That’s an ERTC, right? That’s for employers, people who run a business and had W2 employees. But what about folks who are self-employed? They get paid by a 1099 or they run their own business without employees?

There are government programs for Covad recovery that helped them as well, and that’s called the self-employment Tax credit. About 10 days ago we went live allowing ERTC agents the exclusive opportunity to sell SETC deals. It was only available to signed up ERTC agents Over the weekend. I spoke with Brian and he is ready to allow the doors to be open slightly further from our ERTC agents only to our small batch members. You guys now you are currently the only people in the world who are able to sign up as ERTC agents. That opportunity is still available. This is basically they retroactively changed what people owed in taxes for 2020 and 2021 after the fact as a way to give them back their own money to help them financially recover from the pandemic.

So if you paid self-employment taxes because they changed the tax law after you paid it, you’re going to get a refund or a tax credit or a check refund either way. Self. How do people qualify? They’re self-employed. This includes rideshare, food or product delivery. Gig workers earning via eBay, Etsy, Amazon, E com affiliate marketing, sole proprietors running a freelance business, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. Who qualifies. So there is no documentation required for this product for this to to apply for this refund.

OK, It is attestation based in that as a self-employed person, you attest that you missed work because either you were out for COVID, either sick or doing these other things, caring for a child whose school or daycare was closed or unavailable following a state or local quarantine requiring isolation. So the government said you couldn’t work even if you weren’t sick, that qualifies you a healthcare advised you to self quarantine. You were getting your vaccine one day, recovering from illness, OK, you were out because you were sick, caring for a spouse, individual child, etcetera, or waiting for the results of your tests. So this isn’t just did you miss work because you were sick, OK. It’s all of this, all of these factors that are related to COVID. If you missed work because of this, then you qualify. Any questions so far about what the SETC is and qualification? I just want you to have a general idea before you get into it so that you see how easy it is to land these deals right?

Because I don’t know anyone, anyone that was not affected and missed some form of work during COVID. OK, we’ve got an FAQ on this. The maximum eligible for an individual is $32,000 Sixty 4400 for couples who filed jointly if both spouses were self-employed. OK, so we’ll do some rough math. The fee on this is 20% paid upfront. OK, so let’s just say the maximum eligible is 32,000. But let’s just say someone got $20,000 back, OK? Their 20% fee is $4000.

On every single SETC deal there is a $500 administrative fee that is non commissionable. So on a $4000 fee, your Commission would be based on $3500. You get 30% of it, right? And it’s paid when they pay, which is upfront. So we’re looking at three to four weeks, right? Sound good. Does that make sense for everybody? Obviously the sweet spot is a couple who filed jointly, both self-employed and have kids.

I’ll tell you in 21 in 2021, my husband was self-employed, I was self-employed. We have two children. I would be here. Target demographic 100 percent 100% right right OK so any questions there can you be AW2 worker and still use the credit at all if you also own an LLC but had no business profits yet so Chris that’s an excellent question if you are AW2 employee and have W2 income and you are self-employed own a business and have self-employment income in 2021 and paid self-employment tax right. This is a refund. You’re getting back money that you paid in. So you had to have self-employment income in 2021 Even if you have W2 income also absolutely fine. But if you had no self-employment income then there is no money to refund, right?

There is a referral program, right where you can refer SETC, which is self-employed tax credit individuals over to the program. All three tiers, all referrers start at 30%. You’re 30% for signing up now. After 10 deals are closed and funded, your Commission will automatically increase to future 40% strong as death.

Here’s how the commissions work because I want you to understand this. This is important, right? Commissions are going to be paid a total, a total fee paid for SETC services, less flat administration fee. Example, let’s say the total fee $6000, there will be a $500 admin fee. That’s the cost of of the payroll and stuff that we have still running in Tampa. They’ll give you a leftover commissionable fee of 5500. You’ll make 30% of that is 1650. This is every Uber driver, every home daycare, every self-employed real estate agent.

This is every single self-employed person. You know, you’ve got a minimum, minimum of a potential $16150 sitting on the plate right now. OK, all right, there’s more. That’s how you get promoted to a SETC Platinum agent if you’re not a platinum ERTC agent right now.

This is easy, easy, easy. It’s the easiest thing ever done. You’ll see.

OK, so Brandon asks how does billing work? Do they pay when they get their refunds as a refund? OK, so we are only charging upfront fees at service payment due time services are rendered OK. However, for folks who want to not pay all at once or pay upfront, we are offering them the ability to finance their payment through PayPal Credit. The great news for that, that is we ERTC right, we get paid the fee upfront even though they’re financing spreading out their payment. That’s how credit works. We get our money upfront. So there is no waiting for your Commission for when the refund processes.

OK. So after we receive the, they complete their application, they qualify, they’re ready to pay for their services. They pay the, for example, $6000 on let’s call it July 10th. Those funds come to ERTC, they clear and the deal is on our part concluded, let’s call it July 14th. We will use the same payout structure that we use for ERTC. Funds that are collected by the 15th are paid the following first week of the next month, so a two week rolling delay. If the funds clear ERTC in the deal is concluded on August 1st, that’s between the 1st and the 15th. That Commission gets paid September 1st.

OK, everybody’s familiar with the way the ERTC commissions rolled out. It’s exactly the same. The benefit here with Setzi SETC is that we are collecting payments exclusively upfront and inside your portal that you’re signing up for right now to be a SETC referral agent. You will be able to track the status of all of your deals inside this portal, including seeing when the fee is paid and be able to track your commissions received and what’s owed to you, what’s due and what has already been paid out.
