[0:01] Hey everybody, happy Monday. Hope you had a great 4th of July weekend. Mine was good. See if I can get my screen — okay, you should see me. Hi. See, this is good. Connie says Mike says the audio and screen is good. Hey, before I start live and start talking — what do you guys see? Do you see my screen display? Do you see me on camera? Very curious as to what I’m broadcasting before I start. Your audio and screen is good, thank you, thank you. Okay, terrific.

[0:50] All right, so I want to thank you guys so much for all of your patience. The past couple of sessions have been challenging, right? Two weeks ago on Monday, we had my monitor give up and disconnect and so we weren’t able to continue. So today we do have a continuation of that session. And last week I, was invited to participate in FinTitan training, helping the new hires know how to work with you as agents to push deals forward efficiently and effectively. And in big news for me with FinTitan — they’ve actually asked me to coordinate all of the onboarding new hire training from now on. So my guidance — I’ll be the training Sherpa. I will guide them through. I won’t be providing all of the technical training obviously, but I will be their hostess on guiding their way through.

[2:09] But thank you, Mike, very much. Yep, so my duties — when we have a new team member on board, I will be meeting with them first thing in the morning and walking them through. Of course, most people start on Mondays. So it could impact our sessions on Mondays at noon. So I’m gonna be evaluating how these trainings are structured. I want to prioritize our time together so that it’s not disrupted too much. But I do wanna thank you in advance for your patience and understanding if we do need to maybe adjust the time or even date of our training sessions. We’ve been Mondays at noon for two or three years now, and this is my routine, and I hate to disrupt it, but we’re all in this together, right? So thank you for your understanding. Mondays are still best, I agree. I like to start off the week strong, having met with all of you and answering any questions and getting started, right? So Mondays are perfect, I agree. So maybe we do it a little earlier in the day because I do need to meet with new hires. Maybe play the time. Okay, so any time — Mike says any time on Mondays works great. That’s really great to hear. So I do prefer Mondays.

📌 Housekeeping — Tomorrow’s Live Demo Session and Upcoming Schedule

[3:44] Vanessa: A little housekeeping. Tomorrow at 2 p.m. we have a live demo training session — not specifically exclusively Small Batch related, but absolutely a beneficial session for you. So if you are not already planning on attending — I did go, it was not a reserved-seat situation, it was a only-come-if-you-want-to-come registration invitation that I started sending out last week. But I saw that we were running out of seats so I did block off and register all my Small Batch members. So you should have received an email this morning if you hadn’t previously self-registered. If you would like some more information about it, go to BrianAnderson.online/confirmed79. This is going to give you more information about what we’re talking about.

[5:09] Yeah, Brian and I are hosting, so it will be a live presentation. The tools and systems — it’s so cool, I just can’t wait for you to see it. If you weren’t already planning on coming, you can jump on that page, you can learn more about it, and there’s an add-to-calendar. But like I said, I did go ahead and reserve you a seat this morning because we were almost at GoToWebinar capacity. It’s very exciting. It’s a live demo, it’s a workshop. It’s not canned slides and boring — it’s like actual actionable content that you can take with you. So I definitely wanted to make sure that you had a spot. So you’ve all got your links in your email. If you don’t see the link in your email, you can send me a ticket and I’ll get you your link, but it is locked in and reserved. But I do recommend you hop onto BrianAnderson.online/confirmed79 and just get the information about it and add it to your calendar. All right, so that’s tomorrow at 2 p.m. If you didn’t see the email, if you have any questions, let me know — getsupport.biz. I will help you out.

📌 Context Reset — Mold and Mildew Campaign Continuation

[6:21] Vanessa: All right, it does absolutely tie into everything we’ve been learning on the Small Batch — it just takes it to another level. All right, so back — about 13 and a half days ago, right? We started our reply sequence for the mold and mildew campaign niche. We had already learned about why the mold and mildew industry is such a prime target to service with lead generation. We talked about how the Small Batch methodology reaches people — not mold and mildew remediation companies, like lead generation capturing the attention of the mold and mildew remediation companies — prime for Small Batch outreach. This is how you get the customer. When you service the customer, the Small Batch System isn’t necessarily the A1 topic because the way mold and mildew customers find mold and mildew companies — getting an email to hit them right when it is a pain point for them is tough, but you can absolutely use the Small Batch System to get mold and mildew remediation companies talking to you about your services.

[7:49] So this is where all of the revenue generators and the other methodologies for generating leads in the moment where the lead is hot comes in. We had previously talked about Leadsly, where you’re able to monitor people searching for a topic on the internet. That’s where this ties in, right? We endorsed Jeff Hershey’s Leadsly methodology. We also endorsed Josh Zamora’s SERP Sling, where you’re using AI answer engines — where you’re getting your mold and mildew remediation company, for example, to appear in AI results if someone asks ChatGPT or Claude or Gemini about mold and mildew remediation. SERP Sling with Josh Zamora influences or gets you ranked with AI answers. So between those two services, you’re able to provide lead generation services to mold and mildew companies. But today we’re going to talk about reaching out to those mold and mildew companies to get them talking to you, right? Get them to reply to the email so you can offer your services.

[9:09] All right. So is everybody on the same page about our approach? So Joseph asks, “Does this have anything to do with the lead system you presented before?” So yes, this definitely ties into the previous lead generation tools and local marketing digital agency tools that we’ve talked about before. You’re not limited to providing a fulfillment service of Small Batch System emails to your clients, absolutely. You definitely can. For example, after mold and mildew companies have a client, they’ve serviced the client — it’s very, very smart to reach out to them on a regular basis so that you can provide customer service, get positive reviews, stay top of mind so next time they have a leak or a rain flood. Funny enough, Brian had kind of an emergency last Wednesday. I passed him in the hallway. He was jumping out of the house and he just said “make sure your kid knows that they can’t leave a faucet running when they leave the house.” And I just gasped and thought — oh, mold and mildew. Brian might be the next customer.

[10:29] So today we’re focusing on reaching out to mold and mildew companies. But yes, Joseph, all of the different lead generation campaigns for getting consumers working with your clients — all of this ties in together. We’re not a one-trick pony. We like to use all of the smart tools at our disposal. Pick the ones that work best for you, that you enjoy working with, and the service that you want to provide, and we use the Small Batch System to augment and make everything we’re doing tie together and be better.

📌 Q&A — Favorite Follow-Up Email Tool and Go High Level vs. Infusionsoft

[11:21] Vanessa: “What’s your favorite email marketing automation tool to follow up with after the Small Batch System gets them interested?” Okay, so that’s a fantastic question, Connie, and we’ll talk about it before we jump into today’s structured training. I love the Small Batch System through the Go High Level with the automations we’ve built to take cold to warm, right? That’s what we’ve talked about. It’s fantastic for keeping my domain clean to keep my primary email off the spam list, right? All of you know the emails from me come from help@getsupport.biz, right? But my cold outreach goes through my Go High Level account and we’ve got 20 or 30 domains all with three email addresses.

[12:19] What Connie’s asking is — after we’ve done the cold email and the Engagement Amplifier has noted that they are warm, then what do we do? Fantastic question. So I’m using exclusively the three to five touch call-to-action reply sequences. So I am monitoring opens, but I’m also monitoring the replies. So when they go into the open, I consider them warm, and I keep them in my cold outreach, and I continue to follow up, follow up, follow up, until I get them to reply. When they reply, I take them and move them into — I use Infusionsoft. I can’t say that it is hands down the number one best for everybody in the world. You’ve probably heard it referred to as Confusionsoft. It was bought by a company called Keap, and now I believe it’s owned by a company named Thrive. So it’s gone through a couple of hands. They are bringing it into the 21st century UI-wise. But it is the most complete, comprehensive, and powerful CRM that I’ve used while also being user-friendly. I would compare, based on everything I’ve ever used, the most closely comparable would be HubSpot. I don’t like HubSpot. I don’t like the functionality. I was trained on Infusionsoft when I came in with Brian into the online marketing world. We did mortgages together 22, 23 years ago, but when he moved me from his brick-and-mortar businesses into his online businesses, he introduced me to Infusionsoft. And that’s what I cut my teeth on.
