Your email account is the email address that will be used to send the emails associated in a campaign. Mailjet/Streak are email platforms that allows you to create, send and track your campaigns with an associated email account. 

In short, every email service platform requires users to link email accounts/addresses which will be used to send the campaigns.

The process of warming up email accounts involves sending a series of emails to gradually increase engagement and trust with recipients, which helps prevent emails from being marked as spam or ending up in the recipients’ junk folders.

Unfortunately, no. You will have to set this up on your own. Setting up DKIM for your email involves generating DKIM keys in your ESP, adding DKIM records to your DNS, and verifying the setup. This improves email deliverability and security.

We’re offering DFY campaign setups for these platforms: Mailjet, Streak, Brevo, Yesware, and GMass.

Open rates shows us the number of email recipients who opened the email.

Click rates shows us the number of email recipients who opened the email clicked the link within the email. 

Bounce rates shows us the percentage of emails you send that get rejected and “bounce back” because they can’t be delivered.
