[0:00] Good morning and happy Monday, everyone. Please let me know if you can hear me. They've forced our hand into the new GoToWebinar version. And you know, we're learning on the job. We're doing it live. I got Nikki here. Nikki, can you hear me? I need to. I can hear you, yes. OK, great. Everything is coming out of my incorrect speaker. So that's great. And let me find a chat. All right, so we've got no chat messages — yes. Okay, so with the new version — everything's cool, Vanessa. Kevin says — thank you, Kevin, the vote of confidence helps me because I'm a little — we got folks coming in. I know it's a couple of minutes late but everybody sees my screen, because we've got something really cool we're gonna talk about today.
[1:02] For those of you who have been in the Small Batch System for a while, you're probably really familiar here with our various revenue generators. It's an aspect of the Small Batch System membership where Brian and I review tools, services, products, softwares, methodology, and we determine if it will be a good fit with your Small Batch System — either ways to augment your existing business, ways to build your revenue, ways to make your marketing with the Small Batch System more effective, more impactful, or if it is something that we think would be very effective being sold through Small Batch System cold email marketing. And when you hit the Venn diagram of boosting your efficacy and something that you can sell for great recurring revenue or great profit with very low fulfillment demand, that's the sweet spot.
📌 New Revenue Generator — Google Business Profile Management with GBP Lee
[1:56] Vanessa: And so what we've got today — you may have seen it, we started talking about it last week — but our new revenue generator is a service that is really pretty hands-off, but definitely a no-brainer solution for local businesses that you can reach out to via Small Batch System. You'll see on here, because we're gonna talk about, we're gonna go through the training to introduce you to this product as a revenue generator. And you'll also see that I've put together a very specific exclusive bonus just for this launch. Right? So this is only going to be available through midnight tomorrow evening at this price with this bonus. So you could get started today for $69 to enroll in the training and learn everything for you to do it yourself. And doing it for yourself, providing the service for yourself — like you are your own first customer — will build your authority. It'll help get you found in AI searches. It will make it so that if customers start Googling you or asking ChatGPT about you, you have an established presence on the internet as an industry leader or as an expert.
[3:23] And then for only $30 more, if you opted for the $99 version, you get to service yourself plus nine others. It's a 10-client package, so it's a really, really good deal for only $99. So with the going rate — and you'll see it all in the training — if you are charging, the low end is $300, but average is $500 per client. For a $99 ticket, you are definitely recouping all of your funds, your ROI with just a single client, right? And these are monthly recurring prices, not one-off.
[4:02] And the bonus that I've put together — I wrote an email to test out marketing this service to local businesses. And then I did some research. What are the best industries, the softest target? Who should we talk to about this service? Who are the underserved? Who are the people that would get the most benefit from having the service provided for them by our Small Batch members? And I came up with the top 20 industries that I think are ripe for the picking, a great target for you. And then I wrote email campaigns for all of them. So the way we've been working with the three-touch call-to-action reply approach, I built five-touch campaigns for all 20 of the top industries. So there is a 21-campaign package bonus that accompanies this. Even if you come in at the $69 entry level, or if you go with the agency model that'll get you able to service 10 clients — I want a very low barrier to entry to get you started. Both get that bonus.
[5:14] And yes, absolutely they are perfect for the Small Batch System done-for-you — we'll load them up, we'll send them for you, and definitely you're going to want to get your lists every day to match up with those industries. So it's just, it goes hand in hand, just absolutely perfectly. So if you checked out the training last week, you already know what I'm talking about, but I did want to jump in here and make sure everybody in Small Batch saw it, because you are who I thought of when I was testing out this product and when Brian and I were talking about like, how does this work for people, who's going to have the most benefit from participating in this? And we were absolutely like, hands down, Small Batch.
📌 Guest Expert Introduction — Mike Martin on AI-Proof Agencies
[9:14] Vanessa: Hey, hi Ken, thanks for coming. Sven, hi Carla, Donald, Brent. Where's everybody calling from? It is 2 PM Eastern here for me in Atlanta. I've spent the week in Peachtree City with Brian in office. We've had a very VIP boardroom, everybody in suits kind of meeting all week, working in the ERTC-FinTitan world. I know most everybody here, I believe you're familiar with the referral program generating business for FinTitan. Yep, so this — what we're going to talk about today — I'm sure you've got — I'll see in my emails. We're really working on amplifying your authority when you are reaching out, be it to businesses for lead generation, FinTitan, working your own agency, offering your own products. What really stands out to me is, what's the first thing that happens when somebody sees a new name, a new email from someone they don't necessarily know, right? They want to know about you. We want some instant authority. We want to be able to — we don't want to start from zero or from behind the starting line proving ourselves. So what we're going to talk about today is the ability to have that established, not only for you, but for anything you're working with, right? Anyone you're working with. It's the number one first thing people really see, and having your reputation established for you before you even have the conversation really amps it up, makes everything you say after that more effective. People are more receptive. So I'm very, very excited about what we're learning today. We have an expert in the subject here. Mike, are you here with me?
[11:38] Mike: Hi. Thank you so much for coming on and sharing your expertise and this incredible plan with our VIPs today. Thank you for your time. Thank you very, very much for having me on. Yeah, I can make you the presenter so that we can get to learning. Let's see. I will try to answer questions as I go, guys, but because I can see there's absolutely loads of people on here, I might miss them. So I will probably answer most questions throughout the presentation, but if I miss them, I will do a full Q&A session at the end.
[12:15] Vanessa: Oh, that's fantastic. And I'll be here the whole time too. I'm actively taking notes because this is absolutely something that we are going to be really maximizing on our end too. Brian is very, very excited about what we're going to be able to put together with you. Thank you. All right. I'm just making sure. Do you see “AI Proof Agency, a thousand dollar a month clients” on here?
[12:37] Mike: I sure do. Okay then. Well, thank you very much for that awesome introduction. Shall I just take it away?
[12:44] Vanessa: Please do.
[12:45] Mike: Okay guys. So today I'm going to go through and show you how to build an AI-proof agency where local businesses will pay you thousands of dollars every single month long-term, and then I'm going to show you how to scale it. Okay. So this is probably the simplest AI-proof business you can start right now that pays you monthly and helps local businesses. So I'm just gonna say to everybody before we get started — can I get some ones or yeses in the box to let me know you can hear me? Okay, let's start to make sure that I'm actually loud and clear. One, one, one. Yes, yes, yes. Cheers Steve, Mike, and Lisa, Patty, James, Armand. Okay, nice one. There's another Steve, Ian, Ramondo, Mary, Kevin, Trudy, Jeff, Mike. Okay guys, thank you very much. Okay, welcome everybody.
📌 Why Most Digital Services Are Being Replaced by AI
[13:29] Mike: So if you've seen me speak about this before, okay, don't go anywhere. This has been updated to show scaling strategies, how to close clients better, and how to get people to work for you for free. So how to get people to actually work for you for nothing. Okay, and so, so, so much more. So today I'm going to show you, like I said, how to build an AI-proof agency where local businesses will pay you thousands of dollars every single month, long-term, and then I'm going to explain how to scale it. So today we're going to be talking about actually building a business — a business that's AI-safe, a business that can't be taken away by a machine, let's say, and one that relies on the real world, but in digital form. And I'll explain that — you'll understand that later. Okay.
[14:14] Now I've been working online for 17 years — I think full-time. I started in the trade. So anybody who knows me on here will know I was a locksmith. I built that business to 100 grand a month in the first two years, quit and gave that business to my family, went into SEO and paid ads, and built a software company. I've written 11 business books and I've done lots of other crazy things online over the years and I haven't worked for anyone else in over 20 years. Okay. So I'm quite, quite proud of that. I've never had a job, not in 20 years anyway, and I can honestly say what I'm going to show you today is the simplest, most profitable real-world business I've seen in all that time. Not only that, but it also gets brilliant results for businesses so your customers are always happy. Obviously, we've got happy customers, we've got happy clients, we get paid, they get paid, it works for everything.
[15:07] So in recent months, one of the biggest questions I keep hearing from online entrepreneurs is “when will AI come for my business?” And honestly, in most cases, the answer is it could be weeks or even months. So if your business can be automated, it can likely be commoditized. Okay. And if it can be commoditized, the pricing will drop through the floor eventually. This is why I feel we have to move into what we would call a results-based business, where we get clients' results or we save clients time, money, and effort for a fee. Okay. Does that make sense? Yes. So when you focus on results, automation can't swallow you up. Okay.
[15:55] So at this current time, I feel that what I'm going to show you today is one of the few digital businesses you can start that won't be completely wiped out by AI in the next 18 months. And it's so simple when I show you how to do it, you can literally teach anybody to do it for you. Okay. So let's look at some businesses I think could be doomed before we move on. Now, if you think about it, web design can now be done by talking to your computer or mobile phone. Landing pages can be built and automated by AI in seconds now. Copywriting for most projects, not all, can be done by AI. In fact, I had five full-time writers when ChatGPT was released. They were actually based in this office that I'm in right now. None of those writers work for me anymore. Logo design can be done by asking for a logo. Posting on social media is already almost completely AI. Coding and software development have been hit the hardest, okay? AI, if anybody employs any computer programmers, AI has literally decimated the computer programming industry. Just in the UK, I used to employ seven full-time developers and one development manager. Now the development manager is the only one who still works for me, okay? He does the work of all those seven developers without us having any UK-based developers. We have got developers in other countries, but not in the UK anymore. Some of those developers who I used to employ were costing me 350 quid a day. Unpaid SEO for websites — give AI a website and say, what's wrong with this from an SEO perspective? Not only will it tell you, it will fix it for you. And in most cases, okay, better than most SEOs.
[17:44] This is why we need to build businesses that sell the outcome. We need to build businesses that sell the result the businesses want. If everyone can do something, the business will pay the lowest price possible to get it. Okay. But just because everyone can do it, it doesn't mean they can get the result the business wants. Okay. This is where the huge gap in the market is, which is what we're going to talk about today. Okay. Sell the results and own the assets. That's the future business model. Okay. In my own business, we've stopped paying experts and now use AI for things like web design, ad creation, image creation, video creation, transcription, customer support, copywriting, market research, graphic design, email marketing, accounting, SEO. They all cost us pennies now, not thousands like they used to. And honestly, the job being done is better.
[18:46] So I can go on all day about that, but AI builders and agents are changing the game and making it harder and harder for people to sell services that used to be super valuable. 18 months from now, very few of these services will exist in the current form, if at all. It's harder to find digital industries that definitely will exist in 18 months than it is to find ones that won't. It's the entrepreneurs who can get results for businesses that will be profiting 18 months from now. Those who can get more leads, sales, and clients for real-world businesses and those that can guarantee the true organic top of Google for local businesses will be the ones that are making all the money.
[19:26] So what I'm going to show you today will still be here in 18 months because it's built on one of Google's number one assets and they've just given it its biggest upgrade since 2009. And the only way to automate what I'm gonna show you today is by integrating with Google, getting approved by Google, and then working alongside Google and following their terms of service to the letter. This can't be automated by ChatGPT or any other form of AI, because it's the last connection Google has to real-world and local business entities. It's the bridge from — and I don't know if anybody's used AI to build websites, but you can build a million-page website now in probably about 20 minutes using AI that almost never rank. And Google, knowing it's dealing with a real business that exists in the real world — Google wants to put real businesses at the top of the search engines and AI. What I'm gonna show you today is what makes that possible for them and for you very, very, very easily.
[20:21] So today I'm gonna show you something that doesn't require website ads or technical skills to be successful with. It ranks in Google faster than anything else. It ranks in AI faster than anything else. It's free for businesses to get started with. It's built on something local businesses already understand and trust. It gets results for local businesses fast. It's simple for you to deliver. It's easy for you to sell. It can be done in any industry. It can be done in any location. And it works no matter where you're getting started from. So this isn't just built for one type of person. It works if you already run an agency. It works if you own a local business. It works if you're starting from zero. It works if you want to side hustle. And it works if you want to grow a real-world business. There is no skill needed to make this work — only the ability to follow steps. So there's no SEO, no online marketing, no email list, no prior experience.
📌 Google Business Profile — The True Organic Top of Google
[22:10] Mike: So let me ask you a question — why is it Google Business Profile? Give me a yes in the box if you know what Google Business Profile is and give me a no in the box if you have no idea what one is. Yes, yes, yes, no, no, no, yes, yes, yes, no, yes, no, no, no, no, no, yes, yes. Okay, so who here — give me a capital yes on this one. Give me a capital yes if you know what Google Maps is. Do you know what Google Maps are? Yes, capital yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay, we've got loads and loads and loads of yeses in there. Okay, so just to clarify — for those who didn't know what Google Business Profile is — Google Business Profiles are Google Maps. Whenever you make a search online, they sit right above the websites at the very top of the search. Have you seen them? Yes. They are positioned right at the top of Google. That's right. They're nearly always the true organic top of Google and they are the fastest way to rank for “near me” keywords, which get at least three times the search of keyword plus location searches for local businesses like “plumber Miami,” “locksmith London,” or “accountant Los Angeles.” And they are by far the highest intent to buy search terms online. This means you get more leads, more sales, and more clients for local businesses than anything else. They're actually statistically proven to be the most cost-effective thing for any local business to do.
[23:41] So I started a search — locksmith, dentist, plumber, and removal in Google, yes? And it pushes me to search “near me” for all four. You've probably all seen this when searching in Google. It does this for every single local business industry. That's why this search term gets by far the most search online for local businesses — in fact, for any businesses. That's why big companies spend millions on SEO to rank for “near me” terms. That's why they get most of the work and local businesses get very little. Local businesses can't beat big businesses with websites for competitive “near me” terms. They just don't have enough money. But with Google Maps, which sits above the websites, they almost always win.
[24:25] Take a look at this — “Dentist Near Me.” This gets 657,000 searches a month in the United States. This gets 114,000 searches a month in the UK. Businesses are already paying up to $30 per click for this keyword on Google Ads. And businesses are paying thousands to SEO companies to rank their websites below the maps. Big companies with bottomless pockets almost always take these mega keywords with their websites. But after today, you're going to be able to put most local businesses right in the three map listings with the websites and directions. This is the true organic top of Google for local businesses. And with what I'm going to show you today, any business, no matter how big or small, can have that top spot in their industry and location just by working with you. And real-world businesses like dentists, plumbers, roofers, electricians, chiropractors, lawyers, accountants, can afford to, and are happy to, pay thousands every single month for this service.
[25:46] Look at this — Roofer Near Me. Same situation, okay? Tens of thousands of searches every single month. The maps outrank the websites. Local businesses are showing on the maps, and huge national businesses take the number one keyword in the websites. We're not talking about keywords with location modifiers like “Roofer Miami, Roofer London, or Roofer New York.” We're talking about the mega high-traffic keywords — “Roofer near me,” “locksmith near me,” “plumber near me,” “accountant near me,” “dentist near me.” The searches Google is actually pushing customers towards, the high intent searches. Here's another one — Electrician Near Me. This gets tens of thousands of searches every month. Maps outrank the websites. This is “accountant near me” — tens of thousands of searches every single month. Maps outrank the website. And this is a driveway company — this only gets thousands of searches a month, okay, but the maps again outrank the websites. And this is “locksmith near me” — this gets tens of thousands of searches, the maps outrank the websites with local businesses taking the top positions on maps, okay, and huge national businesses taking position four with their websites.
[26:52] Removal company near me — tens of thousands of searches a month, maps outrank the websites. This is the exact same for all local businesses. And didn't mention the AI search, okay. Google is already ranking maps in the AI search above websites. They push the map posts immediately into Gemini and they rank it in record time. So every business wants to rank in AI search right now. This is kind of what we would call it — the buzzword right now. Everybody heard the “AI search and the AI this, that, and the other.” And this is the only non-technical way you can give that to local businesses fast, and the maps nearly always outrank the websites on AI search.
[27:22] So by the end of today, you're going to know how to find 11 ideal prospects with every single Google search you make. You're going to know how to rank Google Business Profiles for local businesses. You're going to be able to get visible results fast, not months later. You'll know how to deliver this properly without guesswork. And you'll be able to charge between $200 to $2,000 per client per month for this service, and you'll have a business delivering something to businesses that can't be automated using AI. So it's an AI-proof business. Okay.
[27:53] So as you all know, building an online business is hard. Getting clients to pay is even harder, and keeping clients is almost impossible unless you have a service that businesses can't do themselves, or a service that pays for itself 10 times over. This covers both bases. Until today, you had to learn a skill, you had to be an expert if you wanted to sell to local businesses — real companies who can pay for years for this service. This gives you exactly that. This lets you deliver visible results fast without technical skills, without any prior experience, without waiting months. This works for any local business, almost anywhere in the world.
📌 The Four-Step Google Business Profile Ranking System
[36:15] Mike: So when working on Google Business Profiles, we start with the foundation. I'm going to show you the four areas Google says matter for ranking a Google Business Profile. We've tested this at scale to prove it works. And I'm going to show you some rankings to prove it as well today. Okay, there's no clever hacks, there's no tricks, there's nothing technical — just simple repeatable actions that work in any industry. So I asked Google directly, “How are you supposed to rank a Google Business Profile?” The answer is super simple, okay? You complete the profile in full, post regularly, add posts regularly, get reviews, and then respond to them. That's it. Okay, there's only four things you need to do. One of them you do once; the rest is simple ongoing actions with no technical work whatsoever. Okay.
[37:00] With a Google Business Profile, you only do four things but consistently — complete the profile in full, post regularly between one and five times a week in most industries, upload photos regularly between one and five times a week in most industries, and get reviews then respond to them. I like to refer to these as the four P's model — profile, post, pictures, praise. Okay — complete the profile, post regularly, upload pictures regularly, and ask for praise regularly, and then respond to it when you get it.
[37:32] Now let's look at each step in order done manually. Now you're not going to need to do this manually, but I'm just going to show you how to automate it. Okay. But for local business owners, this is the service that you're going to be offering to them. So understanding this process here, even though this is the boring part of the presentation, it makes it easier for you to convince businesses to buy.
[37:50] So step one is setting up your profile properly. This is a one-time job. Get this right and everything else works better — better rankings, better conversions, just a better experience for your clients. Okay, this starts with the basics. The business should have already claimed and verified their own Google Business Profile, which literally they can do in their Gmail email. Make sure they use the real legal business name, never keywords. Choose the correct primary category and add secondary categories if relevant. More is not always better. Decide whether it's an address-based business or a service area business — it's never going to be both. So if customers go to the business premises, it's an address-based business. If they travel to a customer, it's a service area business. So if it's like a plumber traveling to them, you're gonna wanna do it as a service area business because you can spread it much further afield. It's that simple, okay?
[38:40] Now in most cases, a business already has a profile and this first bit just needs glossing over. Next is contact information. So you're gonna set the service area clearly, use a direct local phone number, add the website, make sure that NAP — business hours and pricing — so NAP is name, address, and phone number — are all on, match the website, have a clear business description, make sure opening hours and special hours are correct like bank holidays, weekends, things like that, and any relevant attributes like disabled access, free Wi-Fi, etc. Finally, list the services and all products they offer. That's it, okay? You do all this once, then you move on. You rarely need to do this again.
[39:21] Step two is posts. This is how you show Google the business is still active and relevant. Posts are for business updates, offers, promotions, events, launches, changes. Think of it like a notice board or like a social media profile. You can put anything you want on — nothing fancy, just what's actually happening in the business. So you need to post between one and five times per week in most industries. But remember, and I'll say this a few times tonight, consistency matters more than volume. So there's going to be no bursts, no disappearing for months. What I mean by that is don't post 50 times this week and then nothing for six weeks. Be consistent. Consistency is the most important thing for Google Business Profiles. Google isn't looking for keywords or clever tricks like with SEO. Okay, it just wants to see regular daily actions. What a lot of people don't realize is in 2021, they went from Google My Business to Google Business Profile — it became a social profile, and the rules of social media started applying to this, even though SEO agencies are still trying to build backlinks and silly things like that. Keep posts short and clear, use relevant images in posts wherever possible, and always include a clear call to action. A call to action is for conversions, and the call to action is what makes the business money. And making the business money is your primary objective, okay? If the business gets paid, they are happy, they keep paying you every single month. It really is that simple.
[41:23] So step three is pictures. This is instant trust. It's visual proof that the business is real and active. Okay, so pictures should show the outside of the business so people recognize it. Pictures should show the inside of the business so it feels familiar. Pictures should show products and services being delivered, and if possible show real work being done. If you're creating images with Canva or something similar, then pictures should contain a clear call to action and be unique. So don't just create them with AI, okay. And I can show you how to do that at the end if you want. Similar to posts, pictures should be uploaded one to five times a week. Every single day is ideal. Be consistent, no bursts, no going missing for weeks. And remember — consistency is the most important thing for Google Business Profiles. Google isn't looking for keywords or clever tricks like with SEO. It just wants to see regular daily activity.
[42:16] And then step four is praise or reviews, okay? This is the trust signal that compounds over time. The primary rule here is when a business gets a review, you should respond to it — positive or negative. In a perfect world, you should actively ask for reviews — you should ask after a job is completed or a service is delivered, and you should make leaving a review easy by using a direct review link, okay? You want steady reviews over time, no bursts. And again, consistency matters more than quantity. So you should respond to every single review. You should thank positive reviewers. You should address negative reviews calmly and professionally. And you should monitor reviews so nothing sits unanswered for months. That's the entire process, guys. Four steps. Nothing extra. Nothing hidden. Nothing technical. Nothing you can't do. Fill in the profile once. Post. Pictures. Praise.
[43:09] But there's a huge problem. Whilst I get a drink, we're going to look at the hidden killer that takes out 99% of local businesses. Will this work for personal injury? Yes, of course it will. It works brilliantly. In fact, we've got lawyers paying up to five grand a month for this service and plastic surgeons.
[43:43] So the hidden killer is — in fact, can anyone guess what the hidden killer is? It isn't difficult. It isn't knowledge. It isn't time. It's almost time. I've said it like five times to you today so far. Consistency over time. Filling in the profile once is easy. Most businesses do that part themselves when they first set up their Google Business Profile. What they don't do is the consistent ongoing work — what they haven't got time to do. They need to post up to five times a week, they need to upload pictures up to five times a week, and they need to chase reviews from every single customer, and whenever they get a review, they must respond to it. This needs to be consistent. This needs to be done every single day. When they look at doing this manually — it's 20 posts per month on average, it's 20 image uploads per month on average. In some industries, it's much higher. This needs to be done every single day, not once a month or once a week. And you need to email all customers for reviews, then respond to them when they get them. If they get over 100 reviews a month, this can feel impossible to stay on top of. On average, this is about 10 hours of work per Google Business Profile per month. For this to work, they need to spend 30 minutes every single day on their Google Business Profile. This is where most businesses fail. Not because it's hard, not because it's complicated, not because they can't do it, but because it's repetitive, manual, easy to forget and time-consuming. It's not 10 hours once a month. They can't do this in a single day. It's 30 minutes, 20 times a month. They need to be on this every single day. And absolutely nobody running a real business can put that sort of time in every single day. That's why doing this themselves is impossible.
📌 The GBP Lee Software — Automating the Four-Step System
[46:04] Mike: So next I'm going to show you how you can do this in a few clicks with no knowledge, no skill, no tracking ability, no fancy systems to remind you to do this 20 times a month. I'm going to show you how you can do all this for hundreds of customers, each paying you thousands every single month, with less than 60 minutes of work per Google Business Profile per month, and they will love you for it. The software I'm going to show you in a minute saves time, saves money, makes scaling easier, and it makes looking after clients so simple. It should actually be illegal, but it's not. It's actually been approved by Google for this exact purpose because it does 100% of what Google asks for, only without any of the mess.
[46:43] Okay, so businesses don't want to spend hours doing this themselves — that's been proven. 99% of profiles are not optimized. They don't want the effort. They want the result — more leads, more sales, and more clients. To the outside world, it will look like you're working 10 hours per client per month. You'll probably be working at most 30 minutes. Okay, 30 minutes a month at the most. Now, if I offered you $200 to do half an hour's work, would you do it? Let me know in the chat. Yes, yes, yes, maybe. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Yep. Well, guys, that's what this makes possible at scale. I've got clients charging lawyers and plastic surgeons up to five grand a month for this exact service.
[47:36] Let me show you the software, okay? So this is a software called GBP Lee. Okay, once you get inside the software, you connect your client's Google Business Profile in a few clicks. I've got four businesses in there on the left-hand side. They're actually all my businesses, so I'm allowed to show you these. Next, you see a scoring system. This rates the profile out of 100. You fill in the checklist, okay, until it scores 100. It's just completing a form. There's no technical work, no knowledge needed. You just fill in the steps, and that's step one done — complete the profile, okay?
[48:05] Step two, you can upload pictures, all right? You can drag and drop the pictures in and you can do 50 in a single drop, okay? Pick a start date, schedule daily, weekly, or monthly. Get images from your client, obviously, or make them yourself on camera, and I'll show you how to do that at the end so that they actually boost rankings. You can schedule a full year in under 10 minutes. Step three is schedule posts. So you're going to click “generate with AI” for the posts, okay. Choose the post type and click next. Choose up to eight posts to be written using AI. Click generate. This reads the website and the Google Business Profile, then writes professional posts. Once done, you just need to quickly read, edit, and then approve them. If you're happy, set the start date, click “approve all,” and you're done. You can do a full year for this in about half an hour.
[49:03] And finally, you want to get reviews and respond to them. Now in the real world, this is a huge headache. Anybody that's tried chasing reviews for a client or for themselves — you need to email or text every single client asking for a review, okay? If they respond with a review, you need to write a thoughtful response — very, very, very time-consuming. It's almost impossible to keep on top of if you've got a lot of clients, like a restaurant or something. So you see these two buttons here — send email or SMS. You click either, they work the exact same way. I'll click “send email.” It writes a beautiful email from the business to their customers. You then paste up to 200 email addresses in the box at the top. This works exactly the same with text messages, and then the software drips the review request out over the next 30 days. When you get a review, you click “suggest with AI.” The software reads the review, writes three responses so you can quickly select your favorite, edit if needed, then click send.
[50:29] There's a hundred other cool features inside of the software — insights, industry analysis, profile guard, rank tracking, rank replays, workspaces — just too many to go on with here. But these four steps are all you need to do. These four steps are enough to keep customers happy, and they are enough to rank most Google Business Profiles, and they're usually all you need to do to win for customers. So here's what you need to do — schedule a year's worth of images, which takes about five minutes. Schedule a year's worth of posts, which takes about half an hour. Schedule review requests by pasting customer emails or phone numbers, then responding to them with AI — that takes about 10 minutes a month. So that's where you do the work each month. It's probably 10 to 30 minutes a month at the most.
[51:22] The process is simple. You get a client, connect the profile, complete the dashboard checklist, schedule a year's worth of images, schedule a year's worth of posts, and then copy and paste emails or phone numbers into a box and click send. You do this once a month, okay? Compared to what we did manually, there — can you see how powerful this software is? Yes. Can you see how much time and effort it saves you when looking after your clients?
📌 Real Rankings Proof and Business Model Breakdown
[51:48] Mike: But does this get rankings? That's probably what people are saying. Yeah. Let me show you some rankings. So this is Weymouth, where I'm based. And this is my business coaching. So I run a coaching business. This is my business coaching map listed at the top. As you can see, the search term is “business coaching Weymouth.” My coaching business is the very top map. The websites are in position number four, down the bottom, as I've shown you earlier. This is Dorset — this is the entire county where I'm based — and this is my coaching business in the maps listing. As you can see, the search term is “business coaching Dorset.” My coaching business is the very top map. The websites are in position number four, again right down the bottom. OK, on this one I search “business coaching” — that's it, just “business coaching.” As you can see, my Maps listing is at the top, beating the very top website, which is in position number four. Now, if you just look at the name on the website in position number four — that's actually Tony Robbins. Who knows who Tony Robbins is, yeah? I've beat Tony Robbins with my coaching business maps. This didn't take years. This took me about two months of using the software.
[52:54] Now think about that. If I wanted to outrank his website, I would have to spend thousands on SEO. It'd take me months, if not years, to rank for “business coaching” without the location modifier. But the maps? I beat him in my target area for free within two months. This is what I've done in two months. Let me just quickly show you. So this is the rank tracker showing for “business coaching.” See the keyword here. This is about a couple of miles away from where we're based. This one here is zoomed out further — this is about three miles away from where I'm based. This is about a five-mile radius of where I'm based — still number one everywhere, as you can see. And this is a single keyword, just “business coaching.” This is a 12-mile radius, still number one, absolutely everywhere, as you can see. Okay.
[53:40] This is driving directions from Weymouth to Bath — it takes an hour and 54 minutes. It's 109 kilometers away and it's 67.9 miles. This is driving directions from Weymouth to Bridgewater — this is 54 miles away. An hour and a half drive, 86.9 miles. This is an hour and 23 minutes, Weymouth to Taunton, 88 kilometers, 55 miles. This is a 50-mile radius of my business, no location modifier, almost everywhere we're number one. No SEO on the planet can offer this to their clients. And we can do this almost hands-free.
[54:45] Now there's millions of Google Business Profiles in every single location, in every single industry, everywhere in the world. When someone searches locally, Google shows just three Google Business Profiles at the top. Every other profile is hidden. If a business is not in the top three, they might as well be invisible. In most cases, businesses set up their Google Business Profile once and forget about it. There's almost no information out there on ranking Google Business Profiles. That creates a massive gap for you and you get results for customers very, very, very fast.
[56:58] This company, Business Profile Masters, charges from $300 to $500 a month for this exact service and charges a $600 setup fee. This one is WebFX — they charge between $500 and $3,000 a month for local SEO. The Google Business Profile is the first step in any local SEO setup. And this is OneClick SEO — they charge $1,680 per month for their map pack local SEO package. I can go on all day with these. There are companies charging thousands for this service. There's local businesses that are willing to pay thousands for this long-term. And this is the only non-technical way you can offer a service like this that's AI-proof to local businesses.
[57:44] Now, this is my business — so this is over at managemymap.com. I charge on average £250 a month for this service. I've got unpaid telesales calling these businesses for me. So as you can see here, it says £500 a month. They pick up the phone — these are my unpaid telesales. This works brilliantly with cold email as well. They book the prospect of a meeting with me or one of my team. I walk the prospect through the training on how to rank their own Google Business Profile maps. Okay, you're going to get that meeting agenda at the end of today. When they realize how much work this is, I make them an offer. We have a deal on — available today only, 50% off. Our book price is £500 a month. They get this at just £250 a month. That means I have a £250 a month client that takes about 10 minutes a month to look after. Every time one of these converts, I give my telesales guy £50 per client per month for the year. So they can make an absolute fortune off this. He has to sell to make money. If he doesn't sell, it costs me nothing. It's completely unpaid.
[59:33] So this is my exact business model. I get a minimum of four free appointments per telesales person per week. 50% of those appointments close at £250 a month. That's £500 per week. That's £2,000 a month in recurring revenue on a four-week month. After the telesales fee, I make £1,600 per month. And it works in America — it's a lot higher in America. But this compounds fast. Can anybody tell me — pop it in the chat if you can work it out — how much I make per month after 12 months, just by one telesales person doing me four appointments a week? After 12 months doing four appointments once a week — making £19,200 a month in recurring revenue. After 12 months of doing two hours of work — client meetings, it's only 30-minute meetings — they've been booked for me, they cost me nothing if they don't convert. And I can make £19,200 per month. Now if I decide to do eight hours of client meetings per week — that's one full day a week, even if you've got a full-time job — and I get four people making calls from there, that number increases — it's 76 grand a month after 12 months if I sit and do one day a week worth of meetings.
[1:01:32] Now finding the telesales guys is not the easiest thing in the world but once you start getting these guys on board, this just scales. Okay. And those meetings convert 50% on average, because as soon as you speak to a business, they understand how much work and how much consistency is involved. They're like, “Yeah, just do it for me,” especially at two, three, four, five hundred a month. And I only charge a tiny £250 a month. Okay, and I make £76 grand a month profit. This is after all my overheads. Okay, if you're in the United States, and you charge $500 a month for this service, and you pay your telesales guys a generous $100 per customer per month commission on conversions, and you use my exact business model, you could be making after 12 months, $153,600 per month in clear profit. Actually, thinking about it — once you reach that level, you would be spending $3,861 a month in software fees. So your actual profit would be $153,600 minus $3,861. So you'd be earning $149,737 per month clear profit after telesales fees of $100 per client per month. And because you're paying them a good number, they won't stop calling. They just keep growing it and growing it and growing it for you. This is after software fees of $3,800. That's all from one eight-hour day per week. So if you just book 16 thirty-minute meetings a week, you'll close half of them on average.
📌 Pricing, Bonuses, and the GBP Lee Offer
[1:08:09] Mike: Introducing GBP Lee. Okay, this is the only practical way to manage and optimize Google Business Profiles at scale. It automates the work Google rewards, it removes manual fulfillment without removing results, it keeps profiles active without you having to touch them much. Okay, I'm going to give you a special deal today — one so good you can get your business off the ground profitably with just one paying client. One so good you can take on new clients and undercut all the competition. One so good you might find it impossible not to succeed.
[1:08:56] Okay, so if you go to my website, gbple.com, right now you will see the standard pricing for a Pro subscription — managed up to 10 Google Business Profiles — is $199 a month or $1,999 a year. Now that's already ridiculously good value when you consider one customer will cover your costs entirely. But, okay, because you're on the webinar today right now, I'm going to cut that price in half. So the deal for you today is just $99 per month or $999 per year when you go to gbple.com/Brian. I can drop that in the chat for you now, and then I will jump over and share some bonuses with you guys.
[1:09:41] Okay, so when you go to the link on the page, this works out at less than $10 per client per month. If your clients are paying you between $200 and $2,000 a month each, then one paying client in the next 30 days covers the entire cost of the program. And everything after that is 100% clear profit.
[1:09:56] So here's what you're gonna get, guys, okay? You're gonna get the Pro account for up to 10 clients. You can connect up to 10 Google Business Profiles at any one time. You can generate content using AI. You can schedule posts and write them with AI. You can schedule images up to 50 in a few clicks, and you can bulk request reviews, then manage reviews with AI responses. This is everything you need to handle the ongoing work without doing it manually. All of that for just $99 a month or $999 a year.
[1:10:25] But wait, okay. I've got more. Bonus number one is the client sales kit. So the first bonus that I've got for you when you sign up is the full client sales kit and business model — everything you need to start and run your business for yourself. This includes the pitch script that tells you exactly what to say to customers, the prospecting scripts that teaches you how to find the perfect client fast, the cold calling script which tells you exactly what to say if you decide to pick up the phone, the service overview which is the service you're selling, the meeting agenda which keeps you on track and closes clients efficiently, and the proposal template, which helps you convert quotes into cash just like a real professional. And the 30-day plan to your first paying client — this is a step-by-step checklist you just follow to get your first paying client in the next 30 days.
[1:11:24] Bonus number two is the review widget. As a special bonus for buying today, you also get the review widget. You can copy and paste this onto your client's website — there's no technical installation at all, just paste it into the footer, and everything else is automated. It collects reviews, displays reviews on the website, and feeds them back into the GBP Lee so that you can reply with AI. Google Business Profile management doesn't get any easier than that, okay?
[1:12:32] Bonus number three is the video sales letter. So rather than you talking about this, okay, or me talking about this, telling you how good it is, let's watch it one more time and see if we can get the sound to work this time.
[1:16:23] So, what you're going to get is GBP Lee Pro. You're going to get the client sales kit and business model. You're going to get the on-site review widget and you're going to get the video sales letter. Plus, bonus number four — you're going to get live monthly training. So every single month on the first Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. UK time — that's noon in most of the US — I personally open up a live walkthrough training and Q&A. I will walk you through everything you need to know, then I will personally — not my staff, I'll personally — answer all your questions, help with any areas you're struggling, and even help you pitch this if you need me to. You still have full access to my support desk, which is open Monday through Friday. I charge $500 an hour on my business coaching and you have to sign up at $2,000 a month — they have to do four hours a month with me. You get access to me every single month, 100% free of charge.
[1:17:41] Plus bonus number five is the case study. I decided to show how well this works. So I picked up the phone and I started making phone calls myself on day one. I sold absolutely nothing. Okay, because I was doing it wrong, but I figured it out. And by day five, I had 27 customers. Each customer is now paying me £200 per month. So that's £5,400 a month in recurring revenue. I'm going to give you the case study. I'm going to give you the telesales script. I'm going to give you the meeting agenda. I'm going to give you the client checklist. And a video showing you exactly how I was able to go from zero to close 27 clients in five days.
📌 Vanessa's Small Batch Bonus — Email Campaigns and Done-For-You Service
[1:41:07] Vanessa: So everybody that's here, let me share my screen. So you know what we do — most of us here work a lot with cold email. And Mike's talked a lot about — he's got all of those incredible sales tools that you absolutely can work with. But I put together — I did some research on the top 20 niches that are like super hot ready targets for this exact offer. And I put together email campaigns for your outreach to support this service for every single one of those hot premium niches. It's a five-touch email sequence for each targeted niche. So every campaign is customized to that industry with industry speak, speaking their language, their terminology, five touches with the drive for every single one of those emails to start a conversation about this system, right?
[1:42:23] And then I thought, okay, not everybody has a way to send cold emails. Mike was talking about the BCC and how you can send a couple of hundred a day, but what if I took that lift off of you? What if I said, “Hey, I'm gonna teach you about cold email and I'm gonna have my team do it for you.” So if you jump on this today, not only will you get the 100 emails, the 20 campaigns that are all niche-specific, we're gonna give you the MicroReach Mastery Cold Email Course and 30 days of absolutely unlimited done-for-you service of pulling lists for you in these niches. So there's 20 niches that we know are a hot spot for this service. I will pull a list for you every single day of hundreds of contacts in those industries with their email address so that you can send them this email campaign and any of the marketing materials that you're getting with this product. And we'll do it for you. We will include a Small Batch System CRM to send those emails. We will send the emails for you.
[1:43:26] Basically, it's a lot of really short forms. We pull the list, we've got the emails, we send them for you and all you have to do is handle the conversations that all of this drums up. And he's got the pitch for you, he's got the video sales letter for you, he's got all of these sales-closing-the-loop tools, but I'm gonna help you get those people calling you and replying to your email so that you can share this incredible service with them.
[1:44:12] Mike: That's absolutely brilliant. Thank you. I didn't expect that. Well, that's absolutely awesome. Yes, that'll work. Absolutely brilliant. It worked brilliantly with the page, actually. So anyone who's in, let us know you're in and I can send you the page or the link to the page.
[1:44:32] Vanessa: My bonus — after you join with Mike, Mike's going to give me a list of everybody that joined on the call and then I'm going to email you. It's just a Google document. We keep it real simple, and in that Google Doc are all — actually I did 21 campaigns. I started with a generic campaign that you're able to customize for any industry, but then I went further. I was like, you know, who's this really gonna work for? I looked for underserviced, undertargeted industries where the email addresses that I'm able to give you are — you're most likely to reach an owner operator, because all of this information is public information on the internet — “contact us,” etc., email contacts. But what you don't wanna do is reach a secretary or a receptionist or a hostess, right? So the industries that I've researched are folks that are not heavily marketed to, that will most greatly benefit from the service, that will recognize the value that you're bringing to them, and are most likely to be easily reached by this cold email outreach. So those are the 20 niches. And then I have a generic so that if you have a connection or a relationship or a history with a different niche, where you know how to customize that email and use their verbiage.
[1:45:49] We talked a lot about, at the top of the call, having authority when you speak to a prospect. And one of the best ways to have that authority and to build that relationship and that trust is to sound like you're not casting a wide net and just hoping to talk to whoever responds. And also, when you are speaking to that prospect, talking in their language, using their words — it makes you feel to them like an informed expert in their needs, like you are experienced with their industry and are more able to answer their problems because you seem familiar in their industry. So you can customize the email, we have the generic sequence and then we have the 20 top niches already for you. And then on that page in that document with all of the email campaigns is the link for you to claim the month of the Small Batch System with the MicroReach Mastery email course. There is a 99-cent activation fee only because credit card information is required for the Done For You services. But if you're not happy in those first 30 days that you have this unlimited service — get your 30 lists, let us send the emails for you. If you're not happy, I will even refund you the 99 cents if you decide not to stick around. But yeah, we want to do it all for you. We want to get those calls coming in for you.
📌 Q&A — Scaling, Pricing, White Label, and Getting Images
[1:47:34] Mike: Yeah. I've got the link in for the bonus. Anybody who's in, grab that bonus. Somebody mentioned white label. The white label is the one on the right-hand side when you click the link — gbple.com/Brian. But that's per business. The white label version only works on a per-business basis. The 10-link one in the middle — where it's the best to get started with — that gives you 10 Google Business Profiles, and then obviously you can use the white label as you start to pick up clients.
[1:48:20] Any tips for actually getting pictures, emails, phone numbers from business owners? Yeah, what we do — so if you've been doing this for years, you'd probably want the white label version, Dan, simply because the white label version has something called the client portal. And the client portal enables you to automatically build everything. It sits in the client portal, you can send them the client portal and they just click and approve what's going on. And I tell you what I'll do — I'll very quickly share a quick video with you that shows you exactly how I create the images. So it's important to not do the images incorrectly. If you do the images incorrectly, like with AI and stuff like that, then Google will penalize you because you put AI-crappy images on. What I do is I have a special way of doing it so that I can get 50 or 60 images super fast for a client, and they will rank really, really well because the images are 100% unique and business-specific.
[1:52:55] Sorry if you didn't get the sound of those guys, but basically that's how I create 100% unique images over and over and over and over again. I use the call to action from the website and then I drop the image backgrounds in from there. And basically Google's never seen them before and that's why they work so well. In my coaching business, that's exactly what I've done. That's what all my images are.
[1:55:44] Can I cancel the software and decide it's not for me? Of course you can, there's no contracts at all. Any more questions guys?
📌 Closing Remarks and Next Steps
[1:58:29] Vanessa: Mike, thank you so, so much for everything. But my favorite part was the AI-proof — you not being able to automate these kinds of things with all of the AI that's taking over, but you figuring out a way to be compliant. That's something that we teach very heavily in the cold email course — you have to play by Google's rules. Google will step on you like a bug if you break their rules, but you can play the game, you can follow their rules and still win. And what I'm hearing you say is that this solution is right in line with the way we do our business too, right? Play nicely with Google to get the results. And I just think it's a perfect addition to everybody that's working in the MicroReach Mastery, the Small Batch System, the lead generation world, everybody that's working with me and Brian on everything we're focused on. This is a perfect use case, not just for yourself. Absolutely, you should boost your own visibility, right? We talked about the visibility layer and your authority, but it's a no-brainer for local businesses and everybody that you can help. So I'm so excited to see everybody's success story as we move forward with this. And I can't wait to start sending the emails to everybody.
[1:59:16] So Mike, when we get done, you'll help me get a list of everybody that bought it so I can hurry up and get them their bonus, right?
[1:59:22] Mike: Yes, I can download — I think I can download the list from the payment processors. Yeah, I'm pretty sure I can.
[1:59:31] Vanessa: All right. Everybody that's bought, if you want to hit me up at getsupport.biz with like your payment confirmation — if you don't want to wait for our technical side of things — yeah, just send me your payment confirmation and I will send you the link to access everything because I know if you're half as excited as I am, you want to jump on this right now and get started. So I don't want you to have to wait on me for the bonus. So we're going to make it work. So Mike, thank you so, so much. I know it's super late over on your side of the world. It's nine o'clock here. So it's not super late, but it's bedtime at my age.
[2:00:06] Mike: Oh gosh, mine too. So thank you for staying up so late and being with us today. Thank you for your time. It's been incredibly valuable.
[2:00:11] Vanessa: I've gotten a lot out of it. I think everybody else has too. And can you drop your support — if they have some pre-purchase questions, if they want to come back — I am going to have a replay out, but I would love to have your support where I can direct folks to you if they have any questions so that we can help them make the right decision when they're ready to buy.
[2:00:31] Mike: Yeah, it's support@mikemartin.zendesk.com. There's support inside the system, but if they do it there, it'll go straight to my team. Also, somebody mentioned about changing straight over to enterprise — you should be able to go over to the billing and switch your subscription from the Pro to the enterprise inside of the billing area. You should be able to do that, no problem inside of there. So you don't need to cancel and reactivate. Inside of billing, you can switch between subscriptions, upgrade, downgrade, and do all that fancy stuff there. So you don't need to email support or do anything. But if you have a problem, email support. There's a support button bottom right inside the software.
[2:01:31] Vanessa: Beautiful. All right, Mike, thank you so much. I'll let you go turn in. I know it's bedtime. Fiona also said it's 10 o'clock there. So they're bedtime too. I'm gonna go. I've got to cook dinner for my family. So thank you all so very, very much. We will get you the replay and we'll talk soon. Thanks again, Mike.
[2:01:51] Mike: Cheers. Thank you. Cheers. Bye-bye.
[2:01:53] Vanessa: Bye.
