Hey, everybody. Can you let me know real quick if you can hear me? I did remember to turn off the mute today. It usually takes me a few moments of speaking before I realize no one can hear. Awesome. Hey, Connie. Hey, Brent.
0:18
Thanks for joining me today. I sent out a couple of notes. I want everybody to know that while I do have some really awesome updates today and I'm going to answer every single question that we get.
0:28
I am gonna try to keep this a quick update because tomorrow is our ERTC ultimate deadline.
0:36
April 15th, 2025, I can't believe the day is finally here.
0:40
So Brian is neck deep over at the ERTC department, getting everything wrapped up, crossing every T, dotting every I.
0:50
So I'm gonna jump back into helping him as soon as we wrap here.
0:53
I know a lot of you are heavily involved in the ERTC program.
0:57
The past three years have been amazing for many people.
1:02
It's been very exciting and the work doesn't stop tomorrow.
1:05
We are going to continue servicing all of the clients, ensuring that if the IRS has any questions about their filed 941Xs that we are supporting them all the way through absolute completion, which is them receiving all of their checks and thus paying their invoices and all of our agents getting paid.
1:26
So everyone who has been with us for the long haul or just joined recently, any deals that you've got, we're gonna stay hard at work collecting those fees and getting those commissions done.
1:39
Yeah, we are crazy busy, Cindy, that's absolutely right.
1:43
But that doesn't mean that what we have to share today with Small Batch isn't very, very important.
1:50
We my commitment to you this year was to really crank up all of the done for you campaigns So our goal is every two weeks to provide four new campaigns and those campaigns will be in two separate niches And that does mean that each niche will get two campaigns and you know, what's the logic behind that? Are they different?
2:11
Yes, so um, obviously our first goal is always to help you get new clients, right?
2:19
So in each niche, we will develop a multi-touch, multi-day campaign that is intended for you to send to a business owner or a person of interest in a specific niche, right?
2:34
And once they respond and become your client, your next goal is to service them, help them make more money so that they continue to pay you as your client.
2:44
So the second campaign in each niche that we are preparing and delivering to you is the fulfillment side.
2:53
They are email campaigns to help you kickstart your service to your new customers by helping them generate quick business with email marketing with the idea being that you will use their existing cold list, Maybe client lists that have fallen out haven't purchased for them from them in a few months or even years or Maybe they built a list and never activated it This is your chance to jump in with these done-for-you campaigns to service those clients So even if you don't really have your feet underneath you about what you're gonna sell to these people once they become your client We've got a ready-made easy win for you to jump in with while you Maybe interview with them and see what their needs are. Do they need a reputation? Do they want to?
3:51
Group on do they need AI services, etc, etc, etc, but this helps you Get past the gatekeeper and then launch straight out of the gate with a service I am on my own today. So let me jump in and see questions coming in.
4:06
So give me just a second. Okay, so Paul is a new person.
4:10
Hi, welcome.
4:12
Even though our HL account is set up, is there a simple checklist to the things we need to do other than setting up email?
4:18
I don't think I saw that.
4:19
Yes, Paul, there absolutely is.
4:22
Inside the members area, we have the quick start videos on the very first page that you log in.
4:28
It's everything you need to do to get started.
4:30
It runs you through every step of the done for you services.
4:34
Right?
4:35
And then in the top right hand across the main navigation bar is all the training about the Small Batch CRM usage, right?
4:48
Once you get the Small Batch CRM set up and the email is functioning, the next step is to run through the done for you so that you can get your email warmed up so that you can choose your email campaigns and we will do it all for you while you then go through the course at your own pace.
5:06
We don't want there to be a barrier to activity.
5:10
So while you're learning, you can have our done for you team working for you.
5:14
So everything can happen at the same time.
5:16
So there's not this big lag between you joining and actually getting to send some emails.
5:23
So welcome Paul, we're very glad to have you.
5:25
And if you have any specific questions, our support team is literally standing by.
5:28
We have 15 plus folks working around the clock to answer any questions as well as support you with the Done For You services.
5:36
Thank you very much, Paul.
5:37
All right, so today, our exciting update.
5:43
Let me make sure I haven't paused my screen so you can see my slide.
5:50
All right, everybody see now, new Done For You campaigns available?
5:57
Let's see, Paul says, I'm only seeing a black screen that says now viewing Brian Anderson's screen.
6:03
Is that what everybody else sees? Or do you see, does anybody see a slide?
6:09
We see updates, so exciting updates.
6:11
Connie, I think you see a slide, it's got two, a girl holding a bullhorn.
6:15
Yeah, Paul, why don't you log out and come back in and see if that fixes it, because everybody else sees slides, awesome.
6:19
Thank you everybody, great.
6:21
Okay, so our new done for you campaigns are available.
6:25
The current Small Batch System CRM account owners We'll see this automatically in your account as a workflow No action required from you are done for you team will push this into your account automatically within the next 48 hours It'll be listed in your workflows New help pages have been added in the members area for all of our pro accounts Okay, and if anybody wants to know what a pro account is It is your small-batch CRM, but you have the option to upgrade it to a pro high-level account, which because you're upgrading an account that's already associated with Brian's small-batch system, when you upgrade it to pro directly through go high-level, one, we don't charge you anything.
7:20
It is a pure between you and go high-level transaction, but you're upgrading an existing account that's with Brian, this allows us to continue to have the connection to your account where we're able to push out what you'll hear us refer to as snapshots.
7:39
So we can, in your Small Batch System, before you upgrade to Pro, we can log in to your accounts and do everything for you directly without any links or upgrades, or I'm sorry, uploads.
7:55
But when you upgrade to a pro account, you will be able to have your own sub accounts, which means you'll be able to sell services to your customers and run email campaigns and sub accounts of your pro account, which yes, we do done for you as well.
8:14
But there are additional steps because you now have an upgraded account with different parameters and security.
8:20
So, there are new training pages in our member's area, smallbatchsystem.com, under the Small Batch CRM header that will teach you about your Pro account and maximize all of the features and benefits of the Pro account.
8:37
Again, Brian does not charge you anything. The Small Batch System has no expense for upgrading to a Pro account.
8:42
that is directly with you and the go high level system.
8:46
And so you can choose the account level and the cost that is associated with that directly with go high level.
8:53
That's completely out of the envelope of Small Batch, but we do continue to service those for you, complete every single done for you service that we offer Small Batch members, we can provide for you in your pro account.
9:07
Okay, any questions about that?
9:11
Carolyn, you're having trouble logging into your account, waiting on support.
9:14
Okay.
9:15
We've got, if you have opened a ticket, I will check it as soon as we wrap.
9:18
I'll connect with the support team and make sure that we are, we're helping you get into your account.
9:24
Absolutely.
9:25
Paul says he's back and now can see the slides.
9:27
Excellent.
9:27
Fantastic.
9:28
Great solution.
9:29
Do we qualify for that if we have an existing pro go high level account, Frank?
9:33
That's an excellent question.
9:35
For a Small Batch System Pro account, you need to upgrade the Pro account. I'm sorry, upgrade the Small Batch System account provided through your Small Batch System membership to a Pro Go High Level account.
9:49
That is separate from any other Go High Level account that you already have.
9:54
That way you retain the connection with Brian's so that we are able to continue to upload all of those done-for-you services, the engagement amplifier, workflow, everything that we built into the DNA of the Small Batch CRM, that uniquely needs to be upgraded.
10:16
It can't be transferred over to an existing pro account.
10:19
I hope that makes sense.
10:20
Still waiting for AI Word form and click generator to work out.
10:25
It doesn't work now.
10:27
Okay, Cindy, I'm not 100% sure I know what you're referring to, but I can definitely help you after the call, I will connect.
10:37
Yep, I don't know what that is either, Cindy.
10:40
I am sorry about that, but we'll figure it out.
10:44
All right, again, I'm bouncing back and forth between giving you the updates and making sure I answer all your questions.
10:49
So if you have a question along the way, jump in and I will answer those questions.
10:55
Okay, so the Done For You campaign niches that we're working on, again, my commitment to you this year was to really blast out as many niches as humanly, physically possible to make sure that you have a huge wide array of niches that you can pursue.
11:13
This on your screen, this is our list of our task list, what we're working from.
11:20
This is not set in stone.
11:21
So if you have a niche or a business idea that you want to pursue, send us a ticket, hit us up on Facebook, post it in the group, etc., or tell me right here.
11:33
This list is my brainchild.
11:36
It is the list in order that I came up with, but by no means does it mean that we have to adhere to this release schedule.
11:45
So if you are actively looking for something, please let us know, and if you don't see it on the list, we can definitely add it.
11:51
So far we have shared affiliate marketing and automotive dealerships. That's what we released on our last call.
11:57
Today, I get to share with you that we have created a direct sales client, both business generating and product sales.
12:07
Direct sales is another way of saying network marketing. I hate to say multi-level marketing.
12:13
We would never say pyramid, but it is recruiting someone to work on your team for LA products.
12:23
Old school is Tupperware, Amway, Mary Kay, lots of, you know, diet shakes are huge right now, but that is our first release this week.
12:34
And also gym and fitness centers, right?
12:39
Marketing to gym owners and fitness center owners first, and then the follow-up email campaign is out to their, say, client list to reengage, maybe folks have let their membership lapse and we want to reach back out to them and get them back into the gym and pay those monthly fees.
12:59
So those are the two campaigns that we have released today.
13:04
And again, all Small Batch CRM members will see that appear in their account with no action required on your part within the next 48 hours.
13:15
Okay, and yep, this includes both landing new clients and fulfilling orders campaigns.
13:19
Any questions about that?
13:22
Joining the Small Batch System on Facebook has been pending for a week now Brian. I am so sorry. Make sure that in your join request that you include your Small Batch email address. The way we authorize members into the Facebook group is when you request to be added to the group. We ask for your email address.
13:38
It has to correspond with the email that's associated with your accounts The only way we can keep things secure, but I will look at that right after the call Let's see, James hasn't been able to get started, but has joined, oh, a few months ago, oh, I hope your cancer is, I hope you're doing okay, James, I just see that you were in treatment for cancer.
13:59
I would like to do my first. What would be my first step to upgrade to the SBS prep?
14:04
Oh, excellent question.
14:05
Log in to smallbatchsystem.com and in the top right of the navigation bar, the far right Last link is the Small Batch CRM section and there is ready to go pro is a link in that drop down.
14:23
But if you have any questions whatsoever, let me help you get caught up, send in a ticket at getsupport.biz.
14:29
We can help walk you through it, James, and I'm glad you're feeling better.
14:31
I'm glad you're back.
14:33
Let's see.
14:34
Frank wants to see tree service and landscaping.
14:36
That is great.
14:37
Hold on.
14:38
Give me, I'm gonna physically write this down.
14:43
And that's two different niches, right?
14:47
Tree service is one because tree removal is not always the same as landscaping and landscape.
14:52
Okay, fantastic.
14:53
And not the same tree service.
14:59
Okay, heard and we will get it for you.
15:02
We have done some both tree service and landscaping marketing in the past, so I am familiar with that.
15:10
In fact, I need tree service in my front yard as we speak.
15:14
I got a tree that was struck by lightning, so I'll do some personal research and development on that when we do the campaigns for you, Frank. Good call.
15:28
Rodney is what I pay the agency to see now. So do I need to get Rodney?
15:32
Yes, the Small batch CRM upgrade to pro is a separate account, right?
15:38
So it it would not transfer into an existing account that you already have So if you want to bring your Small Batch System to pro that is a separate account I believe you could then and Don't quote me on this, but I believe go high level would help you port your original agency into your new pro account so you can merge an existing into your new Small Batch CRM but it doesn't work the other way okay James is back awesome Carolyn plastic surgeons is great that is yes yes yes yes and they have really high ticket clients so being able to help them get one new client can pay for everything. So let me write that down. Plastic surgeon. I love that. Let's see.
16:34
Brian's saying if I have an existing GHL account, can you open a new GHL account?
16:38
So yes, you would get, let us build you your Small Batch CRM first. That's the first step. Okay.
16:47
And we'll load it all up and you'll get all of the proprietary exclusive Small Batch System, the tools, the workflows, the engagement amplifier that helps build your list based on recency and engagement.
17:04
Okay, and then you would go, and there's instructions inside the members area that you would go into Go High Level and purchase a Go High Level upgrade.
17:14
I think it starts at $97, right?
17:16
And then there are instructions on how to work with our team to have your Small Batch System integrated with that new go high level account that is associated with Brian, right?
17:33
So you have to use the special link that's in the Small Batch System training on how to go pro. You have to use the right link, right?
17:40
So that the accounts are associated, and then we can transfer it.
17:45
And then you could transfer your other go high level account into this one if you want to, or you can keep them separate, it's totally fine.
17:53
Okay, so here's an example of the direct sales client landing new clients.
17:58
Again, everything is completely customizable. Rodney, yes, that is the first option.
18:06
They get more expensive, but it starts at $97, but it's completely up to you because, like I said, Brian doesn't charge you anything for that.
18:13
That's just if you want the pro features, that's just an upgrade direct with go high So whatever fits your needs is the one you should choose through go high level. Okay.
18:22
All right, so the direct self client any Content any email campaigns that we create for you.
18:29
You have two options: You can use them exactly as is and not change a word, right?
18:34
We have merge fields set up So that everything will be customized for you, but you can use the words verbatim and that's very very simple on the done for you request form Alternatively, you can take from the members area, the typed out written Google doc of the email campaign, make yourself a copy and completely, you could change every single word if you wanted to, you could use this as a starting point, you could put this into chat GPT, you could manually change it and make it as custom in your voice as you want, right?
19:10
But then you can still use the done for you services by simply providing your edits in that Word document or that Google document to us.
19:19
And we're still going to done for you your email campaigns, but we'll be using your words.
19:25
So you can use them straight out of the box, ready to wear, wash and go.
19:30
Or you can take those campaigns, make them your own, and simply give them back to us.
19:36
We're still going to provide the done for you service either way.
19:39
And that done for you services will take your list that you give us and we'll scrub it and we'll make sure that the emails aren't spam traps and that they're all deliverable, right?
19:49
And we're gonna load that email up into your account on the schedule that's designated. Or you can make edits, right?
19:55
So a five email campaign, we could load it up on a Friday or over the weekend to go out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, right?
20:05
And we'll make all of your edits and all of your customization and we'll send it to that clean list all on your behalf.
20:10
So, with a simple five-minute form fill, you can get the straight out of the box, customized email, or you can further customize it with your own voice, and we'll send it that way.
20:19
Are there any questions about that? Where will we get the leads to email to, Rodney?
20:26
Excellent question.
20:27
Inside your Small Batch members area, on the done for you tab, is our unlimited lead list generation service, where you simply tell us what geolocation you're looking to target, and the business niche of who you want to pursue, and we are going to give you an unlimited number of businesses with their email addresses to contact.
20:48
And when I say unlimited, I mean when we search the criteria that you give us, city and state and business niche, if it comes back with 500 results, we'll give you all 500.
20:59
If it comes back with 27 results, we'll give you all 27. If it has 2000 results, we'll give you 2000.
21:04
And you can do this every day, right?
21:07
So that's where you get your leads to email.
21:10
Does CRM allow you to enter one client at a time or do you have to download a complete list to begin?
21:15
Donald, you can add one list at a time, one lead at a time, you can upload a list.
21:20
And there's also inside your CRM opt-in forms, lead capture pages, if you want to create a page that maybe you drive traffic to that lets people opt in as they fill out the form on those lead capture pages, they get added to your contact list automatically.
21:42
It is a full, flushed out, full featured CRM with basically everything you can conceive of.
21:49
But the answer is either way, you can manually type in one at a time, or you can upload a list.
21:56
And if you have the done for you lead list that we provide to you, say again, that we gave you 2000 leads.
22:04
When you go to do your Small Batch campaign, we need you to select the 75 people that you want included in that Small Batch, and we will clean and load that list for you.
22:15
So you technically do not have to ever load a contact if you're using our done for you services.
22:20
We will take care of it for you.
22:23
What about B2C leads, Rodney?
22:26
You can market business to clients, absolutely.
22:29
In the scenario that I've been talking to you about where we're fulfilling orders for the niches and the businesses that we're making into our clients, the low hanging fruit, the easiest win is for them to give you their client list, their business to consumer client list, so that you would be mailing to people that already know who these folks are.
22:56
Like I said, they could be past customers or maybe it's a marketing list that this business cultivated themselves.
23:03
If you're looking to market your business straight to consumers, while we do not have a list of pure consumers based on interest, which I think is the targeting that would be most beneficial, we do have a partner called Big Data Profits that we endorse as an upgraded system for consumer data.
23:26
They also have really incredible targeted business data.
23:29
If you're looking for a service to add to your toolbox, they are fantastic for it.
23:35
If you're looking to continue to use the resources that are included at no expense in Small Batches, what we'd like to say is business owners are consumers too, right?
23:48
Everybody that runs a business, everybody you're emailing for B2B is also a potential consumer and you have a lot of information about that person knowing what kind of business they run.
24:00
So it's easy to target consumer offers to business owners using those same resources, if you want.
24:06
So we have options.
24:08
Does upgrading to SBS Pro give me access to the Done For You services?
24:12
Yes, absolutely.
24:13
We will continue to provide all the Done For You services in your, if you upgrade your Pro account, upgrade your Small Batch CRM to Pro, We absolutely will continue to provide those done-for-you services as long as you're a Small Batch member Let's see Cindy asks daily.
24:28
I've been asking for bizopolis. I wanted to upload them to the CRM, but are you saying that you know them?
24:34
So I don't need to upload them. Okay, you can upload them yourself Cindy. Absolutely.
24:39
Yes, if you want to mail them yourself Alternatively if you're using our done-for-you services and you are sending a campaign and you provide us a batch of 75 emails at a time that we then clean for that specific campaign We will upload that specific batch for that specific campaign for you So it's up to you which way you would rather handle that list Okay All right, I'm gonna keep going Okay, so our gym or fitness center landing new clients This is an example of the first email just to give you an idea of how we are Speaking to the gym owners again, if you want to change absolutely anything you totally can The Small Batch CRM workflows, you can edit them directly in your CRM, alternatively.
25:24
Like I said, you can access the Google Doc in your Small Batch System members area. Make a copy, make your edits and provide it in the done for you field, and we will produce the campaign for you with all of your edits.
25:39
And gym or fitness fulfilling orders.
25:41
So as you can see here, this messaging speaks to a potential or past client of the gym, letting them, giving them updates, some ideas of why they should come back in.
25:56
Basically just getting back in front of folks who are already a fan of the gym and inviting them to come back in to re-up.
26:06
A lot of businesses like to participate in the marketing message.
26:12
So again, you can provide them a copy of the fulfilling orders or the fulfillment email templates and say, hey, let's work together.
26:21
How would you like to change this?
26:23
Do you have a special?
26:25
Are you running a party this Friday?
26:27
Is there a member return incentive?
26:29
You'll give them a t-shirt.
26:30
So you can customize all these emails to be completely personalized for your client.
26:37
But it's always easier to edit than create.
26:40
right? And walking into a meeting saying, Hey, this is these are some ideas I've had for marketing to your client.
26:47
How can we make them better together? That's going to put you, you know, a step ahead.
26:52
You know, you'll look professional and prepared. And it's just a great setup.
26:57
So don't ever feel like you're locked into saying only what these campaigns are. Really, they can be considered a starting point.
27:05
And you know, some, you know, you may have an HVAC business owner who just does not want to be involved and change emails at all and just gives you carte blanche and We know that these emails are They've worked in the past so they can work now so you can just jump in Even if they don't want to help further customize Okay, so Cindy says great you can do them done for you, which is better. Excellent. Totally can do that.
27:32
And yes when you have clients to fulfill for When you're ready to start running Small Batch emails for those clients, we absolutely will provide Done For You services for you to help you fulfill for your clients as well.
27:49
So you don't ever have to manually set these up for yourself or for any of your clients.
27:55
The Done For You services do extend to your clients.
27:59
Is this a live or recorded webinar?
28:00
Mike, I am here live answering questions and sharing this week's update, these emails that we are releasing today.
28:08
So if you have any questions, please drop them.
28:11
I am kind of bouncing back and forth, so if we lose a little continuity, I am responding to emails.
28:21
Asked about remodeling.
28:23
I'm sorry, I missed that comment.
28:24
Like I said, jumping around.
28:26
Let me put that on the list.
28:27
So that is, I'm guessing residential home remodeling, Mike?
28:33
I mean, I'm just gonna make my note right.
28:37
residential home remodeling?
28:39
Or are you thinking of commercials?
28:41
Oh, or commercial, okay.
28:43
I will put both, right?
28:45
We'll probably release them in the same week because they complement each other, but yeah, we can totally do that.
28:52
Residential remodeling, Connie says, excellent.
28:54
Do we have a dashboard to see all the analytics to see how our campaigns are performing?
28:58
Rodney, you absolutely do, yes.
29:01
So I assume you are talking about Small Batch CRM? Yes, it does.
29:08
It is a go high level account that has been created under Brian's agency account for you.
29:17
You can log in and you can select the stats that you want to see on your dashboard. The go high level dashboards are completely customizable.
29:26
If you're using any of the other supported CRMs, instantly, MailJet, et cetera, Brevo, like that, they all have their own dashboard and statistics.
29:42
So every tool that we endorse, every system that we provide them through your services for, yes, all of them have their own formula for providing you with statistics.
29:53
That is all completely transparent to you.
29:56
We don't do anything on your behalf that is not owned and controlled ultimately by you. Be that either in the Small Batch CRM or any of the other supported CRM's that you may choose to use so you have complete access. Can I request a home inspector as an issue?
30:14
Absolutely, you can. I love that my husband is a carpenter, a custom carpenter. He makes specialties, I wouldn't say furniture, but like built-ins.
30:33
He's made permanent bunk beds, like structurally in residential homes.
30:41
And he worked for a huge residential contractor, builder in Atlanta for, gosh, 15 years or so before he struck out on his own.
30:52
So, I love the construction industry, and working with those fellas, it's vast, right?
31:04
It's its own ecosystem.
31:06
So, yeah, all those things tie together really, really well.
31:09
So, yes, Paul, I've got that on our list.
31:12
Okay.
31:14
Let's see what we've got.
31:16
So our next step.
31:17
So what are we going to do today?
31:19
Okay.
31:19
What I know is I'm going to take these awesome requests for niches and I'm going to share them with our team so that we can get them queued up, start doing some research.
31:28
We never just crank out a campaign.
31:31
We'd like to research how those types of industries are currently marketing so that we can be topical and also accurate. So all of the marketing is relevant.
31:43
It will resonate to them. All the campaigns are written.
31:46
We try to capture the voice of the recipient, be that the business owner or the clientele of that business.
31:52
So we do a lot of research before we start generating the campaigns, but we will roll them out to you as quickly as possible.
31:59
So that's my action step.
32:02
Let's see, I got some questions.
32:03
How many campaigns can we run for our clients each month? And is there additional cost, Rodney?
32:08
Such a fantastic question.
32:10
I can say we do not charge you anything for any number of campaigns that we run for you done for you, right?
32:20
There are expenses associated with scaling up because for things like for a Small Batch System to work, you need to send one campaign per sender address at a time, no more than three sender addresses at a domain, okay?
32:39
So there could be an expense associated with setting up those separate email addresses.
32:44
If you want to run sub-accounts, then upgrading your Small Batch CRM to Pro is required to run sub-accounts.
32:56
The standard Small Batch CRM can run one campaign at a time.
33:01
If you want to run multiple campaigns for yourself at a time with multiple email addresses, that would be a Pro upgrade as well.
33:10
While there is no charge for the done for you services, setting them up, pulling the list, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
33:18
There are expenses associated with the scaling, right?
33:23
But how you scale is completely up to you.
33:26
Like I would never recommend that someone go out and buy 20 domains and pay for three emails per 20 domains, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
33:35
Like scale in a way that makes sense for your business and we will support you every step of the way.
33:41
Okay, Dion says, I'm new, trying to figure out where to start.
33:45
For instance, if I wanted to sell a birthday formula or AI voice machines, what do I need to do to take advantage of the service?
33:51
Okay, so Dion, when you log into smallbatchsystem.com, the very first thing you need to do is go through the quick start.
33:58
Set up your Small Batch CRM or establish what CRM you want to use.
34:02
Make sure you've got your cold email sending domain and your email set up.
34:07
Let us warm up that email for you, or the done for you services.
34:10
So the quick start menu will walk you through exactly what you need to do to get your emails, your accounts ready to start sending emails.
34:18
And then whatever you want to sell, you need an email campaign for that.
34:23
And then we can provide done for you services to send those emails.
34:30
If it's not a campaign that we've already got in our done for you services, you can use external emails. Absolutely.
34:35
We just need a Word document of the emails that you want to send, we're gonna load it up, we're gonna send it for you.
34:40
Make sure you're claiming your unlimited lead list every single day so that you've got an awesome library of emails to send those, I'm sorry, addresses to send those emails to, right?
34:51
But yeah, the first step is always log in to smallbatchsystem.com and go through that quick start training. And then if you have any questions whatsoever, operators are standing by to help you at getsupport.biz.
35:02
We can answer any questions you've got.
35:04
Can I discuss the difference between all the services you have testing in the member's area and something like postmark, not that I expect you to know everything and what postmark is.
35:14
Paul, I cannot speak to any tool that we haven't tested and every tool that we have tested we have a deep analysis and comparison on our testing and our in the members area.
35:32
So if you want to compare and contrast tools that we did test, that's there.
35:39
And if you want to compare tools we did test against something we didn't test, I'm sorry, I can't help just because I don't know anything about it.
35:45
But if you want to start a discussion about it, maybe some of our other members have used those.
35:51
And that would be a really excellent topic for the Facebook group where we can all chime in At our two cents our use cases and our experiences So do make sure you're in the Facebook members group if you're not already because that's I mean It's a really great example of way we ways we can come together and help each other Can we run campaigns for both the CRM and if I also want to use mail jet etc at the same time Connie?
36:15
Absolutely.
36:16
Yes, you can use every single service that we support and offer all at the same time every single day if you want to. We love it. Um, let's see, will this be the primary focus moving forward for the soon to be?
36:28
Ah, yeah.
36:30
ERTC.
36:30
Yep.
36:31
Tomorrow's the big day.
36:31
Like I said, we're wrapping up and I've, uh, Brian's actually texted me three times and called me twice.
36:36
So I do need to get back to helping him.
36:39
Um, uh, we have not announced this officially yet, but we are going to be, uh, rolling out and everyone who's been in ERTC will get grandfathered in.
36:50
You'll have first access.
36:52
We are rolling out an R &D tax credit program.
36:57
R &D stands for research and development.
37:00
It is ongoing, it's not something that has a deadline like ERTC, but we are really, really excited about it.
37:09
So I will let Brian share that, but we do have new focuses that we will be, everybody that has established around offering tax incentives, we are not going to abandon that.
37:26
We have some really profitable and ongoing evergreen programs that we are going to be leaning into. And the first is going to be R &D, research and development.
37:37
You heard it here folks.
37:39
Dion, ERTC was a tax benefit, a refund for businesses from the pandemic.
37:45
Tomorrow is the last day to claim it so I won't get too far into it but there is information about it in the Small Batch members area.
37:52
But we're gonna be taking that out of the members area soon too.
37:56
Telemed program target dates, Scott, great question.
37:58
Right now we're looking at May 15th for an internal launch and June 1st for bringing in agents.
38:06
Don't hold me to it because you know, we're just working our tails off, trying to do the best we can.
38:12
But that is our goal.
38:14
All right, so that's me everybody.
38:18
We did a great job. We filled up. We got it done in 40 minutes, I think.
38:23
Unless there's any questions I can help with.
38:25
I know some of you have told me you are new here. I cannot overstate enough how quickly we want you up and running.
38:34
And the best way to do that is to go through the quick start menu and run the done for you services.
38:40
Like I said, we've got a full staff, 15 people who work every single day.
38:44
They rotate, but they do work overnight and weekends to make sure that you can pull your unlimited lead lists every single day.
38:52
If you're new or anytime you start a new email address, let us warm it up for you.
38:56
That should be your first step.
38:57
It takes five days to warm up an email so you can have a positive sender reputation.
39:02
So don't dilly dally.
39:04
Let us get to work with that while you're learning about the system, while you're choosing your campaigns, while you're finding your target niche.
39:10
Let us be working for you in the background.
39:12
We are here to support you.
39:15
Put us to work, put us to work, keep us busy.
39:18
I'll hire more people if we get too busy.
39:21
No sweat, I would love for that to be my problem.
39:24
Is there training on how we can set up a product with a payment plan at a high level, Paul?
39:29
Excellent question.
39:30
I have not produced that training, but high level has that training.
39:34
So anything you want to do in your Small Batch CRM, you don't have to wait for me to teach you.
39:40
I know I love teaching you things, and I love that you guys come and hang out with me.
39:47
And I will produce those trainings, but at this time I will say, if you're jumping ahead of the class, first of all, kudos, that's awesome.
39:56
I mean, the Go High Level Small Batch CRM accounts you have are incredibly powerful.
40:02
I am very excited that you're exploring the tools.
40:06
Don't wait on me.
40:08
Just jump into the high level training, right?
40:10
And if you upgrade to pro this is this is a cool thing and $97 is the the first level of pro and you get this they have high level experts standing by who will give you one-on-one training on anything you want to learn literally anything they will get on a zoom with you and teach you one-to-one anything you want once you upgrade to pro yeah and that's a level of attention that I I can't even provide right I mean we will absolutely have classes where I show you all things like lead capture pages and product pages and building out your cart and making appointments and sending SMS.
40:48
We're going to talk about all of that but if you don't want to wait for me you don't have to because there's tons of amazing high-level training and all of it applies to your CRM, your Small Batch CRM. Let's see, Mike says. In other words, no Gmail or Yahoo.
41:04
Yes you have to have a domain, a real, not free, email address for sending mail.
41:14
Yes, that's correct.
41:15
What's the difference between our level now and high level and the 97 plan and high level?
41:19
Okay, so Paul, so you've got a free account that is through the Small Batch master primary agency account, right?
41:28
You cannot have sub-accounts in your Small Batch CRM because you are a part of the Small Batch agency right now.
41:37
Okay, so the primary difference is the ability to send multiple campaigns at once for yourself and send multiple campaigns for your clients and the ability to create them sub accounts.
41:51
So that's the primary difference with the prep.
41:53
Excellent, I wanna bring my current business into high level and get away from keeping infusions off.
41:58
Paul, you are preaching to the crier.
42:00
Yes, I agree.
42:02
We're doing that too.
42:03
I was with Brian and Brian has been with Keep since at least 10 years.
42:08
And everything's going high level.
42:10
We very much endorse it.
42:12
All right, thanks for the class.
42:14
Thank you, James.
42:14
Thanks for joining me.
42:15
You're very welcome.
42:16
Gonna upgrade to Pro.
42:17
Okay, remember to get to Pro, go into smallbatchsystem.com and click the Small Batch CRM in the top right.
42:26
The instructions are very specific to make sure that you create a Pro account that is still connected to Brian so that we can still facilitate. You can still have all of the Brian proprietary content, okay, like the engagement amplifier, all of the email campaigns, all of the workflows, right?
42:47
So follow those instructions.
42:49
I don't want you to create an account that we aren't able to service, right?
42:55
That'd be frustrating.
42:57
All right, everybody.
42:58
I hope to see you in the Facebook group.
43:00
If you think of any niches that you would like for us to work on building campaigns for, send over a note immediately.
43:05
Tag me on Facebook.
43:06
I'll be back to work with Brian at ERTC.
43:09
I got 48 hours of intense work ahead of me.
43:14
But our Small Batch team is standing by.
43:16
They will not falter.
43:18
Any done for you requests that you put in today, please load them up.
43:22
They're standing by.
43:23
I hope you have a great two.
43:24
Thank you very much.
43:25
Thanks, Steve, James, Cindy, Paul, Mike, everybody.
43:28
I couldn't say all your names.
43:29
Alan, Anne, Antoine, Bill, everybody.
43:31
Thank you so much for today.
43:33
I'll see you in the Facebook group.
43:34
I'll see you at the support desk.
43:36
I'm always around, but I might be, I might go dark until midnight tomorrow, but we're here and we're here to help.
43:44
So to your success, thank you very much and we'll see you soon.
43:47
Bye bye.
