Hello, everybody. Happy Monday. Checking audio and visual. Can everybody see my screen and hear me all right?
0:27
I am in the Peachtree City office with Brian and team so I don't know if I trust my.
0:32
You can see in here. Great Bill. Thank you so much. Okay, so on my screen.
0:37
You should all be familiar with the small batch members area, but we're going to go over today. Awesome. Thanks Leonard. Hey Scott. How's everybody doing?
0:46
We've been talking a lot about the Small Batch System CRM.
0:51
Okay, again, that is the absolutely free with membership CRM that will allow you to run small batch emails using the leads we provide or leads on your own.
1:10
It is a complete CRM.
1:17
Today we're going to be focusing on the email built and pushed in to type up or request the emails be set up for you.
1:24
They're all there.
1:26
I will tease a little bit that this is a full bodied, full featured CRM with things like appointment setting and forms and you can tie in say your Stripe account and you can sell products and subscriptions and service your customers. What you can do with the Small Batch CRM is mega.
1:51
And sending the Small Batch emails are just, it's just the tip of the iceberg.
1:55
It's what we're going to talk about today, but I can't wait till we can start exploring that in depth. My special guest with me today is Rose.
2:04
You're gonna hear Rose's voice in the training that I'm about to share with you.
2:15
My right hand expert and what she has built that we're able to push out truly, truly incredible.
2:24
Again, the emails are just the tip of the iceberg.
2:26
You're going to be seeing things like our engagement amplifier system, which monitors all activity of every single one of your contacts across the entire, your entire account.
2:42
So all engagement and activity recycled through to maximize engagement, delivery rates, open clicks, everything.
2:50
Basically a culmination of 20 years in online marketing, myself along with Brian, we have found a way to condense it in a simple way and deliver it to you so that with push button ease, you don't even have to think about it.
3:14
All of the tools that we've built up over these past decades are working for you in this account.
3:30
to really maximize your result. I mean, it is super, super exciting.
3:33
It's what we've been working on behind the scenes. My signal's really good. I wasn't getting any errors. Okay, but I'll watch it.
3:41
Okay, so here in the small batch system members area, you'll see we have a new section added. Thank you, Rose.
3:48
You can either click right here on the top level page or come through and go through the sub menu.
3:55
I'm just going to go to the top level, the home page of the CRM, so to speak.
4:00
You're gonna find information and training on every page, okay?
4:07
There's a link to get your Small Batch System sub-account.
4:09
If you don't already have one set up, we do need information from you in order to set it up for you that we don't have, we just don't have the information.
4:20
As a member of Small Batch, we didn't ask you some of these questions that we need to have in order to set up your sub-account.
4:26
So you start with there, and then we have modules on how to upload contacts, creating email templates, and creating an email campaign.
4:35
Again, you have access to our Done For You services.
4:37
You don't have to do any of this yourself.
4:40
We will do it for you, but if you want to do it, you absolutely can.
4:46
And then these, the sub-menus take you to pages specific to those trainings if you wanna just jump to the specifics and again, get your small batch sub account here. If you don't already have the CRM account set up for you. So what I'm going to do today is we have a prepared training for you. I would love for you guys to get to know Rose. If you don't already know her. She's been with us for forever. Right? Rose, at least 8 years. I think. Yeah, so if you.
5:19
So I'm sure many of you have interacted with her on the support desk, but she is our small batch team expert lead everything.
5:29
So she put together the training because she built it.
5:33
So she's going to, we're going to walk through the training.
5:36
It is a recorded training and it is what you'll see in the members area, but Rose and I are here while that training is playing.
5:43
So if you have any questions, please pop them into the chat.
5:46
If they're specific to you, we will talk to you in the chat with a written answer and if not, we'll address any questions in clarity after the training presentation is complete.
5:55
We can continue the conversation because your feedback is imperative. It's the only way we get better.
6:02
So if you have questions throughout the training, you know, we can make the training better.
6:07
right?
6:07
So please do not hesitate to include your questions because we want to always be providing you with the tools and information and answers you need to succeed.
6:18
So if you feel hung up on anything just pop it in.
6:22
Alright without further ado I'm going to start the training but again we'll be here in the chat so ask away.
6:37
Hi there great news we've uploaded all the templates and campaigns in your sub-account.
6:45
In this video, we'll walk you through three essential tasks.
6:50
Uploading contacts, creating an email template, and launching an email campaign.
6:56
Whether you're new to the platform or need a refresher, this guide will help you get started quickly.
7:02
Let's dive in!
7:08
Uploading contacts into your sub-account is simple.
7:11
Here's how you do it.
7:13
First, log in to your account.
7:15
Navigate to the Contacts tab on the left-hand menu.
7:21
Click the Import Contacts button.
7:26
Select Contacts and click on Next.
7:31
Upload your CSV file containing your contact list.
7:35
Ensure your file is formatted correctly with the necessary fields like name, email, address, phone number.
7:47
Once uploaded, click Next.
7:53
Ensure all required fields are correctly mapped for a smooth import process.
7:59
Validate and finalize your data before completing the import.
8:07
If you're sure that the data should not be mapped into different columns, click here.
8:15
Then, click Next.
8:21
You can create a smart list for new contacts, Or, you can also add imported contacts into an existing workflow or campaign.
8:31
Once done, confirm all contacts in this import have consented to hear from us, and start bulk import.
9:00
Refresh your page, and that's it!
9:05
Your contacts are now ready to be used in campaigns and automations.
9:14
Now that you've uploaded your contacts, let's create a custom email template to use in your campaign.
9:24
Go to Marketing on the left menu, then select Emails.
9:30
Click on Templates, and then Create New.
9:36
You can choose a blank template or choose from the pre-provided email marketing template from Small Batch System.
9:45
Let's click on blank template.
9:56
As you can see, you have your main area and also the elements area.
10:00
You could simply drag and drop different elements from the left side to the main working area.
10:06
If you want to add an image, you could simply drag and drop.
10:12
Or if you want to add a footer with the unsubscribe link, you could simply drag it here.
10:18
If you want to add custom elements or custom fields, you could click here for custom values and click Contacts, Users, Appointments, Accordingly.
10:34
Once you've set up your email, you could also edit the From Name and From Email using this radio button here, then click on Settings.
10:45
Here you can edit the from name and from email, including the email subject line.
10:51
Once you've provided all of these details, click on save.
10:55
Make sure to rename your template to something that you would remember.
11:02
Once done, click save template.
11:08
Your email template will show up in this area.
11:17
As you can see, we've already provided you with 93 email templates that you can use for your campaigns. Suppose you want to use the ERTT 2025 campaign.
11:29
Open this folder and you can see days 1 to 5 of all the campaigns.
11:35
If you click one, you can see that the email template has been provided for you, complete with the custom values and even the custom value for your agent link.
11:52
Now you know how to have a reusable email template that can be used in your campaigns.
12:05
With contacts uploaded and your email templates ready, you are now ready to create and launch an email campaign.
12:13
Navigate to Marketing and select Campaigns.
12:19
You now have an option for email campaigns or workflow campaigns.
12:23
Email campaigns are designed for one-off email sendouts only.
12:30
On the other hand, workflow campaigns are best when scheduling multiple emails or sequences.
12:37
You can also access workflow campaigns through automation.
12:44
Here, you can see the different workflows we've built exclusively for you.
12:49
You can duplicate each workflow if you want to keep the original for future use.
12:57
Let's duplicate the ERTC campaign day 1-5.
13:03
Make sure that you rename the campaign depending on your usage.
13:11
Once you've created your copy, open the copy of your campaign.
13:20
Here, we've already pre-designed to have the trigger and also the tags necessary for this campaign to be completed.
13:30
The trigger is a tag to be added to your contacts, which is ERTC 2025 Start.
13:37
You could always add your own tag depending on your preference.
13:43
Once a tag is added, the next event will be to send an email for day one.
13:51
Here, the from name and the from email can also be assigned, including the subject line.
14:02
You can also edit the email from here.
14:06
Just make the necessary edit and then click on save.
14:10
If you save it as a new template, then it will create a new template in your templates folder.
14:18
For every change that you make in the workflow, make sure to save your action.
14:25
Once the email has been set up, the next is to set up the wait.
14:32
The wait action will wait for an email event.
14:38
If in one day, the email has been clicked or unsubscribed, it will automatically remove the tag and then add a different tag which is done.
14:52
However, if the user does not click or does not unsubscribe and just opens the email without any action, the Day 2 email will be sent out.
15:05
The same will happen for days 3, 4, and 5.
15:11
Finally, in the day 5, there will be no option for the click or unsubscribe.
15:17
It will automatically just wait for one day, and if the day is over, it will remove the start tag and add the done tag.
15:32
Review all the details and click launch to start the campaign.
15:36
You could also set up the sending schedule or send immediately or schedule for later.
15:50
Review all the details in the settings, time zone, sender details, and then click publish to start the campaign.
16:07
Once published, click on save and then your workflow will automatically be started.
16:13
Any contacts that will be added with the tag startertc2055 start will automatically be included in this workflow and days 1-5 will be sent out to them.
16:28
That's it! Your email campaign is now live and will start reaching your contacts.
16:33
And there you have it! You now know how to upload contacts, create email templates, and launch your very own email campaign.
16:43
If you found this tutorial helpful, that's awesome! If you need more help, we could definitely set all of these up for you. Happy campaigning!
16:59
All right. That's awesome, right? Rose, thank you so much for doing that. And what she hit on at the very end was that it is training on how you can do it yourself, however you don't have to.
17:12
On the done for you campaign setup.
17:15
We have added the small batch system CRM to the form so you can request these to be set up to your CRM. We will upload the lists. We'll pull the list for you will map the fields will launch those campaigns for you.
17:31
The only question I had that wasn't really addressed in the training, but It wasn't specific to the training.
17:39
So I feel really good about it. So he asked on these small batch system CRM accounts that are not upgraded, right?
17:49
These are the basic accounts that are set up to allow for one small batch campaign sending email at a time.
17:58
Can you do all of these things or all of these features available in the free small batch system account?
18:05
And the answer is absolutely yes.
18:06
In fact, more than just possible, everything you saw all of those workflows are already pre-loaded in your accounts they're ready to go and as we create new content more workflows more campaigns all of those will be pushed out to your account in real time you don't even have to request it we're gonna load them up for you so did Everybody loved that training.
18:34
Do you see the incredible value, how easy it is, especially since you don't have to do it?
18:42
Is there anything y ‘all want me to dive deeper into?
18:46
Are there any questions?
18:48
Or do you just wanna get a shot?
18:50
Is there anybody who hasn't yet filled out the form to set up their small batch CRM?
19:00
I will show you where to do that again.
19:02
So just click Small Batch System CRM right here.
19:05
I still need to do it, okay, Carl.
19:07
So I'm talking to you right here.
19:09
So this is the Small Batch CRM page.
19:12
The link is right here, top right on the menu bar.
19:17
Okay, we've got training, and then get your Small Batch System sub-account right here.
19:22
All right, that button, it's gonna open a form.
19:27
You simply fill out this form, and then we will set it up for you.
19:31
All right, good Tracy, Bill, yep.
19:37
We will set it up for you and we're gonna put all of the resources and tools that we can build out.
19:43
We're gonna build it out for you and we're gonna push it out with your account.
19:47
So there's not a second step to request it.
19:49
That's gonna be automatic.
19:51
Are deliverability rates better than with MailJet and others, Bill?
19:54
Our finding is yes.
19:57
We are able to tightly control the number of emails sent per day and the email sending.
20:06
So there's less room for error with this with the small batch CRM because it is we set it up specifically designing it for implementing the small batch system.
20:20
The servers that are tied into the small batch system are high quality.
20:26
A lot of services out there rotate sending servers, sending servers.
20:34
So sometimes you can just get on a bad one, right?
20:37
If a server has a bad reputation, some CRMs actually monitor your delivery rates, your bounce rates, your spam rates, et cetera.
20:47
And the worse you perform, they put you on poorer performing servers.
20:51
So it's an endless loop of negativity, right?
20:56
How can you improve if you're starting way behind the starting line, right?
21:01
So the servers with the small batch CRM are high quality.
21:05
They're kept clean and maintained.
21:08
And this is all designed for cold email.
21:13
So uploading the scrape list, B2B scrape list, completely compliant.
21:19
Okay, so next question, are we dropping MailJet, Brevo, et cetera?
21:23
Donald, not if you don't want to.
21:24
The huge goal of the small batch system was to help everybody know and learn that it's not about spending a bunch of money on tools, right?
21:38
So we designed a system that was, Brian called it software agnostic.
21:44
The system works wherever you want to implement it because it's a functional, good, high quality proven system.
21:52
So, if you're already set up with MailJet, instantly, you have an account that you like, you have a system that you enjoy, you have tools that you are comfortable with, absolutely, we will continue to service those, we will continue to provide done-for-you services, we will continue to support you, however, if you, A, don't want to spend any money, because this is part of a small batch membership, there's no additional expense, and you want a full featured CRM, not just mailing.
22:24
Like I was talking about earlier, this has appointment setting.
22:27
This has a cart.
22:31
This has opt-in forms.
22:33
This has webinar capabilities.
22:36
This is so much further, light years further than just sending emails.
22:42
So if you're looking for a tool that is easily worth $300 a month for nothing, right?
22:51
you're already a small batch system member, then this is going to give everyone a huge advantage.
22:59
The cost effectiveness alone is remarkable, the ability to expand your business.
23:05
We're really, really excited to be able to hand these tools to you without asking for anything back.
23:12
Now, all of these accounts are crafted for small batch.
23:17
So, they are email, the sending email is limited to the single sender, right?
23:25
There are, if you want to go beyond just the small batch system and you want to upgrade, you absolutely can.
23:33
We will continue to provide the done for you services and the content.
23:38
If you choose to upgrade from the free, that doesn't pay us.
23:42
that goes through the system that we've built our process on.
23:48
So if you're looking to expand to have maybe sub accounts of your own, you want to serve as clients.
23:56
That is an upgraded feature and we can talk about that in the future.
23:59
But this, the small batch CRM is designed from the ground up to give folks a tool that they really can grow their, They're, oh, Brian's calling me, grow without, without taking their wallet out of their pocket.
24:19
Mailjet is not good.
24:20
Donald says, okay, we've got a, what's the opposite of an endorsement?
24:24
Don't, Donald does not like Mailjet.
24:26
So we'll love to see over in small batch CRM.
24:29
Are emails scrubbed filtered against the do not mail registry?
24:32
Carl, there is not a global do not mail registry, okay?
24:36
Do not mail is specific to you.
24:39
If someone says don't mail me, they say it to you, then yes, if once they're in your system as a do not mail contact, they will not be emailed.
24:47
We do, if you use our done for you system, we do clean any list that we produce for you against spam traps, bounces in valid emails.
24:58
So we clean them to see if they are bad, but there is not a do not mail registry.
25:03
So I think what you're asking is do we clean them?
25:05
Yes, if you have your own list and you upload it yourself, we can't do that for you because you're doing it yourself.
25:11
But if you run it through us with our done for you system, yes, we absolutely clean the lists for you.
25:17
Donald asks, why keep them?
25:18
Why would you keep a different CRM?
25:21
Well, like I was saying, if you already have a tool that you love, we would never cut you off from that.
25:27
So if you don't, Donald, if you don't have a system that you absolutely love, then we hope small batch system CRM becomes the one that you love.
25:36
Will this work?
25:37
We do not integrate with Instant Reply, Carl.
25:42
That's not a system that we service with done for you.
25:46
If you choose to take what you learn from Small Batch and do it yourself with Instant Reply, you absolutely can.
25:52
Trying to come up with ideas for a generic domain name slash email that I can use for multi-purpose, multi-things that I want to offer.
25:59
Connie, that is a great question.
26:00
I hear it so, so much.
26:03
You absolutely can go general with a word that evokes meaning to you, like Intel, Intel Inside, the product for computer chips, right?
26:19
What is Intel?
26:20
It's a word that means something that is relevant and applies to them.
26:25
So I would recommend thinking of words that are meaningful to you that don't necessarily Pigeon hole you but can be Whatever you want it to be Right.
26:37
Yeah, the Intel agency for example that could be for anything that could be for local marketing that could be for Affiliate marketing, you know what I mean?
26:50
Do we still request scrape lists the same time and then you upload them Donald?
26:54
Yes, you can you could do it separately or you can do them at the same time.
26:57
That's under the done for you tab. So, if you want to request a campaign, okay, so there's CanSpam.
27:08
Campaign setup includes custom list generation.
27:10
So right here, done for you campaign setup.
27:12
You can request your list.
27:16
You do still have to make sure that your email is already set up and warmed up.
27:20
But then, yeah, you can either upload your own list or request one, and we will scrub it and upload it for you.
27:26
You're welcome, Connie.
27:28
If you already have your own list, you can do that as well.
27:32
Are the leads data we would get from Doug Stark's big data be clean?
27:36
Any tips for that data if we upload it, Carl?
27:39
I cannot speak to any other service, but I do know that big data profits, they give you raw data, not run through an email cleaner.
27:55
It is high quality data, but we recommend you always, always, always run a list through an email validator so you don't risk sending to spam traps.
28:06
You can use any external list and submit it for your campaign, right?
28:13
Say you got a list of 10 ,000 from big data and you're ready to run a small batch campaign and you pick out the 75 that you're gonna run it through, we're gonna scrub that list to 75 for the campaign.
28:24
Alternatively, you could scrub the whole list all at once if you wanted to.
28:30
Yes, for campaigns, we will scrub any list we provide or any list you provide.
28:35
Is there training on validators?
28:37
Thanks.
28:37
No, there's thousands of third-party systems that do that validation.
28:44
If we're doing it for you, we do it for you.
28:47
We don't teach you how to do it.
28:49
Simply because there's so many different services out there. They're all pretty straightforward.
28:55
You either pay a monthly fee or you pay You buy credits like say you want to clean 10 ,000 emails you buy a package of 10 ,000 credits You simply upload a CSV and then check back in a few hours and they'll tell you they'll give you a CSV back That says these are the clean emails, but we don't yeah because that's not something we and because it's rolled into the done for you we just we just take care of it we don't have um a training on it all right did i get everybody i see some questions coming through i think i might have answered them all um you're very welcome carl um let's see all right well if i've answered all of your questions i want to say thank you to rose for that awesome training thanks for not just email content, not just email campaigns, but they're called workflows, systems that work inside your account that help make you more productive.
30:06
I talked a little bit about the engagement amplifier workflow.
30:11
What that does is it monitors every single basically movement or activity any contact in your account has, and it evaluates it on two different levels.
30:22
by time, if they have done anything, recency that keeps them on your hot list with a very simple buckets to some hot, warm, cool, cold.
30:34
So you can talk to people in the appropriate way.
30:38
We're working on re-engagement campaigns.
30:41
So once someone hits the warm bucket, it automatically is gonna start a warmup campaign to encourage engagement that'll bump them back up of a hot bucket, all the way through cold.
30:54
We're also working on engagement scoring.
30:58
Basically, different activities have different weight.
31:01
It's much more heavily weighted form of engagement if someone emails you, if they reply to an email or if they initiate an email to you.
31:12
So any emails into your mailbox, we're going to give that action a much heavier weight then maybe somebody who just opened an email and didn't ever click.
31:24
Okay, an email click is weighted.
31:26
A purchase through an affiliate link is weighted.
31:31
An opt-in form on your account or a sale if they purchased a subscription to local marketing services.
31:40
All of these weights are different and duration of time between activity can reduce points.
31:49
It's really exciting.
31:52
The ability it gives you to know how to talk to people the right way to amplify not just the basics which are deliverability, open rates and clicks, but building those relationships so that you have a history with a person that's intelligent and it's not just blasting, blasting, blasting emails so that that in turn increases revenue.
32:16
Someone who trusts you as a person, as an expert, as an influencer or as a mentor, they're much more likely to take your email seriously and your endorsement seriously, which will in turn lead to revenue.
32:31
So we're very excited to be building those out and pushing those out to your accounts.
32:37
Okay, Carl's asking, I wanna promote ILOD Legion service.
32:40
What's the latest on that?
32:41
I don't see it on that campaign list.
32:43
Okay, so Carl, I see what you're saying.
32:45
you want to sell the service instantly on demand to what local businesses online services we do not publish done for you campaigns for other businesses unless we have a partnership with them where that is permitted okay instantly on demand is a friend of Brian's; I think it's incredible, phenomenal.
33:18
I've seen the results.
33:19
They're great.
33:21
However, they produce their own content.
33:24
They produce their training.
33:26
That is a, if you have purchased that course, that course lives into itself.
33:31
So we can't offer their content to all of our small batch members who might not have bought that course.
33:38
Does that make sense?
33:39
That's their content.
33:43
Okay, so if they provide you that content, we are able to use it for you because you're their customer.
33:50
All you would do is you would take the email campaigns marketing those services in a Word doc or a Google doc, et cetera, and in the done for you email campaigns, you would provide us with the email content, okay?
34:11
So right here, campaign type, I have my own email campaign.
34:14
You would simply upload those emails marketing the service right directing them to contact you or to click on your link or set an appointment with you however you decide you want to connect with them and you work that into the emails we will set it up for you does that make sense no Carl said I thought you were promoting it as if you were developing the content in the campaigns I understand the disconnect no we did that we were providing, we gave them a small batch CRM account but the content comes from ILOD, Instant Lead On Demand.
35:00
In fact, they have the ability to create a snapshot just like we do and push it into your accounts.
35:05
So if you'll ask them, if you're using the small batch system, CRM, and you're using their content, they will give you a link that we can help you with and it'll just push the content into your account.
35:19
We don't even have to set it up.
35:20
You don't have to request it this way.
35:23
If that's the content we're talking about, that's the bridge, yeah.
35:27
All right, great question.
35:29
And anybody who's asking about instant lead on demand under revenue generators, click the homepage here.
35:35
It's the very top one.
35:37
It might be the coolest thing I've seen on the internet in years.
35:42
I've seen people offering this tool and service for 10 times as much money as this team is.
35:50
It literally sits, it's a code that sits on your website and yes, it does work with the ERTC lead capture pages and it monitors the IP address of the people who are visiting your site in real time.
36:04
They have a database that matches up the IP address to the business information and they can give you an email, phone number, name, address, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera of the person who is on your website in real time.
36:16
The thing that takes it to the next level is, and I don't know how they do it, and they won't tell me how the sausage is made, but they monitor businesses or entities or individuals, search, keyword search, Google, Bing, Yahoo, AOL, the search terms.
36:37
You can plug in, you wanna know if people are searching for ERTC, you can plug in that keyword and you can start monitoring for people who are searching for that, not people who go to your page, if they're just searching the internet for a term and you can get them as leads.
36:54
It's very cool, very cool.
36:57
Think about spying on your competitors, right?
36:59
If you have a hoagie shop in town and they wanna see who's searching for Blimpy in Subway.
37:08
Right?
37:11
It's very, very cool.
37:11
and yes so that's what we're talking about they um the instantly it's on demand uh the bonus with that is that folks got a small batch system crm account you've already got it don't even worry about it but the content that they're able to sync up um you can have access to that too it's very cool all right sorry to get off the crm topic but um it's a cool rabbit hole to go down All right, well, if everybody's well taken care of, I want to encourage you to please set up your small batch CRM just to give it a shot.
37:46
See all the cool tools that are available to you.
37:49
We will be going deeper into maximizing all of those tools so far beyond email.
37:56
Basically anything you could ever dream of out of a CRM, this one does it.
38:02
I'm super, super excited about it.
38:04
And if you have any questions, Rose is with us in the support desk all the time, right?
38:10
Virtually sitting right next to me.
38:15
And we are in the Facebook group.
38:17
If you wanna keep the conversation going, if you have any feedback on the training or what you'd love to see next, please let us know.
38:25
But Rose, I think we're gonna get back to work.
38:27
We can start get back to making those workflows and snapshots and campaigns for everybody.
38:32
