00:00:08 Vanessa Roberts: Hey everybody, happy Monday. Can you hear me? Let me know in the Q&A if you can hear me and if you can see my screen. Small Batch mega update today got some exciting news to share. All right, Bill says he can hear and see me, so I’m going to guess loud and clear. Donald says all right, that’s I’m on a roll. How’s everybody doing? I am.
00:00:33 Vanessa Roberts: I’m so low today. Pop your questions in and I will be monitoring chat while presenting. Don’t have a full training today? I have a really awesome announcement that Brian and I have been working on in the background, in the shadows for a while that we’re excited to talk about today. So I’ll be hopping back and forth between showing you what’s going on and answering questions as we go. So thanks for your patience with me. All right, so we’re going to get right down the brass tacks. We are taking Small Batch to the next level.
00:01:15 Vanessa Roberts: OK. When we rolled out Small Batch, it was training that you could implement on any platform of your choosing and that does not change. We are still platform software agnostic, right? We do not require the use of any single software in order to be successful with Small Batch. That said, we heard the feedback right the questions. What’s better? What’s easier? What should I do?
00:01:54 Vanessa Roberts: I don’t know where to start folks who needed an even simpler answer. We’re giving that answer all right. We are adding to Small batch, a free to Small Batch members CRM. It will be included with your Small Batch account, your existing account. There is not an extra charge or up fee. You will get the small Batch CRM mass emailer automatically. If you’re a member, we’re going to make you an account, right? It’s 100% free e-mail software.
00:02:31 Vanessa Roberts: Yeah, Yep. It. Will take done for you marketing to the next level. Okay, it’s a business in a box. You hear that term all the time, but what we’re going to do is beyond just setting up an e-mail account for you, beyond just logging into an account and typing in the emails that either you provide for us or are part of our content deliverables inside of Small Batch. We are building the system such that all of the campaigns will already be established and in existence. And when your account is created, it will have all of the campaigns already built ready for further customization if you choose, or simply dropping the names into your system and sending the mail, right? And as the content grows, as you know, we’re constantly finding new revenue generators and we’re building new content.
00:03:41 Vanessa Roberts: Those campaigns and work flows and automations will be added proactively directly into your account when you’re using the Small Batch CRM, right? Any questions so far? OK. What you’re also going to get in the Small Batch CRM final name TBD is our proprietary contact engagement system. OK, so this is a, a method, a system, a tool that I built with Brian, Brian and I created and perfected or would like to say perfected, we’re constantly, constantly adjusting and improving. But for right now, we’ve we’re using it and I’m going to show you some results. It monitors every action a contact can take. OK, so you have a contact in your system.
00:04:35 Vanessa Roberts: How did they get there? They were most, in our case, mostly uploaded. But what if they bought something? What if they filled out a form? OK, once they’re in, did they open an e-mail? Did they click an e-mail? Did they reply to you? Did they submit a support ticket?
00:04:49 Vanessa Roberts: Every conceivable action is tracked and then calculated, right? We are then able to capitalize on their activity to drive higher engagement, right? There’s a sliding scale of value or level of engagement. Someone who replies to an e-mail and you have a one-on-one conversation with, that’s a highly impactful engagement. That’s a highly impactful activity, right? That’s different than someone who just opened an e-mail, right? We’re able to respond to the level of engagement with the appropriate system of re engagement. How do we respond to an action?
00:05:36 Vanessa Roberts: Right. And all of this allows us to go beyond. That Small Batch of 50, right? This is the thing that’s going to take you to 250 emails per day, 500 emails per day, 1000 emails per day delivered, all in the same campaign, all with the same messaging, right? And the deliverability rates are phenomenal. OK, We struggled, OK. The whole point of Small Batch is to adjust in real time to Google’s whims, OK? That’s, that’s what I always say, what worked for months for years stopped working.
00:06:15 Vanessa Roberts: That’s why we switched to the Small Batch system at the end of 2023. That’s why we invented what we do with a Small Batch system to fix. Well, in August, you can see it stopped working for us. Our domain reputation dropped to the absolute worst it has ever been and the worst it could possibly be by working on the system that I just told you about. And we implement it on every single e-mail right now that we send and we sent a million emails last month, right? You can see that we improved from bad to low to bad again to low. And then we’ve gone up. We hit high, but then we were medium, which isn’t terrible, but you’re still, you’re going to still see your stuff in spam or promotions there.
00:07:02 Vanessa Roberts: High, high, high. Meet high, mid, high, mid, right? Let me show you what we’ve done in the last seven days. We nailed it. We got it, we figured it out. We have not dripped from the highest rated domain health again 1,000,000 emails in the past 30 days and we have hit without falter consistently the highest results. Donald’s asking, will we still use the same third party providers like Mail Jet and Grievo? You can, but what I’m talking about is an alternative free slash included with your Small Batch membership to replace having to use and pay for Mail Jet and Brivo, right.
00:07:50 Vanessa Roberts: And when you’re in, when you use our provided CRM, we are able to provide for you this engagement system and all of our campaigns are done for you, pre installed, pre loaded, merged field ready. Now we are still going to provide the done for you service. So even though everything is pre built, pre designed and and mostly automated, honestly, transparently that makes our done for You team have to work less hard. So you still can do nothing. And maybe that doesn’t impact you very much at all because the done for you team was already doing it for you. But you will save money because you will be able to use our Small Batch provided CRM with all of these tools included. Woop, woop.
00:08:40 Vanessa Roberts: Thank you very much. To quote Donald leave, you’re very, very welcome. So the solution is replicable and this is what we’re talking to Donald about and we could teach you, but instead we’re just taking all the work out of it. OK, with your new free Small Batch, all of this is already cooked in. As soon as your contacts are loaded into your account, the system goes to work for you. And like I said, that means if it’s a cold scrape and you load it in, boom, this starts happening. The first e-mail you send. We start monitoring their engagement and adjusting what happens to that contact based on their engagement, right?
00:09:25 Vanessa Roberts: And then if you choose to start adding in things like selling your own services or you start putting out landing pages, opt in pages, you start growing your list organically. Those contacts come into your CRM the same way and they start going into the engagement system, right? Every contact, regardless of how they get on your list. Maybe somebody hands you a business card and you type their e-mail address in. Maybe you use our Done for You service to generate a niche list for you and you upload a list of cleaned cold emails. So you sell your service and they and they pay you through an order form. However, your contact gets added. They are a part of the engagement system.
00:10:09 Vanessa Roberts: Can you do a walkthrough through how? All of this works together, Bill. Yes, absolutely. This is an announcement that it is forthcoming. We want you to know 1st that it’s coming. It’s not live right now. OK? We’re putting the final touches on it.
00:10:24 Vanessa Roberts: But Brian was ready to let you know that as charter members of Small Batch, you, you are with us now. You are not buying a new product. You get it, You. You keep your Small Batch membership, you get this as our thank you as a charter member. So this is an announcement. So this is not a training on how the system will work. We’re just letting you know that come probably the last week in December or the first week in January, you’re going to see this take action. You’re going to see it live.
00:10:55 Vanessa Roberts: Your accounts will be created, you’ll be enrolled and we’re going to start training on the use of the system, how to use done for you so that we can do it for you. Or if you choose to do it yourself, we’re going to be training you on how to do it yourself. Also, will we need multiple e-mail addresses to send higher numbers of emails with this system? Tom, that’s an excellent, excellent question. Let me jump back to here with the engagement system, the way we are keeping your list hot and clean, by monitoring the activity we are able to take out of the cycle, the emails that land on deaf ears, the ice cold, the Arctic. They never opened, they never engaged, they never bought, they never replied right. They never saw your name. And so we’re not going to keep knocking on a door that’s locked shut, right?
00:11:48 Vanessa Roberts: Because of the engagement system, we’re able to keep your list fresh. So as you’re adding more and more, from 50 to 100 to 150 to 200, you’re adding names in. We are dynamically sorting out the cold. So yes, to both you can add and grow too much higher than Small Batch numbers, right? We originally started with 50. This is going to allow us to take that Small Batch to a, you know, a large batch, right, while maintaining deliverability and domain reputation that is astronomically high, right from this is where we were in August and This Is Us in December. We’re implementing that same system for you. Cold emails that are analyzed, filtered.
00:12:38 Vanessa Roberts: So you keep. Talking to the people who see you, who hear you right and you don’t let those ice cold contacts bring you down. So you could have 50 add another 100 and maybe only 75 gets sent because we cleared out some cold. But this is the multi pronged approach that’s going to allow you to continue to scale and continue to add. And yes, this is all in. This is hypothetically this scenario is in one sending mail, one account, one campaign. You can continue to keep adding in and in and in. OK how many times of not opening it etcetera before the contact is taken off.
00:13:19 Vanessa Roberts: Rather than instances, it’s based on duration of time, right? So every contact initially gets a 30 day period of multi touch campaign instances 30 days to take any form of action. So imagine a countdown time that Connie the day I join your list. Say I opted in on December 9th. Boom I have a 30 day timer that is counting down over my head. OK, if you continue to send me emails and I don’t even open them, I do not click, I do not open, I do not read, I do not reply. I don’t go to your website and buy something. I don’t go to your website and opt in.
00:14:03 Vanessa Roberts: I don’t use the web for anything. We set up that. Trackable action. I don’t do any of it. That timer continues to countdown to 0 right? However, say in 14 days or 28 days or two days, anytime in that 30 days. I am to take action with you. The timer, the clock counting down over my head, resets to 30, so I stay hot as long as I take action with you within 30 days.
00:14:34 Vanessa Roberts: OK. Then on the 31st day, if I’ve done nothing, absolutely nothing, and I fall cold, I move into a warm zone. OK, That’s when the interaction with me as the customer changes, you’re no longer maybe selling me this, the sales campaign. Right now I’m more maybe you want to re-engage. You need to re-engage with me. You need to get my attention and give me something rather than ask me for something. These are, you know, real basic high level 30 foot overview stuff, right? So this gets my attention.
00:15:11 Vanessa Roberts: I do open that e-mail. I do engage with you because I like what you’re saying in this campaign. Boom again, my timer resets to 30. I’m back in the hot zone. How you talk to me changes makes sense to everybody. Will this help to segment our list? Bill asks. Yes, this CRM will have the capabilities.
00:15:32 Vanessa Roberts: All of this engagement system, that’s an automated tagging system, it’s going to filter everything for you. You don’t have to worry about that. If you want additional segmentation, you absolutely can do that with smart lists and tagging. You know, if you want to tag everybody that’s male, if you want to tag everybody that’s with a gmail.com account, everybody who was born in January, however you want to, if you have the data, you can segment it and apply the tags. Yes, let’s get to FAQs. I’ve got some that I anticipated for you. I’m going to go over them and then any questions you have, of course I will add to the mix. Is it really free?
00:16:12 Vanessa Roberts: Yes, it is included in your Small Batch membership. There’s no gotcha. You will have the ability to set up one sender e-mail in our CRM. Is it unlimited? Can I have as many campaigns as I want? As many contacts as I want? Yes you are able to load. As many contacts into the account.
00:16:35 Vanessa Roberts: There’s no charge per contact. As many campaigns as I want. Yes. As a matter of fact, we’re going to preload all of the campaigns for you. So all you have to do is click the done for you, send it out yourself, make your own however you want to, unlimited campaigns. It is only for one sender e-mail address though, right? So we’re talking about one sender account, one from account at a time. Can I use the Small Batch campaigns?
00:17:04 Vanessa Roberts: Will all the Small Batch campaigns be included? Yes, everything that is already available and are done for you service as well as all of the campaigns that are simply written and available. For you to use. Will be built into the CRM, fully automated based on timers from when you manually start the campaign. It will schedule out as many emails are in the campaign as you see them now. So if there’s a campaign that is A10 e-mail touch over a 20 day. We’re going to set up all the timers, the delays, everything. And as we add content, continue to add content.
00:17:43 Vanessa Roberts: Those will be added. Into the members area so that you can use them on any platform through our for you and of course through the Small Batch CRM Steve says so hang on to mail jet until this is officially launched yes Steve don’t give up anything yet we anticipate that this will be available by the end of the year or the 1st of January we you know it’s a lot of intricacies to build but we wanted you to be the first to know that we are we’re going to give it to you first right you’re you’re our charter members you’re our our beta we’re going to make sure that it’s it’s set up right for you. But yeah, give us a few weeks on it. Yep. Will we be able to? Create our own follow up sequences. Absolutely yes, you will have. This is just.
00:18:27 Vanessa Roberts: Like any other CRM we are pre-populating it for you as part of your Small Batch membership. But you can always make your own and remember our done for you campaign. I’m sorry our done for you service for campaigns. If you simply give us an e-mail campaign in a Google doc or a Word doc, we will set it up for you so that is the same. For you here if you. Have an e-mail campaign, or say you’re working with a revenue generator affiliate marketer who’s giving you swipe content and you have an e-mail campaign. We will set it up for you just like we. Will on the mail jet, the Brevo, the instantly, etcetera, all of our supported platforms, of course we’re going to do it for you in our provided platform as well.
00:19:14 Vanessa Roberts: Can we add our own campaign e-mail language? Absolutely, yes. You can create it yourself or you can go into the campaigns that are pre-populated, pre generated for you and further customize them right there in your system. So you don’t have to create a new campaign. What’s in there is yours and you can take complete ownership, make any edits you want. Let’s see mail jet’s UI system is a nightmare yet Tom, hopefully we’re going to try to solve all those pain points for you. Definitely do we still get this done for you service? Yes, it’s even better. It’s a lighter load for our folks because of our ability to create an account for you and push in what we’ve created once means our team doesn’t have to recreate the wheel every single time right.
00:20:04 Vanessa Roberts: We just, you know. Push it right in down into your account and then the modification and the setup is so much easier. We will continue to provide the list cleaning service, the list load service, the e-mail warm up service, all of that. Again, we’re never about taking away. We only want to give more. So yes, you absolutely still get the done for you service. Is there any AI involved? There are AI components that are optional, but we are the humans behind.
00:20:33 Vanessa Roberts: Brian and I write all of the emails. But there are UAI tools in the CRM that you can use, but you don’t have to. Let’s see the FAQ. How many campaigns can I run at a time with my free account? As many as you like, but again, it comes from one from e-mail. So you do want to be aware of overloading your daily allotment. You want to build intelligently, right? The reason Small Batch works is because Google has 50 emails sent per day flat line, right?
00:21:13 Vanessa Roberts: That’s when you are starting out before you have developed a domain reputation, right? Google is looking for the number of emails sent per day. So don’t come in on day one and send 5000 emails to five different campaigns from 1 from 1 sender e-mail address right? When can I start? When do I get my free account? As soon as possible. All right, everybody, we’d love to say that we’re Live Today, but we’re not. So like I said, we were, we’re looking at three weeks.
00:21:49 Vanessa Roberts: So at the end of December, beginning of January, we’re going to make sure it’s right and then we’re going to. Launch to y’all first. Any other questions? I guess the only thing that I didn’t write about but we can talk about is this. Again this is for one from an e-mail account. Your free account with your Small Batch system covers 1 sender. So there are going to be upgrade options when it’s right for you, when you get a client that you want to service, right? Think about that.
00:22:27 Vanessa Roberts: You have a client that you want to send re engagement campaigns to their customers for right, That needs to not come from billbrown.com. Bill at billbrown.com, right? If you have an HVAC customer and you’re sending a campaign to help them, the HVAC company, get more people to sign up for warranty work, right? You’re going to want that e-mail to go to the HVAC customers from the HVAC company, right? So you need another sender. So when it’s right for your business to have other senders, you can upgrade, right? We do have upgrade options.
00:23:08 Vanessa Roberts: If you get to the point where you are wanting to send different campaigns for yourself, but from different e-mail addresses, again, that is, that’s an upgrade option that will be available. But for everybody here, getting started out the door, completely included with your Small Batch membership. Get it started, get it rolling, learn the system and start scaling right. Start watching your domain reputation, right? And this is on postmaster.google.com. You can set up, I believe it’s a free account. You register your domain and you can see basically it monitors on a daily basis. What does Google think about you as an e-mail sender, right?
00:23:59 Vanessa Roberts: So I literally check this every single day and make adjustments and over the course since August when I really tanked it right we’ve started making the adjustments and I’ve consistently while sending a million emails a month easily. I’ve maintained the highest ranking possible with Google domain e-mail sending. None of my e-mail goes to spam unless someone has personally in their account said these are spam, right by Google’s filtering. All of my stuff hits the inbox now and the exact system that I developed with Brian for monitoring engagement and how I talk to people at the level of their engagement, that is exactly what’s being hard code built, it hard coded and built into the Small Batch CRM. All right, hit me. What else can we talk about? What did I not explain? Are there any more questions?
00:24:59 Vanessa Roberts: Is everybody excited? Does it sound like a problem solver? Yeah, All right. Anything. That you are looking for features that you are pretty excited about here, but that’s awesome. That’s what I’m excited about. I hope everybody’s excited about it. We would love like we can’t always take every request, but you know, when you call into the hotline, you know, we want to, we want to play the hits, so.
00:25:28 Vanessa Roberts: Features that you love. You’ve seen in other CRMS, share with me things that you think will help you be more successful, things that we can automate, things that we can have it done for you team work with. Let me know, please. We constantly strive for better. That’s my motto. Weren’t we able to have multiple e-mail addresses in Small Batch before for ourselves? Yes, Connie, absolutely. When you’re using Brevo, instantly Mail, Jet, etcetera.
00:25:57 Vanessa Roberts: When you’re using a CRM that you’re paying for, you are determining how many accounts you want to pay for. For SO yes. Absolutely and our done for you system will continue to support as many e-mail addresses as you want to send from in the Small Batch instantly has some too. In the Small Batch CRM, the free that you get with your membership supports 1 sender. All right. So just like those other CRMS, if you want to have more than one sender, you absolutely can. But we’re just offering for free for charter members, the first single mail account with the benefit of not being capped at 50 emails per day with the ability to keep your list clean dynamically so that your sender reputation stays super high. You’re able to send larger and larger batches from the single e-mail address.
00:26:58 Vanessa Roberts: So Connie, yes, you can send from multiple e-mail addresses, but now you don’t have to as strictly, right? You can scale up and send larger batches from a single e-mail, the same campaign from 1 e-mail. All right, Tom asks, is there no danger of getting your one send e-mail address blacklisted or sent to spam then Tom? Yes, there’s always that risk. OK, we absolutely say encourage, but it should be required. Don’t use your primary business e-mail as your cold e-mail outreach from address. Always have a different domain, even in the best of cases. You can get blacklisted.
00:27:42 Vanessa Roberts: You can have your e-mail shut down. You can have it can happen absolutely. Now look at, I mean, look at my screen right now. We hit bad reputation. We didn’t get shut down. We didn’t lose the domain, we didn’t lose our account, right? We climbed back out of it. But it can happen.
00:27:58 Vanessa Roberts: Now. What I’m saying is with the baked in automation processes that we have built to help you keep your list fresh. It’s. Much less likely to happen. Makes sense, Connie says. Sounds good, but any suggestions on how to make one e-mail address or name work for multiple businesses? That’s tough. Are you, are you selling yourself to multiple different funnels or are you talking about servicing multiple different clients with different e-mail addresses?
00:28:39 Vanessa Roberts: So if your first question, if my first example is your question, you Connie are trying to market yourself to different genres, right? You want to sell your service to HVAC. You want to sell your service to roofers, electricians, but you also want to sell affiliate products to info marketers. Yes, you would need a very generic domain that I would say clarifies that you are an agency, marketing for yourself, a business of yourself, something very neutral engineering. Then alternatively, if my second example is your question, if you are servicing an HVAC company, a roofer company, and a plumber, the emails need to come from their company name. That’s when you would be ready. You’ve got paying customers, right? That’s when the time comes to upgrade your account so that you can have multiple senders and the marketing efforts you do for an HVAC company are being sent from you Can’t see my little air quotes, but I’m doing them from that HVAC company, right?
00:29:47 Vanessa Roberts: Let me know if I’m answering your question. Yes for me like an agency affiliate offers, not for clients. Yep, Kanye. I would just say a general business name if you can find something honestly Connie hagen.com. You see what I mean? Like not micro nishing yourself with the domain, but something that represents yourself rather than the businesses you’re trying to target. A larger umbrella. So to speak.
00:30:30 Vanessa Roberts: Yeah. OK, Tony. OK. So I think I took care of that. Yeah, awesome. Will this system include warming up the e-mail address if using a new send e-mail, Tom? Absolutely, yes. All of the Done for You services that we currently offer will remain in place.
00:30:51 Vanessa Roberts: And it’s important to note that our e-mail warmup does not take place via ACRM. OK. The e-mail address warm up service that we provide comes directly from the Webmail account of your sending your from e-mail. So it is completely outside the world of the CRM. So it’s not about Mailet, Instantly, Brevo, G Mass or Small Batch CRM. Okay, the e-mail warm up happens before we ever send an e-mail through the CRM, right? So none of that process changes at all. Basically think of this as where you had the ability to choose your platform of how you wanted to send mail and you were choosing between Mail Jet and Brevo.
00:31:43 Vanessa Roberts: And instantly now when you’re considering how you want to send mail and what account you want to set up, one of your options is now added to that list, the Small Batch CRM. And the benefit is we think it’s great and you don’t have to pay for it. So yeah, again, the spirit is always to give more, not take away. We want to improve the process, improve your results, make it easier for everybody. It does. This does absolutely make it much easier for our Done for you team. Because Brian and I create the content and the campaigns and the work flows and the automations one time. And because we manage the CRM, we’re able to simply take it from our admin account and push it into your account, which is a sub account of ours, giving you all of the functionality that we know works.
0:32:43 Vanessa Roberts: Because as you can see on my screen, I went from the bottom of the barrel and you can see my trial and error. Like I got it to low and then got it to medium and like, and that was my first stage of success. And then I was like, okay, I need to work better than medium, I need to high. And I got there, but then I pushed it a little too hard and we came down to medium again. And you can see it, it jumped back and forth for a while, but again. The past 30. Days a million emails and I maintained the highest rating of high Yep Nope there’s nothing you need to do with the segmenting of the list I was talking about the hot warm pool cold stages with the timing that is the monitoring the engagement system that we’ve built into the CRM. So everyone that utilizes the CRM, the provided free account or if you choose to upgrade.
00:33:44 Vanessa Roberts: And yes, I understand your question now this engagement system does apply if. You. Expand and you start sending for your customers, you get to tell them that you use this proprietary engagement system to maximize and capitalize on engagement, right? So think about that. If your HVAC client has a list of 1000 customers and you are helping your HVAC client re engage, you are going to get better deliverability, better results, better clicks, better opens, better traffic because this proprietary engagement system works on those thousand contacts that came in ice cold to the to the HVAC client’s account automatically. Everything in a Small Batch CRM benefits from this engagement system. Yep. Connie sent 1,000,000 emails.
00:34:53 Vanessa Roberts: Yeah, we sent 1,000,000 emails in the past 30 days. And, to be consistent like, I haven’t seen results like this in a long time since Google’s really started, you know, changing the rules for us. So I, I’m really proud of this and the ability to, to be able to pinpoint what we did differently, automate it and bake it into this service for you. It’s very exciting, very exciting. All right. Any other questions, anything else you’d like to know about the future of Small Batch was yours just with one e-mail address and probably for the weight loss products Connie, it was our helmet kit support dot biz and it was everything that we’ve emailed, everything Brian has emailed. It was not marketing the weight loss products specifically. It was everything that came from the address kit.
00:35:57 Vanessa Roberts: Support dot biz. Yep, just one single e-mail address, yeah. Yeah, yes, all future campaigns, every every future piece of content we develop will be hard coded in our next iteration of Small Batch like we’ve been working with a camp as you know in the members area you’re the campaigns that we’ve been developing and sharing for you were mail that. You could use it. To go out and either direct sales or lead Gen. or local agency generation, what we’re going to be focusing on next year is a lot of fulfillment. So for example, campaigns we’ve got there now campaigns that will help you land AHVAC business as a client, OK, we’ve got that right. And then you know this, the next step is, OK, now how do I service that client?
00:37:09 Vanessa Roberts: We are going to be building for all the different silos of niches that we develop, right? HVAC is just my go to example, two series for every niche, right? The first is an onboarding, call it a nurture campaign. When you get a new HVAC client, how do you take care of them? What information do you need to give them? What information do you need from them right, in order to service them? So we’re developing an onboarding campaign that will, and this will be across all the niches, but HVAC, for example, first, you know, welcome to the Conahogen Agency. I’m so, you know, excited to get to work with you.
00:37:57 Vanessa Roberts: We’re going to help you get new clients, right? And here’s how we do it. Bam, bam, bam, bam bam. So there’s going to be a campaign that on boards and welcomes in that campaign is going to be think of it as a survey or an onboarding form, an interview, so to speak, where it takes in all of your clients information, you know, company name, primary contact, preferred phone number, preferred e-mail, what’s your website, what’s your logo, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. What are your offers? Do you offer warranty work? Do you offer maintenance plans? What do you charge?
00:38:28 Vanessa Roberts
Do you have any specials? Do you have any coupon codes? Right. So everything you need to know about a business in order to market for them, we’re going to pull out of the company for you in a survey, right? And all of that information will get saved to your client in their records so that they are but merge fields, right? So then we take those merge fields and we start building marketing campaigns. So this is the second prong. OK, now we start.
00:38:59 Vanessa Roberts: Oh, and the list, right? You get the list of 1000 customers that the HVAC company has, right? So now you’re able to load that list of 1000 customers into the sub account owned by the HVAC company, right? You’ve got all of their information in merge fields. They gave it to you. You didn’t have to interview them. They filled out a form and it pre-populated their account right with me so far. So then you take the e-mail campaign that markets.
00:39:27 Vanessa Roberts: That we’ve built. Right. That you’re going to get that market to that list of 1000, right. The emails in that campaign are designed to use the information provided in the onboarding survey. Boom, instant customization. So you have. The on boarding of your client and very simple. Lead.
00:39:48 Vanessa Roberts: Gen. client re engagement campaign push of a button. Does that make sense to everybody? Donald asks. Just for clarification, this will eliminate the SPKDKIM coordination with mail jet etcetera, correct? Donald, if you choose to not use mail Jet. Correct. You will have to set it up in our CRM, OK, DKIM and SPK is imperative for successfully sending emails.
00:40:15 Vanessa Roberts: You just have to do it on the platform that you’re using. All right. So any questions about the fulfillment aspects of once how we’re going to be onboarding your clients and how we are and yes, that will be done for you will extend to your clients as well. All of our done for you service. So if your client has a marketing e-mail, we’ll do the warm up sequence. You could recommend that, if they don’t already have an e-mail address that they’re using for marketing purposes, you could help them get set up. We’ll do the warm up.
00:40:56 Vanessa Roberts: And then, yeah, we’re definitely going to want to use their customer list and talk to them because the emails will be designed from the perspective of you are my customer, we know each other, not cold emails, that’d be something different, right? All right, any other questions? I think that I’ve answered everything that’s come through. Give you all a second to type. This will work with cold emails as some systems hate cold e-mail and yes Tom, this is designed with the intention to be used for cold e-mail. Yep. So the engagement system, the engagement monitoring and analytic system that we built starts from a baseline that every e-mail sent is to an ice cold contact because they were imported into the system, right?
00:41:58 Vanessa Roberts: There will be weight given differently if they buy a product from you. Or if they. Use an opt-in form if you are using landing pages etcetera. But the baseline is the assumption that you’re taking an ice cold list that has been cleaned at least right? Because we provide the list cleaning service and when you upload it into the system, it starts at, starts cold and then we build engagement through activity. Brevo has an auto system that works great. Mail Jet is horrible, right? I also know that mail Jet is the least expensive and usually I would say you get.
00:42:37 Vanessa Roberts: What you pay for? But we designed the Small Batch CRM to be provided for members and as charter members you get it. So it will be a service product offered at a, you know, higher price point in the future. But as charter members, you are grandfathered in and you get your first sender e-mail account for free included Mailjet is BAD, everybody agrees. But, you know, we can scale up and we’re always looking to improve on what doesn’t work, right? So, yeah, tell me what you hate about the other services and we’ll do, we’ll do whatever we can and make sure that we do it better. Right? All right.
00:43:28 Vanessa Roberts: OK. So looks like we’ve wrapped up all the questions, so. I’ll, I’ll, I’ll leave. With this, what I’d love to see in the Facebook group, OK, everybody says Brevo is who is the best? Brevo rocks, Donald says. I’d like to know what to focus on as we are creating those fulfillment funnels, right? Like I gave the example of if. You if you.
00:43:55 Vanessa Roberts: Land an HVAC company as a client. We’ve got the onboarding process and that those emails go to your client, the person who’s paying you, right? And then we have the fulfillment campaign which markets your clients products and services to their list of customers. I’d love to know and we can talk about it on Facebook, make your own posts, tag up in comments of other folks like let’s build a discussion around it. The niches you are interested in, right? HVAC plumbers like contractors are great. And the reason we always go after contractors is because they’re usually the business owner who is reading the emails right? So it’s easy to target to them.
00:44:46 Vanessa Roberts: But if you’ve got other sources that you would love to see built out in the done for you pre populated business in a box, however you want to call it campaigns, let me know because this is what I’m working on so that it’s out-of-the-box ready to go. When we add you to the system, we want to have at a minimum all of the campaigns that are already in existence for client generation and direct sales ERTC etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. Those will be there. So push button, go from day one, you know, give yourself a day or two to get set up and then you know, cancel your other services. But then my next focus is building out the fulfillment side of things, putting all of this powerful inbox reaching strategy into your hands so that you can be the one that makes a difference to your customers. Right, because a client doesn’t care about the insurance and outs how the sausage is made. They want to know, OK, if I can make one more sale a month, if I can add one warranty a month, if I can add one maintenance plan a month, you’re paid for. Everything else is icing and gravy.
00:46:02 Vanessa Roberts: We want to make that as no brainer as possible. All right, so with that, I’m going to thank you for your time. I’m so glad to see that you are as excited and pumped about this as I am. I mean, we knew. I mean, we thought we knew. We thought we knew we’d be taking your day, but I’m going to give you back your time. I would love to continue this conversation in the Facebook group about targeting what you want, who do you want to work with, and let us develop the campaigns for that rather than us thinking we know what’s best. I’d love to hear directly from you guys and you know we can start another thread.
00:46:41 Vanessa Roberts: What do you not like about CRMS as they are now? Like, I’m not saying we can fulfill every dream and answer every request, but I darn will try to find a solution if it’s possible. I mean, it might be a workaround. It might not be a software programming redesign, but if there’s a problem, I love to solve it. All right, so thank you so much, everybody. We’re going to get this recording published in the members area ASAP. Definitely within 24 hours. I’ll be monitoring Facebook closely because I want your feedback.
00:47:17 Vanessa Roberts: I want to know how to put me to work, tell me what to do. Bill, you’re very welcome. Thanks everybody for joining me. You know these calls are always more fun with you guys here and I get. That great feedback, right? Hearing what you guys do, what works for you, what doesn’t work for you, it really shapes my goals because my goal is always to give you what works. And, you know, help everybody find success. OK, awesome.
00:47:51 Vanessa Roberts: I hope everybody has a terrific week. Our next scheduled call would be like the week of Christmas. So at this time, I don’t think we’re going to have another call in December. We’re just going to keep our noses down to the grindstone and get this powered out. If we have an announcement, if we are able to go live before the 1st of January, I will make sure that we, we’re going to make a really big deal about it, right? So you’ll see an e-mail, we’ll have a Facebook post. It will definitely get announced. But I don’t believe we have another scheduled call for the rest of the year.
00:48:26 Vanessa Roberts: But look for announcements, look for my name in your inbox. I know it hits the inbox and not spam because I’ve got a great domain reputation. So hopefully I’ll have more great news on January 6th next meeting unless told. Yes, Connie, that’s absolutely correct. We’re looking at the first of the year and then that hopefully is going to be me announcing that everybody’s got their accounts. You’ve all been on board and it should be the first training on how to maximize self usage as well as the done for you arm of Small Batch in the new Small Batch CRM. We’re very excited. All right, Brian’s calling me.
00:49:03 Vanessa Roberts: I’m going to go talk to him. Thanks everybody. Have a great day. And. I’ll see you in the Facebook group. Bye.
