in 7th grade. She’s an Irish dancer and we went over to Ireland a couple years ago and she competed in the world championship of Irish dance. So that was kind of fun and see my daughter on the left with her Irish dance dress son in a marching band outfit. See us there in Ireland spent a couple weeks turn the the Irish island and having a good time after the competition. So let’s get into the big data.

Some of the different ways that you can use big data in your marketing. You can use it for telemarketing, use it for direct mail, use it for Facebook custom audiences. You can also use it for email marketing and three ways that you can use big data for Geo targeting and marketing, for thorough marketing, for neighborhood marketing, for grand opening marketing. And the Geo targeting system is really what got me into big data about five years ago. And so I’m going to show you that system here in just a second, but it’s a really cool feature that you’re going to see some different ways that you can start your own SAS business through big Data profits and SBS. No need to learn complicated software. We’ve got an easy to use system for you and your clients to use to pull great targeted data. It literally just takes a few minutes to choose all kinds of selects to run counts and order your data.

And it’s also going to help your own clients do the same thing. In just minutes, your own clients are going to be able to log in and do all this themselves. No need to set up your own white label system. You’re going to be able to use what we call our Gray label system and it’s worked great for us over the last four years and our and our big data profit members. No need to set up your own support team. You’re going to be able to use our support team for your own clients, not only for yourself, but your own clients. And we’re going to give you all the resources to succeed, including hyper targeted data for both prospecting and for one of the easiest fulfillment services that you can do, which is list generation for all sorts of niches. And we’re going to show you how to use a nearly hands off service to create your own recurring profits.

And one of the biggest resources is our done few training sites and we currently have four of them. We’ve got Realtor data profits, we’ve got insurance data profits, we’ve got birthday data profits, and we’ve got our new credit data profits that we just came out with. Each of these sites really it’s own profit center by itself with our target data Pro system fueling the profit center. Each one of the sites, and I’ll show you the sites here shortly. And over the last four years, I’ve really perfected our training and systems and I’m going to be sharing all the same tips and tricks that I’ve learned over the last four or five years to really help you duplicate the same success in your own SAS business. So what you get with each of these sites, No need to figure out how to create your own membership site. You’re going to get your own membership site to use for yourself or you can give your own clients. All you have to do is write traffic to your own done for You sales page that we’re going to give you as part of this product.

But to take advantage of, you know what we’re going to show, you’re going to get unlimited logins and subscribers. So you get a done few email follow up series that gets sent automatically to your new clients to get their login information to them. You get the Gray label target data pro account for each your clients. It’s part of the done few training site products.

You just tell us the name of your client, how many credits to include and which databases to use for your clients and we get them all set up for you. And this is, I think huge is done few support. So not only can you use, you know, Brian Brian’s support system, but your own clients can do that. So that’s going to save you a ton of time, especially, you know, answering questions you want to, you know, call them and make sure they’re they’re happy with the the system on the training site. But just think about how much time it’s going to help save you. You’re going to get a separate resource section inside your membership. That’s just for you. For marketers, you can get a done few sales page, then a few PowerPoint presentation message, message sequences to go out to new clients.

And once you get in the dashboard, you’ve got US consumers and you’ve got cell phone data. Both of these have hundreds of selects to choose from to really hyper target your ideal customers. And then we just separate cell phone information with the landline that we put in the consumers. And then we got ailment database. Think for doctors, think for medical device companies. True Donors is a list of thousands of people who have given at least $15 or more as a donation. Auto database, pretty self-explanatory. Automobile information, Thanks for automobile dealers, parts company, that sort of thing.

We’ve got a couple Canadian databases. You can see we’ve got new connects or some people call this new movers. So people that just they moved into a house over the last 30 days or the last 60 or 90 days, you can break it down. Think of say, welcome, welcome to the neighborhood companies gift baskets. Thanks. You know, think of that sort of thing. Think security systems for new people moving into their new houses. We got the business executive database.

This is going to show all kinds of what I call hyper targeted data. So like sales number of employees, credit rating for companies. This is going to really allow you to hyper target business people. And then lastly, we’ve got the property owners database. This has both owner information and absentee owners. So think of properties where someone owns a house, but maybe they’re living somewhere else. Great for Realtors, great for real real estate investors to use to find these properties and, and, and buy them and flip them, that sort of thing. Let’s go into the cell phone database, which is probably the most powerful, most used of all the databases I’m going to include exclude DNC usually like that.

So we don’t call on people in the DNC. As you can see in most of the databases will look like this. So you’ll see all these different selects to choose from from buying habits, credit and credit rating, ethnicity, top 12 we can get into age, gender, length of home ownership, credit cards, mortgage very robust mortgage database as you can see here the occupation. This is where if you want to get someone’s email address, for instance, you want to target. This would be on the prospecting end of of using big data profits and SBS. Think of emails doing cold email marketing. You can pick whatever occupation that you’re going after there. And then you come here, you’ll see where you can get email available.

You’ll get the email. So not only you’re getting the cell phone, you’re getting the occupation and you’re getting the email. And then let me just show you see pretty much all that what I call the wow factor. I want to show you real quick, this is what got me into to big data about five years ago with Brian is this feature here. I think Realtors think roofers targeting places that got hit with say hail damage or storm damage. I’m just going to put an address in say for a listing for an 8, say a realtor. You can do search only or create radius. In this case, I’m going to go out in a circle 1/2 mile out, click apply, click save and you’ll see that circle.

So then everybody inside that circle will get counted. How cool is that? At least I think it’s cool. It’s great if you can do a demo when you’re doing demos with say a realtor or a roofer and show them the power of this. So then the realtor can pull that data and then send out emails, telemarketing, send out postcards, pull that data and put it into a custom audience and Facebook, all kinds of great ways to use the data for marketing purposes. And then the other thing you can do. Thank you. Storms coming through Champagne say hail, hail damage.

You’re doing this with the roofer and he says, yeah, over here there’s, you know, bad damage or maybe you’ve got storm damage map that you put up, you know, side by side and you can show the swats that came through, you know, bad hail damage that came back, came through champagne in a certain area. You can basically map up, map out any of those areas. So you can say you know, all the way across here got hit hard and you can do the same thing with any niche. I did this with the realtor to target renters in certain areas in San Diego the other day. So all kinds of cool ways to use this Geo targeting system for you and your clients. OK, so I just wanted to show you that and then let me show you some of these done few training sites that you can use in conjunction with Target data Pro. And so as I’ve mentioned, everything’s done for you. You, you click here and then you come down here and you can add your own clients.

And this took me gosh, Vanessa, I think it took me 6 to 8 extra months to figure out, you know, how to, how to add not only the site, but allow others to, to do their own login. So that’s very helpful because then you could issue this to credit repair companies, you know, think you know that sort of application. And here’s the overview video of credit data profits goes over here. How to log in and use target Data Pro. Then here is all the 13 videos on how to use Target Data Pro. So how to use all the selects, how to do, how to run your accounts, how to do suppressions or your data. And these are all the same videos, but they’re inside your own training site. I just put them in here for you and your own clients.

And then here’s kind of the secret sauce here, I call it, where go over how to pull the targeted credit repair data. So we go over how to pull people that have lower credit and then certain lines of credit, which is important to those kind of agencies. And then here I go over how to use the email template and then I give that template here. And then same thing with the telemarketing template. Little video explains how to use that best. And then I give the resource here the actual template. And then same thing with postcards. And then lastly, little video that shows how to upload your custom data into a custom audience on Facebook.

And then here your own credit repair companies won’t see this part. You will only see this. You’re going to get a few PowerPoint that I explained earlier. You’re going to get your done few sales page and you’re done few credit repair training. So this is kind of the A-Z training that I mentioned. So everything from how to use Target Data Pro to find good credit repair companies, how to reach out to them with the done view email, how to close them with either the sales page or the PowerPoint. And then once they say yes, going into fulfilment and pricing so that these are the resources just for you. OK.

And then this is the same thing with the other sites birthday data profits again, you can create your own logins there, same videos. And then here I go over how to pull great birthday data. Say think restaurants think you know, businesses that could use birthday type data. I go over birthday marketing email template, a little video, give the resource. And then same thing with the telemarketing postcard Facebook just like the other. Then I go over Geo targeting and then I go over some other date based age-related data that you can use. And then here again you get your PowerPoint sales page training and and then you’re you’re kind of deep dive training on on birthday marketing. So that is that one Realtor data profits.

Same setup, same videos here, but here we go just listed. I pulled just listed using the Geo targeting system like I just showed you. I’ll go over how to use the email template, telemarketing, postcard, Facebook ads, and then same thing for just sold data, open house, neighborhood marketing and then how to pull renter data. And then same thing here. You’re done for, done a few resources and then lastly insurance data, profits. This is all the same, but we go over insurance, PC insurance, how to pull it, the resources, marketing resources, Medicare life, final expense, commercial insurance, neighborhood referral marketing and then again, here’s your done for your resources. So and as I said, each one of these is really its own little profit center. So think using SBS to send out emails to insurance agents.

They say yes, boom, you’re setting them up with, with this site, you’re getting the access to target data pro for them, charging them, you know, a couple $100 a month fairly hands off. They’re using our resources, our support department to get their questions answered. The insurance agents are and you’re just calling on them, you know, a couple times a month. And then in each of the emails, as you can see, they say, well, this, you know, this information isn’t helpful. Or if you don’t want to do it yourself, give me a call. You know, and this is kind of where people called each of these people and you know, they saw some great results and booked a lot of appointments. So that’s that’s for credit repair. And then here is here’s for insurance that John used in the inner testing. And what I thought was cool about this is, and I think this may be why he had such, he had huge amounts of opens and, and so many call backs as he actually put in testimonials, you know, so I think for your clients, if you can do that and whatever niche that you’re working with, I think that was a key there.

But he talked about basically, you know, getting different policies, you know, not spending any more money, but getting better coverage, you know, that sort of thing throughout the emails is kind of what this is all about. Again, he includes an email, includes a testimonial as you can see in each one of his emails just wraps things up towards the end, again, another testimonial wrapping it up. And then lastly, here is the credit repair. So I think that was, I guess don’t have the other one up here, but yeah, those are the ones that we used. And then we’ve got one for David Fresquiz too that we did. But that gives you an idea of the type of emails that we use for the testers that work so well that you can basically duplicate, you know, all, all of all of what we, you know, have shown you that to have your own SAS business. So you’re basically just letting people get access to Tart Beta Pro, getting access to one of those training sites and then they’re, they can use their own templates, you know that they’re inside there and then they can use, or you can use SBS for them as an added service.

But I like to, you know, say 197 to 397 and say 197 where you give them, you know, say 2, it’s up to you, but say 2000 credits, you know, as as a bonus credit, you know, however you position it. And then, yeah, you’re charging a monthly fee. And that fee includes again, however you position access to the training site, access to all the resources, the done for you, email templates, the done for you, telemarketing done for you, you know, all the done for you postcard designs, the, you know, Facebook ad videos, how you know how to do that in a custom audience. So, and then say do a, a second option, say 397 and give them, you know, 3 or 4000 credits and you know, so you can kind of tear and then you can tear the additional credits, you know, say four cents when you, you know, pay when, when your customers are paying a higher monthly fee, they can buy additional credits at just four cents. I would suggest doing at least a 2K if not a 5K minimum, but then you know a higher price for someone paying a little less. This is kind of how I position it and how I show people to do that in trainings every week.
