Good morning, everyone.
0:07
Happy Monday.
0:09
Let me know in the Q &A, in the chat, if you can hear me.
0:13
I think I've remembered to turn off all my different mute buttons.
0:17
Let's see, who all do we have?
0:18
Hey, Connie, thanks for joining us today.
0:22
We've got James, hey, Leanne, and Steve Brandz, hey, thanks.
0:26
Thanks for talking to me last week.
0:27
That really helped us out.
0:30
I want to know how you like Ampcast, because I'm really excited about it.
0:37
Hey, Daz and Donna can hear me.
0:40
Okay, great. What is AmpCast?
0:43
Okay, so I dropped a link in the Small Batch System group.
0:49
I'm trying to get it to be a revenue generator for us.
0:53
It is a product that had a global launch, but it was offering beta spots at a crazy, crazy discount.
1:02
And what it is, is a traffic generator.
1:07
So it doesn't necessarily tie directly into email, but it's a way to amplify or supplement or add on to a Small Batch System business.
1:19
If you want to drive organic traffic without Facebook ads, et cetera, to your affiliate offer, to your local services offer, et cetera.
1:30
At this time, they won't allow me to sell it at the launch price on an evergreen revenue generator link.
1:38
So it was a global launch last week, and Steve had reached out to Brian about wanting to get it.
1:44
And so I am excited to make sure, you know, and know how it works out for you.
1:48
And with your endorsement, Steve, honestly, I will be able to go back to them with the leverage that this is a huge benefit to our VIP group, Small Batch System members.
1:58
They may, if not as good a deal as the initial launch, at least some special offer with Brian.
2:06
So that's what we're talking about there.
2:08
That's what we were talking about.
2:09
The past couple of weeks, we've been sharing that AMP cast.
2:14
It got a lot of traffic, a lot of attention.
2:16
So I figure everybody knew about it.
2:18
I would hate for somebody to have missed out on that special deal.
2:21
If you were interested and didn't get that launch discount, let me know.
2:28
and like I said, I'll see what I can do.
2:30
I'm just giving everybody a minute to jump in.
2:34
We're not yet, no, no, we're not selling AmpCast today.
2:38
Nope, that launch ended last Thursday.
2:42
Can you tell us what tomorrow's ERTC agent update is?
2:45
Thought it was over.
2:46
Connie, it's Wednesday.
2:48
The call is Wednesday at two, so it's not tomorrow, so I would love for you to be there.
2:53
The program is over, as in we can't take additional submissions, right?
2:59
But what Brian wants to talk about tomorrow is current IRS regulations for how we handle customers and clients, forms and making sure that our contact information with the clients continue to be kept current that we continue to have a power of attorney on file with IRS so that we can facilitate if the IRS needs any for example additional information or has questions about a file before they issue the refund check if we don't have a 2848 power of attorney on file with the IRS a valid one then we cannot continue to work for the customer the IRS won't talk So Brian's going to be talking to all of us about how, as agents, you can continue to participate in making sure that we're able to continue working to benefit your clients and our clients, as well as ensure that you get paid, right?
4:03
If a file requires additional information and they're not going to issue a check until that additional information is received, it is to all of our benefit if we all work together as a team to make sure that we've got what we need right if you have no deals going then you don't need to be counting that's right we are also going to talk about and I'll just give you guys a hint a heads up we're doing more commissions tomorrow and one of the things we're going to talk about is that one of the hardest things we face in the ERTC Express company is getting agents payment accounts activated, so that we can pay out the money.
4:44
Every account has to be validated by the agent, as in you have to go in and put in your W-9 tax information and set up your bank account so that the direct deposit of your commission can be issued.
4:56
We have, I can't even tell you the number.
5:00
I don't know off the top of my head, but tons, I can say, of deals that have been paid out in full four months, And we are repeatedly trying to reach the agent to finalize their every account.
5:15
That's the third party secure payment system that we use to do commission paychecks.
5:22
So if you have a deal that even if it's three years old, if you have a deal in the process in the system, do make sure that your every account is set up because while we do very Persistently reach out to the agents to make sure everything is set up so that we can pay you there's some folks We just can't reach.
5:40
I doubt it's y'all because we talk every we're in the Facebook group and we talk every two weeks, but just a thought but that is what the ERTC that's some of what the ERTC agent update stuff will be and yes It is pertinent only to folks who have deals submitted.
5:57
So if you don't have any deals submitted then and you can skip it.
6:02
All right, let's see.
6:04
Okay, I think I've got everybody on.
6:06
We can jump in and shift our focus to the Small Batch System system.
6:11
I'm going to be reviewing the new email campaigns that have been loaded up in the members area.
6:16
They've also already been published into all of the Small Batch System CRM accounts.
6:23
They will be pushed out to all Small Batch System CRM accounts within the next 24 hours.
6:28
So we have to build it in our primary account and then individually to all of you push the snapshot or the campaign out into your account.
6:39
So it does take some time. It is a manual process, but our team is on it.
6:43
So we'll go over what we talked about or what those email campaigns are and the niches.
6:50
And then I'm here for any Q &A. All right.
6:55
Connie is asking about a new tax program affiliate opportunity.
7:00
Yes, not ERTC, but it's a research and development program.
7:06
It will be offered to Small Batch System members to be agents, right, so it's relevant.
7:10
So I'm gonna talk about it now because it's pertinent to what we're talking about.
7:17
You'll hear Brian refer to it as R and D.
7:21
Sometimes it sounds like he's saying R in D, but it's R and D, research and development.
7:27
The great thing about it is it's, there's many great things. One, it's not a new program.
7:32
It is a tax incentive that's been around for years and years and years, at least a decade, I know. So it's not going to be controversial.
7:39
It's not going to be at the whims of the political party that's, you know, elected. It's established.
7:45
The other good thing is it is recurring. It happens every year, right? So it's not a one and done.
7:52
Um, you know, we all love to create that recurring practically passive income.
7:58
So that is coming, uh, it will be, um, handled through ERTC express.
8:04
So existing agents will be able to, um, promote that product. And then Small Batch System system members, you also will have the ability to promote that product.
8:13
We won't be opening it up to new agents for a while.
8:18
because you know it's it's laborious to train new folks from fresh but all of our ERTC Express agents are seasoned and know how we work and know what to expect and already you know we feel like you're ready to hit the ground running better so we're gonna start there all right any questions with there had a good domain about to expire just wanted to check yeah yeah hang on to that if It's only the 10.99 a year, definitely hold on to great domains.
8:54
Would you call it a tax refund?
8:56
It's a R &D tax credit.
8:58
So in the same way, the ERTC tax was a credit, that program was a credit.
9:05
The reason it was refunded to them because there was overpayment, it was a retroactive tax credit.
9:11
So funds paid were refunded, but really you would call it a credit, is the more technically correct term.
9:21
But refund is a great word for SEO.
9:24
My domain has tax refund in it, Connie, that's absolutely fine, totally fine, totally fine.
9:30
All right, so any other stuff you wanna talk about before we jump into what's new in SmallBatch?
9:38
And again, we will do SmallBatch Q &A after as well.
9:41
But once I get going, I won't be able to see the Q &A, so I want to answer any questions that we've got there first, and then we'll just rock and roll, all right?
9:55
OK, great.
9:56
So what's new?
9:57
Like I said, we have rolled out new Done For You campaigns.
10:04
You'll find them in three places.
10:06
In the members area, the content of the campaigns, just like a Google Doc version where you can read it all in one place very simply, that's available to you in the members area under campaigns.
10:19
It is available on the done for you forms.
10:22
So if you're using any of the endorsed mail tools besides the Small Batch System CRM, such as Mailjet, Instantly, GMass, et cetera, all of those campaigns are available to you in the done for you.
10:39
And if you are a Small Batch System CRM account holder, they are being pushed out to your account today. You can also use the done for you services for us to launch those campaigns for you out of your Small Batch System CRM or you can do it yourself.
10:57
Okay so these are the done for you campaign niches that we have on our list.
11:02
As you can see on the screen we've got the ones that have already been released and what's coming up next.
11:11
My watch as a replay, is that if you have a niche that you wanna work that we haven't produced yet, let me know, right?
11:18
If you wanna work with CPAs and you want it bumped to the top of the list, let me know.
11:23
Tag me on Facebook, send me a support ticket, tell me on a call.
11:27
If you wanna work on it, we're gonna move it to the top of the list.
11:31
If you have a niche that you don't see on the list that you wanna work with, also, yes, tell me and we'll put it at the top.
11:40
We want to be in service to you.
11:43
We don't have an agenda.
11:45
It does not benefit me to release HVAC before carpet cleaning.
11:48
But if it benefits you to have carpet cleaning next week, tell me and I will make sure you've got it.
11:53
Does that make sense?
11:55
Anybody see one they want me to bump?
11:59
Or wanna sell something to somebody that you don't see on the list?
12:03
I'm gonna wait a few seconds so you can type it in the chat and I will escalate. All right, well, if you think of something any time during the call, drop it in the chat.
12:13
We can add it to the list and bump it to the top, right?
12:18
So the new campaigns that were added today, these are the niches of the reactivation campaigns.
12:25
So what is a reactivation campaign?
12:28
A reactivation campaign is emails to customers of businesses who maybe have gone cold, right?
12:38
We've talked a lot about how your list can go from hot to warm to cold.
12:43
The same is true for customers with businesses. Okay.
12:46
So say you're an affiliate marketer and you want to re-engage with people who stopped clicking your emails that went into your cold list, right?
12:57
Or a gym and fitness center who had customers who joined January 1st, 2025 and Oh, it's June. What do we see?
13:05
they're not coming around and we want them to.
13:08
Or maybe for a gym you might say that they've cancelled, anybody has cancelled their membership and you want to bring them back.
13:15
I think we all know that gyms and fitness centers really profit off of folks who pay and don't come.
13:19
What we want to do is get the people who cancelled back, right?
13:23
Landscaping, you know, maybe somebody installed some bushes last year but didn't get them to sign up for weekly maintenance, right?
13:32
These are campaigns designed to send from your customer to their list from, not you, from them.
13:44
So this is an instance, this is an example of when having the ability to, with a Small Batch System CRM.
13:51
This is why you would, for example, want to go pro so that you can create a sub account in your Small Batch System system where you can manage emails for your clients.
14:00
You have to do it that way?
14:01
Absolutely not.
14:02
Maybe your home inspector already has a MailChimp account, or an AdSense, or a AWeber, or a constant contact.
14:11
Maybe they already have one, and he's going to make you a user and you're going to manage it there.
14:15
Absolutely fine. We can't done for you service their accounts.
14:20
Another benefit of going pro with the SmallBatch system and creating their sub-account is that we will manage these for you.
14:28
But once you have used the Small Batch System or have generated a new customer for yourself, however you've done so, say a plastic surgeon has hired you.
14:39
The next step is how do you make that customer more money?
14:42
How do you keep them happy so they keep paying you?
14:45
And the answer is you get them clients and how can you do that?
14:49
The lowest hanging fruit is to reactivate a customer that they've already had.
14:55
Is everybody with me?
14:57
Roofing, we're gonna add roofing to the top of the list.
14:59
Let me write that down.
15:02
Yeah, and it's storm season.
15:03
That's a hot one, right?
15:06
Anybody with hail damage knows you can get a $30 ,000 roof covered by your insurance.
15:12
And actually, all of our marketing campaigns do tap into that.
15:17
So we've got great roofing campaigns.
15:21
OK, so what you'll see in the members area, When you look at the resources, the campaigns for these, you've got client onboarding, order fulfillment, and reactivation campaign.
15:35
What you're going to want to do is you generate customers by using Landing New Clients.
15:43
This is misnamed, I need to fix this.
15:45
Landing New Clients is lead generation.
15:48
You can use the email lists that we give you through SmallBatch or any list tool that you have on your own.
15:56
You can put a fishbowl in the restaurant and collect business cards.
15:59
However you want to build your list, you can absolutely do that. Cold email is our bread and butter here at SmallBatch.
16:08
However you get the emails, all of our emails are fully compliant, cold business-to-business emails. We comply with all CanSpan.
16:17
A lot of the training in SmallBatch teaches you how to comply with CanSpan. But however you get those lists, the first step is to land those new clients, right?
16:27
Then we have campaigns for order fulfillment. Once you have a client, how do you talk to them?
16:32
What information do you need to get from them in order to provide a service?
16:36
So we have order fulfillment campaigns that help you bring them into the fold, right?
16:42
You need to talk to them about their accounts. How do they send mail?
16:47
Who do they want to talk to? Do they have special offers?
16:49
Do they have a coupon code they want shared you know if you're if you have a coffee shop who's your new client and you want to use the reactivation campaign first you need to know can we offer them a free cup of coffee if they come back in on Tuesday right so you have to kind of interview your customer to see what their goals are and how we can best achieve them a lot of it is very static information so we've got those order fulfillment emails set up for you to give you a leg up Again, everything we do is fully customizable.
17:20
If you wanna ask different questions or say different things, you can edit those campaigns and we will still do the done for you for you, right?
17:29
You just click on the campaign, get into Google Doc, make your edits and set up the done for you exactly the same way.
17:36
And the same goes for the reactivation campaigns.
17:38
So we've got a reactivation campaigns for, like I was saying, the gym and fitness center, the home inspectors, and the landscaping.
17:45
if your landscaper reviews the emails that you're going to be sending for them and they go, oh, well, I actually don't offer this service.
17:53
You can say, oh, no, absolutely fine.
17:55
Do you know, oh, you don't do tree removal?
17:56
Do you do bush installation?
17:59
I, see what I'm saying?
18:00
So everything is fully customizable and still falls within the done for you services, all right?
18:12
All right, thanks, Nikki.
18:14
Yep, James is asking, can you confirm if my SmallBatch CRM is set up correctly.
18:18
I asked because I was given a login, which is different from my SBS login.
18:22
Do you mean your email, James?
18:23
It should be the same email address.
18:25
I also don't have any Done For You program set up.
18:26
What do I need to do?
18:27
Yes, Nikki's absolutely right.
18:29
If you'll send a ticket in to getsupport.biz, we've got our full-time SmallBatch system team, led by Rose.
18:39
We've got 15 folks on staff, ready to not only fulfill all of our Done For You services from list generation, email warmup, but we also do, of course, the Small Batch System CRM setup start to finish, as well as delivering all of the campaigns that we've created.
18:57
We push them into your account.
18:59
And that's another way you can edit a campaign is in your Small Batch System CRM, they're all there.
19:03
You can simply like click in and make the changes live.
19:07
But yes, if you ever need any help with anything to do with that, a ticket at getsupport.biz, the team will jump in and they can help you.
19:15
teach you, guide you, confirm for you, clarify for you, anything you need.
19:19
They are great, great, great.
19:21
All right?
19:23
I don't think I have a Small Batch System CRM.
19:26
Okay, have you requested it, James?
19:30
I can jump into the members area after we get done here and show everybody all of the done for you and how to request.
19:35
Okay, you have requested it.
19:36
All right, great.
19:37
Yeah, send in that support ticket and we'll get Rose and her team to check everything you need.
19:42
I think I'm closing in on it, I need to make a return soon.
19:47
Okay, Jonathan, you've been a member for a while and I get it, you need to have an ROI.
19:53
Our goal with the Small Batch System, when we set out to build this program, it was twofold.
20:00
One, we needed a way to help members quickly and easily implement the, And when I say this, it hurts my own feelings.
20:14
50 years combined marketing experience between me and Brian, right?
20:18
He spent 30 years and I've spent 20 years, so that's where we get 50.
20:22
Trial and error, doing it the hard way, building the experience, wisdom, technical tools, systems and approaches that have made Brian's company globally top of the market, right?
20:41
what we wanted to do was pass that along and shortcut, for lack of a better word, all of that trial and error that he and I went through, right?
20:52
And our solution to that was the done-for-you services and the Small Batch System CRM.
20:57
We have wanted, and the other thing we wanted was to always be a benefit, not a liability, right? An asset, not an expense. Does that make sense?
21:10
So, I guess my question is, are you mailing?
21:14
Are you running campaigns?
21:16
Are you saying, what's holding you back from getting that ROI, for getting that return?
21:22
Because if there's a struggle in taking action, we can definitely help with that.
21:29
If there's a technical, a training issue, if you don't understand some aspect of it, I would love to know what it is, because I want to constantly be improving not only the system, what we can do for you, but the educational aspect, the training, teaching you how to do it yourself if you want to, teaching you the methodology and the systems and why things work the way they do so that you can implement them on a broader scope.
21:58
Sub-domain for email, Cindy.
22:03
More words, and I'll answer that question.
22:04
and I'm not sure exactly what you're asking.
22:06
I have a high-level account already built out with another company, all right?
22:12
What overlaps or conflicts do I have to keep in mind?
22:14
Okay, so Daz, here's the thing.
22:17
For us to build for you the complexity and entirety of the Small Batch System system, which includes our client engagement workflow, the engagement amplifier workflow, as well as the ranking system of engagement where your clients are rated by engagement and ranked.
22:43
And also all of the done for you campaigns, being able to add them into your account, building them for you and the done for you services, that has to be built in an account tied to Brian Anderson, the AMA Family Master account.
22:58
So if you already have a go high level account, that has to remain separate from this, okay?
23:04
So we will build out the Small Batch System CRM associated with the AMA family.
23:09
That's Brian's company name, but it's the Brian Anderson master account, okay?
23:14
If you then want to go pro with the Small Batch System system account, it has to remain associated with Brian.
23:21
There's a very specific link inside the members area that allows you to go pro and stay connected to Brian.
23:27
Because what then we have to do is authorize this account that we built for you, which is technically a high-level sub-account under the Brian umbrella of accounts.
23:37
We have to migrate it into its own pro account.
23:43
The short answer is we cannot merge with an existing go high-level account.
23:48
It has to stay associated with Brian so that we can continue to support the Small Batch System functionality.
24:00
Okay, but once you go pro, yes, we do release the account and migrate it over, but there is still a connection on our backend that allows us to push all of the content in for you, as well as to perform all the done for you services.
24:17
The time process in getting the 50 emails a day per sub domain into your done for you campaign, and I think also the hurdle of getting my other affiliate offer emails approved first.
24:27
Okay, so these are your hurdles, Jonathan, I hear you.
24:29
The time process in getting the 50 emails a day per sub-domain into your Done For You campaign.
24:36
Okay, so the process is to fill out the form and attach a list of 50 emails, right?
24:43
And then we set up the campaign, we clean the emails, and we send it for you.
24:48
Is it, so let me know what the challenge is there in that timing, because we try to make it as simple as possible with just filling out a form and attaching a file of emails, all right?
25:02
But if we can make it better, I want to.
25:04
So tell me what your struggle is.
25:05
I think also the hurdle of getting my other affiliate offer emails approved first.
25:10
Who is approving your affiliate offer emails?
25:14
Are you referring to the CanSpan, that we run any self-created emails through our spam filter, right?
25:25
And we advise you, like, these are the things that your email may trigger spam and will be delivered and will cause bounces and may cause your account to be closed.
25:36
Is that process giving you trouble?
25:43
Okay, so Jonathan, you're saying, which means five to 10 separate campaigns.
25:46
So if you want, you are absolutely correct.
25:50
The idea of Small Batch System is that you email Small Batch Systemes of people and that's so that you fly under the radar and Google doesn't flag your messages as spam.
26:01
They see it as person to person, intentional communication, right?
26:07
And by limiting the messages at first to about 50 per batch per day per email, Google, you're building your reputation with Google and establishing your sending profile so that you can grow.
26:24
Eventually, you'll move on to 100 emails per day for email, then 200, 500, et cetera.
26:30
And if you want to send 500 instead of 50, you're absolutely right, that does require 10 separate campaigns, 10 separate emails.
26:40
Getting them vetted through spam filters, yes, okay.
26:42
So the process for that is you provide your email campaign and then we run it through the spam filter and then provide a report feedback on what to do, what not to do.
26:56
If you don't want to do that through us, you absolutely can use a different service, a different service provider.
27:05
ChatGPT does a really, really good job.
27:08
If you want to draft your emails and then run them through, hey, Jim and I, ChatGPT, Magnus, there's so many.
27:16
If you wanna ask it to review your emails and give you a version of it that is not spam triggering and then give us a pre-edited version, that might make things go faster.
27:26
But we highly, highly, highly recommend that you do, Well, we have to clear it for spam before we send it for you through the Small Batch System, but if you're doing them yourselves, we absolutely recommend that you check for spam filters because speed in this case will only hurt you.
27:46
If you send out an email quickly, that triggers Google for spam and none of your emails get delivered and it kills your email address and you get blacklisted and your host gets shut down.
28:00
In the long run, that's far more detrimental than going back and forth a couple of times to make sure that your campaign is going to land in the inbox.
28:13
Let's see, I already had my email warmed up, but then ran into issues with my domain.
28:18
It has been three weeks since my email warmup.
28:20
Should I have it warmed up again before I start my campaign?
28:23
What's the typical timeframe that I should consider having my email warmed up if I don't start my campaign right away?
28:28
Leanne, you're perfectly within accessible timeframes.
28:33
Within a month is totally fine.
28:35
It does take us five days to warm up an account, but you don't lose all that good credit just because you didn't send an email for three weeks.
28:43
So I would say you're absolutely golden, good to go.
28:47
I have a URL with Cloudflare and want to use it to send emails.
28:50
I was told to create a subdomain so I could email.
28:53
Unable to do that and set up for Mailjet, which I also pay for.
29:00
Okay, so I wouldn't say create a sub…
29:04
Oh, you're doing Small Batch System CRM, aren't you?
29:07
Small batch CRM may not be compatible with Cloudflare in that case.
29:13
Are you saying that you bought your URL through Cloudflare instead of, for example, Google or Namecheap and Cloudflare is not allowing you to set up a subdomain through Go High Level?
29:24
That might be technically more advanced than I am capable of handling on this call.
29:29
We may need to get Rose, she's our tech queen in support, but we can definitely work that out, Cindy.
29:37
What's the timeframe for us to increase our email batches to 100, 200, et cetera?
29:41
Is it based on time or some other metric?
29:44
So Leanne, it is based on time and consistency, right?
29:49
So if you start at 50 today and in three months, all of your opens and clicks are holding steady, progressing.
30:01
I would say that we're able to graduate to 75, to 100, 150 on, you know, every three or four weeks.
30:10
It is, it comes down to you, and this is something that only you can do, monitoring your delivery and open and click results because once you start to see it fall off that's when you know that things are maybe you've pushed it too fast right so as long as your opens are consistent and climbing then I would say after three months we can you know sit in a support ticket we can review what we'll do is we will examine your your domain your and your IP reporting this is also a done-for-you service you can complete for yourself at any time, it's your domain reputation report, right?
30:52
Where we do, we check and see, you know, basically what does Google think about your domain, and it checks all of your, all the technical, you know, there's a hundred different abbreviations and initials for it, your MX records and your da-da-da-da-da-da, and your IP, but so if at any time you feel like your deliverability is waning, we can do that as a done-for-you service, but if you're to increase from 50 to 75 it's been a few months and you are seeing consistent or increasing results for your open rates then absolutely send in a ticket and we can make that adjustment for you and then we'll just monitor it and we can push it every month add in another 25 for each domain that you know fits that criteria and scale it up. Does that make sense?
31:43
I want to set up a campaign but never able to do it.” All right, Cindy, let me know what you were struggling with and I can help.
31:51
I was looking to hire a VA but didn't want them logging into the main Small Batch System dashboard and said they have limited access to the campaign submission link.
31:59
Jonathan, we are unable to restrict access within the members area. You're either a member or you're not.
32:07
So, Brian's calling me. Will text him real quick. Y'all, enter in your questions and I'm going to jump into them.
32:26
Let's see. Any way to build something for a VA?
32:28
Jonathan, no, we do not have a sub-account or sub-access level inside the members area for a VA.
32:36
You're welcome to let them log in as you, but we aren't able to build an interface just for VAs.
32:44
Everyone would have different VA access requirements.
32:48
You know, it's such a personal thing, what you want to be able to see.
32:54
So we wouldn't be able to, you know, it's not a one-size-fits-all solution to be able to do that, but we do allow for you to share your login, for your VA to log in. Let's see. Okay, I think I am caught up.
33:14
All right, let me know, pop in with any questions and I'll sidestep.
33:18
These are some examples of the marketing reactivation campaign, and this is you providing service for an affiliate marketer. Interesting angle, right?
33:30
It also works for direct sales, network marketing, you know, those folks on Facebook who want to tell you about their mom boss, girl boss, the company they started, you can help them out.
33:45
Automotive dealership reactivation campaign, so say somebody bought a car two three years ago and you want to reach back out to them, get them back into the dealership.
33:55
Jimmer Fitness Center campaign, we've talked about that a lot.
33:57
Folks who have canceled their membership.
34:00
Direct sales, client reactivation campaign.
34:04
A lot like the affiliate campaigns, but really you can choose between the two and see what fits your needs.
34:10
Home inspectors, this is for, this is actually a member request.
34:14
I know somebody just asked for roofers, we're gonna bump that up.
34:17
Home inspectors, we have commercial and residential that go in in the real estate world and check out a property before sales to make sure it's cleared for purchase.
34:33
Landscaping reactivation, we talked about that.
34:38
Plastic surgeons, now that's a real high ticket one.
34:41
This one I really highly recommend that you spend the extra time going over the email campaign with the plastic surgeon to make sure it is resonating with their practice, their clientele, their niche.
34:58
What you don't want to do is if they don't do breast augmentation when they only do nose jobs, you know, you don't want to phrase it not to their target audience.
35:09
Make sense?
35:12
So, next steps, these done for you campaigns are live in the members area.
35:16
They'll be added in Small Batch System accounts.
35:17
Oh, she put in 48 hours.
35:18
I guess because there's so many this time, it is a manual process.
35:21
I usually say 24, but you know, she does like to over deliver.
35:24
And if you need help, reach out to our support team for guidance, get support.biz, also the Facebook group.
35:31
We are there all the time.
35:34
Let's see, so what I'm gonna do next is I'm gonna log into the members area.
35:39
Okay, so let me flip my… I got the hiccups. Let me flip my screen and log in.
35:57
One sec, one sec. Thank you for your patience and we're back.
36:11
Alright, does everybody see my welcome screen in the Small Batch System members area?
36:16
Okay, so some folks here have been saying that they have not yet set up their Small Batch System CRM, so I'm gonna go through that and then we'll review the done for you.
36:25
Awesome James. Perfect. Okay, so this is your welcome screen.
36:33
If you haven't already gone through the training and there's a lot, right?
36:38
Like a lot, a lot, a lot of training.
36:40
And I know if you are like me, I don't want to read the instructions. I just want to get to it.
36:46
So what I made over here is a quick start is like the absolute bare minimum.
36:51
If you just cannot bring yourself to go through the training like myself, I wanna know what I need to know to get going.
36:57
So I've got a complete done for you system walkthrough video and that is here under the done for you, everything we do for you, so you don't have to know how to do it, right?
37:10
But you do need to know how to ask us to do it for you.
37:14
So the very first training is that complete done for you system walkthrough and it shows you how to set up, request your Small Batch System CRM, how to request your daily unlimited lead generation lists, how to get your new accounts warmed up, how to get a campaign set up, how to do the content can spam and spam trigger analysis request that we talked about earlier, and the domain health analysis that we absolutely will do before we escalate or elevate your SIN limit from 50 to 75 to 100, etc. But you can do it anytime.
37:47
If you're ever curious to see how your domain is reporting by Google, and wanna see if there's any improvements you can make, request that and we will pull that report for you.
37:58
Now, it may have advice for you to do something that we aren't able to do.
38:03
It does have the instructions for you to take that report to your post, right?
38:11
The place where you bought your domain and send your emails from, right?
38:17
and they can help you set those things up like MX records.
38:21
And I'll tell you, I really, it took me a long time to learn how to do all of those things.
38:29
And the reason it took me a long time is because I would just go to GoDaddy support and tell them to do it and they would.
38:36
So they're very helpful.
38:37
They would rather do it than teach you.
38:40
But unfortunately, it's not something we can do because you do have to log into your registrar yourself to make those changes.
38:46
So that is the complete done-for-you system walkthrough.
38:50
The Small Batch System system CRM, this link right here that I'm highlighted on is also the same as here, done-for-you Small Batch System CRM and done-for-you Small Batch System CRM.
39:01
We definitely want you to be able to find this easily, so we put it everywhere.
39:06
So I'm going to open this up and show you.
39:09
This is the form for you to fill out that will trigger us to build your Small Batch System CRM for you.
39:15
Let me know in the chat if you have not set this up and want it. I mean if you're happy instantly and you don't want a Small Batch System CRM.
39:25
It's totally completely free. You can try and use it.
39:30
Don't use it. It's up to you Okay, James. Yes.
39:34
Okay, so If you don't have it I Recommend getting it just to try it's so much more than just email because it is, it's a real go high level account.
39:47
So there's landing pages, appointment center, surveys, cart, you can sell products through it.
39:57
It's more than just email.
40:01
It really is a one stop shop, we love it.
40:03
If we create a sub account for our clients, I have an agency license already. Can we steal your form page here if we are setting them up or do you recommend something else?
