Oh, hey, everybody. It starts me muted, and I always forget, and I just come in chatting away and realize you can’t hear me. So, can you let me know if you can hear me now?
0:19
I’m going to open up our questions box. All right, thanks, Connie.
0:25
So as we go through—you know the drill—anything you want to know, jump in, ask away in chat. We’ll give folks a couple of minutes to get here. We do have a mix of announcing some more niches and content, fulfilling that 2025 commitment to having 100 new campaigns for you in 2025.
0:49
We are rocking and rolling with that.
0:52
We’ve got some good niches that we’re announcing and delivering today and in the next 24 hours.
0:57
Then we have a new installment of our AI training from Rose.
1:03
Brian, I’m sure you’ve seen all of the emails and communication.
1:07
Brian’s focus on AI is really intense right now because, well, you know, it was a novelty, I think, in the past 12 months.
1:16
But what I’ve seen in the past three months—60 days—is really actionable, like leaps and advances in functionality.
1:30
And a lot of that has to do with my own education, learning how to maximize. You go stumbling around, and it’s interesting.
1:38
You’re making AI images and you have 15 fingers, and now—recently—I’ve used it to write code for my websites.
1:51
Yeah, I was able to upload a spreadsheet of data and ask AI to produce a table chart for my website.
2:03
I changed the aesthetic, I changed details, and then it gave it to me in pure HTML markup code.
2:11
So I was able to not upload a static image of a table, but a true coded table, which I was then able to edit and fine-tune.
2:21
So things that were never accessible to me—I would not be able to generate an HTML-coded table, right?
2:31
I might be able to use a tool or a website builder to build a table, but to code that? That was not accessible to me. I would say I’m a pretty tech-savvy individual, but I’m a layman. I’m not a coder by any means.
2:47
So having that at my fingertips—just describing, as I would to an employee: “Hey, make this bold, make this blue, center this text, change this to that”—and it did. It gave me exactly what I needed. It was pretty fantastic.
3:04
And those of you who are keeping an ear to the ground for our telehealth offering that we’re rolling out beginning of August—that is what the table was for.
3:18
So when I’m able to share the details of that offering and that sales page, you’ll see that table of benefits and features and know that I was talking about it right here.
3:34
Hey James, Connie, thanks for being here.
3:40
Telehealth program—ooh, Connie, yep. We’re gonna have it. If you don’t already know, it’s Brian’s… you know, we think it’s the next ERTC.
3:49
It’s a program that we’ve been developing internally as a business, and then we’re also going to open it up for agents and affiliates. And it will absolutely be a small-batch VIP all the way—perfect for us here.
4:08
I’m sworn to secrecy; I can’t talk too much. But mark your calendars for August.
4:12
We’ve got big news.
4:15
Yes, telehealth.
4:18
It’s much, much more than that, but that’s our shorthand internally.
4:21
All right, I’m going to jump right into it—let you know what’s new this week.
4:25
Can everybody see my screen?
4:27
Let me know—do you see “Exciting Updates: Done-for-You Campaigns” and “Bite-Size AI Session”?
4:31
That’s what we’re going to be doing today.
4:34
All right, so we’ve got the done-for-you campaign niches that we’ve already released.
4:39
And what’s coming up next?
4:40
I have the same spiel every week.
4:45
We want to prioritize what you want to market.
4:49
I personally have requested solar, because I don’t know if you’ve seen the training we had last week—Brian shared it—from Damien Harlan.
5:01
Solar companies are losing their government subsidies on December 31st.
5:06
So what used to cost a customer $2,500 is now going to cost a customer $7,500 in 2026.
5:15
So solar companies are in a mad rush to get as many customers as possible, right?
5:21
The training that we’ve got—you’ll probably see an email about it—it’s an offer that’s closing tomorrow at midnight.
5:28
If you want more information, send me a ticket. I’ll help you find it if you’re interested in targeting solar.
5:33
It’s a hot-button niche right now—right now. And of course, you could use the small-batch system to target them.
5:44
So I am bumping solar up on the list for our next release.
5:49
And of course, if you take advantage of the AI Agency Profit System that Brian has emailed about—I think one went out this morning—you can take a look.
6:02
If you are generating or using that content from that system, you absolutely can use it in Small Batch.
6:09
It is a match made in heaven.
6:12
And yes, the secret niche that’s got a boot on their neck to get as many customers as they can before December 31st is solar.
6:23
So let me jump into the questions.
6:25
Connie’s asking: “Anything happened with the new tax credit rebate that was coming, mentioned two or three months ago?”
6:30
The R&D—Research and Development—credit? Yes.
6:35
ERTC Express is rolling out an R&D program.
6:40
We should have it in the next two weeks—maybe four—because we’re going to launch it internally first, right?
6:48
And then roll it out to agents once we know it’s seamless, functioning, that we can track your deals, etc., etc.
6:57
So be on the lookout for that as well.
7:01
All right, any questions so far?
7:03
Okay, oh, I digressed.
7:08
I’m bumping up solar, but if there are any niches that you want to focus on, send them to me as a support ticket or post in the Facebook groups so that I can have them developed next.
7:18
We will always prioritize your requests and generate content for you over a static to-do list.
7:25
This is our big picture, but we’re going to do what you want.
7:29
So keep those requests coming.
7:33
New campaigns were added today.
7:35
The content is available in the members’ area, and we are pushing out the campaigns to all Small Batch CRM members in the next 48 hours.
7:43
The niches include landing new clients, fulfilling client orders, and reactivating campaigns for the following: handyman, electrician, painter, and accountants.
7:53
The contractor niches are always super hot.
7:57
They’re usually smaller businesses with, I’ll say, smaller ad campaign budgets, but that doesn’t mean they won’t pay you well. It means they’re not buying TV spots, right? They need your help and don’t know how to get it. Your expertise is valued. Many of them usually have their own past client lists, so that a reactivation campaign works really well.
8:27
So we’ve got the reactivation campaign to get old clients back, and then we’ve got—I’m just going to breeze through it, you know the deal—this is you reaching out to previous businesses: want to check in, see if they need the handyman for odd jobs, the electrician to review things, or the painter to refresh things. It’s a great time for paint—no rain, not winter, perfect for exterior housework. As for accounting, while not seasonal, it’s a good time because they’re in a lull. There’s no immediate tax deadline, so now they can focus on client acquisition and reactivation.
9:22
Client onboarding niche-specific campaigns are also included. These are for introducing new clients—basically, reaching out to a cold list—and then order fulfillment kicks in after the client has come on board.
9:41
Are there campaigns for those niches to sell them agency services, or do we need to write them? I see your question.
9:50
You’re asking about the emails written to the actual niches.
9:54
Those were all fulfillment for the customer. I get it.
10:00
Yes, there are client acquisition and agency service emails too.
10:06
As usual, here’s what to expect:
10:08
These done-for-you campaigns are live.
10:10
They’ll be added to Small Batch accounts in the next 48 hours. If you need help, reach out to our support team for guidance.
10:17
That’s our standard intro.
10:22
You hear it almost every time—announcing the new niches and asking for your input so we can help you.
10:28
My goal, as always, is to break down any roadblocks, speed bumps, or problems that are keeping you from being productive.
10:40
So here’s where you can let me know how I can help you.
10:45
If you have specific questions, I can dive in. Let’s see—when starting from ground zero, Connie asks: please remind me, if I use the done-for-you setup, I know I input my domain name, but do I need to set up an email address from within my domain registrar?
11:00
Yes, Connie. When you’re starting from zero, you have to create the email address with your registrar—your host, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.
11:14
You then provide us with an existing email, username, and password.
11:23
We enter your account and begin the email warm-up as if we were you, directly from your inbox.
11:33
Then, once that email is warmed up—or at the same time—you take that email you’ve created and use it to set up your CRM account, your email service provider, and your Small Batch CRM account.
11:51
That’s what I recommend. But yes, you have to create the email. Our team cannot go into Namecheap, GoDaddy, or your host registrar. We can’t log in and do that work for you.
12:09
That’s the only part that’s not included in our done-for-you.
12:16
Okay, hold please, and I’m going to jump into the AI-driven affiliate marketing training.
12:26
If we don’t have any questions, I’m going to start there.
12:31
Okay, and I’m here in the background.
12:33
I can answer any questions as the training goes on, and I’ll be back when the training is over.
12:38
All right.
12:47
Welcome, everyone.
12:48
Thanks for joining today’s training on AI-Driven Affiliate Marketing.
12:53
We’re going to explore how to harness the power of artificial intelligence, especially with tools like ChatGPT and Claude.ai, to boost your affiliate marketing performance.
13:09
Whether you’re a content creator, entrepreneur, or just getting started in digital marketing, this training is designed to give you a solid foundation in affiliate marketing.
13:21
We’ll walk you through the basics, cover the role of an affiliate marketing manager, and show you how to use AI tools to automate and scale your campaigns.
13:31
You’ll also get hands-on with AI prompt writing exercises, so you can start applying what you’ve learned immediately.
13:41
What is affiliate marketing?
13:44
Let’s start with the basics.
13:46
Affiliate marketing is when someone promotes a product or service and earns a commission for any sales, leads, or clicks generated through their unique referral link.
13:59
For example, a YouTuber might share a link to a product they reviewed.
14:03
If someone buys through that link, they get paid.
14:08
This model is used by bloggers, vloggers, influencers, and creators across almost every platform today.
14:20
What is affiliate marketing management?
14:23
Now, managing affiliate marketing is about making sure your affiliates align with your brand and strategy.
14:32
You’ll be selecting the right partners, tracking performance, handling payments, and maintaining ethical standards.
14:40
This role is part data analyst, part relationship manager, and part strategist.
14:47
A quick prompt you can try is: “Shortly explain what affiliate marketing management is.”
14:54
Go ahead and check ChatGPT and try it out now.
14:59
We encourage you to try out every prompt we show throughout the training.
15:06
Go ahead and open ChatGPT or Claude.AI to try it out now.
15:14
Let’s move on to the next slide.
15:16
What is AI-driven affiliate marketing?
15:19
Well, AI-driven affiliate marketing takes things to the next level.
15:25
Tools like ChatGPT and Claude.AI can automate research, content writing, targeting, and analytics.
15:34
This means less manual work, more personalization, and faster execution.
15:41
You can scale campaigns with precision and test new angles without burning time or budget.
15:51
As mentioned earlier, affiliates promote through all kinds of platforms.
15:55
Blogs, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and email newsletters are among the most popular.
16:03
Choosing the right platform depends on your audience, product, and content type.
16:08
Try this prompt: open ChatGPT and type in, “Identify social media platforms or affiliates for an education company.”
16:19
Of course, you can try different niches, such as affiliates for handyman companies or moving and storage companies, depending on what you like.
16:38
So what did ChatGPT say?
16:39
For me, when I typed it in, it gave me a list of courses, programs, and tools, along with suggestions on how each can be used as an affiliate for education companies, and of course, a list of social media platforms.
16:57
Interesting, right?
16:58
Let’s move on.
17:01
Affiliate marketing is popular for a good reason.
17:04
It’s low-risk and performance-based.
17:06
You can access new audiences through trusted creators, and the model scales well for both small businesses and large brands.
17:16
But it is not without challenges.
17:19
You’ll need to ensure your affiliates fit with your brand.
17:23
Of course, you have to prevent fraud and stay compliant with disclosure rules.
17:35
That said, affiliate marketing isn’t a fit for every business.
17:39
If your product requires one-on-one selling, demos, or a complex onboarding process, traditional sales methods may be better.
17:50
Think of a software-as-a-service tool that needs a walkthrough or setup support.
17:56
Affiliate links alone may not close the deal.
17:59
Here’s a prompt that you could try.
18:01
Open ChatGPT and type in, “Assess the need for affiliate marketing for a home décor brand.”
18:16
Are you done? Interesting, right?
18:19
It gave us a concise assessment of the need for affiliate marketing for a home décor brand, including benefits and challenges—even if we didn’t specifically ask for them.
18:30
That’s how AI thinks for us.
18:33
It gives us what we didn’t even know we needed.
18:38
Let’s move on.
18:44
Just like every technology, affiliate marketing is also evolving.
18:49
Short-form content is booming.
18:51
For example, TikTok and Instagram Reels are leading the charge.
18:56
We’re also seeing increased use of personalized links and first-party data.
19:03
Try this on ChatGPT.
19:04
Type in, “What are the current trends in influencer marketing within affiliate marketing?”
19:10
Share your answers in the chat.
19:20
What did yours say?
19:22
So, from my end, it gave me the current trends in influencer marketing from 2024 to 2025.
19:29
Now, if you want this to be niche-specific to your business or brand, you can do so by just typing another prompt, saying, “Make this specific to the education niche,” and see what ChatGPT says.
19:52
AI tools are shaping how we work.
19:55
ChatGPT and Claude.AI can handle content creation, keyword research, and campaign analysis—you name it.
20:04
Instead of writing 10 product descriptions from scratch, you can have them done in minutes with AI.
20:10
This saves time, ensures consistency, and lets you focus on strategy.
20:27
Now, let’s have a quick overview of ChatGPT and Claude.AI.
20:33
ChatGPT is great for rapid content creation, brainstorming, and conversational marketing.
20:40
Claude.AI, on the other hand, is built by Anthropic and is excellent for brand-safe content and deeper, more analytical tasks.
20:50
It’s especially helpful when accuracy and compliance matter.
20:55
So I suggest you try both and compare the output that you see from each of these platforms.
21:18
Now that you’ve had a quick overview of ChatGPT and Claude.ai, let’s try some hands-on exercises.
21:25
With ChatGPT, you can generate product reviews, email sequences, and fresh content ideas.
21:34
Here’s a prompt example that I want you to try.
21:38
Type in: Write a 300-word review for noise-cancelling headphones targeting remote workers, highlighting focus and productivity.
21:56
Next exercise.
21:58
This one is for Claude.ai.
22:00
Claude.ai is great for strategy.
22:03
You can ask it to analyze competitors, draft compliant ad copies, or summarize keyword trends.
22:11
Try this.
22:12
Type in: Summarize top affiliate marketing trends in sustainable fashion for the next six months, and share your answers if you could.
22:34
Now, why is it important to learn AI?
22:37
Let’s look at real-world examples and case studies to see the impact of these tools.
22:45
A 2024 study showed that AI-generated content increased conversions by 25% for a major affiliate network.
22:54
Marketers also saved 10+ hours per week and reduced ad rejections by 99%, thanks to safer content generation.
23:11
Of course, before we end this, we want you to have a practice assignment.
23:16
Open ChatGPT or Claude and try the following prompts on your own time.
23:23
We will have a copy of this training exercise on our website.
23:36
To wrap things up, affiliate marketing is a powerful model, and when combined with AI, it becomes scalable, personalized, and highly efficient.
23:45
Start experimenting with prompts, build your content, and analyze your performance.
23:52
And most importantly, keep learning and adapting.
23:56
The tools are powerful, but it’s your creativity that brings them to life.
24:01
As a bonus, we will be sharing a beginner’s ChatGPT prompt guide for digital marketers to help you get even more confident using tools like ChatGPT and Claude.ai.
24:14
It’s a great starting point if you’re new to prompt writing or just want a handy reference.
24:20
See you next time!
24:41
All right, everybody, can you hear me again?
24:43
We’ve wrapped up the training.
24:46
James, I see your questions.
24:51
I recommend your name in front of your domain.
24:57
So james@jamesfernonline.com makes it really, really personal.
25:01
Personally, that’s what I would recommend.
25:04
Awesome.
25:06
All right, so Rose did mention that we’re going to have a bonus PDF that has prompts and training, etc.
25:12
We’ve already built the replay page for today’s training.
25:16
It’s already in the members’ area. Even though the video—because we’re doing it right now—isn’t there yet, you can go to the members area, to today’s replay page, grab that bonus PDF, takeaway flyer, and training document right now. It’s already there. And that’s it—that’s us for today. I did mention the Advanced AI Agency Profits product that Brian had a training on last week and is endorsing. It is incredible.
25:54
I can’t get into all of the details now.
25:57
I could go on and on, and it would be a whole thing.
26:01
But if you want to check it out, the charter member discount pricing, one-time fee, and bonus packages are available through midnight tomorrow.
26:15
You can go to Brian—I’m putting this in the chat too—https://briananderson.online/REV, like revenue, R-E-V.
26:27
I’m sending that to everybody.
26:30
There are a limited number of charter seats, but I have negotiated with Damien and Harlan that all SmallBatch members can get that charter membership—even if we sell out—but only through midnight tomorrow.
26:44
So do watch out for that. The number of seats isn’t as relevant, but the timing is.
26:53
It is focused on the solar industry and how the government subsidies end on December 31st of this year, but this program is not in any way limited to the solar industry niche.
27:14
If you’re not interested in working in solar, that’s absolutely fine.
27:17
Everything in this training and program absolutely can work across every single niche covered by SmallBatch. It is a perfect companion to SmallBatch.
27:25
But if you’re looking for another lightning-in-a-bottle opportunity like the ERTC, for this, we are acknowledging that solar is a hot strike right now.
27:39
So definitely check out that training. If you’ve got 30 to 45 minutes, there are speed controls.
27:46
You can listen to it at 2x speed.
27:47
You can jump around; there’s fast forward.
27:49
We’re not gonna hold you hostage.
27:50
And if you have any questions, come to me at getsupport.biz.
27:53
If you have a niche that you want to work on and you want us to jump to it in the content, as always, hit me on Facebook or send me a support ticket, and I’ll get this video published in the members’ area.
28:07
But like I said, you can go right now and get the bonus that Rose talked about in that quick AI training.
28:12
Before I give you back your day, I’m looking to see if there’s any questions I can help you with before we wrap.
28:22
Okay, James is confirming that your domain is set up.
28:26
Perfect, and you can get going with SmallBatch.
28:27
Awesome.
28:28
Inside the members area, James, remember across the top on the nav bar, you’re looking for SmallBatch CRM GoPro.
28:38
Or first, you have to start your SmallBatch CRM, but that’s on the primary nav bar.
28:43
You don’t have to go Pro until you’re ready to scale up, add additional emails, have unlimited emails sending from your campaign, etc.
28:55
And I will be looking for your tickets.
28:56
If you have any, either myself, Rose, or the team will help you. And if it ever needs to be escalated, if you need my help, I am standing by.
29:06
Oh, if you already have the CRM, that’s fantastic. Perfect.
29:09
Where do we go to get our 75 lists per day—your list of 70? Okay.
29:13
So honestly, Alan, this is great news. I love this answer. You’re not limited to 75 results in your list.
29:21
Your list will include all of the results that fit your criteria. So it’s not that your list is 75 per day.
29:29
You get a list every day that you request, and it’s an unlimited number of contacts, as long as they fit your criteria. You do that inside the members area, smallbatchsystem.com, on the DFY (Done For You) tab. In the drop-down, it’s “Get Your Daily List.” The 75 is where you take your list and choose 75 contacts, and you submit that request to send a campaign to those 75 in SmallBatch. That also is under the Done For You tab in smallbatchsystem.com.
30:05
And if you need a refresher at any time on how to maximize results and how to use the SmallBatch System Done For You services, when you log in to smallbatchsystem.com, the very first link on the welcome page is “Done For You Training.”
30:19
Training on how to use the Done For You system.
30:21
Yep, where do we go?
30:23
Oh, that’s the same question, Alan.
30:24
I just answered it.
30:25
All right, is there anything else I can help anybody with at all?
30:29
We’ve got time on the books, but I’m not gonna waste it.
30:31
I know your time is very, very valuable, but if there’s something I can help with—quick, quick.
30:41
All right, I don’t think anybody’s even typing.
30:44
All right, what a great call, great day.
30:47
We’ll be in the Facebook group.
30:48
I’m gonna get this replay published for you. Standing by to make content for you—whatever you want.
30:53
Let me know, and I hope you all have a great week. We’ll see you next time.
30:57
Thanks, Alan, I appreciate that. You too.
31:00
All right, everybody.
31:02
Oh, Cindy needs my help.
31:03
All right, Cindy, what can I do?
31:07
You caught me—I was just about to sign off.
31:17
You say you emailed. Did you send in a ticket?
31:19
I want to know where to look.
31:30
Ticket to support? Okay, fantastic, Cindy.
31:32
I will go look at it right now, and I’ll get you help.
31:36
All right, anybody else?
31:40
Okay, everybody, thank you, thank you, thank you.
31:42
Have a great day, and we’ll see you soon. Bye.
