Good morning, small batch system community. I’ve got Sid Michael here with me most what? What up? Hey, if you know, if you know Sid, let me know in the Q&A the chat box. Give me a Roger that if you know Sid. If not, I’ll let Sid give himself a little an introduction. I’ve been working with Sid. I think it’s been 21 years now.
00:00:27 Syd Michael
Right.
00:00:28 Vanessa Roberts
Right, started off. Kids. Look at us now.
00:00:31 Syd Michael
I almost wish I had the video on because they just turned the sprinklers on me. You could have saw me running and diving over a Bush.
00:00:40 Vanessa Roberts
It sits on the road, obviously. Yeah. Let’s see. Let’s see. Yeah. Roger that. Roger that, Sid the man, says Walt.
00:00:50 Syd Michael
Right. What’s up, buddy?
00:00:52 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah, I know Ryan knows you. Ryan Wade, the man that makes a legend.
00:00:56 Syd Michael
Oh yeah, Brian, what’s up, buddy?
00:01:00 Vanessa Roberts
Awesome. All right, let’s see. Chrissy says there was a good webinar glitch, so some folks might be having trouble logging in. We will. We’ll kill the little time. It’s only 11 O3. Let some folks get on board. Make sure everybody can hear and see.
00:01:14 Vanessa Roberts
Oh, let me share my screen. Now that I say that, realize you’re looking at nothing right now. All right, So what we’re talking about today is affiliate marketing. Ask me anything. So this week we’ve been talking about dipping your toes in and how you can use the local city places as a zero point entry affiliate marketing offer. It cost you nothing to get started. You can make money directly by generating leads through reviews for leaving reviews on companies, or you can use it as an affiliate marketing email platform, campaign, test run, practice, etcetera. By building a team of people who can leave reviews.
00:01:54 Vanessa Roberts
They get paid for their lead generation. You make a Commission off their leads also. So we’re going to start by talking about that with Sid. He is a an industry guru and he knows everything there is to know about local city places. And then we’re going to open up the floor. Anything you want to know about selling products online and getting a Commission because you’re selling as an affiliate marketer. So is everybody on board for that today?
00:02:21 Syd Michael
Hey, there’s got a plane flying overhead. Can you hear that?
00:02:23 Vanessa Roberts
A little bit just sounds windy.
00:02:25 Syd Michael
OK, alright, hang on a second. Let me because I know audio is important. Hang on a second. OK.
00:02:30 Vanessa Roberts
Alright, alright. I’ll give you a minute there and I’ll ask the audience if there’s any questions you know you already want to talk about when it comes to affiliate marketing. Go ahead and pop them in. So after Sid gets done present.
00:02:43 Syd Michael
Yeah, no, no, I was just trying to get where it sounds a little better. I’m trying to find a place where there’s not Frank Sinatra playing. Hang on all.
00:02:50 Vanessa Roberts
Right. No Frank Sinatra, no sprinklers, no airplanes. This feels like it should be an easy an easy side quest.
00:02:59 Syd Michael
Right.
00:03:00 Vanessa Roberts
But in Vegas, things get weird.
00:03:03 Syd Michael
Yeah, that’s right. That’s right. I’m at the beautiful win in downtown Las Vegas. How’s how’s everybody? How’s everybody doing? Everybody rocking good. Hey, it’s cool to see that way. Ryan’s on here a complete animal.
00:03:15 Syd Michael
I love the guy. He, he was, he worked with us down in Tampa and really strong. Listen, let me tell you about let’s just talk about opportunity. And I know a lot of you heard this maybe in the beginning, but I want to go over it again. What is the perfect offer, right? Like even what made the RPC such a great offer, right? 0 cost to entry right there, there’s no money involved. Here’s the second thing that makes it very, very, very attractive.
00:03:43 Syd Michael
No sales. This is true. No sales, right? All the selling, selling part for for Ertc really was handled in Tampa by our people talking them into getting their docks right here, there’s no sales. You don’t have to sell anything. All you got to do is post reviews. Now where there does come a little bit of marketing and sales is to put people underneath you. Let me tell you why I think and believe that that is so important right now is there’s several things in the market in the past that I’ve done with Brian over the last 1520 years that we were first to market, right, Voice drops.
00:04:24 Syd Michael
We’re one of the first to market that. In fact, I owned voicedrops.net, right? I had the I had the domain of how quick we were to, to, to, to, to be come to face with it. That’s why it was so strong and so effective for so long. Well, we have that opportunity again today with this program. Local city places, we’re one of the first ones in. And the fact that they do have a down line below you means that every single company, I’m telling you, when people hear this, they, they’re, they want to link immediately. I signed up dealers here in Vegas already.
00:04:59 Syd Michael
I’ve already signed up friends, right? The second I tell them about it, they’re all over it. Why ’cause people leave reviews every single day. Yelp did 27,000,000 reviews. That’s how big a piece of pie that we’re working with right here. If somebody will leave a Yelp review, they’ll leave a local city places review. In fact, if they knew they could make $20 off of a a review, they would be more asked to leave a review on local city places than they would even on Yelp. Do you understand the power of the offer that we have?
00:05:37 Syd Michael
First, the market right now, right here today.
00:05:42 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah, let me know in the chat box. Give me a one if you get it.
00:05:45 Syd Michael
Yep.
00:05:47 Vanessa Roberts
Yep, 1111111111 Yes, Yep, they’re flying in.
00:05:55 Syd Michael
Good. And now how many of you feel like you can put post reviews? I’m sure all of you I’m, I’m going to go ahead and assume all of you, how many of you have a friend, sibling, or even a significant other that could be doing this on the side or some of them full time, right? You feel like you could teach them how to do it? Give me a 2.
00:06:23 Vanessa Roberts
When I tell you my 16 year old daughter hots on super excited and was amped up to leave her to let her voice be heard on the businesses she frequents around my little hometown. Yep, 222 across the board. Yes, I’ve left two. All 2 reviews already. Says Walt.
00:06:41 Syd Michael
There you go. Secondly, let’s let’s also talk effectiveness because a little bit of it is about money, right? Let’s talk about what’s probably going to be the best type of review for you to convert into $20. That’s going to be small and medium sized businesses, not so much, look, big location franchises, right, Because they do have to talk to the owner or decision maker to publish the review. So if you go leaving a review at Macy’s or Nordstrom’s, you probably have a low chance of conversion. If you leave a review at Sid’s Sub shop, you have a high chance of conversion. Does everybody understand what I’m saying?
00:07:28 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah, OK. Yep, they get it. They get it.
00:07:31 Syd Michael
OK, now how many of you are out of the country? Give me a zero if you’re out of the country and I’m going to tell you how to ethically and legally do this.
00:07:45 Vanessa Roberts
Yup, I got, I got a couple of zeros, we got some. We got some international folks on the call today.
00:07:50 Syd Michael
OK, if you’re international, you need to pick your town or city to become the ambassador, right? Get a map and pick it. But then you need to open the phone book and you need to call them and ask them about their services and leave an honest review of how they explained and described their services to you as a customer or a potential customer. That’s how you can leave an honest review by doing business with them. Does that make sense?
00:08:22 Vanessa Roberts
Right. So you are evaluating the business and your experience with that business?
00:08:27 Syd Michael
Correct.
00:08:27 Vanessa Roberts
You just didn’t have to be there physically.
00:08:30 Syd Michael
Correct. That’s the that’s the ethical hack of how to do it.
00:08:34 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah, there’s plenty of reviews all over the Internet where I called in and the receptionist was so helpful.
00:08:42 Syd Michael
I spoke to Vanessa, she was sweet as could be. She helped me with everything. She got me my new link, blah blah blah. We we see them all the time.
00:08:50 Vanessa Roberts
Oh, and I will say that what you just said, what you just hit on using an individual’s name in the role that they are in resonate with a business owner like you have no idea.
00:09:02 Syd Michael
Yeah, always use the people’s names. Always. Every review I do, I do a name.
00:09:11 Vanessa Roberts
Any questions about that? How to how to work this from anywhere in the country on the actual review part?
00:09:18 Syd Michael
The good news is and and and and. I know two countries. The third country is I’m drawn away. I know they’re open in some places in Europe, but they’re about to open the Philippines and Australia, by the way.
00:09:37 Vanessa Roberts
See. Yeah, Ken says this is, it is very cool. When did this start, Kurt? It’s a, it’s a, it’s an 11:00 webinar. So you’re OK? We’re just getting started. OK, so that’s how you can leave reviews directly, but you are not limited internationally or US based to only earning by leaving reviews. This is an affiliate marketing offer and availability like Sid was talking about first to market.
00:10:05 Vanessa Roberts
This is going to be huge be the ambassador. That means build a build a team, build tears, invite people, share this really cool opportunity. Like I said, my 16 year old daughter, she could if she got five reviews accepted, right and started making 100 bucks a week a month, right? Because this is recurring. When you make 20 bucks on a review, that’s not just a one shot one stop pop paycheck right? That is monthly every time that business pays local city places you make a Commission every month. So her after school job is leaving reviews right There you go super excited. So right off the bat, like the day I learned about this, the day Sid and Brian talked to me about this, I immediately was like, I signed her up and she started.
00:10:55 Vanessa Roberts
But it so it’s a it’s a really cool opportunity for you know, it doesn’t take any time. So sharing it is, you know, you’re not asking anybody to buy anything. So it’s not like you’re hitting your hitting your friends up to buy Amway or Tupperware or Mary Kay, right, right. So you know you’re just sharing. So this is not.
00:11:16 Syd Michael
I’ll I’ll admit a secret, you probably won’t be surprising, but my mother was like one of the top Tupperware salesman in the world.
00:11:22 Vanessa Roberts
That does not surprise me at all.
00:11:24 Syd Michael
And by the way, if you’ve lost the Tupperware lid, just hit me up. I’ve got it, I promise.
00:11:34 Vanessa Roberts
Let’s see.
00:11:35 Syd Michael
Hey, so also, so people understand, realize you make $20.00, right? But you know, if let’s say for instance, like your daughter sign somebody up, you make $10 off of everyone they do. And then whoever they, you know, whoever they bring in under them, you make $5 off of everyone that they do. Yeah.
00:11:52 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah.
00:11:53 Syd Michael
So you get paid on a down A5 tier downline that you can, if you bring enough affiliates, you can get paid up to seven tiers down.
00:12:02 Vanessa Roberts
Hey, Wayne’s asking real quick. I’m going to do a quick run through Sid on where that $20 comes from. So you, you don’t get paid by for leaving reviews, right? It’s not cool, but not ethical to pay someone to leave reviews. However, local city places asks you to leave honest reviews for businesses that you patron, that you have experience with, right? And then they take that as a lead generation tool and they go to the business you have reviewed, right? And they offer them local marketing services like reputation management. They say, hey, we have this review for your business, let’s talk about how we can help grow your business using these reviews, etcetera.
00:12:45 Vanessa Roberts
When the business that you have reviewed accepts their offer and becomes their customer and pays local city places a fee for their services, you receive a Commission of $20 for generating the lead and referring that business to local city places. Does that make sense? You’re making a Commission on the sale of local marketing services where you generated the lead by leaving a review. Awesome. Awesome. So they pay a monthly membership fee to local city places. Every month they pay the fee. Every month you receive that Commission.
00:13:22 Vanessa Roberts
It’s recurring. All right. Hey, Sid, are you still there? You fall off.
00:13:29 Syd Michael
I am not muted just so that way you would Yep.
00:13:32 Vanessa Roberts
OK. Any questions about how the money is earned when you leave reviews? Well, they say got it, got it, got it, got.
00:13:45 Syd Michael
It so there’s there’s also marketing swipes in the app if if Yep.
00:13:50 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah, no, that’s absolutely right. And we went over it in detail inside the application on Monday’s call. We had a bonus training added on Monday where we talked about this also. So if you want to go back and watch that, it’s a real deep dive. But there’s social media post and e-mail swipe and I mean just everything, teaser videos that explain everything. There’s training for you. There’s again, it’s all free to sign up so you can go through all of the content, all of the training, all of the videos use use it all and it’s $0.00 commitment. You’ll you’ll never pay anything.
00:14:21 Vanessa Roberts
It’s it’s really a really great setup. I just lost what was I going to say? OK, Sid, help me. I I totally.
00:14:31 Syd Michael
Like you’re talking about the the swipes inside of a.
00:14:34 Vanessa Roberts
Oh, that’s right. And take those swipes and use the done for you campaign setup in small batch, right? And take that swipe, pull it out of your account. So it’s got your name, your link. It’s all about you. See if you want to make any changes, how, how do you want it to be presented in your e-mail? Drop it in the done for you campaign set up. We’ll pull you a list.
00:15:01 Vanessa Roberts
We’ll set up your emails. We’ll send those emails for you. So we will perform the affiliate marketing e-mail campaign list pull. We’ve got the biz OPS list. Load it up so we’re ready to send this e-mail to Biz Biz OP interested folks all over the country. So the swipes are provided by local city places. You use it on the Done for You campaign platform. Make sure that we have your link so that when we when people use your e-mail, they use your link and we’ll help you build your, we’ll help you build your team.
00:15:37 Syd Michael
I think you, I think you could make a, you could make a solid side hustle out of this. You could make a substantial business out of this. I mean, if you, if you, if you could put 10 to 20 people under you, it’s going to grow like wildfire. It’s going to grow like absolute wildfire. But even if you just did your reviews, you could make a solid recurring revenue, which, you know, I don’t have to tell anybody the secret to wealth, right? Real wealth, the secret to be unable to be a, you know, an idiot and go to Vegas and and gamble, right, like I do. It’s because I have money coming in every month no matter what I do, right? That’s passive income.
00:16:12 Syd Michael
And with passive income is the way you get yourself to the next level, right? You don’t want to be spending your earned income on any sort of entertainment or, or, or, you know, extracurricular activities. You got to spend passive income. And as long as your earned income goes into investing, paying, you know, getting your stuff handled and whatnot, then that’s how you build true wealth. That’s how you come with some figure millionaire. Yep, facts.
00:16:37 Vanessa Roberts
Facts.
00:16:38 Syd Michael
Living proof. OK, so.
00:16:43 Vanessa Roberts
And check this OK, so Michael asked what’s the conversion rate per review like I said, said you’re going to be way better off with small and.
00:16:52 Syd Michael
25%.
00:16:53 Vanessa Roberts
But 25% right. But you can increase your chances if you’re selecting the businesses you review smartly. But it’s all done inside the app. So one of my favorite stories that Sid tells is like he can do half his job standing in line at a subway line on on his phone. And that’s exactly what this is. How long does it take to write a 5 sentence review? But I can I can do it in pretty quick voice to text, right? So you get into the local city places application.
00:17:25 Vanessa Roberts
You find the business you want to review. Maybe you just got your nails done. Maybe you just got a haircut. Maybe you just, you know, bought tomatoes at a farmer stand. Right quick Google, like you literally type in inside the app, you type in the name of the business. It pulls it up. You don’t have to find it. It’s right there.
00:17:41 Vanessa Roberts
You click it. You put your cursor in the review block on your phone. Tell it text or voice to text. Talk it out. 60 seconds Max. Maybe 90, maybe 120 seconds. Hit submit. You did it.
00:17:58 Vanessa Roberts
Like that’s it. That’s all it. That’s all it takes, I think said maybe had another airplane flying over. All right. So are there any questions that we can help?
00:18:10 Syd Michael
You. I was talking. I was talking with Troy Warren.
00:18:13 Vanessa Roberts
Oh cool, is he?
00:18:15 Syd Michael
I’ll tell you in two seconds, but I’m going to try and see. He just had a death in the family. His mother-in-law passed. But he’s I’m trying to see if we can’t get him on just so he can explain he’s the creator of all this.
00:18:29 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah, so Troy Warren, he’s, he is local city places, but like Said said, he’s kind of out of pocket. His his he has death in the family. So, So Emmanuel asks, where is the training for this? This is a service that we’re recommending you sign up for. So when you sign up at localcityplaces.com/PE/brian, I’m going to put that in the chat. You create an account and then in that account that you create, they provide you all of the training resources, script, copy, swipe video, because this is their product. So we’re, we’re endorsing it. We’re saying it’s a great idea.
00:19:09 Vanessa Roberts
It’s a great, you know, passive income builder. And more than more than anything, it is a zero point entry to the world of affiliate marketing. You’ve got no commitment and you’re not selling anything. You’re helping local businesses, you can help your community people, you know, give them the same opportunity. It’s it’s an easy air quote sell, which will help you practice marketing, selling cold emails, affiliate marketing. And that’s that’s why we’ve got it set up the done for you e-mail campaigns. We’ll set it up for you once you grab your swipe from your members area right inside your local city account. We’ll we’ll start those emails for you so that you can crack the seal on affiliate marketing.
00:19:57 Syd Michael
I think it’s so simple that most everybody probably already understands pretty much, but you see any questions that we can answer direct.
00:20:05 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah. So are there any questions about affiliate marketing in general, about local city places, anything we can help you with? Any barriers we can help you overcome hurdles, leap over. What’s holding you back from signing up, leaving a review and using our Done for you team to send out a campaign today? If that was the one goal you had for today, by the end of the day, like I don’t think it should take 15 minutes, What would be standing in your way from spending 15 minutes getting started with that right now? We’ll pull the list for you with the Done for You campaign. We’ll pull the list straight out of Biz OPS. We’ll run it through an e-mail validator cleaner.
00:20:46 Vanessa Roberts
We’ll set up the campaign with the swipes you give us. We’ll use your link and we’ll send it out. We will do it for you and you can be on your road to building your local City Places team. Can you claim a city as a territory? Yes. You assign your, you choose your local city and then you, your pool of businesses comes from that. It’s not exclusive. It doesn’t mean other people can’t work in that area.
00:21:12 Vanessa Roberts
But yes, you set your own space. How much is the cost to the company for marketing services and what kind of services are they offering? So do you know what they?
00:21:21 Syd Michael
Can optimize the review, that’s all.
00:21:26 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah. So it’s essentially a type of reputation marketing review optimization. So somebody else asked, does this prevent me from ever contacting this business to sell other digital services?
00:21:38 Syd Michael
Absolutely not.
00:21:40 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah, I mean, maybe don’t compete with yourself with reputation marketing, right? But anything else I think would be a great idea. How many cities can you do at a single time? So do you know?
00:21:52 Syd Michael
No one. You can only be an ambassador of one.
00:21:55 Vanessa Roberts
OK, but you can search cities. I’m sorry, you can search businesses in other places, but your location is 1 city at a time. Now, if you have a significant other, a spouse, a child, someone else who’s working this with you, they could choose another, another area, right? Can you make reviews for places outside? Yes, while if you’re travelling, yes, you you can. You should be able to do that. I missed what you were talking about. I’ll have to watch to the beginning again.
00:22:22 Vanessa Roberts
OK Jay, thanks for watching the replay. How many cities can you do at a time? Again, you sign in for one city where you your focus. Like if you’re US based, it will be you know where you live. If you’re doing it internationally, pick AUS city where you have a interaction with or you will be interacting with businesses. Yep, that makes it even easier. I agree.
00:22:51 Syd Michael
Now let me let me ask everybody real quick, how many of you feel like you could leave 5 reviews today? Give me a a yes if you think you can do 5 reviews.
00:23:03 Vanessa Roberts
Yep, Ryan says yes. Yeah, Jane says that pretty.
00:23:06 Syd Michael
Easy, Pretty easy. How many of you feel like you could sign up five people today?
00:23:16 Vanessa Roberts
Absolutely, says Emmanuel.
00:23:18 Syd Michael
I know you can sign up five people because I did it just by word of mouth. In fact, I signed up 11 people by word of mouth. And because I’m so damn excited about it.
00:23:31 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah. Oh, people honestly just talking about it. I have. I didn’t even have to ask people to sign up. They heard me talking about it and they asked me if they could do it. Why didn’t you tell me about this? OK, Jane says I need to sign up myself. I’m putting the link for you right now.
00:23:52 Vanessa Roberts
Yes, Step one is signing up yourself. See, I’m OK, So hey, so this is for you. I help existing businesses set up affiliate stores slash pages on their website called Our Favorite things so they can earn even more from their audience. OK, that makes sense. Like Oprah’s favorite things. She’s that’s a great idea. Any suggestion for getting them interested in this offer? So dad, you’re asking how do you get your existing customers who have stores and websites to offer this?
00:24:32 Vanessa Roberts
What an opportunity to sign up on your team on their site.
00:24:38 Syd Michael
I would tell them that you’re going to do that, you’re going to leave them review and that they’re going to be contacted to publish it. You know that you’re going to leave them a positive review. Be expecting a call because they’re going to publish it. Go ahead and set them up. Do a proper transfer.
00:24:52 Vanessa Roberts
Yep, and inside the Local City places application there is tons of content geared to help you promote this opportunity, right. There’s videos, there’s swipe, there’s e-mail, there’s social media posts. Local City Places is giving you all of the tools of very experienced, very, very successful online marketers. They know what it takes to be successful marketing online. They.
00:25:22 Syd Michael
Just so everybody knows, like when, when when they call in to sell the companies, like 60% of the people, the businesses that sign up, they never physically talk to. They actually I’m a Mailer with AQR code and the people scan the QR code to publish their review. So I mean, yeah.
00:25:39 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah. So there’s a yeah, there’s a resource package for you to use to to publicize. They have a lockdown system for converting the sales. I mean proven effective, like you know, this is going to be an enterprise and the, you know, the higher you are on those tiers.
00:25:58 Syd Michael
Yep.
00:25:59 Vanessa Roberts
This is an exciting think how excited you are. Everybody you talk to like and they spread the word, you know, and nobody’s asking. Nobody’s got their hand out for a dollar, right? There’s no, hey, sign up. If you sign up 20 people, you get a extra that that. No, there’s none of that. Nobody ever asks for money.
00:26:18 Syd Michael
Yep.
00:26:19 Vanessa Roberts
Jane asks do we sign up as a member or a business That is completely up to you and how you pay your taxes. So you will set up because they direct deposit pay you. There will be a 1099 involved and does that go to you as a person or do you want it to go to you with an LLC? So however you want to pay your taxes is how you need to sign up your account. Please tell us where to find all the resources. John, log into your account and on the left hand side there’s a menu, I believe it’s partner platform. And then on the page that opens, there’s tiles all across the body of the screen with all of your resources. You can see your team tiers, resources, marketing, etcetera, etcetera.
00:27:03 Vanessa Roberts
And in the top right corner, there’s a little icon drop down help desk, anything you need technically support from this. I mean, this is an independent third party service. We don’t provide support for this. If you have questions, they have a crack team standing by to help you, right? We’re endorsing this. We’re encouraging you to participate in this, but we can’t provide customer support for their product. But they are an they have an incredible team to help you. Awesome.
00:27:33 Vanessa Roberts
I’m not 100% sure of the featured business, IE Pizzeria. If my review Pizzeria does get the advertising, do I still get paid? Michael, if you review a business? Yeah, if you review a business.
00:27:46 Syd Michael
If you’re the 1st to review it.
00:27:48 Vanessa Roberts
Right. And that review is the lead generating review. Then you get that business when they sell it.
00:27:55 Syd Michael
Right. It’s important that you’re the first review. That’s why, that’s why it’s so important to hit the ground running with this and be the first one. That’s that’s why being first to market is so powerful right now.
00:28:04 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah. And also not concentrating all of your recruits from the same local geographic area as you like. Use the small batch system to go nationwide. Use the biz OPS list, right. That’s a national list so that you’re setting up lots of islands, right, And not one big mass. OK Jane, in the resources and small batch system. No, this is a third party system. All support technical questions.
00:28:35 Vanessa Roberts
Training for local city places is in the local city places account, right? Like I said, we’re endorsing it, we’re encouraging it, we believe in it, but we are not providing training or support on a third party system. We’re just, it just doesn’t make sense. Nobody’s going to give you better support and training than the creators of the product. Cool. Yep. So that’s localcityplaces.com. Once you get signed up and you’re logged in, everything will be there for you.
00:29:00 Syd Michael
Right. Make sure you use your link though. You need to send them through your link. I would send them direct.
00:29:08 Vanessa Roberts
Oh right, but like after they’ve created the account, Yes, to get signed up, use this what you see on the screen the.com/P/brian. I put it in the chat too, I’ll drop it again.
00:29:18 Syd Michael
Yeah, and you’ll get a, you’ll get a link just like that. P means partner and then it’ll be your name.
00:29:24 Vanessa Roberts
There are a few small towns near my ambassador town. Can I review those towns as well? Seems like being ambassador. Yeah, Dad, actually, Sid recommends that you choose a small town around you. Still valid, right? Still near you. And you become the ambassador of that small town that doesn’t have an ambassador. And you focus your your work from there.
00:29:46 Syd Michael
Yep.
00:29:49 Vanessa Roberts
All right, Clay, Clay asked. Can you do a quick review of how this works? We’ve done it a couple of times, so I’m just going to ask you to rewatch the replay the training on Monday. We went more in depth on the technical aspect and the inside the portal of the local city places application. We did a review today. Both of these replays are available in the are or will be available in the members area on the members only tab of the small batch system. So we’ll get that for you by the end of the day today maybe, I guess.
00:30:18 Syd Michael
It is and Vanessa Troy just agreed to to what he said. Just schedule it and and let him know when.
00:30:24 Vanessa Roberts
OK, not right now. Not hopping on now, but future.
00:30:27 Syd Michael
No, he’s got, he’s already got another webinar. I mean, there, I’m telling you, there’s things taking off like wildfire. We got we got a few week ahead start on everybody. But it’s it’s, it’s just a perfect offer. It’s so easy.
00:30:42 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah, and there’s no risk. Yep, literally no skin in the game.
00:30:48 Syd Michael
I knew the second I heard about it this was the way to go.
00:30:51 Vanessa Roberts
Same. Thank you for telling me about it, Sid.
00:30:56 Syd Michael
No problem.
00:30:58 Vanessa Roberts
All right, let’s see. All right. I think we’ve answered everybody’s questions. Let me know if we missed anything. Any questions about affiliate marketing in general or do you want to keep talking about local city places? The floor is open. Let me know what you want to talk about. Yes, we do have the we have a national Biz OPS list added to the standard small batch system list generation, unlimited lead list generation done for you service that is a bonus that is exclusive to Charter founding members, right where we will pull a list for you every single day.
00:31:41 Vanessa Roberts
Added to that, originally it was just business industries, but we have added our national Biz OPS list and what a biz OPS list is, is a database that has been procured and it is a list of first name, last name, e-mail address. People who have expressed interest on the Internet signed up for requested information on business opportunities making money online. OK, so it’s not city specific, it’s not state specific, it’s not industry specific. It is just a list of people who have been interested at some point, raised their hand and entered their e-mail address into a request form on the Internet asking about business opportunity. That’s what biz OP means. And that list is now available to you through small batch charter founding memberships. Use the same list request but in the drop down. Instead of picking a niche like restaurant, plumber, roofer, etcetera, choose biz OP.
00:32:45 Vanessa Roberts
And when you are just requesting a list and not a done for you campaign, those lists come to you unfiltered. So if you’re going to use it outside of small batch, do run it through an e-mail validator, verifier, check for spam traps, etcetera. If you’re using the Done for You services for campaign set up, we will clean the list before we send it through your account.
00:33:07 Syd Michael
There you go.
00:33:07 Vanessa Roberts
Yep. Do we get access to the e-mail address name of our downline? Yes, you absolutely do. Michael asks. How about SBS platform questions? Go for it. Of course. Yeah, I’m here for that.
00:33:20 Vanessa Roberts
While you’re typing, I’ll keep going. Hi, does anyone have a workaround for using Breevo? The two factor authentication is becoming a problem. I thought by adding a user it would make my life easier but OK. Hey, I don’t have one to talk about so I’m just going to skip right ahead. Once you send in a ticket we can work with a done for you team. I assume that that’s what the issue is then getting access to your account. What I’ve seen other users do is schedule a time with the done for you team and do a screen share or a zoom or just be online together.
00:33:52 Vanessa Roberts
So your tickets are instantly responded to. However you want to work it out because you do have to give them a 2 factor authentication or use a different platform. Right, But send us a ticket and we’ll we’ll work it out. All right, any other questions? All right, I got nothing coming in. I know it’s a Friday. Beautiful day here in.
00:34:21 Syd Michael
Let let, let let, let’s schedule something with Troy and get him on ’cause I’m sure they might have some more questions for next week. But right now over the weekend, I want to see everybody at least do 5 reviews & up five people. That’s my challenge to you. If you can’t do that, well, you’re, you’re, you’re in trouble. You’re in trouble. I’ll just call. I’ll just say it straight out. It should be very, very simple.
00:34:43 Syd Michael
When you see how simple it is, you’ll do 10 next week. Watch.
00:34:46 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah, and let me know if you use my trick about the voice to text and how long it takes you to leave your average review stand in line at a subway the done for you services. We offer the done for you campaign set up in the five top performing platforms that we found in our small batch testing. So you can choose between the top five platforms that our team is trained in. So yes, Mail Jet is one of them. Alright, any other small batch questions like I can hit them up like skip the support desk, I’m right here at your disposal. How many biz OP leads can we get? The list come in batches of 200. Are the free accounts.
00:35:32 Vanessa Roberts
OK, Chris, you need to, I can’t tell what your, your platform can be free, Yes, but we’ll operate within the limits that there’s the free platform offers, right? The free accounts are usually limited, but for your e-mail address, we highly, highly, highly recommend that you do not use a free gmail.com, yahoo.com, Outlook.com e-mail. Get a real domain. It’s $10 a year. Where are the swaps? I think you mean swipes and the swipes for local city places are inside the local cityplaces.com application on the partner platform tab. I believe there’s not many tabs. I highly recommend you explore all the tabs and they are very prominent.
00:36:17 Vanessa Roberts
When you when you click the right tab, it’s it’s right up front. So do you remember the name of the tab where the content is?
00:36:25 Syd Michael
It’s very simple. Hold on, I can look it up in 2 seconds. It’s very, very easily maneuverable.
00:36:31 Vanessa Roberts
Yeah, I mean, it’s, it’s so intuitive, OK? Chris asks, I mean for mail Jet, they offer a small free version. Is that OK to start? Yeah, that’s fine. And if we reach some limits and they, you know, cut things off because they only allow X amount of messages or X amount of contacts, it is what it is. And you can decide if you want to upgrade, purchase that, go to a different platform, etcetera. Yeah, we, we highly encourage evaluation before commitment. And you don’t have to rewarm an account because you’re, you are warming up with our e-mail account warm up.
00:37:11 Vanessa Roberts
You’re, you’re up, you’re warming up your actual e-mail. Like Vanessa at roberts.com, if I owned roberts.com, you’re, you’re up warming up that actual inbox, not a mail jet, not a Bravo, not a Gmail. Well, I guess Gmail. So you can switch platforms and it’s totally fine because your e-mail has stayed warmed up. What if the domain name has nothing to do with what I’m sending? I have a number of domains from past companies. That’s it’s really fine as long as your domain doesn’t have any spam trigger words in it. It it doesn’t matter for our sending e-mail address.
00:37:50 Vanessa Roberts
Do you recommend G Suite workspace e-mail accounts or just the free hosting e-mail address when we buy a domain? Sandeep, great question. It depends on the platform you’re using. Some of the platforms require Google authentication to log in, which means you will be required to have a Google Workspace. However, if the platform that you’re using does not require that, I see no reason to spend the money unless you just want to have AG Suite account for all of those e-mail addresses. e-mail addresses. Daryl, we do not have an update on Reach Inbox yet. All right, well, when we get things set up with Troy, we’ll announce that training.
00:38:36 Vanessa Roberts
Thank you for your awesome help today and for all these questions.
00:38:40 Syd Michael
Awesome.
00:38:42 Vanessa Roberts
OK, if you want to hop I can just keep answering.
00:38:46 Syd Michael
Like I just want to reiterate, it’s so it’s so simple to overthink it. It’s too simple to overthink. So just out of a suffer from that, just don’t overthink.
00:38:58 Vanessa Roberts
It.
00:38:58 Syd Michael
Sign up on PEOPLE. Yep, there you go. All right, Rock’n’roll, See you.
00:39:03 Vanessa Roberts
Talk to you bye. All right, So is there a limit to how many e-mail addresses we have? And is it wise to use different addresses for different campaigns? Awesome question. The parameters for e-mail addresses on a individual domain are three. We recommend that on any given domain, like like I said, roberts.com, you have only three e-mail accounts. So Vanessa at roberts.com, john@roberts.com, brian@roberts.com, and then if you want more, buy another domain, set up the additional emails. And then each campaign you run 50 emails per day.
00:39:40 Vanessa Roberts
One e-mail address sends 50 emails per day. So if you want to send 150 emails per day, that’s where those 3 e-mail addresses come into play. Does that make sense? Awesomesauce, As a cold e-mail marketer, should we continue to add more e-mail addresses? At what point do we not need your services? Or if we continue, what benefit is that? DAZ it’s all about scale. Our concept with small batch system and providing the support to you as a marketer was what are the barriers to success?
00:40:15 Vanessa Roberts
What are holding you back? And what we’ve heard more than anything, is the tedium. Right. And the time it takes to set up small batch e-mail campaigns, we know small batch e-mail is successful, We know that the open rates are unprecedented, OK. But we also acknowledge that setting up 10 e-mail campaigns, pretty much identical, but coming from 10 different servers, breaking up your list into 10 sets of 50 clean emails, that is a constraint. That’s a challenge when you’re trying to run an agency, when you’re trying to have a full time job, right? So the service we provide is we do that for you, right? How much would an employee, if you hired someone to just do that for you, how much would it cost?
00:41:06 Vanessa Roberts
Probably more than $197.00 a month, right? So for as long as that’s a beneficial service to you, that’s how long you need us for, right? For as long as you don’t want to have to go out and scrape or generate or buy or create contact e-mail lists and you want to allow us to produce those for you, as long as that’s beneficial, that’s how long you should stick with us. Can I use the leads in my own mailing? Absolutely. They’re yours. We give them to you, they’re yours. If you are not using the Done for you service, though, clean them with an e-mail validator, right?
00:41:46 Vanessa Roberts
We will do that for you if we’re setting up the campaign for you. But pure, just raw list generation, we do not scrub them. You get that list as is. And a lot of folks ask why, Why don’t you just do that? Well, there’s a lot, a lot, a lot of information on all of the lists we generate for you, in addition to e-mail, right? You get physical location, you get phone number, you get Facebook page, you get linked to Facebook Messenger, you get LinkedIn information. You get information about do they have a Facebook, Facebook? Do they use Google tags?
00:42:21 Vanessa Roberts
If we were to scrub that list and take 25 percent, 50% of the leads off the list because the emails were tricky, you would lose half the value of the list generation that we’re doing for you, right? So we give you the lists raw. If you want to e-mail them, you have all of the information, right? So you can clean the list. I mean, it’s not cost prohibitive. And then face the emails off the clean list. But then you can still send Facebook messages, you can still contact with LinkedIn, you can still phone call, you can still send postcards, right? Because you’ve got the information.
00:42:57 Vanessa Roberts
So we always want to give you more, not less. So that’s why we don’t scrub lists on the on the raw list generation for the warming up and sending e-mail. Is it better to use a name like Chris at domain or use info? Always better to use a real name, right? Be personal, be a real person. Info at domain looks like not personal, right? Well, 50 emails per day get much in terms of results is setting up something like 10 different emails. OK, So Adam, you’re just asking about scale you can go through in the small batch system training.
00:43:33 Vanessa Roberts
We have all of our test results where we compare all of the different platforms and we compare all of the different campaigns and you can see the five top performing platforms. We tested the same content, the same number of emails, like contact list, the same number of e-mail addresses that we sent to subject lines, content click, everything was the same, just the different platforms. So you have all the information that we used to determine what was effective and we base everything on open rates because it can’t get opened if it didn’t get delivered. And that’s the biggest hurdle right now is Google is blocking delivery, right? So should I send you more than 50 emails for done for you since you will scrub them? Yes, that’s a great question, General, good guideline 7575 and we’ll scrub it and we’ll use the 50 and we’ll do all the mail merge. We’ll pull in the name, you know, if there’s a first name of the contact in the list. If and if not, we will, you know, skip it, leave it blank.
00:44:37 Vanessa Roberts
It doesn’t say hello, friend, right. It’s it’s formatted so that it reads smoothly if the content’s not there, but we do do the merge fields if we have the data. Oh, that’s thanks. That’s I’m so thankful for you guys. That means a lot. I mean, we really do set out to, you know, make things better. We want to do better. We want to help you.
00:44:59 Vanessa Roberts
We want to help local businesses. I mean, we want to be a positive, of course, in the world, touching lives and helping folks. So that means a whole, whole lot does. Thank you. And that’s why we’re hanging out here extra, you know, cramming in all these extra trainings. You know, we don’t want anybody sitting around wondering, you know, twiddling their thumbs or feeling frustrated, right? We try to make things as simple as possible. We don’t, we try not to overcomplicate things.
00:45:27 Vanessa Roberts
I know sometimes it feels that way, but we really try. How many e-mail follow-ups are sent to Bizop Leads? Hey Darrell, it’s completely up to you if you are using swipe provided by a third party system or an affiliate partner that you want to promote. They provide e-mail swipe right just like local city does. They give you emails that they believe are the best emails for selling their products. OK, in the done for you campaigns, we can’t because we’re selling a product technically I can’t take someone else’s swipe and make it a campaign in a product I’m selling, right? That’s their content. OK.
00:46:10 Vanessa Roberts
They are giving and you know there’s a million and two different affiliate platforms out there. We can’t have all their content. So what we did to work around that is local for example, we’ll just use local city. They have e-mail swipe, they are telling you these 5 emails, these 10 emails. I don’t know off the top of my head or the emails you should send to get people to sign up for local city on your link. You take that content and in a word doc or Google sheet, etcetera, copy paste right. So it’s in a Google sheet. Make it your own.
00:46:44 Vanessa Roberts
Read it. Make sure it doesn’t say anything that you disagree with, that you don’t endorse that you’re not comfortable with. Make sure it’s you know, Daryl approved, Daz approved, John approved, Vanessa approved and then go to the done for you campaign set up. Tell us. I want to send a campaign. I’ve got my own emails. I need you to pull a list and I want you to send it next Tuesday, right? So you upload or link your emails, you tell us who are we targeting?
00:47:13 Vanessa Roberts
You want a biz op list? OK, we’re going to pull that list. We’re going to scrub that list for you so that your e-mail reputation isn’t damaged because we, the emails get sent to spam traps, huge bounce rates, spam reports, blah, blah, blah, right? So we get a real clean list for you. Then we take the emails that you have provided. But you didn’t have to write them, right? They were, they were written, created by local city places. They’re content creators.
00:47:38 Vanessa Roberts
You simply copy pasted and approved. So we’re not ever going to say something that we don’t, you know, stand behind and we send the campaigns for you. Does that answer your question? So how many follow-ups are sent to the biz? OP leads as many emails as you want to put in that campaign. You want to have 20 emails sent every other day for 40 days? We’ll do it. You just got to give us those emails.
00:48:03 Vanessa Roberts
How long is it for a warm up again? Seven days. Takes seven days to adequately warm up a brand new e-mail and establish a positive reputation for sending valid emails to interested parties. Excuse me, I froggle my throat. Seven day warm up, including weekend. Yes, that’s a great question. I think so. Let’s say yes.
00:48:34 Vanessa Roberts
If I stand corrected, let me know. I’ll post in the Facebook group. If it’s seven days, not counting weekends, but I my understanding was a calendar week. OK. Does SBS have an affiliate program? Not at this time. At this time small batch system is exclusively offered to Brian Anderson’s personal community. It has not been open to the public.
00:49:03 Vanessa Roberts
These are you are VIP contacts that have a relationship with Brian Anderson and we’ve shared this. It was a labor of love. Brian’s been and I have been working on it for, I mean tanginically for two years. As the landscape of e-mail marketing has changed, we’ve been adapting but six to eight months really hardcore testing, developing the training, developing the systems, processes, the done for you services, making sure that our staff was able to support you when we we came online so that we could offer this supportive service to you. And so that’s why your charter founding members, you saved a lot of money. The course it will eventually open, it’ll be almost 1000 dollars, $997.00 and the monthly fee will be $247. Nobody else can get in for the dollar that y’all joined at right? So when the affiliate offers happen, it will be very slow.
00:50:10 Vanessa Roberts
We’re not going to overwhelm the staff, right? We have to scale in a way that’s manageable so that you are never negatively affected by new members coming in. But you know, folks leave, we can fill their spots, that’s fine. And only when we know we are stable enough to support our VI PS you and new customers that we maybe generate from some trusted partners and friends of Brian’s. When we can scale and not lose quality, we’ll probably open up an affiliate platform. When is Brian doing another live event? I cannot wait. We don’t have it on the books yet, but I’m excited because I’m definitely coming to this one.
00:50:51 Vanessa Roberts
What is going on? Hey, Darrell, I’m I, that’s off topic, so you can send us a sport ticket. We can help you. Let’s see. All right, so we got 7 more minutes on the calendar. I don’t want to steal your time, so let me know any questions if I’ve missed one. I promise I’m not skipping you, I just didn’t see it. So type it in again with a QQ.
00:51:14 Vanessa Roberts
I’ll come back. I would like to thank everybody on the Small Batch team for all the help and support with helping me get set up. I really appreciate the patience they have with me and all the extraordinary issues getting my emails set up. William, that is so nice. Thank you so much. You know, talking about all these reviews and generating reviews, we live in a really, you know, negative feeling world sometimes where complaints are out of volume 10 and praise and gratitude gets turned down to it too. And messages like that, like I’m taking a screenshot as we speak and, and sharing it with the fulfillment team. It means so much to know that we are helping people, that people that our people are taking care of the people that we’re offering to help.
00:52:03 Vanessa Roberts
So thank you for that feedback. It really does. It makes my day. Thank you, Ken. I just see. How would I do it? I don’t know what you’re asking to do. Finding Brian and you has changed my life.
00:52:18 Vanessa Roberts
I love the way you and Brian do business. Dad. Oh, my gosh. I’m for Clutch. You’re going to make me tear up. I just got set up to discover someone is already ambassador. Should I go to another smaller city nearby, Ken? Yep.
00:52:32 Vanessa Roberts
That’s what you should do. Just pick a little satellite city. I got the times mixed up and got here late. OK, already signed up for Local City Places. Cool. Can you give me a 2 minute rundown on what I should do next? Yes, John, that rundown is watch the replay. We’ve only got a couple minutes left and I’m going to take care of the questions of the folks that have been waiting on answers, but we’ll have the replay set up in the members area ASAP.
00:52:57 Vanessa Roberts
And definitely go back and watch this past Mondays because all of the technical aspects of getting set up and getting started for Local City Places was covered on Monday. Awesome and if you want to talk about it, if there’s questions, conversations that we need to have, let’s have them in the Facebook group, right. Facebook is, you know, it’s not for like what’s my password, when’s my billing date right. That kind of tech support has to go get support dot this. But the Facebook group is where we go to help each other and brainstorm together and like that’s where we share ideas. I’ve some of the best ideas and you know, adventures I’ve started in the Facebook group because we build off each other, right? We help each other and collaborations. That’s what I want to say.
00:53:46 Vanessa Roberts
The collaborations I’ve seen happen on the Facebook group are massive and we want to hear from you. Are there platforms that you are interested in US testing? Are there affiliate programs that you are interested in US evaluating and maybe endorsing and sharing with the team? Absolutely. Are there Is there content that you think should could be effective for marketing and want tested? Is there you know anything like that like feed us what you want more of in the Facebook group? Brian and I are, you know, people live on Facebook. It’s the first thing that pops up every time I log into my phone.
00:54:30 Vanessa Roberts
It’s small batch system, the comments and the stuff. So we are definitely open to working and pivoting and adapting to what you want to learn more about. How long will it take before today’s training becomes a replay? It’s just however long it takes the video to render. Honestly, we do. We don’t delay posting. It’s just go to webinar has to kick out a video and then it has to upload. So technical.
00:54:58 Vanessa Roberts
It should be up by the end of the day, first thing in the morning. How do I change cities after I’m set up? Ken, great question. I have to defer back to. I can’t help you with that. We can’t provide Technical Support for local city places. It’s a third party application and I honestly don’t know. So when you’re logged in, in the top right corner there’s an icon for your profile.
00:55:20 Vanessa Roberts
Click on that, hover on it maybe, and there’ll be a support desk, help desk. So ask them. They’ll help you do it. Their team is incredible, you know, and that goes for anything setting up. How do they pay you your bank account information, your everything They are, they are on it ready to help. All right, I’m going to wrap things up. If nobody else has anything pressing Technical Support about your account, logging into smallbatchsystem.com, please visit us at get support dot biz. OK, we’ve got support team members standing by.
00:56:00 Vanessa Roberts
All of the Done for You services are available to you in the small batchsystem.com. You know, if you haven’t already warmed up your account, start there. If you haven’t requested a list today, request it. You get a list every single day. We don’t. Ah, here’s a good question. We don’t if you miss five days, we don’t. We don’t retroactively send lists, right?
00:56:23 Vanessa Roberts
The one list per day is so that it’s manageable for our team. We have limits to the lists that we are able to generate in a day. So we can’t go back and do, oh, I haven’t requested a list for 25 days. Can I have 26 lists? No. So you miss a day, you miss out, you miss a lot. So make sure you set a little reminder on your calendar request list. Request list, yes, and if your account has been warmed up, let us do a local city.
00:56:55 Vanessa Roberts
Done for you, campaign for you. Yep, I’ve got the team working weekends. We can get it set up, definitely. I don’t recommend having the emails necessarily go out over the weekend, but we can start getting it set up so they can go out on Monday. How long should we wait for the list? I requested a few but haven’t received any yet. Interesting question John. Lists get delivered within 24 hours.
00:57:15 Vanessa Roberts
They get delivered as a link inside a support ticket generated for you and sent via e-mail to the e-mail address you are registered with. Small batch OK, does that make sense? You’ll get an e-mail from help. It gets support dot biz. It is a support desk notification, and inside that notification it’s a ticket. Inside that ticket is a link to download your list. Now, if it’s been 24 hours and you haven’t seen that e-mail, check your spam. Make sure you’ve added help at get support dot biz to your safe sender list.
00:57:49 Vanessa Roberts
Marked it as not spam. Let’s make sure that stays in the inbox. You can always log in to get support dot this. It is a help desk, a Zendesk based help desk, right? So once you log in, you’ll and if you haven’t already logged in, you’ll be prompted to create a password, right? This is not an account that’s made for you, but you set your ID, it’s your e-mail address registered to your small batch system. Use that e-mail, right, set up your password and then log in. And then every ticket that has ever been made for you that’s tied to that e-mail address is there.
00:58:25 Vanessa Roberts
So basically what you’ve got, if you’ve requested 10 lists, all of those links are there and your tickets forever. You’ve got a library of every list you’ve ever requested. So if you ever want to go back and find one that you requested a month ago and you can’t find it in your downloads, it’s in your ticket history. So get support dot biz. Make sure you have created an account. If you haven’t already, log in and check your ticket history. The support URL is get support dot biz. I’m going to put that in the chat and that link to get support dot biz is actually published on almost every page of small batchsystem.com.
00:59:07 Vanessa Roberts
In the footer it says need help Go to get support dot biz. It’s a link. In every single e-mail we send you, there is a paragraph that talks about getting help. Anything you need get support dot biz. So we really, really want to help you. You just have to. You just have to find us there. All right, it’s lunchtime folks, 12 O1.
00:59:30 Vanessa Roberts
Thank you for joining me on such short notice. I hope that this was helpful and beneficial, and I will be in the Facebook group for the rest of the day and till then, I’ll see you next time. Have a great weekend, everybody. Thank you for your time.
