00:00:03 Brian Anderson: Everybody, welcome to the call. We just added this in. As you guys know, it’ll be a kind of a shorter call. We added this in to kind of fill the gaps. We’re trying to plug in additional training. Give me a one if you can hear me and see me or at least hear me. I don’t really.
00:00:20 Vanessa Roberts: I can see you and hear you, Brian.
00:00:21 Brian Anderson: All right. Good deal, Vanessa. Let’s see. Good deal. All right.
00:00:42 Vanessa Roberts: All right. Yeah. Well, we weren’t talking for a second there. Actually. We were reading the Q&A.
00:00:46 Brian Anderson: Yeah, I was reading the questions. I’m guilty. Hey, Ryan. Wade, good to see you, man. Or good to see you here. At least we got a new team member. You guys on our team here, Ryan, Ryan Wade, who’s down in Florida, but he’s on the call with us as well. All right, let’s get some slides.
00:01:07 Brian Anderson: You guys hang on one SEC. Slideshow. I need to make myself a presenter. All right, Vanessa, let’s see. Show my screen. Main screen. Almost. We’re almost.
00:01:27 Vanessa Roberts: There.
00:01:28 Brian Anderson: We have a lot of clicks to get to this point. All right, all right, there we are going there. Now let’s show here. All right, cool. You guys should see a white background that says 0 point entry and talk through 2 little offers that you can kind of get involved in. And that’s. Yeah, please help me out. Let’s see.
00:01:56 Brian Anderson: OK, good deal. Yeah, I’m not going to go. Unfortunately, I can’t go into the health thing yet. You guys. It’s not me. It’s not games. I promise. It’s lawyers, not me.
00:02:07 Brian Anderson: I would love to talk about it. That’s Scott Hall. He keeps calling and texting me and I’m like, Scott, I can’t talk about it, dude. All right, so let’s get to where you want to go, which is, you know, really making money. You got to, you got to get reps in, right? You got to get practice in. So we came up with two options that are either free or virtually free that you can plug into. So the first one’s free.
00:02:35 Brian Anderson: Let’s see, you should Vanessa. Is there a link somewhere in the members area where they can click on this? I mean because you can’t click on that or maybe put it in the, put it in the chat or something.
00:02:46 Vanessa Roberts: Yes, I’ve got it on Facebook and I’ve emailed it out and I’ll put it in the chat right now. But yes, I’ll make a page about everything we’re doing today. I’ll have the links on that page as.
00:02:54 Brian Anderson: Well, perfect. So guys, this is free. When we did the first call, a lot of you were interested in a hybrid local affiliate. So, these two people are behind this company, it’s a review platform and they’ve been on my list for a long time. I’ve known them, met them. As a matter of fact, many of you’ve met one of them. If you used to come to any of the automotive events, you probably met one of the ladies behind it. It’s a guy and a gal and she’s the money behind it, the funding behind it, but a fabulous lady, they’ve been there, done that.
00:03:28 Brian Anderson: They’ve been in the same trenches and shoes that you have and I have. So what they did is built a viral model around reviews where imagine you write a review, you write a review and somebody at the company, at local city places calls and sells the business on a package and when they sell them, you get paid. Does that make sense? Just give me a one if that makes sense. Make sure we’re on the same page. Walt, you don’t hear me. I’m talking away. Log out and back in.
00:04:07 Brian Anderson: Let’s see. OK, good, everybody gets it. Walt is having audio issues, but we’ll fix that up. In general, whenever you have audio issues on any goo, go to webinar or Zoom. I promise you the easiest solution is just to log out and log back in. I hate to tell you that, but it’s like the old reboot of your computer or your phone. It’s the same thing. Works most of the time.
00:04:30 Brian Anderson: All right. So the local city places concept is this, you’re going to write reviews about real businesses in your area that you’ve patronized, used, had an experience with, maybe upload a photo doesn’t have to be good, although they’re probably not going to sell. Have to get one of them on here at how they would sell somebody with a bad one. But they look, the fundamental problem with most people in local marketing is I think you guys will agree: most people break down on getting clients and the ability to sell. Not all of you, but most, right? So this model is a viral model where you can get paid via your network, right? You can get paid and somebody else does the selling. I know you’re good at this because most of you did this model with us on the ERC and people did well.
00:05:19 Brian Anderson: So this is a review on a platform which is not Google or Yelp. It’s local city places. Shoot, Walt’s Walt said. I’ve done that twice. All right. I must say, turning over to Vanessa to try and help Vanessa, see what you can do to help Walt. OK, so you can go to this link. I think it’s in the chat.
00:05:42 Brian Anderson: You can sign up. It’s absolutely free. Because while you’re experimenting and learning, I want to minimize your spending. So. Right. I want you to spend very little, but I want you to realize I want you to grow your understanding, get reps in practice, I want you to use some of your local marketing background as you’re doing affiliate as well. So this partner program is multiple tiers, so think sales manager etcetera, down like a couple levels even if you will. So you can sign up people that are in the local space and they can write reviews and you can get paid.
00:06:20 Brian Anderson: Let me see what my next slide is. When you write a review, well, when you log in, you get a page like this. This is where you could add friends, write a review, etcetera, right. I wrote a review of a business I like a lot called the Beirut and you know, there you go. It’s pretty simple. Once you’re in here, you can click on Partner Portal on the left and you can go to the partner section. You’re able to set up the city where you’re going to review businesses. So I live in Peachtree City, GA, just outside of Atlanta.
00:06:53 Brian Anderson: I was able to select that. If you’re in Nashua, NH, like I think Walt might be, he could, he could pick, he could pick that city, right? Once you sign up, you’re able to get a referral link, right? So you’re going to go to Partner Portal and it’s going to give you a link, right? So you have two links. Vanessa, do you want to talk about those two links? I see you made some comments. Why don’t you explain the difference between those two?
00:07:24 Vanessa Roberts: Yes. So you have a publicly available profile link. It shows your reputation, your history, your credibility, and your rank in the program. But you can share with the people you refer for informational purposes about your role. But your referral link, that top one, that’s where they can sign up and I wanted to make it really, really clear because who?
00:07:52 Brian Anderson: Would sign up. Let’s be clear. Who would sign up? Somebody else who’s a marketer, right?
00:07:56 Vanessa Roberts: Right. So if I’m a marketer and I was like, oh, my friend Melissa, she loves writing reviews, She could benefit from this so much. I give her my referral link so she shines up. She’s on my team and she can get paid for her reviews and I get paid on what she does.
00:08:13 Brian Anderson: Hey good question from Richard Bannister and I don’t know the answer is it’s only in the USA you can be anywhere. But the question is are the reviews only in the USA? I bet it is, but I could be wrong. So let me defer to you on that, Vanessa, if you could, Richard. If we don’t know for sure, we’ll find out for you. Yeah.
00:08:31 Vanessa Roberts: My experience so far has been that the businesses you review are United States businesses.
00:08:38 Brian Anderson: OK. Yeah. And we’ll run it down. I’ll call Sunita. OK. So pretty simple. You’re going to use the top link. That’s how you’re going to sign somebody up.
00:08:50 Brian Anderson: You can see my review that I wrote on the 29th. I gave them a five star place called the Beirut Y’all. Google that. It’s a great little place in Peachtree City, Mediterranean cuisine, Lebanese. It’s really good. The food is excellent. It’s called the Beirut. So I wrote a review and I’m going to write a few more now.
00:09:06 Brian Anderson: What’s going to happen is the salespeople at local city places are going to sell the Beirut on the package. And when they do that, I get paid and the person that referred me gets paid. It’s like multiple tiers of payouts, all within a reasonable amount. You’re not getting rich by selling them, but it’s recurring income every month, so I have to get a list. I’ll make a slide up of packages. There’s different review packages, Patty review and SEO kind of packages that are sold to them. So you can.
00:09:43 Vanessa Roberts: It’s local marketing services, right Brian, basically.
00:09:46 Brian Anderson: Yep. And you can track your earnings and they have a gift card concept. Here’s what I’m going to do right now. The easiest thing you can do is sign up for free. You can refer some other marketers, build out of like a little organization and then write some reviews and let their sales team do what they do. I’ll get the two owners or at least one of them to come on and we’ll have them on to kind of walk through the nuances for half a call. We’ll kick them off and then we’ll talk about it privately for the other half of the call, if that makes sense. So we’ll bring them on.
00:10:26 Brian Anderson: My friend Syd Michaels is involved in this as well. I’ll bring on a few people that kind of walk us through it, but it’s super easy. You can sign up for free, You can write reviews. They’re going to sell clients, you’re going to get paid. You can refer their marketers and you’re going to get paid on reviews. They do as well. That’s it in a nutshell. All right.
00:10:48 Brian Anderson: So what else? There’s a support desk just in case if you’re having an issue inside on the right, I can kind of help you or Vanessa and our team can a little bit. But we’re not experts on everything and it’s better to use their support, which is there’s a help desk under member over on the far right. If you click on like your little icon and you’ll see a help desk and you can get help there if you have any issue, what else? All right, This is super simple. There’s not a lot to it. There’s not a lot of moving parts. You write reviews, somebody sells them, you get paid.
00:11:27 Brian Anderson: You build out an organization, you get paid across the organization. That’s it. That’s it. So it’s local marketing meets affiliate, All right, Scott said. Should we lean in or stay away from chain stores and restaurants? Doesn’t really matter at the end of the day. If Scott lives in the oh, Flatiron district, Scott or no. Of New York City.
00:11:57 Brian Anderson: If you wanted to write a review about a restaurant and it was a chain, that’s fine, man. You wanted to write a review about a place that’s a local place? Fine too. It’s up to them to call. Now if all the marketing is centralized at AI. Don’t know. Peoria, Peoria, IL. Oh, I see.
00:12:13 Brian Anderson: Amy. Blaine, are you Iowa or Illinois? I can’t remember, Amy. You know, then it might make it harder for them to sell. And realistically, let’s be honest, you guys, they’re not going to sell every review you do. They’re going to sell one out of five to one out of six or seven of the ones you have. That’s what I’ve seen over time. All right.
00:12:35 Brian Anderson: Simple. Yeah, Flatiron. I thought so. OK, So I was talking to a friend of mine, John Cornett, over the weekend or I talked to him on Friday. I messaged him a bunch. I finally got on the phone with him. He’s got a traffic offer, super inexpensive that I think you guys can sell. It’s a $5, $5 affiliate offer.
00:13:00 Brian Anderson: It’s all about getting clicks and subscribers, because you need clicks, right? You need clicks for any offer. You need traffic. So I want you to look at the link. Now, this affiliate offer. This is not local. This is traffic. In general.
00:13:16 Brian Anderson: This is what I would consider a generic affiliate. Bizop offer. Very inexpensive. It’s 5 bucks a month though. So what? What’s good about this? It’s super low cost. You can sign up on Warrior Plus.
00:13:35 Brian Anderson: You’re going to get paid instantly. That’s the raw link. That must be my affiliate link. Vanessa, right? That’s the raw link that comes out of Warrior Plus. Now, I think you guys know, if you see a link like that, if I emailed you and a link was like that, is it kind of a turn off? Does it look unprofessional? Does it look like something that just makes you go right?
00:13:58 Brian Anderson: Imagine you’re doing cold email and you hit up somebody you didn’t have a relationship with and that’s the link you sent them. What is it going to make that customer or prospect feel? Christy said it best. I wouldn’t touch it, Dennis said. Sketchy. Exactly. So all right. What we did is we made a short link and Vanessa, this is your baby.
00:14:25 Brian Anderson: Why don’t you talk about the short links and tracking and why I I think it’s a great point. You guys all get it. You understand the whys. But let me let Vanessa give you the 123.
00:14:34 Vanessa Roberts: For sure. So there’s lots of tools out there. I know some folks are familiar with Bitly, Google IO or Google GOO dot GL used to have a shortening link. There are free services. There’s lots of tools out there that will allow you to make a link that looks short, simple. I call them pretty links that go to where you want the person to eventually end up, right? It’s called a redirect. The reason I call them pretty links is because the tool that we use is a free WordPress plug-in called Pretty Links and it just goes on any WordPress website and it’s so simple.
00:15:14 Vanessa Roberts: It allows you to just put in your destination URL and then everything you see afterthe.com/here it’s CLICK. You select that and then your established website becomes the root domain for your affiliate link. So here I’ve made a small batchsystem.com click and when you use that link to go and & up, not only does it track through the affiliate link through the affiliate system so that the sale credit goes to Brian. I also have an independent tracking service that shows me information about the people who are clicking my link. Because when you’re selling things through an affiliate, you don’t get a lot of data about your conversions. You just know if they bought, if they signed up, right? So I like to have a little bit more information and various services give you various information. Everybody gives a number of clicks, unique clicks, repeat clicks, time, etcetera.
00:16:16 Vanessa Roberts: It just depends on how deep you want to go into the data, what service you should choose. But if you are into or getting started with affiliate marketing, IA million percent recommend a simple WordPress site. There does not have to be anything on that WordPress site. It could be a coming soon page. But install the plug in pretty links. It is free. They have a paid option, you don’t need it and use this to manage all of your affiliate links.
00:16:45 Brian Anderson: All right. I’m going to give you guys a second to ask any questions about that. I see, Scott, you wrote QQQ, but Scott, I don’t actually see the question. All right. So anyway, the pretty link, the short link tracker, we’ll come back to your comments or questions. So if you’re already an established affiliate, John would obviously just let you promote it. If you’re not an affiliate, I basically just said to anybody who’s a customer, do you have any problem with them being affiliated? He’s like, no, it’s pretty straightforward you guys.
00:17:23 Brian Anderson: He’s got all the emails written for you that you can use in the system. He’s got everything you need to kind of plug in. You got to set up an account. You’ll get access to his stuff. When you get in here, this is the dashboard. After you sign up, you can see tools, training. You can see all the stuff that you’re used to seeing. And this is, this is John Cornetta and his business partner, Frank Salinas.
00:17:53 Brian Anderson: Pretty good dude. Been around a long time, been there, done that kind of thing and it’s working pretty well. I I talked through it with him for a long time. This works in any niche, right? It’s just traffic. So biz op, any IM kind of stuff, traffic’s traffic, everybody needs it. People usually get excited & up for this kind of stuff. For you, the value is less about the traffic and more about putting this into play, right?
00:18:26 Brian Anderson: Putting this into play and signing up deals and making instant commissions, right? That’s what it is. It’s a crawl, walk, run model. And to crawl I got something that’s free. It’s not instant. Somebody’s got to sell it. This one’s instant. You’re going to let the swipes in the sales page do the selling?
00:18:49 Brian Anderson: Does that make sense? The e-mail swipes get them to the sales page. The sales page gets them to sign up. All right, I’m going to hit Vanessa with a few questions, you guys. As we pause here, Amy asks. Does it track the clicks for you, Vanessa?
00:19:04 Vanessa Roberts: Yes, that’s the beauty of it. Besides just making it a short, simple and a link people are confident in clicking, it gives you data including the unique clicks and repeat clicks.
00:19:16 Brian Anderson: OK. And we’re plus tracks, clicks and stuff as well you guys, but I personally don’t trust any affiliate platform. I like having this data as a double check and candidly it’s better these things are usually better than the affiliate platform trackers, Scott said. Can we still get an opportunity seeker list, I think I got a couple million emails in that category. So I think the answer is yes, but I’m going to defer to us on that.
00:19:49 Vanessa Roberts: Yeah, I’m setting up an interface so that we can generate those lists from that database and give them as a instead of just industry niche options on your list. Request forms in the members area. We’re going to add biz OPS to that.
00:20:06 Brian Anderson: Man, I’m sorry, Walt. Walt doesn’t even hear me apologizing. But he’s tried three different browsers, two different links and phone access. Somebody put in the group that we’re Man. I want to help him. All right, let’s see. Hang on. Let me see if I can pull up.
00:20:26 Brian Anderson: Let’s pause the screen. Hang on, you guys. I’m going to try to login. Vanessa, you probably changed the login on me. Shoot. Vanessa, do you want to login and show? I don’t want to screw up. I just got an incorrect login to Warrior.
00:20:47 Brian Anderson: Plus, I don’t want to lock. Oh yeah, I.
00:20:49 Vanessa Roberts: Actually, give me one second, I think I might already be logged in.
00:20:58 Brian Anderson: Let’s look at it there, you guys, rather than slides, tell the phone call option, he said. He’s tried phone access. Wow. So you can’t even dial in and connect via phone. That usually always works. All right. So Vanessa, I’ll give you a second. OK.
00:21:24 Brian Anderson: You can see the Commission payout, all right. You make $2.50 to 8500, you can see it’s converting at 9% of cold traffic there, which is good because that’s what we’re talking about. So you make 250A sales on the $5, as much as $170 a $179 a sale. See if you can show the funnel, Vanessa. There you go. All right, so when you get into this right, they’ve got a one time and a yearly there’s an upsell to email swipes. What’s the upgrade for A one time payment? Maybe to get rid of the monthly fee?
00:22:12 Vanessa Roberts: Yeah, I think so.
00:22:14 Brian Anderson: And then there’s a recurring Mastermind Traffic Club. Depending on what people that you refer to sign up, you make different monies. Can we see the commission’s by product? OK, here we go. This is useful. All right, 5 bucks. You make 250. Don’t get excited, right?
00:22:35 Brian Anderson: Don’t spend it all in one place. You can buy it. They can buy additional spots in the traffic in this traffic system and you can see how the commissions go based on how many clicks they buy. So somebody’s super motivated and they’re buying a thousand 1000 clicks you’re going to make, You can see it. You make $85.
00:23:02 Vanessa Roberts: And does everybody understand what the funnel is, how that works, these upsells that happen after the initial $5 purchase?
00:23:15 Brian Anderson: I think most people get it, but let’s just see. I don’t.
00:23:20 Vanessa Roberts: OK.
00:23:22 Brian Anderson: Yeah, a lot of yeses. A lot of yeses. You guys have all seen funnels and upsells.
00:23:29 Vanessa Roberts: Yeah, you don’t have to. You don’t have to keep selling, right? It’s presented as like.
00:23:32 Brian Anderson: Telling you to sign up for all these upsells, you guys by any means, but there will be a different percentage of people who go into the. So let’s look and see what percentage of people are buying. We saw 9%, yeah. But where do you see it? By product in the funnel? You’re going to need to go.
00:24:05 Vanessa Roberts: Is it?
00:24:06 Brian Anderson: No, no, go to No, it’s not there. Go to affiliate offers. Is it in John’s name or not? All right. And then sort by release date too because Pulse.
00:24:31 Vanessa Roberts: Is it the click engine? No, that’s a different room.
00:24:34 Brian Anderson: No change.
00:24:36 Vanessa Roberts: Oh, there it is. Click Generator.
00:24:38 Brian Anderson: Yeah. OK. So if we look at it, I see all the affiliated products, yeah, the refund rate is super low 1%. See if you click on that if it’ll explode out the other products.
00:25:03 Vanessa Roberts: Oh, it takes me back there. No click on the name. The name right here.
00:25:08 Brian Anderson: Does that take you there?
00:25:09 Vanessa Roberts: Yeah.
00:25:13 Brian Anderson: So each product is going to convert at a different level, you guys. So right now for every 11 clicks on the page, you’re going to make one sale based on those numbers. Does that make sense? So a, a, a 9% conversion, you basically for every 11 clicks you’re going to make a sale and then some percentage of the people are going to buy the upsell. I think you guys get it. Give me a two if that makes sense. Just so we avoid the ones, there’s a ton of products that they have a choice of buying. 18 of them actually.
00:25:46 Brian Anderson: All these different things somebody can buy when and if they buy, you make what’s over there in the far column. Those are the dollar amounts you make. OK, good. Everybody’s saying yes, you guys get it. This is great actually. Can I just tell you, thank you right now, Every single one of you gets it. That is awesome actually. So it’s cascading.
00:26:12 Brian Anderson: So if you’re selling 10 per day, you’re going to make a couple 100 bucks a day across the funnel and then you’re just going to keep sending traffic to it. That’s it. Super simple. So your mission if you choose to accept is to plug in, plug in on the hybrid affiliate, the local affiliate option and plug in plug in on this pure affiliate option. And then I’ll bring another pure affiliate with Matt. Matt’s got a great one that reminds me a lot of the way it works. But my goal is that you guys are able to run campaigns, right? That’s the goal.
00:27:11 Brian Anderson: All right, so let’s see if I can. And Vanessa, how many? How many? What’s your email that you want to send on this per day? Where? Where’s your head on this?
00:27:27 Vanessa Roberts: I would say 6 to the 50 validated, cleaned email addresses.
00:27:32 Brian Anderson: All right. Yeah, I just realistically, you guys take the swipes e-mail out, you need 11 clicks to make a sale. It’s just math. None. Affiliate marketing is math. I mean and it’s, it’s little subtle changes. Cornetta is good. His sales page is going to do the selling.
00:27:59 Brian Anderson: And remember, the traffic hitting This site is cold. Lots of cold traffic. That’s why it’s only 9%. Like if it was an offer that I was doing with, say, Nick and Tom over at the Sharks, and everybody knows them already. And there’s this kumbaya of people everybody knows and it’s a webinar, then it’s going to convert 20 or 30% for a while. This is cold. Cold’s way better for you because you’re going to be dealing with cold. That’s what you need.
00:28:32 Brian Anderson: All right. I think we’re on the same page. Feedback is excellent. One of the questions. All right. I’m super excited about Walt.
00:28:40 Vanessa Roberts: One of the questions is folks are waiting to do this for, for when we have a biz op list that we can share. This is something that you could offer to business owners. Is that correct, Brian?
00:28:54 Brian Anderson: Yeah, but I’d rather use our biz op list for. I mean you could, I would do the business owners on the first offer, I would do the biz op on this one. Honestly, I don’t think it’s going to be as relevant to business owners. Could you. Yes, should you probably waste your time honestly, when we’ll be able to get leads, we can start rolling them out to you guys. We have biz op leads that we’re happy to give you. Just remember you got to go through the sequences.
00:29:26 Vanessa Roberts: Chrissy’s asking about the validated email addresses. So if you get the e-mail addresses and then you come to our Done For you service for us to set up the campaign for you, what you’ll do is you’ll use whatever swipe or e-mail you create yourself for the offer right in the resource area. Both of these apps, they give you the emails and links to use. You simply take them, personalize them however you wish and dump them into the Done for you campaign. We will take the list that you pull for you. We will clean the emails so that we get 50 to set up to send for you. And then we will send the email that you provide in the campaign that you grabbed from the swipe here and your affiliate referral link. And we will put that in the e-mail and we’ll set that up in your account for you.
00:30:19 Vanessa Roberts: So that’s how you get everything taken care of and done for you.
00:30:23 Brian Anderson: It’s super easy, you guys. Super easy. I have a couple million biz op lists and you know what? They’re aged. But guess what I have now known for over 20 years? e-mail addresses on biz op are almost always interested in biz op. It is what it is. They’re just interested, right?
00:30:43 Brian Anderson: They’re passionate about that stuff. So it works. I think you have, it’s two things. Hopefully you guys took action last week and got started. If you didn’t this will give you a little boot in the pants because now you can make money. You can start making money today. Like I think I’ve made 300, four, 100 bucks this morning on this and that, that, that that’s not talking about posting it here. That’s just from other people signing up.
00:31:14 Brian Anderson: How do you do that? You’re going to send the emails, you’re going to send the campaign and you’re going to do it repetitively and you’re going to rinse and repeat over and over again. This is 1 campaign. And then you’re going to, you’re going to go after the business owners on the other platform or other marketers and you it’s kind of an A2 fold approach. So what I’ll do is I don’t want to bring John on until you guys are a little further along on this, but I’ll get John to come on and I’ll have sit arrange for one or both of the principles on the local city places to come on and you guys can grill, but make sure you get signed up. It’s completely free like 0. Catch on the local city stuff. Get signed up, kind of get moving there and then go ahead and get signed up on.
00:31:59 Brian Anderson: Warrior Plus you’re going to have to create an account if you’re not already an affiliate, most of you are not unfortunately. You’re going to have to spend 5 bucks, but you’ll be able to promote this, use all this stuff you’ll make. If you don’t make obviously more than that, you would want to cancel. I mean, but the whole point of this is not arguing about $5. It’s about kind of getting everything moving for you. So let’s see what else. I’m going to read some of the questions. Oh, good feedback from Marlon.
00:32:35 Brian Anderson: Awesome customer support experience with the DFY campaign’s warming response time. A+ Marlon, thank you. Thank you. I’m going to share that with the team. I’m going to buy it all, I’m going to buy the offshore team lunch based on your comment. Let’s see, Greg, do you set up the campaigns in mail jet or our base email account? You’re going to want to do it, Greg, in whatever mail program you’re using. So you wouldn’t set them up in, say, Google. You would do them in mail, Jet streak, whatever.
00:33:09 Brian Anderson: There’s you don’t have to pay anything extra for us to give you the Bizopolis, you guys, OK, There’s no fee. We’re just going to give it to you. OK, What else? Walt agreed. So good feedback from Walt Vanessa, make sure you let them know and let’s figure out a way to do something nice for the team. Absolutely.
00:33:29 Vanessa Roberts: They’re terrific.
00:33:30 Brian Anderson: All right, so can we get guaranteed clicks to our own landing page? Yes, you can use this platform and get clicks, guaranteed clicks to your own page. Amy, can you explain the benefits to a customer for a local review site versus sending a reviewer post on Google? You should probably do both. Obviously Google and Google’s going to dominate Google Yelp. This is just another review site where people are going to play up the SEO benefits and the ranking for your business name in your town, that kind of thing. Let me do this, Amy. I will get one of them to answer that question on a live call for us a little better.
00:34:15 Brian Anderson: My gut answer to it is obviously Google reviews are way more important. However, we’re trying to monetize this. So what we’re doing is we’re going to help them win by creating reviews on their platform. We win because they’re going to sell and pay us and you can get paid through kind of a tiered system. These are people that have been on webinars with you on and off for 10 plus years. They’re good people. Both of them. Brian Wade.
00:34:45 Brian Anderson: Yeah, also great feedback, you guys. Let’s see what I need to set up a new email address. Let me do this, you guys. I’m going to turn not to skate, but I’m going to turn these over to Vanessa to answer some of these questions. And Vanessa’s kind of taking a bigger role right now and so I’m putting her on the hot seat, so to speak. Does that make sense? I want Vanessa to kindly answer some of these and we’ll send you all the replay. Let’s Vanessa, I’ll let you kind of run these down.
00:35:20 Brian Anderson: But what I want to do is I want to get you guys enabled 1 to get biz op emails you can promote. Go ahead & up on Cornetta’s offer. He’s a quality guy but Warrior plus more importantly pays out instantly. So that’s awesome and I want you guys to earn instant payouts whoever makes the first Commission at a Warrior. Plus on the offer Vanessa, let’s do like a $100 bump for them. They could have dinner even if it’s $2.50. Whoever’s first to post the Commission, I’ll shoot you 100 bucks. So you and your spouse or business partner or buddy can go grab dinner with us and you can do this.
00:35:58 Brian Anderson: You guys, the whole point of the program is we want you to be able to harness email to make sales. That’s it. That’s all we want to do. We want you to be able to make money. We want you to get clients in. What? We want you to make sales. All right, Vanessa, I’m going to turn it over to you.
00:36:14 Brian Anderson: I will be in the background on mute and let me see what else we got.
00:36:19 Vanessa Roberts: Awesome. All right. Just let the fulfillment team know that we need to add Biz OPS immediately. So you’ll see that in the drop down list under niches instead of, you know, picking restaurants and I can click Biz OPS and so that should happen Post haste. I’ll have it in the Facebook group as soon as we get it live. There won’t be a new page, a new process, nothing. So if you’ve been requesting lists, awesome. It will also be included in the It’s done for you campaign because in that request there’s also a place to order a list.
00:36:54 Vanessa Roberts: So stand alone list and done for your campaign you will have biz OPS emails, Williams says. Making money is what I’m here for. Yes, right. I mean we’re having a good time but making money is the real root. Yep thanks Bill. I agree that Bill says thanks for the biz op e-mail addresses and the support team has been awesome. They really have. They have really stepped up.
00:37:21 Vanessa Roberts: They consistently come to me and bring me ideas to better serve you. Like it was their idea to allow for custom campaigns, not just campaigns that we had pre set up and pre approved but to allow you to provide us campaigns that you want us to run which enables this affiliate marketing these two offers or any offers that you choose to run. It allows us to provide the done for you service for any campaign because all you have to do is take the swipe that is provided by the affiliate, the product you’re selling, customize it etcetera how you want it to go and grab your link and then submit it on that done for you form and we will set up your entire affiliate campaign for you. So your whole premise is let’s not limit right. Anything that’s going to help, we’re going to try to figure out a way to do OK. So are there any questions about what we’ve talked about so far? Does everybody have the link for the free local city places review and also for the click generator? So do we set up a custom campaign inside a small batch or in our cold email provider?
00:38:40 Vanessa Roberts: Christy, you can do it yourself. If you want to run your own campaigns, you can set it up inside your mail jet or your provider. Absolutely. You do not have to use our service for your services. If you want to use our Done for your services and you don’t want to set up your email campaigns inside of mail jet, just take all of the swipe, put it in a Google doc for example, customize it, give it your voice, put in your name, put in your link, etcetera, etcetera how you want it to go. It’s a whole lot easier to string it together 5710 emails on a Google Doc, then set up individual emails and format and hyperlinks, etcetera, right. So get it the way you want it and then supply it on the done for you form and our team will go into your provider like mail jet for example, and they will set it all up and do the like field merge. So like it grabs the city or the first name or whatever data you have on the list.
00:39:35 Vanessa Roberts: It inserts your hyperlink, sets all the campaigns up, sets the timing, sets the schedule and hits play for you so that you don’t have to mess with all that. Because we know that honestly, those tedious administrative tasks are a huge hurdle that slow us down when we’re getting into email marketing. So we wanna clear those out of the road for you. Can you send the links again please? Yes, Sandy, let me grab them. OK, first we’ve got and we’ve got local city places. Let me grab a copy. This is the free to sign up system.
00:40:18 Vanessa Roberts: Where? You go into the application, you select AUS city and then you can search businesses within that city and you leave a review for that business directly in that application. It’s a one stop shop right inside localcityplaces.com inside your application that in your account that’s where you leave the reviews, OK. And then this is essentially you giving local city places a lead, right. They then take your review, turn around and talk to the business you have reviewed and say hey we’ve got a review for you and then they proceed to try to sell them local marketing services. OK. The other is generating clicks for your landing page, and this is a service that you can use for yourself. If you have landing pages, it’s $5 to join per month or $45 per year.
00:41:15 Vanessa Roberts: Buyers are instantly approved to be affiliates. So the path of least resistance to get approved to be able to sell this affiliate product is just go ahead and buy it for 5 bucks, right? Get approved as an affiliate. Yes. Once you have affiliate pages, landing pages, deals you are driving traffic to, if you want to use this product that you’re paying for and use them to drive traffic and get you guaranteed clicks on your landing pages, that’s a great idea. I saw that question earlier. Yes, of course. You’re not just paying $5 to buy the right to be an affiliate, you are buying this product.
00:41:54 Vanessa Roberts: So absolutely use it. Go for it. That’s a great idea. OK, for us cold email newbies, when are we having a call for basic set up questions about SBS? With the exciting new affiliate marketing info, my head is spinning more than it was. I’m completely new to affiliate marketing dads. Are you? I don’t know what set up you’re talking about.
00:42:18 Vanessa Roberts: If you haven’t already, go through the course training. It walks you through all the accounts. Set up email, warm up etcetera. We had a call last Monday that was an onboarding call as the first half and then the second-half was reviewing some new test results. We’re testing a new platform instantly dot AI, but the first half of the platform was onboarding welcome Q&A getting set up. So I believe that’s probably what you’re looking for. But if you’re still having trouble, Daz any questions you have, please do not hesitate to post in the Facebook group or if it’s a technical problem, user ID, password kind of thing, head on over to get support dot biz so that the sport team and myself of course can help you directly with those things that we can’t talk about publicly. You know, we don’t want to give everybody in the world your password, but we are here to help.
00:43:12 Vanessa Roberts: So if you have any specific questions that we haven’t covered in all of those places, please, please, please let me know. Helene asks. I came in late, missed everything. We’ll rewatch. Awesome. But in the done for you campaigns are sequences or just one time emails. Hey Helene, that’s a great question. These when you promote an affiliate product, OK, that’s not a campaign that I and my team have written, OK.
00:43:42 Vanessa Roberts: Inside the small batch system, the sequences and campaigns that are provided in there are a series of emails. Usually we do three different kinds, a one blast e-mail, a three touch e-mail and an 8 touch email for any topic offer, niche, etcetera. OK, those are our preconfigured sequences of emails that are in the members area. Alternatively, if you find an affiliate offer that you want to promote, that affiliate creates emails that you can use to sell the product. Or you can take that information, learn about the product, look at the sales page and write your own emails. And that’s totally I love to do that. Just to make it a little more personal to me, a little less, maybe less swipey copyright. You then determine if you want it to be a one blast email, a three touch email, an 8 touch email, A10 touch email.
00:44:37 Vanessa Roberts: However you want however many emails you want to set up, either from the affiliate swipe that’s provided or that you want to write on your own. You pull that together and then on the done for you campaign you provide to us what you want to send and then we’ll do that for you. So it is user specific and the affiliate offers a specific bill asking the local city if someone else is already an ambassador for the city. Should I pick another city or keep working mine? Keep working yours. It just means that that is like I am in Smyrna, GA and there’s an ambassador. That’s not me. It just means that she has the most reviews, right?
00:45:17 Vanessa Roberts: It’s a ranking system, you know, clout. So just keep working. Maybe you will overcome them and you’ll be the ambassador. Awesome. Pi. I have sent the links. They are in the chat. Let me know if you still don’t see them.
00:45:32 Vanessa Roberts: We’re still seeing the Warrior plus swing screen. Yep. That’s what I’ve got up. See, Brian’s got the slide deck. So let me see if I’ve, I might have the links written up. All right, let’s see. All right. Does everybody see my slides now?
00:45:58 Vanessa Roberts: Is that better? Is there an update on Brian’s health product that you teased? Yes, Amy, Brian talked about that at the top of the call. We are still in the infancy or beginning stages where the lawyers have told us we cannot talk about it yet. So the update is that we’re still working, but we cannot speak on it. Please enter the click generator link. Again, I am not seeing it. All right, Daz, so this is the Clink click generator link.
00:46:27 Vanessa Roberts: OK, So like we talked about, this is the raw affiliate link. Remember, we talked about how it’s ugly and it makes people suspect and you know, they’re probably not going to click it. So we talked about using a link tracker or pretty links. So that link is small. batchsystem.com/click. I will grab it and send it directly to you. Yeah, there is a $5 option and there’s a $45 per year option. So whatever you wish, the $5 option will get you guaranteed affiliate access.
00:47:01 Vanessa Roberts: Yeah, Walt has a great tip. I 100% agree IA 100% do this. Also I usually use ChatGPT to rewrite and then I edit before I send. So affiliate swipe emails you can take and I’m sure we’re going to have training on this. So this is just a real quick you know pro tip, pro hack tip, copy the email go to ChatGPT say make this better and make this email better and just paste it in and you know they’ll make it better. You can say make this email sound 10% more professional. Make this email sound 10% more friendly you know, and then play around with all the different variations they do. You could say make this personal to my city, Atlanta, GA you know it will and it’ll make these like slight adjustments and then you can take it.
00:47:56 Vanessa Roberts: And I always recommend that whatever chat GPS kicks out, do not use it. Cold read it through, make sure it makes sense. You know and cross your TS and dot your IS. But yeah, that is a great, great tip for personalizing and using affiliate swipe. Christopher doesn’t see the links, make sure you can. You’re looking in the chat because I’ve got them published in the chat, I see that you’re on the web interface. Might be, might be different. They’re also going to be published in the Facebook group and on this replay page.
00:48:33 Vanessa Roberts: By the end of the day, usually tomorrow by noon, I’ll have this replay published and I’ll have both of these links directly right under the video. What was the local 1 again? OK, this one I did not do a pretty link on, but there it is. It’s localcityplaces.com/P/brian. How do I sign up for the traffic builder system? That’s this link right here. Small batchsystem.com/click. How many done for you campaigns can I apply for on a weekly basis?
00:49:13 Vanessa Roberts: Galia that’s a great question. So there is a limit to 50 emails per day per e-mail. That is the entire premise of the small batch system, OK? If you have 5 emails that you’ve got all set up e-mail accounts that are tied to an email platform, you can then have 5 campaigns running every day on those emails, right? And if you’re running a campaign that sends an e-mail every day for five days, OK, that’s 50 emails today on one email address, 50 emails tomorrow, because that’s the second email in the sequence that gets sent on the second day. The 3rd e-mail has 50 emails. OK, so you’re going to request a total of five. If you have 5 e-mail addresses, that’s five campaigns.
00:49:58 Vanessa Roberts: And then you let them run to completion because you’re we can’t load like on day two, another 50 on those five emails because then it would be 100 emails per day. And that defeats the purpose of a small batch. So does that make sense? If you want to run more than 50, you’ll need another email address and you need to make sure you’re aware. Yeah, you’re very welcome how many days that campaign runs. If it’s a 10 day campaign, you only need to request the setup once every 10 days because those emails are going to the people who got the emails the first day are going to get the 2nd and the 3rd and the 4th, etcetera. Please summarize the process for the click generator, sign up, choose a new email address, and ask to warm it up. OK Richard, that is not specific to the click generator.
00:50:50 Vanessa Roberts: You are requesting a walkthrough of a general small batch system account set up and I can run through it. So inside a small batch there’s complete training and a walkthrough on how you get your account set up. It’s under the done for you tabs. You set up your email address and you have an inbox, right? If you use Google Workspace, you’ll log in through Gmail. If you’re using Outlook for your management then you’ll log in either through Outlook logged into your computer or Outlook.com, etcetera. It needs to be web-based access because you are going to give your ID and password to our team to log into your actual email box. OK, so we will log in for example through Gmail into richard.porterfield.com For richard@porterfield.com OK, so into a mail jet, not into St.
00:51:50 Vanessa Roberts: not instant AI OK into your actual inbox for the warm up. Our team then sends 200 emails over seven days to our list of emails that we can’t control and manage. OK. So from your inbox we send 200 emails to these 30 addresses. OK. Those 30 addresses receive your emails, click on the links, reply to the messages, read the emails etcetera, etcetera, mark you as a safe sender, mark you as never spam etcetera, etcetera. So over these seven days, these emails that are sent directly from your email inbox, not a platform, tell the Internet at large that emails sent from your inbox, your mailing address, are good, desired, wanted, not spam readable, clickable, etcetera. This builds your reputation.
00:52:43 Vanessa Roberts: This warms your account. OK, from there you will go to the done for you campaign setup. OK, You have the option of sending any of our established campaigns, OK? Or if you want to use, for example, the click generator swipe, you would take the swipe provided by the click generator program in the affiliate tools of that application and you would build the campaign that you want us to send for you. OK, we’ll do it for you. We will pull a list of people. We will take the emails that you provide, the way you’ve written them, with your tone, with your touch, with your link, so that the clicks go to you and nobody else. Right.
00:53:30 Vanessa Roberts: We will set them up on your platform. That’s where it’s important that the differentiation happens, OK? It’s not your Gmail inbox anymore. Now we’re talking about setting up a campaign in Mail Jet Streak, etcetera. OK, we’ll set it all up for you. We’ll set up the timing, We’ll set up the schedule, we’ll set up the links, we’ll set up the formatting, make sure that the merge fields are done. And then we will send that for you. So that’s the quick get start, how to jump in and start sending affiliate marketing through small batches using the done for you system.
00:54:07 Vanessa Roberts: Please let me know if you have any questions. All right, Dazs asks, so we’re warming up the actual email address not the domain, is this correct? So we could have 10 e-mail addresses on one domain. Dazs, sort of. You are warming up the email. Yes, we recommend no more than three per domain because Google catches on pretty quick. So what? You’re doing so no more than three emails per domain, but then yes, warm up each and every one of them.
00:54:35 Vanessa Roberts: I started a warming up process for some of my emails. Do I get an email once that’s complete or is there a way to track the progress? Helen, there’s no need to track the progress, But yes, once it’s complete we will let you know and you’ll get a support ticket when it’s all completed, Milton says. Too bad Local City Places is only available in the US because I live in Canada. If you ever come to the US, if you do business with businesses in the US, you can do reviews in cities that you don’t live in if you are a patron. Also, you don’t have to leave reviews to sign up other marketers or other people or other friends who can leave reviews. So if you were to, for example, e-mail people in America with the e-mail, swipe in the marketing or post on Facebook with the e-mail marketing that’s provided inside local city places, you could sign up people in America who can leave the reviews in their local city, They, you know, obviously have a lot of access to a lot more businesses and then you will get paid on their reviews. This is a tiered system, right?
00:55:42 Vanessa Roberts: So you can sign up. You don’t ever have to leave a review to get paid. And it is a monthly recurring, right? So when they sell local marketing services to the business you reviewed, you get credit. They will pay you every month when the company pays them every month. Leonard says he’s warming up to e-mail addresses now, and it’s working great with three exclamation points. And that is what I’d love to see. All right.
00:56:12 Vanessa Roberts: OK. We got about 3 minutes left on the call, so let me know if I’ve missed any questions, if there’s anything pressing, anything you want to talk about, any questions you have that we can schedule another training around and get really, really get our feet wet and dig deep into it. If we can’t answer it thoroughly in a 3 minute wrap up, is it possible to add biz OPS done for your campaign? Marlon. Yes, we’ve talked about it earlier in the call. I’m sorry, you missed it. We are adding the biz op list request to the, I’m sorry, the biz op as a niche, as a kind of list you can request on the done for you lead generation list form. It’ll be live by the end of the day.
00:56:54 Vanessa Roberts: So absolutely yes. Kenneth asks, will this be recorded in the members area? Absolutely, yes. Every single training we ever have is recorded and we put it in the members area within 24 hours. Will you be sharing other programs like the ones you shared today? Yes, definitely. If we come across some good ones, we’ll be sharing them. Our goal with these is to give you, like, like I said up here, 0 point entry.
00:57:25 Vanessa Roberts: It costs you nothing. OK? It Costs you nothing to sign up. There’s only one benefit. There’s only one benefit. You leave reviews, you get paid. You sign up friends, family, other marketers, you get paid. You get to warm up your affiliate marketing, you get to get the reps in, you get to test it out, see what it’s like.
00:57:47 Vanessa Roberts: And if it doesn’t work, you’ve learned something and it cost you nothing, right? And then we make adjustments and that’s how we make things better, like we figure out what didn’t work. Walt had a really great post over the weekend that I saw and it said that he was mailing but he hadn’t made any sales. Right. And I took a moment to say you can, you know, we can still learn something from that, but we need to know where the break happened. OK. So if you send 50 emails over 5 days, you send 250 e-mail. Are they getting opened?
00:58:29 Vanessa Roberts: Yes. OK, great. Our open rate is incredible. So what does that tell us? It means they’re getting delivered, right? Think that our deliverability is good, our reputation is good. We’re not getting marked as spam. They got opened, people saw them.
00:58:43 Vanessa Roberts: So then what happened? Did you get a lot of clicks? This is where our pretty link and link tracking really gives us a lot of benefit. But also all the email platforms tell us our click rate. Between the two things, we can get a lot of data. So on the email it got opened, the only way you can get a click is if they opened it, right? So how’s our click rate? If they clicked, it means they read the content and the email content was affected.
00:59:08 Vanessa Roberts: It made them want to click. It made them want to achieve the call to action. All right, so we’re on A roll, right? So they clicked. So now what? So now they’ve gone to a landing page. OK, Once they’re on a landing page, that’s no longer about e-mail marketing. OK, your conversion not making sales happens on a sales page, right?
00:59:31 Vanessa Roberts: If your openings are great and your clicks are good, but the sale dies on the landing page, that’s the problem, right? So it’s really important to be able to identify where the break happens. If they open and don’t click OK, then that’s email copy OK. If there’s an abysmal open rate, well, it’s either spam or the subject lines didn’t fire, you know, like it didn’t make people want to open, right? So we’ll get into that. Again, that’s some more in depth. Training that we’ll dive deep into looking for the, you know, what’s not working, what is working and being able to test all of that was something that literally you have nothing to lose on this local, local city places and very, very little to lose on the $5. The click generator.
01:00:28 Vanessa Roberts: And what I like about the click generator is going back to the landing pages. If you are doing affiliate marketing like we talked about a minute ago, you can use the service to drive traffic, not just email traffic to your landing pages. Let’s see, Ken says, I haven’t gotten into this yet. So thanks for the kick in the butt. That’s what we’re here for. All OK, I’m going to read this. It’s a little, it’s a little braggy, but I like it. I do know that if Vanessa is involved, this bad boy will work.
01:00:57 Vanessa Roberts: Can that mean everything to me? Because I am committed to making sure that it works to your success, to supporting your efforts, right? That’s my passion is helping and sharing and teaching. So that means a lot to me. If you use multiple emails, do you have to add each to the email marketing platform? We are using Jessica. If you want to send emails from different email addresses, then yes, they have to be associated with an email platform or we cannot send emails from those accounts because they’re not in the platforms. You could have multiple emails and multiple platforms, and all of the emails you send from email one comes from platform A and e-mail two goes from platform B.
01:01:41 Vanessa Roberts: You can manage it however you’d like, but most folks pick one platform that they appreciate and enjoy and like to use and they set up the email accounts, the multiple email accounts within that platform. When warming up an email, does the age of the domain matter? Daz it can. It is. It can be slightly, and if you’ve owned it for a long time, if there’s never been anything on the domain, it’s. And if you’ve never sent email from the domain, it’s. It’s not very impactful, so don’t let it hold you back. Absolutely you can go ahead and get a brand new domain.
01:02:18 Vanessa Roberts: If you’ve got an old one, there’s no reason not to use it if it’s not already on, like some bad list. If it doesn’t have a bad reputation yet, go ahead and use it. All right. Thanks, Charles. See you later. Bye. I have several technical questions with regards to the small batch system. Do I submit each question as a separate ticket?
01:02:37 Vanessa Roberts: No, just send a US1 ticket and we’ll take care of you all at once. Milton, no need to overcomplicate it. All right? I’ve. I’ve gone over. I get excited and I ramble. I’m sorry. Thank you.
01:02:50 Vanessa Roberts: Thank you. Thank you. Thanks for spending the time. I know it was short notice. I hope this was a value add and not an interruption or a distraction. We love to add extra training when we see a need in the members area in the Facebook group. Brian was texting me Sunday afternoon. Hey, we got, we got a gap, we got to fill it and that’s exactly what we did.
01:03:14 Vanessa Roberts: We had questions in the Facebook group about how do I get started with affiliate marketing. I bought small batch system, I’m a member, I’m a you know, charter founding member. I’ve got all these benefits, but what do I do? So we pulled this together to help. So if there’s anything that’s stopping you from getting started sending these affiliate marketing today, if you want to send affiliate marketing emails, if there’s anything that’s stopping you, please raise your hand. Hit me in the Facebook group, Send me a support ticket. My goal is to have every active member in a small batch that wants to send an affiliate email by Friday. So if there’s anything holding you back, anything causing you problems, anything you don’t understand, let me know and I will drop whatever I’m doing and help you.
01:04:03 Vanessa Roberts: And if we need another training, we need another training, We’ll do it. And if there is something that you would love to see covered, please, please, please post it in the Facebook group. Brian and I will regroup and build a training around it because that’s what we’re here for. We’re here to support you in online marketing. All right. I hope everybody has a great, great week and I will see you around. See you in the Facebook group, everybody. Thanks.
