Hello, everybody. Happy Monday. Let me know if you can hear me.

0:13

I don't believe I'm muted I believe my screen is sharing.

0:17

Hi Leonard All right.

0:20

So we talked yesterday or our last call about the doors for the charter membership reopening very briefly for folks to jump in with Small Batch and get the new Small Batch CRM with the engagement amplifier system.

0:44

So what we've got today is a lot of new faces I've not seen before and a lot of faces that I saw a long time ago, but you have come back to us.

0:55

So I wanna say hello everybody and welcome, but I wanna let everybody on the call know that today we are going to be focusing on the core basics Small Batch which are first off understanding the concepts to going through our extensive done for you services and lastly making sure that you have claimed and are set up for your Small Batch CRM.

1:21

Folks that have been with us for a while you've heard all about the CRM you're probably all set up we wanted to get you up and running before we let the new folks come and us.

1:32

So if you don't feel like that's going to be a good use of your time today, I totally get it. I absolutely understand.

1:39

I just want to give you a heads-up that that's what we are going to be talking about today.

1:43

We are recording the call.

1:45

We record all of our training calls and we publish them in the members area that you can see on your screen within 24 hours of our live call.

1:54

Our format for the trainings are we are either doing technical training like going to do today on how to maximize your use of the Small Batch course, the Small Batch resources, and now the Small Batch CRM.

2:09

Alternatively, our training is on digital marketing, online marketing, email marketing specifically, and that also includes our revenue generators, which are are either offers we have vetted and think that you can profit monetarily from sharing with your audience using the Small Batch system, or they are tools that we think augment, add to, and can benefit Small Batch users and could be a great addition to your arsenal.

2:44

But like I said, all the trainings are recorded and published in the members' area within 24 hours.

2:51

I'm going to show you where to find this.

2:53

Is there a Small Batch CRM overview video?

2:56

Keith Avery, yes there absolutely is.

2:57

Can everybody see my screen?

2:59

Cause I'm going to show you where to find everything including Small Batch CRM training.

3:05

So let me know if you can see my screen.

3:09

I think I've got it shared correctly.

3:10

It should be the Small Batch.

3:11

Okay, fantastic.

3:13

Okay, so all members new and existing or vintage.

3:18

When you log in, this is the first page you see.

3:20

We want to help you know, this is an incredible program so much information, so much training and so many resources. We really wanted to funnel you into a very hypersimplified path to success. So I made this quick little menu that gives you the first five things you need to do, right?

3:39

So we've got a complete done-for-you system walkthrough Small batch system CRM Keith.

3:44

That's what you're asking for right revenue generators These are ways you can make money either by selling these products or by using these products to help augment your existing Small Batch business We've got the Small Batch system five mods, of course, which is the concepts that go into Making Small Batch marketing successful and Promoting healthy growth so that you can eventually you know, we don't want you sending 50 batch emails forever.

4:12

We want you to grow a healthy email list and platforms so that you can send mass emails, but it all starts from the ground up with that five-module course.

4:23

And then we have bonus, bonus, ongoing training and up-to-date changes.

4:27

Yes, Keith, we will do a Q &A, absolutely.

4:30

The ongoing changes, the online marketing and digital marketing world is always evolving, right?

4:38

I firmly believe Google makes money by keeping us on our toes and knocking us back on our heels. They change things so we have to respond.

4:46

How do we respond?

4:47

We buy things, right?

4:49

Planned obsolescence is the way of the capitalistic world right now, I know.

4:54

So you could spend all of your time chasing what's different, what's up to date, what's new, et cetera, or you can let us do that.

5:02

So the ongoing training and up to date changes is where we monitor the environment and update you, keep you informed, as well as we make adjustments to our training, our course, and now the adjustments are also made in the Small Batch CRM.

5:20

So is everybody good for today's training? Any questions before I jump in?

5:27

Okay, I am here. Nikki is with me in the chat.

5:34

So any questions that you have, please pop them in and either myself I will answer them live verbally here or Nikki might help you offline just in the chat and if you have an account specific question how do I sign up where's my email what's my link those kind of things I want to get in the Facebook group we can't help you here in the chat so you might get redirected to the support desk, right?

6:04

And that's just www.getsupport.biz.

6:08

We have a team of 20 folks standing by to take care of you.

6:13

So if you get asked to send a question to support, that's getsupport.biz.

6:20

Any like confidential information, like your password, email links, et cetera, we have to communicate that way.

6:25

We can't do it through the webinar.

6:29

and also you might see the same response if you're in the Facebook group and you ask an account specific or tech support question, we will refer you to support so that we can help you one-on-one.

6:40

That's not buffing, that's not like buffering, that's not trying to like brush you off.

6:46

It really is so that we can provide you the best possible service. All right.

6:52

Okay, so our complete done-for-you system walkthrough.

6:56

Okay, you can either click this link here that you see underlined or you can use the done for you drop down right here.

7:04

Okay our done for you services are extensive but we have tried to simplify what it takes for you to trigger them.

7:16

Right you don't have to get on a zoom and spend 30 minutes telling us your business plan etc etc We have reduced the process down to the minimum data inputs from you without sacrificing both of our ability to hyper customize your campaigns, right?

7:42

So you choose your level of involvement.

7:45

We have in the Done For You and in the resources, we have created the campaigns that you can use.

7:52

You can use them straight out of the box if you want to.

7:56

Alternatively, if you want to step one, or option one, take those emails and tweak them, personalize them, make them your own, and then give them back to us.

8:10

We will, done for you, your campaign with your edited emails.

8:17

Option two, little more advanced.

8:20

Say you are working with an affiliate partner and you're selling an affiliate product to your audience and they have given you an email campaign that they recommend you use to sell their product for a commission.

8:36

You can provide that email sequence to our Done For You team and we will set up your Done For You campaign with that content, okay?

8:47

So you've got the content we create, You've got the content anyone else creates and along that same vein if you hire a copywriter if you use chatgbt However, that's our third option.

9:00

If you have a completely original email campaign that you have written but you want us to set it up and Establish the campaign build it into a workflow Pull in the list clean the list map the names etc.

9:14

We will do that for you on a completely unique email sequence that you've created and there's no limit to the number of emails in that campaign.

9:24

If you set up a campaign with 20 emails over and you want it sent over the course of 30 days because you want it sent every other day not including weekends, you can have my team do that for you.

9:41

So that's the broad overview of a Done For You campaign. Are there any questions so far?

9:45

Leonard says That's cool, I agree with you.

9:47

I'm very proud of what we've been able to build for the SmallBatch system and the services we can offer to support you and help you grow.

9:56

Does SmallBatch set up the DNS, DMARC, SMTP, et cetera?

10:00

Joseph, no.

10:01

So when you're setting up your email, you have to set up your email.

10:07

We don't go into your registrar, we don't go into your server, we don't go into your GoDaddy account, we don't go into your Namecheap account, et cetera.

10:16

there is instructions on what you have to do to set up your email account and to create your CRM, be that the Small Batch CRM platform or if you want to choose one of the other platforms that we do support, we've done for you, okay?

10:36

Besides the SBS, I also have big data profits.

10:39

My question is, can I grab lists from BDP and have them uploaded into my Small Batch.

10:45

100% yes.

10:46

In fact, we endorse big data profits as a revenue generator to our Small Batch members.

10:53

In fact, if you don't already have big data profits, only Small Batch members are able to join Small Batch for a dollar because Doug has waived the $697 course fee for big data profits, so you can get in for a dollar.

11:08

That's not a sales pitch, It's just because we want to add value without adding expense.

11:13

So we have negotiated barrel bottom pricing for any partner that we endorse and work with to benefit our Small Batch members.

11:23

And what big data profits is, if you don't know, it is…

11:26

So we provide email lists to Small Batch members, but they're not A++ Platinum data, right?

11:35

That's just not economical.

11:37

you can get a plus plus plus plus platinum data from sources like big data profits hyper targeted a lot more criteria you can really narrow down your audience much much much better but any list you get from anywhere in the world if you want to hire a guy from Fiverr to scrape you some emails yes you can bring those lists into the Small Batch system we will clean them for you on a done for campaign. We will check them against an email validator.

12:06

We'll make sure that they are not spam traps, that they do not bounce, etc, etc, etc.

12:10

Any list you use, be it the one we provide you or one you get externally, we will check it for you and you can use it with Small Batch. That's an excellent question.

12:20

Thank you for asking. Can you talk about setting up email with the Go High Level platform?

12:25

How do we get it?

12:26

Okay, yep, Patrick, I'll go over that when we get to the batch system CRM. Okay, let's see.

12:35

Okay, so a lot of your questions are going to answer as I walk through the done for you.

12:40

So I'm going to go through that and then I'll revisit and see if I didn't answer anything.

12:43

Okay, so I'm not avoiding your questions, I'm not skipping them, but I think I'm going to answer them.

12:49

So done for you, how do you get started? What do you do?

12:52

First, come to the complete done for you system walkthrough.

12:56

Here there is a training, it's going to go much more in depth that I'm going to go in here so that I can cover more ground today.

13:05

This is more specific.

13:07

It's a full hour and 20 minutes of just using the done for you system.

13:11

Mine's gonna be more high level, okay?

13:15

Get started.

13:16

You just got your account.

13:17

You've never logged in before.

13:19

What do you do?

13:19

How do I think you should get started?

13:20

Watch this video and then go to the Unlimited Lead Generation tab.

13:32

This is where you can request a list every single day.

13:37

OK?

13:37

Even if you're not running a campaign every day, go ahead and request a list.

13:40

You can request one every single day.

13:42

You cannot request a list for days you miss.

13:45

So if you forget to do it today and you remember tomorrow, you can get tomorrow's list, but not today's.

13:50

Does that make sense?

13:52

Just that's an infinite number of days If we let you go retroactively, we could never keep up.

13:56

This is just keeping it fair.

13:58

So set a calendar reminder every single day, including weekends, and we'll give you a list.

14:02

If you want to just stockpile data, that alone is worth the cost of membership.

14:09

Anybody will tell you, because there's a lot of information out there, and we're giving it to you every single day.

14:15

Okay, all we need is your niche.

14:19

We've supplied some suggestions of different kinds of niches, but you're not limited to that.

14:24

You can click other and you can say bakers, that's fine.

14:31

You have to choose a state and then pick five up to five. It does not have to be five cities in that state.

14:45

Okay that's all we need from you to make a list.

14:50

Now it's important to note that these lists are generated from where businesses advertise that they service, not their mailing address.

15:03

This is important because if you are targeting businesses that service Atlanta, right, it doesn't matter if they are in Buford, right?

15:18

You can get them leads for Atlanteans.

15:23

So if they service Atlanta, that's what you want.

15:26

That also means one business could say they service Atlanta, Smyrna, and Marietta, and it's gonna be one result.

15:34

So don't necessarily pick cities that are right on top of each other, is what I'm saying. A broader search is a larger geographical area.

15:42

So you could pick the five largest cities in a state.

15:46

They don't have to be close to each other. See what I'm saying? You're just gonna get a bigger list that way, right?

15:50

You submit your request, you have to complete the information and here we go.

15:58

You get a confirmation, you get a confirmation number, you're going to get a confirmation email, and then once the list is pulled, we're going to send you the list via email.

16:09

It does come from our support desk, which is help at getsupport.biz.

16:13

Add that to your safe sender list, help at getsupport.biz.

16:17

you're going to want to know everything that comes from that email address because it is how we respond to your tickets and so you're done for your requests. All right. Any questions on pulling a list every single day?

16:32

Steve asks, is it possible to pull a list for B2C?

16:36

We do not have a specific consumer database period. Okay.

16:43

So I don't have a list of just Americans and then like information about what they're into, like Americans who I skate.

16:52

Americans who play softball.

16:56

What we do have is the knowledge that business owners are consumers.

17:04

So our response, our advice for if you're starting to mail cold to consumers is to find those consumers through business information and you just change your messaging.

17:19

Now, if we're talking about lead generation and fulfillment to those customers, and this is kind of off topic, but I wanna answer Steve.

17:30

The number one best way to start servicing your local business clients is to reengage their past existing customers that aren't buying from them right now, their internal list.

17:45

So, if you're looking for a list of consumers who are most likely to give your client their business, it's the people that are already aware of that business, they've already opted in that maybe they've gone cold or cool.

17:57

So that is our answer to a B2C approach.

18:02

Taking it one step further, sources like big data profits do have consumer lists, and you can use those in the Small Batch system.

18:10

Steve, does that answer your question?

18:15

Awesome.

18:16

So, moving on from the list, again, you can do it every day, you don't have to wait on anything to start getting that list, get it every single day.

18:23

For your email, you want to start building an established email account.

18:29

Jump to account warm up.

18:32

There is a training video, but I'm going to walk through right here.

18:39

To warm up an email, you do not need a CRM. You do have to have an email account.

18:45

For example, Vanessa at media mash.com. That is my email address.

18:50

That is not a Brevo. That is not a Small Batch CRM.

18:53

That is not a mail jet. Okay, that is my email. It's on a Google account platform.

18:59

I can log in. I have an inbox. That is what you need to get started. You must establish your own email address and it cannot be a free domain like Vanessa at gmail.com Vanessa at hotmail.com.

19:11

It has to be a real domain, a real email. You have to take care of that before you come in and let us warm it up, all right?

19:21

After you have an email address with an inbox that you can log into and send mail to and from through, come here and fill out this form.

19:29

What you're gonna do is you're gonna give my team access to your account, just logging into your inbox.

19:36

My team then generates 50 plus emails.

19:41

We send those emails to accounts that we control.

19:45

Real, live, other mailboxes, right?

19:49

That's real mail that goes from your account to our account.

19:52

We then, in those accounts we control, open and read every email so it's displayed on the screen for X amount of time so that Google registers that the email has been opened and read.

20:02

We click on the links inside the emails.

20:04

We reply to the message back to your inbox.

20:06

We then clean up your inbox, we delete those replies so you don't have to mess with them.

20:11

We add the sender you to our safe list.

20:15

This triggers to Google that this mail is desired.

20:20

I want to hear from this sender.

20:23

That goes to calculating how frequently other mail to other people will be sent to spam.

20:28

The more people who add you to their safe list, the better.

20:32

We report this as never spam, always deliver to the inbox, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

20:37

So what this does is this lets Google know that even though this is probably a brand new account, the email that is sent from this account is something people want to receive.

20:49

They are not sending annoying, spammy, garbagey, cluttery junk, right?

20:58

All you have to do for that, like I said, is give us your email address and your password.

21:05

And how do you?

21:06

Excuse me, I've got a cold.

21:09

How do you log in, right?

21:11

So like I said, if you have a Google or a GC, a Google workspace used to be called G Suite, you log in at gmail.com, right?

21:18

That's how you log in.

21:19

But your email might be steve at agency.com and your password's 123 Main Street, okay?

21:28

And then while you don't have to have this set up yet, we ask, what is the platform you plan to use?

21:37

then we again identify the actions that are going to be taken.

21:43

You do need to understand that this is happening from your account and you're authorizing us to take this action on your behalf. Okay? Can the email be a Gmail?

21:52

It cannot be Gmail, Steve. It has to be a domain that you have purchased.

21:56

It cannot be a free account. If we get an email from GoDaddy, can you host it?

22:01

No, Donald, we do not host any emails.

22:03

You will have to establish your own email account.

22:10

I very much recommend Google Workspace.

22:13

It is the most user-friendly, the most affordable.

22:16

So you don't have to buy a server.

22:18

You can just set it up through GoDaddy.

22:21

Is there a description of what is typically on the list?

22:23

OK, that's about the contacts.

22:27

Yeah, I can review that.

22:31

But let me keep rolling.

22:32

Do you have a choice in the platform list for your CRM?

22:36

Diane, yes.

22:37

And I'll get to that when we do the, on my next step of training.

22:41

I have a Gmail address.

22:42

I have a branded domain, perfect.

22:44

Yes.

22:44

I have another branded domain name at domain biz.

22:47

Yes, I'm not clear or where to use the domain name.com or you can use whichever you would like.

22:53

Mike.

22:54

So Mike's saying that he has domain.com and domain.biz.

23:00

And so you can use both.

23:02

You can have multiple from email addresses.

23:07

What we do highly, highly, highly recommend, only because we can't insist on it, it is up to you, do not use your primary business email for cold email.

23:20

If you are doing business on a website and your emails that you communicate with daily to customers and your accounts and is domain.com, do not send cold email from the domain, domain.com, right?

23:41

In this instance, Mike is using the example that he also owns the same site, but instead of domain.com, it's domain.biz.

23:51

Do you see the similarity, right?

23:53

They're both the domain, but ones.com and ones.biz.

23:56

So if he were to then start sending cold email from Mike at domain dot biz If something negative happens to that domain He doesn't lose his primary account which is domain comm but because they are both named domain There's a connection from the recipients to clients it doesn't feel like a huge gap it's not like he's saying business.com and domain.biz and like, hey, are these the same person, right?

24:32

Because he's keeping that consistency in the domain, they connect, right? Does that make sense?

24:41

Okay.

24:42

Patrick asks, so choosing a platform like Mailjet different than using the Go High level?

24:47

Yes, that is completely different.

24:49

So I'm going to jump now from done for you account warm-up to campaign setup, all right?

24:54

and then we're gonna talk about these different platforms.

24:57

Okay, so once your account is set up, warmed up, right?

25:03

Then we can start sending emails.

25:04

Well, we're not gonna send emails directly from your inbox, right?

25:09

The whole point of email marketing is you don't wanna send one at a time emails.

25:13

You want to be able to use a CRM.

25:15

You wanna automate the process.

25:17

You wanna be able to track statistics, data, data.

25:19

That's what we want, right?

25:21

So, our team provides done-for-you services through the platforms that we have vetted in addition to the Small Batch CRM.

25:35

Okay.

25:35

So, the platforms we support for done-for-you services, you have to pick one.

25:43

You can pick more.

25:45

You can have as many of these accounts as you would like.

25:48

But when you're requesting a done-for-you service, you have to let us know where do you want us to send the emails from.

25:57

Your account that you have set up, we're going to go in and run this for you.

26:02

This first option is Small Batch CRM.

26:06

Then we also support Streak, MailJet, Brevo, Yesware, GMass, and Instantly.

26:13

Now, a lot of you are going to ask, how do I choose?

26:16

I am going to hop around a little bit, because under the Small Batch System course, Module 1 is comparing platforms, okay?

26:28

We did extensive research so that you don't have to.

26:32

All of the pros, all of the cons, all of the pricing, we did it.

26:39

And you can see all of our research here, because you see on my screen, under Small system course, module one, comparing platforms, all of the various platforms that we've researched.

26:51

Okay, out of these that we researched, Brevo, Bustream, all the way through Yesware, these are the platforms we support done-for-you services on. Does that mean you can't use a different service?

27:06

No, you can use any service you want. Our done-for-you team will support these services.

27:13

Does that make sense?

27:16

Okay, so let's say, and this is what I hope because it's the most powerful and we can help you the most with it, we hope you choose the Small Batch CRM.

27:31

Okay, all you have to do is give us your username and password for the platform after you've set up your CRM account.

27:38

I'm going to show you how to do that. CRM, Small Batch CRM is free. We do have a pro option.

27:45

Once you grow and If you want to start creating sub accounts to service your customers at which point you might tell us that you're using the paid version That's totally fine.

27:54

We can get into it later, but by default your Small Batch system CRM is free Okay, here's where you give us the list now. You're saying to me Vanessa. Didn't you just give me the list?

28:04

Yes But the list I gave you was a Completely not scrubbed it. You got the full list. It could be 5 ,000 contacts, right?

28:14

And those contacts include, Keith, I think you asked me this question, the business name, the business email, the business website.

28:23

And if they have it, a business Facebook page, a business Facebook, I'm sorry, business LinkedIn page, link, phone number, information such as, do they have a Google pixel?

28:35

Do they have a Facebook pixel?

28:36

The information that comes in that list is huge.

28:39

So, if you've got a list of, let's just say, a thousand leads, we can't send a thousand emails, right?

28:48

That's not a Small Batch.

28:50

But we're not going to limit you in the lists we give you.

28:54

So we'll give you all thousand leads.

28:59

It's up to you to decide how are you going to break that up into your contact list.

29:05

So what we recommend is that you take the first 75 and you put that onto a new CSV and That's the list you give us here.

29:11

Why 75?

29:12

Because we're gonna take that list you give us and we're gonna clean it, right?

29:17

We're gonna make sure that they're not spam traps, that they're not gonna bounce, et cetera.

29:20

So we have found that out of 75, usually 50 or 60 come out clean, and then that's what we're gonna send the Small Batch to.

29:29

Okay?

29:30

So depending on the campaign you've chosen here after you upload your file, you can either choose any of the done for you campaigns that are already in existence, or like I said, I have my own email campaign, you can upload your template here, it can be just a Word doc.

29:49

If your email campaign, like I said, has 20 emails in it, that list of 75 contacts is going to go into your campaign, and on day one, they're going to get the first email.

30:02

And let's say day three, they're going to get the second email.

30:05

And day five, they're going to get the third email, okay?

30:08

So it's going to take a full 30 days for that campaign to run.

30:15

So while you are breaking up this list into Small Batches, you do not have to do it every day.

30:21

Depending on your email campaign, and all of these campaign types go from three to five, so it can run you a week.

30:29

So once a week on average, it's a good email campaign size.

30:35

Once a week, set up one list, one campaign and it's going to run for you.

30:44

You don't have to do anything.

30:46

Here's where you tell us from the default campaign, you have to tell us what link you want them to click, so that the clicks go to you, you make the sale.

30:58

Based on the campaign, you'll see that the merge customization fields change.

31:05

In ERTC 2025 email, we need your business name, the city of your business, your email signature, any notes that you want to give us, right?

31:14

But if you're generating digital marketing leads, we want to know what type of business are you reaching out to, the city of your business, et cetera, because this is how we further customize those done-for-you emails that we've written, okay?

31:30

So you give us the list, you give us access to your platform account, and you tell us what campaign you want to run, you give us the customizing information, you click here to request, and we're gonna take care of it for you.

31:42

Within 24 hours, you will see inside your account that we are setting up the campaign and running it for you based on the date you tell us you want it to go.

31:52

Okay, any questions about the Done For You campaign?

31:59

So once a week we can add another list of 50 new contacts.

32:02

Steve, yep, so after one campaign ends, you simply repeat the process, submit a new request with a new batch of leads, correct.

32:09

And please use 75, not 50, because we want to clean it and we want to end up, see right here, loading a list of 75 will give a buffer so we can get as close to 50 as possible, okay?

32:23

If you enter notes, where do they appear?

32:25

Those communicate to the Done For You team.

32:28

So if you say, you know, actually I'm not even sure what kind of notes are needed.

32:35

We really have answered every question, but if you wanna communicate something to the Done For You team, that's a place for you to communicate those ideas.

32:45

Can you upload a list of 1 ,000 from Big Data Pro into my CRM, Terry?

32:50

You can request a list of 1 ,000 from Big Data Pro.

32:54

For your campaign, you have to choose the 75 that go to a campaign.

33:00

The only place we are gonna load contacts for you is when we're loading them in relation to a Small Batch campaign.

33:09

So, no, we won't load 1 ,000 raw contacts into your CRM.

33:17

You can.

33:18

We recommend you clean them first.

33:21

You can load 1 ,000 into your CRM, and there is training on how to do that.

33:27

Do you monitor the email campaign too?

33:29

No, Joseph.

33:30

Once we launch it for you, everything, all of the reporting is provided to you within your CRM platform based on what you've got going on in your platform so you can see all the results directly.

33:44

We don't monitor it because we aren't doing anything with it after it goes, right? But you can monitor it.

33:51

But if the email is already set up and in instantly as an example, can some of them be used in the Small Batch CRM? Does Small Batch CRM send emails? Hi, Mitzi.

34:02

Yes, the Small Batch CRM Absolutely does send emails all of the done-for-you campaigns again under resources.

34:10

They're all listed here These are pre-built in The Small Batch CRM. They're already there.

34:18

Okay, if you have made emails if you have created emails and You want them in your Small Batch CRM?

34:27

Hold on We can do that too But you have to give them to us by coming here and saying I have my own email campaign and then giving us a Word doc with those emails so that we can create it for you inside your Small Batch CRM.

34:49

We cannot move them from instantly into Small Batch CRM.

34:54

You have to tell us via a Word doc what the emails are, what they say, what the subject line is.

35:01

Okay, all right, so any questions on requesting done for you campaign sending?

35:11

All right, so what we've got so far is everybody should know that today, if you haven't already done it, request a list, request your email address to get warmed up, and start setting up your CRM platform so that once your email is warmed up, you can immediately send your first campaign.

35:32

Is that clear, those three steps?

35:34

That's what we're gonna do.

35:35

The next thing I'm going to talk about is setting up your Small Batch CRM so that once your email is warmed up, you can immediately start sending campaigns.

35:46

Sandra asks, if I have more than one CRM, can I do a DFY campaign for more than one in a week?

35:52

Absolutely 100% yes, Sandra.

35:54

Just send a different request for each one.

35:56

OK, Brian says it's clear.

35:58

How often can we reload the next 75 contacts?

36:01

Scott, you can, for each sender address, You can request a new campaign as soon as the last one ends.

36:10

Okay?

36:11

So, if you've got a campaign that runs Monday through Friday, and you've requested it, you know, last Friday, so it started today.

36:20

This Friday, you can request a new one to start on Monday.

36:25

You can use the same campaign, right?

36:27

You still have to fill out the request form.

36:29

Just tell us the same campaign, and just give us a new list.

36:34

Okay, so as soon as one campaign ends, you can start another if you're running one at a time. If I have five emails already warmed up and instantly do you set up the campaign to send 50 emails a day for each of The five emails I've set up Mitzi.

36:50

Yes, if you submit five requests, okay, so five Sender emails.

36:57

Okay means you can do five campaigns with me So that requires five done-for-you campaign requests because each request, you have to tell me which email we're sending from.

37:11

I don't want to move on until Mitzi tells me it makes sense.

37:15

You absolutely can.

37:16

Now, we do have a five-per-day campaign request limit just to make sure everybody gets fair service.

37:24

Okay, Mitzi says she's got it.

37:26

But yes, if you have five emails ready to go and they're set up in CRM and they're warmed up you absolutely can request five campaigns to run simultaneously as long as they're going from different sender accounts. Yes yes and yes okay so that's that's the done for you so everybody you know as soon as we get off the call excuse me request your list and make sure your emails are up. Okay. For the campaign setup, I want to go through the Small Batch CRM setup.

38:02

Okay.

38:03

Every platform has its own onboarding and there's training on that inside the course. Okay. Comparing platforms. Okay.

38:13

But for this call, we're going to talk about Small Batch CRM because it's what I recommend you use.

38:19

Keith asks, can I have five sender email addresses on one domain?

38:22

That's a really great question.

38:24

To comply and stay under Google's radar, three from email addresses per domain max.

38:32

So if you want to do five, you're going to need two domains.

38:36

So if Keith, if your domain is Avery.com, you can have Keith at Avery.com, Vanessa at Avery.com, Taylor at Avery.com, and then stop.

38:48

And then you can get Keith.com, and then you can have Avery at Keith.com, Vanessa at Keith.com, Taylor at Keith.com.

38:55

Okay, does that make sense?

38:56

Three per domain, so the domain stays healthy.

39:03

Mike asks, when you say Small Batch CRM, is that basically the go high level platform?

39:07

Yes, the Small Batch CRM is built on the go high level platform.

39:11

However, we have built an entire CRM on their platform.

39:15

It's not a raw account.

39:17

So when you use the Small Batch CRM, and this is why I recommend it, we create it for you. We built into it, into the DNA of this account, the engagement amplifier system.

39:33

We've talked about it a lot.

39:35

We've talked about it with the new folks and the existing folks.

39:37

This is the engagement system that is, it's the 180 that turned Brian's business around.

39:45

When things started getting really, really hard with Google, this is the thing that fixed it for us.

39:52

And it was our ability to, in real time, actively monitor the engagement level of our audience, and not just based on clicks and opens, okay?

40:03

If they reply to an email, if they do an opt-in, If they fill out a landing page, if they buy a product, if they subscribe to a newsletter, if they're on an opt-in, if they do a webinar, if they initiate an inbound email to your address, basically any activity that can be feasibly monitored digitally, this tracks and segments those contacts, right?

40:32

And it treats every contact differently based on their level of engagement and what that's going to do is amplify the folks who are paying attention to you are gonna pay better attention to you because they're gonna get your messages more you're gonna know who they are you're gonna talk to them differently the folks who maybe were interested in you at first but then you haven't heard from they haven't heard from you haven't heard from them for 30 days those are segmented out and in future trainings we're gonna talk about how we talk to them differently to bring them back into the fold. Same for the cool that have gone 60 days. Same for the cold that have gone 90 days.

41:12

I will tell you in my 20 years of working with Brian and his 30 years in the business, we've got 50 years between the two of us. Oh my gosh. I've never seen anyone else use this system.

41:26

I built it. Brian dreamed it up.

41:31

I did the labor and the programming and the figuring, et cetera et cetera et cetera and no one I've ever talked to uses the same system that we use so this when I say that this is proprietary and exclusive it is straight from his brain and my fingers on a keyboard bringing it to you and you don't have to do anything when you use your Small Batch system it is live okay it's already there and the cost is the same for the Small Batch system with SBS yes there's no charge for this this is included with your Small Batch membership.

42:05

As long as you are a Small Batch member, your CRM is free to you.

42:10

Again, there is a pro version.

42:13

If you want to expand the number of campaigns, you can run simultaneously, or if you wanna have sub accounts, okay?

42:20

But for all of you just starting, this is the perfect, in my opinion, option.

42:28

No cost, totally done for you, Prebuilt with the most winning system. I've seen in in 20 years.

42:36

Okay cost of pro It's the same cost as a straight-up go high level account.

42:41

They start at 197 We do not up charge, but we do migrate your Small Batch CRM with all of the bells and whistles over so you would simply You have to use a referral link from Brian so that our accounts are still connected which allows us to Continue to update you with future content and manage or maintain your account for you But there is no additional like up charge.

43:07

Brian is not how to say like Increasing the cost of a go high level account to like skim off the top It's just the straight pricing that you see on go high level We just have to have you be referred through Brian's link so our accounts can stay linked. Does that make sense?

43:28

Okay, I already have a pro version of go high level.

43:30

Can you upload?

43:31

Sorry, Steve.

43:31

No, we do have to have them linked, right?

43:35

It does have to be through Brian's referral.

43:41

If we use Small Batch, then we don't need Mailjet.

43:44

Mike, that's a great question.

43:46

You don't have to.

43:48

You can.

43:48

You can use both.

43:50

But no, you do not have to.

43:53

He waves his affiliate income to high level.

43:55

he's not up charging.

43:58

Okay, so go high level allows white label users to set their own pricing, right? So Brian could go in and say, you could buy a pro version from me for $597.

44:11

And it could be the $197 level of go high level with like nothing else, right? He's not doing that.

44:18

It is just flat go high level pricing. Does that make sense?

44:25

Carl, this is, I see your questions about the programs and the revenue generator header.

44:30

We're not gonna talk about those today, but I want you to know I do see you, and you can send me a support ticket if we wanna talk about those.

44:37

Okay, so what is a Small Batch CRM?

44:39

It's everything we've talked about.

44:40

It is a full bodied CRM.

44:43

It's not just emails, okay?

44:45

You can have products, you can sell products, you can manage subscriptions, you can manage your calendar, you can have opt-ins, you can have SMS, conversations.

44:55

they have a webinar platform.

44:59

It is absolutely everything, not just email, and again, zero cost as long as you're a Small Batch member.

45:08

Okay, this is a 10 minute training on setting up your account.

45:12

I'm not gonna play it today, we're already 45 minutes in, and I can't do a better job than Rose did when she presented this, but it literally walks you through setting everything up, as well as I know you asked about importing a list of 1 ,000 contacts.

45:26

This shows you how you can import a list.

45:28

This is the Small Batch CRM walkthrough training.

45:32

I know everyone wanted to see this.

45:34

I want to make sure you know where it is.

45:37

I'm going to show you where to find it again.

45:38

From the homepage, Small Batch system CRM.

45:42

Everybody see me right here?

45:43

This is the training on how to sign up for and set up your Small Batch CRM.

45:49

So just click here, intro, training video that I'm not gonna play right now, and then get your Small Batch System CRM account here.

46:00

There's information we have to have to set up your account that we don't have yet, right?

46:06

So we need business owner first name, business owner email, business name, business niche, website domain, okay.

46:14

This is for the CAN Spam Act.

46:17

This goes in the footer of your email.

46:19

This is what keeps you compliant and able to send Small Batch information.

46:25

We don't have this unless you give it to us.

46:27

So this is how you request your CRM.

46:29

If you haven't done it yet, please do.

46:32

This is also under done for you, Small Batch CRM.

46:36

You can jump right to the request here.

46:41

Okay, under done for you, DFI Small Batch CRM, Or, on the Small Batch System CRM training page, there are buttons throughout the page.

46:53

Does everybody see that?

46:54

Are you all able to sign up for your Small Batch CRM?

46:58

Are there any questions?

47:03

Once you go pro on the go-high level and you've used Brian's referral link, you are only limited to what go-high level limits you to.

47:13

You could have as many subaccounts, sender emails, etc.

47:20

as you want, and we will done for you service 100 percent of them when it comes to Brian's referral link so that we can access and push information to that account.

47:34

That's what makes us able to continue to provide all of the e-mail, workflows, manage, monitor, update. As we improve things, we want to be able to push that out to you.

47:48

So if you create 50 sender emails, yes, you can use the done for you campaign setup request on your pro account and we will done for you service 100% of your account.

48:01

Webinars and SMS apps are freaking litly. Are members using that to increase sales?

48:05

Oh, Patrick, that's a great question.

48:07

We've just rolled out the Small Batch CRM within the past like three weeks, So I don't have any case studies of members already using those, but I bet you could.

48:16

Would you like to be our first?

48:17

Let me know when you do it.

48:19

Then it says done, love it.

48:21

So do we use our primary domain on the Small Batch signup?

48:24

Yes, for business information.

48:28

But when you're setting up your from email, the email that emails get sent from, make sure you're using your cold email domain, right?

48:41

If we have a go-high-level account already, should we use a different email for the Small Batch system?

48:45

Yes.

48:46

What is the price of pro?

48:47

It starts at $197, and that's go-high-level pricing, not ours.

48:50

We do not upsell.

48:52

If I already have a GAHL account, I must use a different email.

48:55

Yes, Art.

48:55

Where it says business owner email, should that be the warmed up business email?

48:59

Yes.

48:59

The warmed up business email that you are going to be sending emails from.

49:03

Your from address needs to be what you set up the CRM with, not your primary account.

49:10

Once you go high level pro, how many emails days a week can be sent, Patrick, completely up to you.

49:15

You are bound only by your own settings in the go high level pro.

49:20

After that, it literally blows the roof off.

49:22

You can do however you want.

49:25

Now, the done for you campaigns are still going to be Small Batch.

49:29

If you use our done for you, we're going to stick to the Small Batch caps of 75.

49:35

List of 75, so cleaned is 50, all right?

49:40

Okay, now, any questions about the Small Batch CRM?

49:45

You can also jump right here, we've got it on the header.

49:47

We really want you to find the Small Batch CRM, okay?

49:53

The five module course, that's up here as well, one, two, three, four, five, can't spam facts, and the bonus ongoing training, up-to-date changes, et cetera, that I talked about, we keep up with things so that you don't have to.

50:06

Okay, Wayne says go high level is 97 and 297.

50:09

Okay, sorry, I was wrong about the pricing.

50:11

So you can start at the 97 level.

50:14

All right, any questions about your quick start guide?

50:19

Because what I'd love to see is my done for you team telling me, Vanessa, we gotta work overtime.

50:26

We have so many done for you setups.

50:29

I want them busting their butts for you.

50:32

So if there's anything about what we've talked about today that has given you even the slightest confusion, roadblocks, stumbling block, tell me right now so I can solve it for you.

50:44

Please, can we get the recording of this training?

50:46

100%, Emanuel, this is being recorded and it's gonna be published.

50:49

That's a great, you know what, love this segue.

50:52

Members only, everybody see where my cursor is?

50:54

It's the very first link.

50:57

Oh my gosh, I need some water, hold on.

51:04

Ooh, okay, members only.

51:05

Everybody can see it, right?

51:09

Members only.

51:11

51:15

This is where our calls that we're on right now get published, okay?

51:25

On your page where mine says admin, right here, yours is going to have your go-to webinar link for this call, okay?

51:35

We email it to you to remind you to show up, But if you ever don't see that email, it's here.

51:42

This is your link. It's the same link every call.

51:53

I've got to update this little schedule here, but this was just showing them next updated calls.

52:00

But it's the second and fourth Monday of the month at 12 p.m.

52:03

So not exactly every other Monday, but this just gave us more structure.

52:08

Here you can see the last call we had was February 10, two weeks ago, right?

52:14

Is everybody with me here?

52:16

These are our recordings.

52:19

And you click on the date and here's the recording and here's the transcript, okay?

52:28

We transcribe every call.

52:30

So you can do a keyword search if you're looking for something.

52:35

You can read through it if you prefer.

52:40

Any questions about our live ongoing training?

52:48

I've got folks asking about the done for you campaigns.

52:50

Do I have to just pick one niche?

52:52

Do I have to pick just one service?

52:54

No, you can do everything different every single day.

52:57

It's totally up to you.

53:02

We have a real no limit approach.

53:06

The only limits we insist on are the ones that could potentially damage your sender reputation because the whole point of Small Batch is to give you a pristine sender reputation, right?

53:17

We want Google to know that what you say is valuable and desired.

53:25

And we want that in the inbox, in the inbox, in the inbox, right?

53:30

Kelly, I don't know what that word is.

53:35

So I'm not sure. Can you help me?

53:38

Quick question.

53:39

I completed the CRM setup back in January, but didn't realize I needed to include my warm up email address.

53:44

And I see you have my primary domain email address.

53:46

Do I need to submit a support ticket?

53:48

Yes, that's a great question and a perfect example of an account specific or tech request question.

53:56

Scott, exactly right.

53:58

Just send in a support ticket and we're going to fix it for you.

54:00

No problem.

54:04

Do you really want us to use the Small Batch CRM and none of the other email services like Mailjet?

54:08

Keith, we believe the Small Batch CRM is the most powerful solution for you because we are to give you the engagement amplifier.

54:20

We cannot replicate that in any other system.

54:24

If you want to, and I say this as respectfully as possible, blindly send out emails and manually track the engagement, you can use any CRM you want and we will continue to support you. We will continue to provide done for you.

54:39

We always want to add to. We never take away. We know folks have set up instantly.

54:46

We are in no way taking that away.

54:49

I do recommend that you give the Small Batch CRM a shot, because if it's better, that's better for you.

54:57

We can support both for you.

54:59

We can do done-for-you for both, Mailjet and Small Batch CRM.

55:03

No limits, no limits, except five requests per day, because we do have human beings working on the other end of this fulfillment.

55:12

Engagement multiplier overview video. Yes, that is on the February 10th Small Batch system training February 10th.

55:25

We go over that is exactly what we went over on this training. So yes, you go find it right here.

55:31

Where can I find engagement magnifier training?

55:33

Okay, Brian, that's a really great question because there's not really any training. You don't have to do anything.

55:38

It's already built in, but I do review the concepts and how it gets implemented in the Small Batch Systems CRM training.

55:48

It's covered, I believe, and on this February 10th, the very first members-only training from last week, it'll be listed before today's, but right now it's the only one, so you can see it there. But yes, the Engagement Magnifier, it's literally hands-off for you.

56:05

When you get a Small CRM it's pre-loaded and activated right and and then we'll show you you have to build history so that the engagement can be monitored measured and then amplified so we're giving everybody a chance to get their CRMs up and running get those contacts in get get the audience segmented and then we're going to be able to jump in and say okay now that you have a segmented see everybody's in the first 30 days right now, right?

56:35

If you just start a CRM today and load a list today, everybody you load is in that hot 30 days because they're brand new.

56:43

It hasn't been 30 days.

56:44

They haven't been able to segment themselves yet.

56:46

So we just physically have to give it time before we can go through additional training.

56:52

Make sense?

56:54

Okay, so we are wrapping up the hour.

56:58

I hope everybody found value in today's call.

57:00

I hope you have actionable steps.

57:02

I want to be blown away by how many list requests I've got, how many email warm-ups I've got, and how many done-for-you campaigns I've got.

57:10

Like I said, I want to pay my team overtime to take care of you.

57:16

Wrapping up this call, I hope that that's the first thing you do.

57:20

Terry, send me in a support ticket and we'll help you out there.

57:24

If I've missed any questions, let me know.

57:26

I will stay a few minutes late so that I don't leave anybody hanging.

57:29

It looks like everybody's saying wonderful. Great job. Okay. Thanks super. I'm on it.

57:34

Okay Hi, hey, I had come back when you had said something about you didn't know what cinder was Yep, then you mentioned something that ended in ender that we didn't want Google to reject. Does that bring it up?

57:48

cinder cinder emails S-e-n-d-e-r You are sending emails.

57:55

You are the cinder We want Google to see you as a highly valued sender.

58:08

She asked me what a, oh, C-I-N-D-E-R, like a fireplace sender.

58:14

I was confused.

58:17

I say it like sender.

58:18

How do you say it differently?

58:20

They're the same to me, sender and sender.

58:23

They're there and there, Kelly, you got me.

58:26

Regarding setup, you mentioned we need to input the link that potential customers click on.

58:29

I don't have a link that people buy off a link.

58:32

It's a service.

58:33

Okay, Joseph, then the email campaign you provide because it's customized special to you, won't have a link.

58:42

You'll just have them say reply or call me.

58:46

And that's fine because that will fall under an email campaign that you provide.

58:51

And when you provide a campaign, we don't require a link Because you're giving us a hundred percent of the information in that campaign.

59:00

So that's fine We only require a link when the campaign in the done-for-you service has a field That requires a little yep So Joseph just just on it click that you have your own campaign and then upload it and it's gonna let you get passed And if it still doesn't send me a ticket so I can fix it because that's a that would be an error I do not have my password yet, so I can't log in Hey, Wayne, if you'll send us a support ticket at getsupport.biz, we're gonna get you that password.

59:32

I'm sorry that it didn't come through to you.

59:35

How do we request people looking for money-making opportunities?

59:38

BizOps, so on the request form, done for you.

59:42

Unlimited lead generation.

59:45

Plop down here, what niche?

59:48

BizOps.

59:50

Cool.

59:51

Any guidance on if we should include links or images in our emails?

59:56

The done-for-you campaigns do not use images.

1:00:01

Images can get you flagged for poor delivery.

1:00:07

So we mostly recommend that you do not.

1:00:12

Once you're established and you're using like the Small Batch CRM, yes, but the same way once you're established you can start sending larger batches of emails.

1:00:27

For right now, as you're getting established, as you're starting out, we say please don't use images, but you can use hyperlinks.

1:00:37

Of the revenue generators, do you recommend when starting out?

1:00:42

I will have, we'll have another call on the revenue generators, Mitzi.

1:00:45

That's a great question for the Facebook group, so you can get feedback from other members on what they recommend.

1:00:51

The revenue generators are two, there's two different kinds.

1:00:54

There's offers you can sell, which right now, honestly, I will say, I'm going to go back on what I just said, ERTC right now, you've got about six weeks, and it's the biggest investing that's ever happened to online marketing, in my opinion.

1:01:09

I've never seen an online marketing tool pay $170 ,000 commission.

1:01:17

Most of you know or saw in the group or on a webinar, Norma Hutchinson, she flew down to Tampa to the ERTC Express corporate office and was handed one of those big golf course checks for over $170 ,000 for one of her deals through ERTC.

1:01:34

It's absurd.

1:01:36

Now, you know, results not normal, right?

1:01:41

But I think we sent out 15 payments today for over $5 ,000.

1:01:46

So, yeah, if you've got six weeks, get on to the ERTC, but we'll have more training on the revenue generators on another call.

1:01:55

We can definitely talk about it in the Facebook group.

1:01:57

It asks for my business address, but I'm in the UK.

1:02:00

Do I need a US address?

1:02:01

You can use any address that you want.

1:02:04

No, we don't provide addresses, so you can…

1:02:09

Yeah, and if there's trouble with the done-for-you form, send us in a support ticket.

1:02:13

We'll help you out.

1:02:13

No problem.

1:02:14

How long does it typically take for an email account to get warmed up?

1:02:17

One week, Brian.

1:02:18

Please give us one week to fully execute sending all of the emails, responding to, replying, clicking, saving, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

1:02:27

And in that week, as we're warming up, that gives you time to start pulling your list, figure out what you want to offer, pick your email campaign, and submit your done-for-you request after you've set up your CRM, right?

1:02:42

We'll go through the training, that week of warm up is where all of the back end work happens.

1:02:52

All right, everybody.

1:02:53

Did I get you?

1:02:55

Any questions?

1:03:02

Okay, so Carl's asking, what if it's been a couple of months since our email has been warmed up?

1:03:05

Oh, and you didn't take action?

1:03:07

Is that what you mean?

1:03:07

You didn't send any campaigns?

1:03:10

Carl, you can request it to be updated again, that's fine.

1:03:13

Does the CRM automatically do follow ups?

1:03:16

Robert, yes.

1:03:18

And in so much that, the campaigns you're setting up are following up, right?

1:03:25

You're sending a five email campaign.

1:03:30

The first email, for example, could go today.

1:03:32

The second one would go tomorrow.

1:03:33

The third one go, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

1:03:36

And if they click or purchase, they don't get the subsequent emails.

1:03:39

So that follow-up is established.

1:03:43

Yes.

1:03:43

It's up to you once they purchase, once they reply, once they in some way reach out to you, you work with them directly.

1:03:56

How many or how frequently can we submit email addresses for one a day, Brian?

1:04:01

We could do a single warm-up every day.

1:04:06

For ERTC, which industries, companies should we request a list for?

1:04:09

Hey, Metzi, great question.

1:04:12

When you sign up to be an ERTC agent, which you must do in order to advertise for them, they provide training on how to target businesses.

1:04:23

So I'm not gonna go into it right now with Small Batch, but sign up and then head over there.

1:04:30

That stuff is outlined very clearly for you because they want to help you be as successful as possible, but it's in depth, right?

1:04:39

You're welcome, Brian.

1:04:42

All right, so give me a one.

1:04:45

If you are going to get off this call and fill out a done for you request form, be that a list request or an email warmup or a campaign request, please give me a one.

1:04:55

I just wanna see, I'm gonna hold everybody here accountable.

1:04:57

I see how many people are on the call.

1:04:58

How many people are gonna tell me one?

1:05:02

All right, okay.

1:05:04

Already did it.

1:05:05

Oh, I love it, already did it during the webinar.

1:05:07

Fantastic, ones, ones, ones, ones, ones.

1:05:09

Okay. Yep. Okay. Carl, Mike, Leonard, Robert, Kelly, Brian. I see you all.

1:05:15

I'm going to be looking for your name on the done for you. I'm not going to say everybody's name, but I see you.

1:05:20

And if you have any trouble, reach out to support.

1:05:25

I understand that probably the most technically difficult part of this for folks is establishing a new email address. I understand that.

1:05:38

Unfortunately, we are not able to log in as you, for you, and set up an email on a domain.

1:05:49

However, places like GoDaddy, Namecheap, those places where you buy the domains, you set up email, their support is fantastic.

1:06:00

Okay, if you buy a domain and you set it up on Google Workspace, Google makes it very easy All right, Carl.

1:06:09

Are we use our do we use our own hosting if you don't already have hosting I Recommend you use Google Workspace to manage your email. They make it very easy.

1:06:19

I do acknowledge that this is a tough spot, right ? It's the only thing that we can't do for you.

1:06:30

I like Go Daddy but it's only because 30 years ago when my mom started buying websites because she was, I think, one of the first 17 people on the internet ever, she used GoDaddy.

1:06:43

So I like GoDaddy. I love their support. They work really well with Google Workspace.

1:06:50

Every single thing I do, I use GoDaddy.

1:06:53

And if I can't have a Google Workspace email account, I don't want it. Yeah. All right, everybody. Thank you so much for joining me today.

1:07:04

Thank you so much for being a part of the Small Batch family.

1:07:07

Please make sure that you are in the Facebook group.

1:07:10

We are super active in there.

1:07:11

You get all the best news, all the best information first.

1:07:17

And if you have account-specific or tech questions, please don't hesitate to submit a support ticket.

1:07:25

If you post something on Facebook that's not like use case, implementation, what do you guys think about this email campaign, that kind of thing?

1:07:34

We will remove technical questions and ask you to go to the support desk because we cannot provide adequate support to you through Facebook.

1:07:44

So if you see a post removed, please do not think that it's an offense or anyone is upset.

1:07:50

We just have to funnel you to the point to the place where we can help you best.

1:07:54

Right. And that's not Facebook. You're very welcome, Patrick.

1:07:57

I want to thank you all. I look forward to seeing you again on the next call.

1:08:01

March 10th, Brian will be with us.

1:08:06

And we'll be talking more big picture, right?

1:08:10

So jump in, go through the training.

1:08:12

We've got tons of it.

1:08:13

And if you have any questions, let us know.

1:08:15

And I will look forward to seeing you in the done for you request list and in the Facebook group.

1:08:21

I hope you all have a fantastic and profitable week and we'll see you soon.

1:08:24

Thank you so much.

1:08:24

And thank you, Nikki, for helping me out on this call.
