Small Batch System | New Member FAQ

Member Resource

Get clear on the right way to start.

Your Small Batch CRM, email setup, and DFY lead process are designed to help you learn the method, protect your sending reputation, and build real momentum without guessing.

The simple path

Follow this sequence to get started with confidence.

01

Learn the method

Begin with the Micro Reach Mastery training. It explains the Small Batch approach and the safeguards built into the included CRM.

02

Activate your CRM

Submit the DFY Small Batch CRM request form to request your included account and get the setup process underway.

03

Send responsibly

Use the included CRM within its one-sending-address and 100-emails-per-day guardrails while you put the training into practice.

04

Request your campaign

When you are ready, select your 100-contact segment and submit a DFY Campaign Setup request.

Why the guardrails matter: The included CRM is built to help you learn the Small Batch email methodology without risking a sending domain by trying to send at high volume before you understand the process.

Your questions, answered

Everything new members ask about CRM access, sending, and leads.

Open any question below for a direct answer and the next step to take.

Foundation and training

Micro Reach Mastery teaches the foundational strategies. Small Batch System adds the Done-For-You infrastructure and scaling capabilities that help members put those strategies into practice. The included CRM and DFY services are designed to support implementation, not replace the training.

Yes. Training is available to help you understand and make the most of the Done-For-You services, even when the technical setup is handled for you. Begin with the Micro Reach Mastery training before activating your CRM or beginning your campaign process.

CRM access and upgrades

Yes. The standard Small Batch CRM is included with your Small Batch membership. It is designed to help you implement the Small Batch email method with practical guardrails in place. Request your included CRM here.

Watch the training first, then submit the DFY Small Batch CRM request form. Your account is created through the Done-For-You CRM process.

Contact member support before submitting a second request. The support team can review your original submission and tell you whether it can be corrected or whether you should resubmit.

No. A Small Batch CRM cannot be ported into an existing GoHighLevel account that is not linked to Brian Anderson/Small Batch. Proprietary Small Batch content and workflows are installed only in accounts connected to Small Batch.

Open a new Pro account through the Small Batch upgrade page so it is linked to Brian Anderson/Small Batch. After purchase, submit the transfer request with your relationship number, agency name, and agency owner. Support will complete the transfer and confirm when it is finished.

The current GoHighLevel destination accessed from the Small Batch upgrade page lists its Unlimited plan at $297 per month. The Small Batch upgrade page states that Pro supports unlimited simultaneous campaigns and sender addresses, lets you create and manage sub-accounts, and includes GoHighLevel onboarding and technical support. Pricing is controlled by GoHighLevel, so please verify current pricing before purchase.

Sending and email infrastructure

The included CRM is capped at one sending address and 100 emails per day. These guardrails are intended to help members learn the method and protect sending domains from being used aggressively before the training has been applied.

The reviewed member materials do not publish a contact-storage limit for the included CRM or a Small Batch-specific daily sending limit for Pro. If you need to import a large list or require a particular daily volume, contact support before importing or sending so your setup can be confirmed.

The CRM materials confirm that the account supports email campaigns and automations. The DFY Email or Domain Setup service covers sending-domain and authentication work such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX routing, branded link tracking, and compliance checks. Correct DNS configuration is essential to deliverability. The reviewed materials do not clearly state whether SMTP is included natively with either CRM plan or whether a particular third-party provider is required. Contact support to confirm the setup for your account before sending.

Email accounts, platforms and warm-up

Your email account is the email address used to send your campaign. A campaign platform lets you create, send, and track campaigns through an associated email account. For DFY campaign setup, you will need to create the email account that will be used to send your campaigns.

The currently listed platforms for DFY campaign setup are Mailjet, Streak, Brevo, Yesware, and GMass. The list reflects platforms that have been tested for the DFY process. Contact member support before selecting a platform not shown in the current request options.

Warm-up means gradually sending email to build engagement and recipient trust over time. This helps reduce the risk of messages being marked as spam or placed in a junk folder. Begin at low volume, send targeted and relevant messages, and increase only as your engagement and deliverability support it.

For the DFY campaign request process, use one unique email address per campaign request. This requirement is specific to the campaign-request process and does not replace the separate sending limits of your CRM account.

Domains, DFY leads and list cleaning

No. Micro Reach Mastery does not provide separate cold or burn domains upfront. The focus is on engagement-based segmentation and protecting your sender reputation with your own verified domain. Start slowly, send highly targeted and personalized emails to real engaged contacts, and build your sender reputation gradually. For help with domain configuration, use the DFY Email or Domain Setup service.

Select Other on the request form, then enter the niche you want in the field that appears.

You can submit up to one campaign setup request per day and one lead-list request per day.

No. The lead lists are delivered without pre-cleaning so you retain the full set of research results for email and non-email outreach, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, phone, website outreach, or direct mail.

When you are ready to run a DFY email campaign, select the 100 contacts you want to use and submit a DFY Campaign Setup request. That selected segment is cleaned, loaded into your account, and used for the campaign.

Email validation is highly recommended before sending because invalid addresses can increase bounce rates and harm sender reputation. For a DFY campaign, the selected 100-contact segment is cleaned as part of the campaign-request process. The current member materials do not recommend a specific third-party verification provider, so contact support before purchasing or using a separate service outside that process.
