All right, so once you’re logged into small batch, under revenue generators, either click product feature Ertc or you can click the top level page link and you can see all of the revenue generators that we’ve shared and find the employee retention tax credit link right here. Both of these two links take you to the ertc page. To sign up, click right here. Sign up as and then to fill out your first name, your last name, your preferred e-mail. We love it when you use the same e-mail for small batch and ertc etcetera, etcetera, so that we don’t have multiple contacts for you, but that’s up to you. Select your country, your phone number. Now, this is what throws some folks off. Choose your unique ERTC express field ID.

Whatever you put here is what is going to be used to create your referral link, the link you will share with customers so that they can apply for the ertc. So I will make an example. OK, let me see right, so my unique identifier, I could do Vanessa ERTC 2025 right? I click register and my account is instantly made. OK, that Vanessa ERTC 2025 is seen right here in my URL. So my personal lead capture site is this, and the identifier that I selected on the previous page becomes the end of that URL.

Does that make sense? That’s why it has to be unique. It is your unique identifier, and you can see that it’s immediately live. I’m going to click on it and go to that page and it’s a fully developed tracking URL. Anyone who fills out the form on this page right here tracks back to you. Now when you complete that opt in form, you’re going to get a welcome e-mail to both the portal, which is where you track your deals, as well as the ERTC Express field agent training membership site. All right, Michael. Yes, more questions. OK, Yep, I see you typing. So how do I set up the direct e-mail campaign? OK, so that is a small batch service. Once your link is live, what you’re going to want to do is go through the complete done for you system walkthrough. OK, because with the done for you, you need to make sure that your e-mail is set up and ready to send mail. OK, so I see that you’ve purchased your domain through GoDaddy and set up e-mail through GoDaddy, right?

So the next step is you need to do an account warm up. And this is where our team accesses your new e-mail account and sends mail to and from your account so that we can train the e-mail service providers. That mail you send is not spam, right? So we send out of your account to accounts that we control. We receive the e-mail from you, we open it, we read it, we click it, we reply to it, and we mark it as safe, right? So this gives you a foundation of having an e-mail account that isn’t reported as spam, that gets a lot of opens and clicks, etcetera. So it tells Google and the other providers that e-mail sent from this address is valuable and desired, helps you land in the inbox, right? So that takes about 7 days.

So after you request the account warm up, while that’s happening, you need to start requesting your unlimited lead generation. OK, this is important. This is where you get your lists. You can request a list every single day and we do not limit the results that we give you. So the lists are generated based on the criteria you provide. And again, that training call that is visible right here, it goes into way more detail. This is just a broad overview, but when you request a list, think of it as a keyword and a location. So you could request HVAC businesses in Atlanta, GA.

So we will pull every single HVAC business in Atlanta, GA and send it to you for you to contact. So you can request a list like that every single day. OK, so you can start on that. Start building a database, your own personal database, library of contacts, the same day you start your account warmup. Don’t delay. OK, so you’re done for you campaign setup is what you’re talking about, the direct mail campaign? Direct mail is a term reserved for mailing physical items to businesses. This is a done for you e-mail campaign.

So there’s a training on how to set up just this portion of the done for you. Basically, after you have set up your platform and all that means is you choose between these 5 providers and you link your e-mail that you set up with GoDaddy to one of these providers so that you have an account for mass e-mail, OK? Once you’ve selected it and your account is set up, you simply come in here, give your information, right? Confirm that your account has gone through the warm up, your campaign platform login details. Tell us how you log into your platform, OK, Because we log in as you to provide the service for you. OK, provide your contact list, your e-mail message, OK, Answer these questions. So we have ERTC service marketing. This was the first ERTC campaign ERTC 2024 is the more recent.

This is the one we recommend you use. So simply select this, fill out your customizable fields, and then submit your request. OK, to review the Done for You campaign so that you know what you’re saying, under resources ERTC 2024 campaign, you can review the campaign emails. So this is the exact content that we use. Alternatively, you can use the Done for You campaign set up with an e-mail campaign that you write yourself. So if you want to take the ertc campaign that we have created for you and built into the Done for You system and personalize it, customize it, change it, update it, whatever you want, you absolutely can do that. You simply save that campaign as a Word document or a Google document, make your changes, get it to be exactly how you want it to be. And then here, instead of selecting one of the provided campaigns, you would say, I have my own e-mail campaign.

And you would choose the file to give us the words to say for you. OK, So if you’ve written A10 e-mail sequence, you’ve written it, created it one time. Maybe you ChatGPT, maybe you purchased an e-mail campaign, maybe you wrote it yourself by hand, from scratch. It doesn’t matter where you got it. One example of a great use case is if you are participating with a revenue generator partner, where you’re selling a product that someone else has offered and giving you e-mail swipe for. Here is how you can use our Done for You services to mail someone else’s e-mail content. e-mail campaigns, e-mail swipe. Does that make sense?

All right, well, I got to tell you, this is it. The Ertc program has, I believe, about 150 some odd days left before. Applications to the IRS are cut off. That’s April 15th, 2025. Now is, you know, they like people say a year from now, you’ll wish you started today. The best time to have started definitely 18 months ago, right? The second best time of this whole span is absolutely right now, because now the moratorium on processing ertc has been lifted. We have proven ourselves ertc Express has proven themselves to be a Titan in the industry, right?

We stood the test of the IR s s waging war at and attacking all the ertc service providers, right? The fear mongering and thud of reporting all over the news, all over the Internet that ertc was rife with fraud and businesses would be basically automatically audited and that it was just the most terrible thing, risky thing you could do. That’s all been proven to be a lot of noise that, in my opinion, was designed to scare businesses off from taking advantage of this absolutely legal, absolutely compliant program because it got bigger than they meant for it to and it was getting more expensive than they meant for it to, and it was more work than they wanted to process. At the IRS. We’ve gotten through all of that and we are seeing literally, this is not an exaggeration, hundreds of notices being delivered to just our customers. I’m not talking about the program wide, just ERTC customers are getting hundreds of notifications every single day that their quarterly refunds are being processed. Scott Hall was with us in person in Peachtree City last week and he heard Brian say the numbers are pretty, pretty impressive, pretty astounding. And you know, we were literally jumping on the ERTC team members to make sure that they are calling every single person who has received a notice about their refund coming due.

We are getting on the phone with them and having a person, personal voice to voice phone conversation, congratulating them, letting them know their checks are coming. Because when those checks come and the fees are paid, that’s when our agents get paid, right? So that’s why everybody at the Mastermind last week was very interested in making sure that got done. Yep. Scott Hall says collections. Yeah, it’s the most exciting part of this, this venture. Of course, you know, we put the work in over the past two years. We planted the seeds and we watered them, and we nurtured that garden when so many others were abandoning the plot and letting it, letting it all rot.

We tended the garden, nurtured it, and we’re watching it grow. And now we are definitely reaping that crop, reaping those rewards. So Michael, I would say the simplest way is, Yep, do exactly what I just said with make sure your ertc account is set up, go through the ertc training, and then simply use the Done for you campaigns every single day. Once you get it rolling with one e-mail address, the next step is to just add another e-mail address and double your efforts. Michael asks. I’m not sure I understand the program to have those discussions. Is there a specific team of Small batch folks that make those calls? OK, Michael, the ertc program is different from Small Batch.

OK, so small Batch is just sending emails basically. I mean, it’s very hyper simplified, but as it pertains to generating ERTC deals, small bash is a tool you will use to send emails about the ERTC. OK ERTC Express is its own company with its own support team. It’s a full time brick and mortar staff that makes those phone calls to process the deals. OK. So if you are going to be promoting the ertc revenue generator, which simply means that’s a program Small Batch endorses as a program that can benefit from the services provided by Small Batch. OK, right. Does that make sense?

We are not ertc. Express Small Batch is a tool for mass cold e-mail outreach ERTC is a service that you can market and sell with small batch. OK, So for learning about ERTC, absolutely make sure you’re attending the ERTC trainings, that you’ve gone through the ERTC course. You will have much better results with your clients if you are able to intelligently discuss ERTC with them and you understand that program. But that is all provided through the ERTC field agent training. Awesome. Yeah, OK, you understand that part? Great, great, great, great.

So when you signed up, you got ertc field agent training access. And yes, we have a team of account executives. I like to compare them to mortgage loan processors. Right. If you’ve ever gotten a mortgage, you know, somebody sold you on a mortgage and then they handed you off to somebody who, as a former processor, I can say this, actually knows what they’re doing to make sure that the file gets all of the questions answered correctly and the documentation, all the supporting documentation, all the required contracts are signed. So we’ve got our sales force agents. You’re just sending out those emails, right? But then once the person applies, they get handed over to the account executive or the processor who does make those phone calls, who holds the customer’s hand, who answers all their questions, explains all of the documentation, make sure all the contracts are signed, and then it goes over to the Cpas who actually produce the refund, and then it gets filed.

So to answer your question, yes, there is a specific team that makes those calls, but it is the ertc Express team, not small batch. Phone calls are not a service offered through the small batch system. Cool. All right. But yeah, but the two together, it works pretty well. We’re, you know, we’re hand in hand. Follow up question there, Michael, do I need to set up a separate e-mail address? We recommend that you do not use your primary business e-mail address for your cold outreach. So if your business domain is the only one you have, then yes, we do recommend you get a different domain and set up e-mail on that domain.

So if for any reason your domain is compromised and an account is shut down, it doesn’t affect your primary business, your core, actual everyday use e-mail for each campaign. You do not need a separate e-mail address for each campaign. One e-mail address can send out approximately 50 emails a day in compliance with the small batch method that keeps you under Google’s radar, keeps your account from getting shut down. If you want to send more than 50 emails a day or more than one campaign every day at the same time, then yes, you would need multiple e-mail addresses. You are able to have up to three e-mail addresses on a single domain. So if you wanted to send three campaigns a day at the same time, three in a single day, which would give you about 150 outbound emails per day, you can have one domain. Say it’s Michael miller.com. You could have Mike at michaelmiller.com, Michael at michaelmiller.com and miller@michaelmiller.com.

3 emails, one domain. Each one can have a campaign. Each one can send 50 emails per day, right? And the following day, the second e-mail of the campaign can run in another 150 emails, right? If you want a 4th, 5th, and 6th e-mail, you will need a second domain, and then that second domain can have 3 emails each. OK, so that’s how you scale up. I do recommend that you get the hang of doing 1 e-mail, one campaign per day until you feel very comfortable with the system. OK, you’re monitoring your reply emails.
