Hey everybody. Happy Monday. Welcome to the week.
0:11
Thanks for joining me this morning for the Small Batch System Members Update Call. Let me know if you can hear me in the chat.
0:20
I will be going over what's new. We've got some new campaigns that have been released.
0:27
We touched on it briefly on our last call, but we're going to review it today.
0:31
And then we've got some updates on additional training that we've rolled out for folks who upgraded their Small Batch System to pro, so we can provide additional support with that.
0:42
As we go along, please ask any questions in the chat.
0:48
I will be jumping back and forth between presenting and answering your questions.
0:52
Make sure everybody gets started.
0:53
We do have a few new faces today.
0:55
I see Indy, Bill, John, James, Joseph.
0:58
Hey, thanks for joining us.
1:00
We do this really, we do it live, open forum.
1:05
It is a training and presentation, but really the primary goal is always for me and my team to help remove any obstacles, hurdles, speed humps you're running into that are slowing you down from being successful in implementing SmallBatch.
1:23
Our entire premise behind SmallBatch, Aside from the obvious, getting deliverable messaging out is to make it as simple and scalable as possible for you.
1:37
That's why we rolled out our Done for You system and our unlimited lead list generation system and all of this training.
1:45
But also why we meet here twice a month and are available in the Facebook group is so Nobody gets stagnant, bogged down, frustrated.
1:57
So always reach out to us through GetSupports.biz.
2:00
If anything is starting to feel frustrating or slow moving, our priority is to get it rolling for you.
2:09
James, is the ask, is okay.
2:14
So you're asking about the upgrade to the Go High Level Pro account.
2:18
That is a membership subscription to Go High Level.
2:22
It's not associated with Brian.
2:24
It's not something we charge, okay?
2:26
So your Small Batch CRM is included with your Small Batch membership.
2:31
However, it does have some limitations.
2:34
It is a starter account.
2:36
You are able to upgrade to Pro through Go High Level.
2:40
We will then work with High Level on your behalf to migrate the Small Batch CRM that we were able to build for you in the Brian Anderson Small Batch System environment.
2:50
We can migrate it to your pro account, but they do charge. It is a monthly subscription to Go High Level.
2:56
Yes, they start at 97.
2:58
They do have more expensive packages.
3:00
I do not recommend jumping into the deep end anytime you are establishing an account like this.
3:07
If you're able to scale and upgrade later, don't, in my opinion, start small and build.
3:16
Don't get more than you need, don't what they say bite off more than you can chew so yes the 97 is the starter and it is monthly.
3:25
Elisha yes this is live Vanessa here please ask any questions that come up as we go through the presentation and training so this is structured training yes but I love to go off book and just focus on the questions because I want to fulfill your needs answer your questions answer your needs more than I just want to run off a script right I think that's more beneficial for everyone if we can address what is a current need in the environment and for individuals etc and lots of times people have don't have unique experiences right sometimes you have a problem that can help across the board so jump in awesome alright so What's new for Small Batch System CRM holders and for all members?
4:11
Not just if you've activated your Small Batch System CRM, I highly recommend you do, but this does apply to everyone.
4:19
So exciting updates.
4:20
We have new Done for You campaigns now available.
4:23
We've written them up.
4:24
They are available on the Done for You forms.
4:27
They're available for review inside the members area, and they are loaded into all the Small Batch System CRM accounts.
4:33
So, if you already had a SmallBatch CRM account, we have pushed it into your account so it exists there, okay?
4:41
And if you were to sign up for your SmallBatch CRM account today, when we create the account, it will be included.
4:48
So it's already available.
4:51
The current account owners will automatically acquire this in 48 hours.
4:54
That's where we, I said, where we push it.
4:56
You should already see it probably, but definitely within the next 48 hours.
5:00
And now we've got some new resources for pro users.
5:05
Okay, so our Done for You campaign niches that we've already released and what we have up next.
5:11
You'll see if you've been on the calls recently that this list has changed.
5:16
I consider this a living document.
5:19
We respond to the requests of members.
5:23
So the released plastic surgeons, landscaping, tree service, residential home remodeling, commercial remodeling and construction, Home inspectors all of those were added to our list and moved to the top of the list of Done for you campaigns to produce because our members wanted them.
5:40
So let me know in the chat if you have requested one and I missed it. We'll get it rolled out in the next two weeks. We also have affiliate marketing automotive dealerships direct sales clients.
5:52
That's network marketing and Jim and fitness centers, right? So unless we get requests to the contrary that we'll prioritize, our up next start with HVAC.
6:03
Then we're moving on to insurance, both health and property and casualty.
6:07
We want to hit up some contractors, plumbers.
6:11
For one, that falls under HVAC exactly, electricians, roofers, painters.
6:16
You see those on the list too, CPAs, chiropractors, where we're not going to hit CPAs, we're going them a little minute to recover from the tax that April 15th deadline because you know it doesn't end with them on April 16th so we'll give them a minute to catch their breath but chiropractors we've had huge success with real estate commercial and residential so if you review this list and you want to work with a business or industry that you don't see on this list please immediately raise your hand like I said living document these are not set in stone we will adjust to what you are ready to work on right now.
6:55
And these should show up in our account automatically, Paul asks.
6:58
Yes, that is correct.
6:59
If you have the Small Batch System CRM, right?
7:03
Built on the Go High Level platform, but the Small Batch System CRM requested through your membership site, and I'll review where to find that.
7:10
Then yes, these, either they already are, or you will see them within the next 48 hours, published campaigns inside your account, okay?
7:19
And folks, if you're not using the Small Batch CRM, again, not a requirement.
7:22
We still provide all of our Done For You services for the third-party applications that we have since the inception of Small Batch, including Instantly, Brevo, MailJet, et cetera.
7:37
You will find all of these campaigns in the Done For You request form in the drop-down.
7:44
Yep, absolutely.
7:47
Oh, James, don't apologize.
7:48
No problem.
7:49
I only heard the last part of your answer because I had to oh, okay. I hope everything's going.
7:53
All right, it's okay. So James.
7:55
Okay, so you're following up on your question about the membership to Go High Level right. Going pro means you buy your own account through Go High Level, right?
8:07
Associated with Brian through the special link provided in the membership area, right?
8:12
And then we were able to migrate your Small Batch System CRM, which is built on Go High Level infrastructure over to your new pro account, yes.
8:21
And the pricing, that Brian is not charging that fee, that is a Go High Level fee for that subscription, yes.
8:28
What are the pros and cons or differences in using add-on Go High Level accounts versus adding on a mail jet or other third party system if we want or need more than what our single Done for You Small Batch System will handle?
8:41
Okay, Connie, so I think what you're asking is, the Small Batch System CRM that you get included with your Small Batch System membership, not gone pro, we can run one campaign for you at a time.
8:52
All right, that's the limitation.
8:54
If you want to manage or juggle multiple other free accounts like MailJet has a free account, if you're trying to not spend the money, the con is that it is complicated.
9:09
You're gonna have to keep up with a lot of different moving parts, but the pro is obviously that it's free, right?
9:15
And we endorsed MailJet, the free account was getting great results.
9:19
The CRM, the Small Batch System CRM, we do not benefit financially from you using that Small Batch System CRM, okay?
9:25
So I don't factor price in as something that, I can be objective with that price is what I'm saying.
9:33
But it sounds really complicated.
9:35
If you are going to spend money, right?
9:38
If you're gonna upgrade something rather than purchasing multiple low price accounts, I would recommend choosing the one that's working best for you.
9:48
I endorse the Small Batch System CRM and then taking it to pro It's what we have found the most consistent positive results with it has the ability to have the how I say the Brian's experience built into the DNA of the campaign, it's the only way you're going to be able to have the the engagement amplifier system where we're helping you monitor engagement and activity and responsiveness of all of your contacts that you put into the account, automatically filtering them and sorting them into the hot, warm, cool, cold.
10:25
With the Small Batch System CRM and then elevating it to pro, you will be able to monitor engagement through all of the other tools that are available to you through Go High Level, landing pages, appointment setting, SMS, lead capture forms, they have a webinar tool.
10:46
So you'll be able to say, okay, they attended a webinar, or they filled out a landing page, or they booked an appointment, or they answered SMS, or they emailed me, etc.
10:54
All of this engagement through the engagement amplifier system built into the Small Batch System CRM. It watches for all of those nuances and engagements and interactions and uses that to segment out your list.
11:12
That is not capable, I won't say it's not capable.
11:16
You could build something like that yourself in many different tools.
11:22
We can't build it for you or implement it or engineer it or endorse it on any other tool aside from the Small Batch system built on the Go High level platform.
11:33
Does that answer your question, Connie?
11:36
I have a Pro account and fingers crossed it is still under the Brian umbrella, Paul.
11:43
Okay, that's great.
11:44
Are you gonna show us how to verify that?
11:46
Paul, once you have created your Pro account, the next step is to go into your Small Batch system membership and request the transfer, okay?
11:58
So it's at that stage we are able to confirm that it is still under the Small Batch System umbrella associated with Brian Anderson so that we can migrate.
12:06
If we're not able to migrate, we will let you know at that stage that the connection didn't remain.
12:15
And if you wanna check at any time, you can reach out to support and we can check the status of your account, no problem.
12:23
Connie's asking, so once you go pro with Go High Level, how many other campaigns can you run?
12:28
Because you set your limitations in your pro account, how many emails, et cetera, you want to send, as long as we're still running Small Batch Systems Done for You, we will run as many campaigns as you want.
12:41
Again, we recommend one campaign at a time per sender email address, okay?
12:47
And then three sender email addresses per domain.
12:49
So if in your Go High Level pro account, you've set up nine sender accounts, three emails on three different domains, and you have set up the emails, your email limitations, caps, daily, whatever inside your pro account to allow for that many campaigns and emails to be sent, we will support Done for You in a pro account, unlimited campaigns, right?
13:15
As long as we're still following the Small Batch System parameters that have been established across all applications, all the different tools that you can use.
13:25
Does that make sense?
13:28
I did request step two, Paul's following up after upgrading his account to pro, and there were all sorts of problems.
13:35
I will check with support, yes.
13:37
If you have any problems, support will help you directly. We can step in and work directly even with Go High Level to help sort everything out for you.
13:46
But yeah, just working through getsupport.biz, we've got 15 full-time tech specialists on the Small Batch System team that can work to upgrade your Small Batch System CRM and work directly with Go High Level.
13:59
We have direct contacts with support over at Go High Level so that we can really facilitate this and help you.
14:06
So yes, getsupport.biz is your best choice.
14:09
Patrick, hi, new, hey, new face here.
14:13
Nice to see you, nice to meet you.
14:14
I have not received a welcome email.
14:15
All right, if you'll, yep, give us a ticket at getsupport.biz, we will get that over to you.
14:22
I'm so sorry about that.
14:23
Connie understands, awesome.
14:26
Connie, that's what we're here for.
14:27
She said, thanks for spelling it out for me.
14:28
You know, sometimes just having a conversation cuts through a lot of the back and forth and just makes things more clear.
14:35
And that's what I love about these calls.
14:36
So thank you for coming on and thanks for giving me the chance to help sort that out.
14:39
Thanks.
14:40
Joseph says, I have a pro email account, domain, a webber, and landing page.
14:44
Funnels include all.
14:45
Yep, if you want to use AWeber, that's absolutely fine.
14:52
We don't support the done-for-you services in AWeber, right?
14:55
So you can implement the Small Batch System protocols and training on your AWeber account.
15:02
Absolutely, yes.
15:04
But our done-for-you team won't go into your AWeber account and provide the services for you.
15:09
You still have access to all the campaigns, you just have to set them up yourself.
15:12
If you want to use the done-for-you services, We have in the members area on the Done for You forms, we have the list of the applications, the third party systems that we support Done for You services on.
15:24
And of course, the Small Batch System CRM, we provide Done for You services on Joseph.
15:29
Would we be able to switch to agency? Would the Small Batch System be supported with Go High Level agency Thomas?
15:34
Absolutely yes.
15:35
As long as you upgrade your account to pro using the link referred to inside the members area, right?
15:44
because that will keep your account connected to Brian under the Small Batch System umbrella, right?
15:49
It just moves you from what's technically a sub account of the Small Batch System corporate account.
15:55
You make your own pro through the associated link and then we migrate everything over.
16:01
After you do that, you can upgrade that existing migrated account at any time.
16:06
So if you wanna start at the 97 and upgrade to agency later, that's totally fine.
16:11
That's actually, that's how I worked my own account when we were getting started with Go High Level for Brian.
16:18
And yes, we will still provide all of the Done for You support if you upgrade to the basic, to the pro, to the agency, all levels and Go High Level.
16:32
I don't know, Paul.
16:33
I don't know what Go High Levels do, I don't know anything about their infrastructure behind the scenes, I'm sorry.
16:39
This is my first time attending, welcome Alisha.
16:42
I did sign up for the pro awesome.
16:44
Can you please verify I can't live on this call But if you have any questions about the status of your account, please submit a ticket at get support dot this Right. Okay. I think we're all caught up with questions.
16:55
I'm gonna keep rolling Okay, so the new campaigns added up today Like I said plastic surgeons landscaping tree service residential home remodeling commercial remodeling construction and home inspectors Okay, so what this includes is both landing new clients, which are email campaigns, five touch email campaigns, for you to use through your Small Batch System to reach out to businesses, right?
17:16
To offer your services to these businesses.
17:19
Campaigns are complete.
17:21
They're all, they're full of the merge fields, right?
17:25
So when you get your list through our unlimited list, lead list generation system, right?
17:29
Get your list every single day.
17:32
Excuse me, what you would do is you would request a list of let's, for example, say landscaping services in Atlanta, Georgia.
17:39
You can pick up to five cities in a single state and a single industry, a single niche, right?
17:44
So if you got landscaping, you could say Atlanta, Smyrna, Marietta, *******, Duluth, et cetera, okay?
17:51
We would give you that list and now you have a list.
17:53
So a Small Batch System, remember, is between 50 and 75 emails a day.
17:56
But our unlimited list lead gen, we don't cap it when we give it to you at 75.
18:02
If you have requested this niche and location, we give you 100% of the results of that scrape on that search for that day, okay?
18:11
And so you're gonna get a list that is not only the business name, not only the phone number, not only the mailing address, not only the website and the email, but also a link to their LinkedIn page, a link to their Facebook page, information about if they're using tracking pixels, et cetera.
18:28
So this list is not tied immediately directly to a Small Batch System email campaign.
18:34
And we decided to do that because we wanted to over deliver to you this information, right?
18:39
So while you are taking this master list to build your cold email outreach database, right?
18:46
And you can then manage from there.
18:47
You can pick the 50 to 75 for your first email campaign.
18:52
You have all of this data about the business and all these other businesses that you can be, you can use it as a, and I'm going off book.
19:00
I know, I've added my way straight out of the conversation, but that list, say we give you 500 landscapers in Georgia, yes, you're going to start your email campaigns 50 to 75 at a time, but you don't have to wait on the others.
19:14
You could use those, you could go to their Facebook page, you could direct message them, you could link up with them on LinkedIn, you could make Facebook ad target audiences, you could check to see if they have a pixel on their account, so you can determine what kind of services you wanna offer to them.
19:31
So this is a huge resource, these daily unlimited lists. But yes, you will then use them to start your multiple Small Batch System campaigns.
19:40
So from that list, let's say 500 of your landscaping contacts, you pick the first 75, and you set up the Done for You lead generation, your first lead generation campaign to landscapers.
19:55
Okay, oh, and this is where you can find them so that you can review.
19:57
So under resources, you can review the campaigns for your reference.
20:04
So for landing new clients, these are what the emails look like.
20:11
So here's an example of the plastic surgeon.
20:13
So if you're sending an email to your plastic surgeon, Small Batch System list, I came across your practice and wanted to reach out personally, et cetera.
20:20
You can read it.
20:21
But you'll see here these merge fields, right?
20:24
um your name um we can if you want to further personalize it um we can do uh per um per city right i'm working with plastic surgeons in atlanta or uh like commercial remodeling and instruction i wanted to reach out because i work with commercial property owners right so these are examples of the emails that are ready for you to use to get those businesses reaching back out you. All right, any questions about that?
20:57
All right, let me jump to the questions because I've been prattling on for a bit. I've missed something.
21:04
Let's see, can we give you a list we've scraped? Absolutely yes, Connie, you can.
21:14
We will run, and this applies also, so we give you a completely raw data list for you to use.
21:20
Okay, you could do the same thing.
21:21
You could scrape a list, you could put a fish bowl in a restaurant and get them to drop business cards and you could build a list off that. You can do whatever you want, get data however you want.
21:34
Business to business communication is completely protected and legal under the CanSpan Act, right?
21:40
So wherever you get your lists, if you have joined the Big Data Profits group and you are purchasing emails, absolutely yes.
21:48
A list from anywhere is fine and when you give it to us, even if you're giving back us the we gave you okay those lists we give you we don't scrub them we don't clean them we don't validate the emails right you get the raw data and that's why you pick 50 to 75 emails for your campaign and give it back to us that's when we're gonna validate the emails okay Connie and we're gonna do this to any list you provide no matter where you got it okay and what we do then is we run those emails through a service that pings them right and it checks is this a dead email full email? Did my email bounce? Is it a bad email? Is there a typo?
22:26
Is this a spam trap? Does everybody know what spam traps are? Google's so tricky.
22:32
They take emails that have been cancelled or fallen off or old unused emails and instead of closing them, they absorb them and turn them into traps.
22:46
So obviously these emails that are old and unused no one is opting in with these new emails unless maybe there's a typo but you know few and far between so Google sets them up that if any email goes to this box that they have turned into a spam trap they flag you as a spammer right so we clean all the emails we make sure there's no spam traps they don't bounce etc and then the clean emails are what we load into your campaign.
23:15
So because a Small Batch System is around 50 emails a day, you give us 75, that way we have plenty of clean, valid, confirmed emails to send your messaging to.
23:28
Not only is that going to improve your open, deliverable, and click rates, it's going to keep your reputation clean with Google.
23:35
So that's why we clean our lists.
23:40
Paul's asking, when a prospect reaches out and wants a sub account under us as a pro account, what is the best way for them to get training?
23:47
What have agencies here done?
23:49
Okay, so Paul's asking, after you upgrade your pro, your account to pro, your Small Batch System CRM to pro, and you are an agency level, Go High Level account holder, and you wanna sell a sub account to a user.
24:06
Now, that's different than you creating a sub account and managing it for them, But if you want to sell an account to a business, at that point, as an agency account holder with Go High Level, though it is connected with a Small Batch System, High Level is going to train you on how to train them and how to work a sub account.
24:28
That is like six degrees of separation from the Small Batch System.
24:32
If what you want to do is create a sub-account to manage a business for them and use Small Batch System Done for You services to send emails for your client, that does not require training another person.
24:47
We will do that for you, but we're not going to get involved with your client if an option that you're doing in your business is to sell them a sub-account, but Go High Level absolutely will train you on how to do that.
25:01
They are fantastic.
25:03
They will at any time do drop and anybody with a pro count, even if you just get the $97, they will do one-on-one Zoom training with you live, anytime, no appointment required.
25:14
And 90% of the time they end up just doing for you whatever you wanted to learn how to do while you watch.
25:21
It's basically a really, really comprehensive done-for-you service where you learn on the job.
25:27
It's incredible.
25:28
My entire Small Batch System Done for You team was trained by the Go High Level staff.
25:36
And that wasn't even a special arrangement, like that's just what they do.
25:40
They're so over the top. So did that answer your question, Paul?
25:47
Let's see. I did send you an email I made. Okay, so Elisha, don't email in.
25:54
I didn't get an email from you, so I am sorry.
25:57
If you'll go to getsupport.biz, it is a ticket desk, so that way you can submit a ticket and then I can monitor to make sure that every single ticket is answered within 24 hours.
26:08
Does that make sense?
26:10
Because emails, I mean, what are we all here for?
26:11
It's because we know we can't trust emails, right?
26:15
Can you remind me about one, how long the system takes to increase daily emails to what daily number max per domain and to how to use mail at domain.com so okay to create multiple campaigns at the same time with this how many daily okay Patrick I think I've got your question here we go how long does the system take to increase daily emails we do not do you mean past a Small Batch System over 50 is that what you mean um what you need to do is take seven days for your email warm up for every email you create, seven days, okay?
26:51
In that seven days, we validate your email account by sending emails from you to 50 plus accounts that we own and monitor and manage, okay?
27:04
So that seven days is the answer to your question.
27:06
In those seven days, we send emails from you, we open the emails, we read the emails, we reply to the emails, we click the links, we save you as a safe sender, we save you as a contact, We mark as never spam. Okay over seven days once that's done.
27:19
You are able to send Small Batch Systems from that email address 50 Send us contacts between 50 and 75 contacts per campaign and that is a Small Batch System email.
27:30
So that's that capsule. Does that make sense?
27:33
Okay, how to use the mail at domain calm What he's asking is you buy a specific domain and then you establish up to three senders on that domain.
27:43
So if I bought vanessasagency.com, right?
27:48
I would then create three email addresses, lisa at vanessasagency.com, brandon at vanessasagency.com, and nicky at vanessasagency.com, because I of course would hire Nicky, thank you I see in the background for all your help, and those are the three emails that I would use on that domain for my campaigns, okay.
28:10
If you need help setting up emails, that's a different conversation, okay.
28:18
I recommend using Google, oh gosh, it used to be G Suite, but now I think it's Google Workspaces.
28:24
You do have to set it up, you have to buy the domain, Vanessa'sagency.com or Patrick'sdomain.com, et cetera, and then you have to set up those emails.
28:33
There's training in the back office if you need help.
28:36
We can give you reference materials on how to set up just a domain, right?
28:41
But once you have that domain, once that email is live, we are able to help you set up the Small Batch System CRM.
28:49
So Patrick, did I answer your question?
28:52
Okay, Indy is asking me, I'm new here, so I'm not set up yet.
28:55
That's okay, that's what we're here for.
28:57
Am I right in assuming that I can prompt affiliate programs, promote affiliate programs, or my own product, if I'm not doing agency, 1 ,000% yes, right?
29:06
The email campaigns that we write are agency, local business, because they are not product specific, right? They're just general lead generation emails, okay?
29:20
If you have an affiliate product, if you're familiar with the affiliate marketing scene, usually those affiliate products give you emails to promote their product.
29:32
They give you swipe, they give you content, they give you sales pages, etc.
29:36
So what you'll do there, or you're promoting your own products, absolutely, you know, you can write those emails.
29:42
On all of the Done for You campaign forms, there's an option that says I have my own, I have my own content, I have my own campaign, right?
29:49
So what you can do there, if you're running affiliate products, provide in that space in that form field, the content that they've given you to run, right?
30:00
I can't publish in a product that Brian owns and we sell, I can't publish someone else's work, right?
30:09
Does that make sense?
30:10
If you're promoting an affiliate product, they're giving you their content.
30:16
I cannot package that and bundle that in Brian's product, but I can provide a service to you where if you give it to me, I can set up those campaigns for you.
30:26
Okay, indeed.
30:28
So, okay, perfect.
30:29
So yes, full Done for You service.
30:30
You just have to basically copy paste the content over for us or share it in a Google Doc. I have a small list of about 300 emails. Can I send that list to you to be scrubbed James?
30:40
Absolutely, yes, but you're going to do it in batches for your campaigns.
30:45
So if you've got 300 emails, let's just call that six campaigns because that's an easy way to divide 300 into 50 email batches, right? So you pick your first campaign, you take the first 50 emails you request your campaign and when we set up the campaign we will clean that list.
31:02
What we will not do is just blanket clean mass mega lists, just for bandwidth to support our customers, because you can imagine that that's a service that could be very taken advantage of, right?
31:14
So to ensure that every Small Batch System member gets their campaign, their list for their campaign, cleaned and published and emails running as fast as possible, that's why we link those together, right?
31:28
So yes, we will clean your list, but you just have to set up the six campaigns.
31:31
Make sense?
31:33
Can you use a list that has extra merge data fields that we want to use in our emails that we would write, Connie?
31:39
Absolutely, yes.
31:40
So if you write your own content and you have a list with merge fields that say, people whose favorite color is blue, right?
31:47
Or you want to know what their favorite color is.
31:49
Summer blue, summer pink, summer red, summer green.
31:52
OK?
31:52
So you give me a list and you say, these people in column D, the word in column D is their favorite color.
32:00
And then in your content, your email that you give us for the campaign, you say, I'm reaching out today to everyone whose favorite color is blank merge field.
32:09
We will populate that word from the column into the email.
32:14
So yes, if you have custom merge data and a custom campaign, we absolutely will merge those.
32:24
Does it max at 50 per day, Patrick?
32:26
If you give us a list of 75 and we clean it when it comes at 55, we will do 55. I would say it maxes out at 60.
32:35
If 65 or 70 emails came back clean, we would have to have a conversation with you about reducing it down to a Small Batch System of around 55.
32:44
But that is because we've identified that 55 and below emails per day, per domain, per address is what Google does not flag as spam cold email.
32:55
If they consider more one-on-one outreach so your deliverability goes up.
33:01
So that's not our rule.
33:04
It was the trigger for the or the inspiration for the idea of SmallBatch. Let's see.
33:13
So if I sell services to my clients and I create a sub account for them, they will not need to log in and have to do anything.
33:19
Clients won't want to look at conversions or send their own emails being the dashboard or invoice clients?
33:27
Paula's asking.
33:27
So Paula, it really depends on how you sell your service to your clients.
33:33
If what you sell to your clients is, I will generate leads for you.
33:37
I will get people filling out a form.
33:39
I will get people calling your phone number.
33:42
I will get people going to your webpage.
33:45
I will get people using this coupon code, right?
33:49
Then they don't have to see how the sausage is made.
33:51
you would create a sub-account in your agency where we can run those emails that get those results, you're selling results, okay, that's option one.
34:02
Now, option two would be to sell the software, to sell them a self-managed account and tell them you can send emails, you can watch conversations, you can invoice through here.
34:16
That's a different product, right?
34:18
And it's up to you.
34:19
It's absolutely available to you to sell, but that's not a Small Batch System service.
34:28
But if you want to manage clients that way, absolutely yes.
34:33
There's great money in that, but you'd be training and managing your clients, right?
34:38
Do you see the difference?
34:41
Patrick asks, three domains times 50 a day is the max send per day, trying to understand how to max out sending capacity.
34:48
So, Patrick, you can create as many domains as you want.
34:52
You could have 100.
34:54
You can put three emails on each domain, three email accounts, right?
34:59
Because more than three emails per domain, Google starts to take notice.
35:03
We don't want them to look.
35:04
We want them to keep their eyes over there, right?
35:07
We don't want to draw attention, okay?
35:09
And then you can manage one campaign at a time per email address, and there's three email addresses on a domain, right?
35:19
That is advanced stuff.
35:22
I do not recommend trying to manage 300 emails and 300 campaigns getting started.
35:29
Start with one, right?
35:31
Then go to two, then try three, right?
35:36
Unless you are very experienced, very organized and juggling all those balls, I would be dropping them all over the place if I tried to do 300, right?
35:46
Does that make sense?
35:48
My sign up email didn't come with a password.
35:50
Okay, Cruz, if you will send in a support ticket, we'll help you.
35:54
I did have some technical difficulty that I figured out over the weekend how to fix.
36:00
So, yep, known issue and I'm very, very sorry.
36:02
So you can reply to your welcome email or you can open a ticket and we'll take care of you.
36:06
All right.
36:08
So what's next?
36:09
So after you've got these plastic surgeons and landscapers and tree service and residential home remodelers, you got their attention and they want to work with you, now what?
36:18
Okay, so we're going to have an onboarding campaign built for you.
36:21
This is a new development. We're rolling this out.
36:29
This will help you set them up as a client to best service them, right?
36:32
Again, not a campaign you have to use, but if you're looking for support in how to work with a client once they pay attention to you, because I've had folks say, all right, okay, they replied to me, Now what do I do?
36:45
So unless you have a service, if you already have your onboarding form, you already have a meeting template, et cetera, you can do that, absolutely.
36:55
But that's just an additional resource for you there.
36:58
All right, I have two affiliate products we've Done for You funnels, but I'm facing a challenge.
37:03
Okay, Joseph, let's see.
37:04
I don't have enough leads.
37:06
Oh, I'm jumping ahead in my head.
37:09
I already think I have an answer for you.
37:10
My current email is a small, which limits my outreach.
37:13
Yep. I was wondering if you could help me with this? Absolutely. Yes. We have unlimited lead list gen every day.
37:19
You can request a list, Joseph.
37:20
Please go to the Done For You section of the Small Batch membership site and request a list. Should I focus on building my email list first? There is nothing, there's no work to it.
37:31
You request a list every single day, you get new emails, you can jump into your campaigns.
37:36
Is there a way to run a campaign that Maximizes the potential of my existing funnels while growing my list at the same time I'd say yes as you're getting these lists that we're providing for you track if they click track if they reply track if they buy and That's the point of the engagement amplifier, right?
37:56
We're watching to see if they engage if they raise their hand if they're paying attention If they're interested in what you're saying Not only so we can stop talking to people who aren't interested don't waste your time Right, you could have the best offer for people who have poodles, right the most amazing dog brush service Your dog will never matte again and they will love it and they will be so beautiful But if people don't have poodles, you're gonna waste your time selling to them, right?
38:25
So with our engagement amplifier You can watch you can see it happens for you, right?
38:31
So keep dumping in those cold emails from our unlimited lead list generation service right and as they click open reply buy opt-in form whatever then you move them into your now these are my people they're my people because they want to be my people right and that's how you grow your list from cold scraped emails does that answer your question of James says my focus is selling software affiliate products? Can I have product specific campaigns?
39:05
Yes, we won't make them for you, James.
39:08
But if you're selling affiliate products, like I said, most affiliate products provide you with content.
39:13
And then the Done for You forms, there's an option, I have my own campaign, all you have to do is provide us the campaign they provided you, we will Done for You campaign your affiliate products all day long. Yes.
39:26
Listen to the replay to lock in. Awesome, Patrick. Start small and build.
39:30
That's absolutely right.
39:32
Will you and Brian consider offering a system that does Small Batch System?
39:36
Well, no.
39:38
The point of the Small Batch System is that Google is looking for people who are sending mass cold emails, right?
39:46
Google makes their money selling ads.
39:49
They don't want you to be able to easily market, advertise via email, which is free mostly, right?
39:58
They want you to pay them for ads.
40:01
Okay, so they've got all these tripwires set up to find you, to figure out like, oh, that's an email marketer.
40:09
Oh, that's cold email.
40:11
And they slap you on the hand and say, no, no, no, no.
40:13
And they reduce your reputation.
40:16
They make your IP address bad.
40:19
They, you know, they make you go to spam, right?
40:21
So if we were offering a large batch system, a big batch, like you said, All that's doing is cold email that doesn't fly under the radar, right?
40:33
So the Small Batch System is what keeps you safe and effective and nimble, right?
40:37
Because we're taking all of Google's rules and we're following them, but we're being smart about it so that we can get the results we want without paying a hundred thousand dollars a month in ads fees, right?
40:50
So we need to get an affiliate on our own, correct?
40:53
because you are Done for You is still not working.
40:56
Cindy, I don't understand that question.
40:59
We have the revenue generators section in the members area.
41:03
I think that might be what you're talking about.
41:05
We had some affiliates that had agreed to allow us to promote them evergreen.
41:10
They were products that we thought y ‘all could sell as affiliates successfully and make a lot of money.
41:18
Like ERTC was one, this is a great example.
41:20
We had people literally make a million dollars in referral commissions off of referring ERTC business.
41:29
But the ERTC was only available through April 15th, 2025.
41:37
So that is not a product that can be promoted any longer, right?
41:41
So that I think is what Connie is saying. It no longer works, right?
41:45
It doesn't. You cannot promote. You cannot make money referring ERTC business anymore.
41:49
But it was a great use case. That proves cold email works, right?
41:56
But we had to archive it. We had to retire it.
41:58
There have been other products that folks allowed us to generate affiliate marketers for which means under Brian's reputation he vouched for Small Batch System members and said if you will allow my Small Batch System members to promote your product I I stand behind the fact that I will train them on how to market.
42:22
Meaning, we would train you on the Small Batch System.
42:27
So you could take this affiliate product and market it responsibly, effectively, and drive business for this affiliate.
42:37
It benefits the affiliate if you do a good job promoting their product.
42:41
You get your commission, and that's our goal, but the affiliate has to deal with people you send to him, right?
42:48
So if he starts getting a lot of spam complaints about his product, or if his product starts getting reviewed in the forums as being spammy because people, non-reputable affiliates are promoting him, a lot of affiliates won't accept marketers like us and won't allow them to promote their product.
43:08
So our revenue generator section is where Brian has negotiated directly with a producer, an affiliate product and said, I stand behind these people.
43:18
I refer to them.
43:21
I lift them on my shoulders.
43:23
I take responsibility, right?
43:25
So we have had in the past, like ERTC programs that we were able to promote.
43:30
However, for one reason or another, they close.
43:33
And so they are removed from the revenue generators section.
43:37
It happens, right?
43:38
So you can let Wordform AI not work.
43:43
Yes, because I'll tell you why.
43:44
Brandon sold Wordform AI to a new person.
43:47
I just found that out last week.
43:48
I found out that's why it doesn't work.
43:50
Cindy, we are going to re-circle back with the new owner.
43:54
He sold his business. It happens.
43:56
I'm going to see if I can get an evergreen link for us to promote Wordform from the new owner.
44:01
I will say, Brandon allowed it.
44:03
We drove a lot of business for Brandon.
44:05
Can we continue that relationship?
44:06
Hopefully we can get that page updated and republished.
44:10
Now, that said, we're always on the lookout for tools that you can sell for commission, but also tools that can augment your Small Batch System efforts.
44:23
You'll see in the revenue generators, not just affiliate products you can sell, but also if you're around two weeks ago, we shared the flip pages product.
44:33
That's not necessarily something you would sell, but it is something that you would use to make your conversions from your Small Batch System emails more effective so both are there and then third option yes cindy of course if you find your own affiliate products that you want to monitor or i'm sorry that you want to um that you want to sell yes we will do those for you so i think i went around the world in 80 days to answer your question but i wanted to make sure that it all makes sense so cindy please tell me does that cover it um okay so patrick says i want to incorporate in the email a brief intro video of myself using a video service called Quickpage, similar to Loom.
45:10
Can I include a Quickpage video in my email?
45:12
It will not play by email, Patrick.
45:15
You can put a link that will go anywhere you want.
45:18
If you want that email to have a link that goes to a video, you can do that, absolutely yes.
45:24
James asks, with a revenue generator product, who pays the commissions as it is paid through Payoneer?
45:28
James, so with a revenue generator, that revenue generator is a term we use where we bring together all of the things that we think will help you generate revenue with SmallBatch, okay?
45:40
If one of those things is something you want to sell to someone else, an affiliate product, then that affiliate product, the person you're selling that product for, the producer, right, will have his own pay structure and he will pay you directly.
45:57
That doesn't run like through SmallBatch, we don't take a cut, you're not a sub agent of us, like we are not associated with that at all, that is a direct relationship with you and the product producer, and then how you will be paid will be based completely on them.
46:16
When we were working with ERTC Express to refer ERTC deals, for example, you as the agent worked directly with ERTC Express and ERTC Express paid you directly through an ACH checking account direct deposit.
46:31
like completely Between the two of you some people use Payoneer some people use PayPal some people.
46:38
I mean, you know It's completely up to them Thomas Chris Munch did but now it's on to Chris Munch and Brandon work together and then they sold it to someone else It's completely new.
46:52
Yeah, I just learned about it last week. Let's see Okay, yep, you're very welcome James.
47:01
Thank you. So, let's see.
47:04
So, okay, so we're rolling out some additional training for folks after they've upgraded to pro. So anybody here that has just activated their Small Batch System CRM. Here's the link up here. Can everybody see on my page?
47:17
I'm wiggling my mouse around small this Small Batch System CRM right here Yeah, Patrick. No, the link won't hurt you.
47:30
No, if you're linking to a page that has a video, that's fine Okay, so Small Batch System CRM the first step We do not initially activate a Small Batch System CRM as soon as you become a Small Batch System member The reason for that is there is information required To create a Small Batch System CRM account that we just simply do not have From just your purchase information.
47:54
Okay, so the first step lets me see if I can just log into see Give me one sec, I'm just going to log into the SmallBatch and go the long way around.
48:12
So my screen's paused right now while I get it set up.
48:15
And then I will play.
48:19
Okay.
48:21
My screen should be back.
48:22
Do you see the SmallBatch Welcome to SmallBatch system, everybody?
48:28
Okay.
48:29
So, the SmallBatch system is a course with Done For You services.
48:34
So when I say Small Batch System, you have purchased a course and there's Done for You Tools, right and then resources all the content makes sense.
48:44
Okay, these are revenue generators. That's what I was talking about: things that you can sell or things that will help you, things that will help you generate revenue Right, they can be many different things. The Small Batch System CRM is a free email client retention manager CRM that comes with your Small Batch System membership.
49:07
Okay.
49:09
Setting up, so if you click just click that top level Small Batch System CRM, you'll see we've got a training video here.
49:18
Get your Small Batch System account here.
49:20
You have to give us additional information so that we can set it up for you. But it's simple, okay, it's just a form.
49:27
That is the free CRM email tool that comes with Small Batch system, okay.
49:35
If after you have got your SmallBatch system set up, like do all this, work with our support team, you'll get a login and password to the software, the SmallBatch system CRM is built on the infrastructure of Go High Level.
49:52
OK, once it's live, if you're ready to upgrade to pro right here, we've got a link upgrade to pro.
49:59
Two steps first, you have to upgrade.
50:01
You have to use one of these buttons, this link, OK, because this link allows you to create a new pro account that is under Brian's umbrella, right under the Small Batch System umbrella.
50:15
They're still connected that way.
50:18
After you're upgraded to Pro, you can transfer your account.
50:21
This is step two, where we take the Small Batch System CRM that we built for you with all of the workflows, all of the campaigns, everything, and we transfer it to your associated Pro account, okay?
50:36
I know it's complicated, and honestly, I'm gonna tell you God's honest truth why.
50:39
We could charge you a lot more money and build a Pro account for you under Brian's name.
50:46
and take the money directly.
50:49
And it would be a profit center for Brian.
50:51
Okay, that's not the business we're in.
50:53
We established the Small Batch System CRM.
50:56
We did not increase the cost of the Small Batch System.
50:59
It is truly free.
51:03
We did that.
51:04
So getting started, there would be no additional expense for you.
51:08
The only expense is just setting up your emails, right?
51:10
And that's unavoidable.
51:11
I mean, if you're in business and you're marketing via email, you have to have an address, right?
51:17
When we establish that absolutely free CRM and we can get you started and get you trained and it allows you to scale up and get your business established, get those emails going with no additional money.
51:31
And only when you're ready to increase, do you go and you go directly to Go High Level.
51:38
Watch, I'll click the upgrade me to pro now.
51:41
It literally is just like, It's, we're not charging more.
51:45
We're not upcharging you.
51:47
You get the 14 day free trial.
51:49
Yes, because this is between you and Go High Level.
51:52
It just has to be, you see up here where it says referrer AMA family?
51:55
It has to be connected to Brian so that we can continue to service your account with it Done for You.
52:00
That's all it is.
52:01
It's just that link, okay?
52:04
So instead, the benefit is their support and training is so phenomenal.
52:09
When you upgrade to pro like they give assistance and training on those pro level accounts that we could not support. Like it's so good, and I think our team is pretty fantastic, but theirs is so good so Could we have made more money doing it the other way yeah Would it have maybe seemed?
52:30
Simpler probably but this truly truly truly is the best for you. Can you easily tell the main difference between our free CRM and the pro bill?
52:43
On our end, yes, we can tell the difference.
52:45
On your end, yes, because you establish it's a primary account.
52:52
Yes, so on both sides of those, yes, there is a market difference.
52:57
Being new, would it be best to go through all the course training before filling in the CRM form? Or should I fill in the CRM form?
53:03
Get your free CRM ASAP, like I would say as soon as you join the Small Batch System. Let's see if my welcome page says it. Yes. Okay.
53:15
So welcome to the Small Batch System quick start. Complete the Done for You walkthrough training Make your Small Batch System CRM review the generators like this Yeah, this will take you an hour to watch the training to do the Done for You but that's because the Done for You includes requesting your small back CRM, okay?
53:34
So yes, the Done for You, request your small CRM first.
53:37
My theory is put us to work for you while you're learning. Don't learn and then put us to work, right?
53:43
Let's work at the same time, right?
53:45
We can be setting up your account, we can be pulling your list, we can be warming up your emails, etc. while you're going through the course. Yes, so do that first, first, first.
53:53
Do it now, do it now. I wanted to know what the pro account has versus our free account bill.
53:58
It depends really on what level of account you choose to go with through Go High Level.
54:03
For example, their agency account, which is more expensive, allows you to have sub accounts that you could sell to other people or use to manage your clients internally, however you wish.
54:14
The biggest difference is when you go pro with Go High Level, you establish the number of emails you can send per day.
54:22
Your CRM, your Small Batch System CRM's account with us maxes at 100, okay, because it enforces a Small Batch System campaign per day, 100, right?
54:32
A Small Batch System is 50, but it's capped at 100, right?
54:36
So it's one campaign from one email out of the Small Batch System.
54:39
That's what you get for free.
54:40
Once you go pro, you set your own daily limits for emails.
54:44
So you could save 600, right?
54:47
And you could do 12 campaigns with 50 emails each and hit 600 emails per day.
54:54
So, that's the biggest difference.
54:57
All of the features like appointment setting, invoicing, all of that is available in a Small Batch System CRM.
55:07
It's mostly the number of emails per day that is the biggest difference.
55:13
Being, okay, I already answered that, James, yes, go, request your CRM.
55:18
What if we already have a GHL agency account done?
55:20
Excellent question.
55:21
And unfortunately, an existing Go High Level agency account did not come through the Brian umbrella, so they're not associated.
55:32
So we're not able to transfer to an existing Go High Level account that isn't under, isn't connected through that, I'll see if I'll show you again, upgrade to pro, this link, okay.
55:49
And you see up here in the address bar where it says, the referrer is Amma family, it has to be tied to us through that referral.
55:58
Yep.
56:00
Yes, James, thank you.
56:01
James is gonna get a CRM this afternoon.
56:03
I want to tell Rose to be ready.
56:05
Does everybody else have their CRM?
56:07
You already have it set up?
56:08
If you haven't, let me know here.
56:10
I can get folks all lined up to make sure that you're set up.
56:15
I don't want you to have to wait.
56:17
I tried to log into my account and it's not what I got, right, just if it would be different, if you, okay, any other Go High Level account will not be your Small Batch System CRM.
56:28
So if you've got other free accounts, it will not be the same user ID and password, right?
56:33
So it will be what you registered when you filled out on your Small Batch System CRM, Done for You Small Batch System CRM here, and you go to the form, right?
56:48
This is gonna be your Small Batch System CRM credentials If you have any trouble go ahead and submit a support ticket Rose and team can help you. Definitely not set up Cindy.
56:58
Come on Let us help you Hey Steve, yes. Yes, you're set up good.
57:07
My CRM is not set up yet Elisha, okay. So make sure you get it requested.
57:12
We should have it ready for you in 24 hours. The 197 per month is every 30 days.
57:16
So 30 days from your purchase your initial purchase will be your first subscription Payment and that is going to keep you on these calls right the ongoing training keeps you in the Facebook group mastermind Keep you getting all of the done-for-you services.
57:33
Keep your Small Batch System CRM supported All the and all the resources you'll have access to all of the campaigns that we generated in the past and in the future forever Yep It might take me more and I do I have to sign up for the Small Batch System and then transfer?
57:52
Yes, you must let us establish your Small Batch System CRM before we can transfer it after you upgrade to pro, right?
58:01
We have to build it first. Then you upgrade to pro then we move it.
58:06
Okay After I got the pro I Quick step two, High Level told me that since I was on my TUI trial, okay, so they're saying because you have a 14-day trial, when you upgrade to Pro, we can't transfer.
58:23
You can bypass that trial.
58:25
If you're ready to transfer and you're ready to pay the $97, they will allow you to activate now.
58:31
So that's the easy solution.
58:36
Yeah, exactly.
58:37
Paul says, I told them to cancel the trial, bill me immediately, and then they could do the transfer.
58:41
Exactly, exactly, exactly.
58:42
And if you aren't in a conversation, active conversation with support, the Done for You team so that they know that you're able to transfer because you canceled the trial, you can always start a new ticket or reply to the last response that you got and that's gonna keep the same ticket thread.
59:00
That's actually very helpful.
59:02
Okay, all right guys, we hit our hour.
59:05
I've talked about, oh, you know what?
59:06
I didn't talk about everything, did I?
59:09
Because what I wanted to tell you was we are folks who have upgraded to the Pro, we're rolling out additional training.
59:17
Like I know I told you that you can go directly to a Go High Level and their training is phenomenal, like 10 out of 10, highly recommended.
59:24
But we are adding in some training, some Pro training in the membership site for folks who have upgraded to Pro, just some resources, instructions on how to access that incredible Go High Level support.
59:38
So as you upgrade to Pro, this will be available to you.
59:43
It doesn't really apply if you haven't already upgraded to Pro, but I do want you to know that every step of the way, we're increasing our support, increasing our resources.
59:52
As you grow, we're growing with you.
59:57
Where is this info on the site, Paul?
59:59
Once you upgrade to Pro, the support team gives you access to this with links.
1:00:06
We don't want it to confuse folks who haven't upgraded to Pro.
1:00:10
So, it's only available to folks who have upgraded to Pro and we'll share it with you directly.
1:00:16
You're very welcome, James.
1:00:18
Would you like me to help you prepare some questions for the call as well?
1:00:24
Just let me know your goals and I can refine it accordingly.
1:00:30
Hey, Joseph, I don't understand your message.
1:00:34
Let me know if you can expand on that.
1:00:37
I love community outreach.
1:00:39
I'm upgraded to Pro.
1:00:40
I did not get any of the links that will ask for hey Paul brand new.
1:00:43
This is like literally this morning this went live so yes, please ask for support and we'll send it all to you Yep, this is the big. This is the big announcement.
1:00:50
I just buried the lead at the very end of the call. I was just busy answering questions, right?
1:00:58
Joseph says QQQ. Okay. I'm waiting Joseph.
1:01:01
Let me know your question. I'm not gonna leave until we've answered everybody's questions. But I do respect that it's one o ‘clock and I know a lot of you have to go. So if you have to sign off, I get it.
1:01:11
We have this recorded.
1:01:12
It'll go into the member's area within 24 hours.
1:01:16
Joseph, if you get a Go High Level account with anyone else, it's not a Small Batch System CRM account.
1:01:23
It's non-transferable.
1:01:25
Never the twain shall meet.
1:01:27
Set up your Small Batch System CRM.
1:01:30
Start fresh, start new.
1:01:32
It has to be through Brian's link, okay?
1:01:35
Yeah, I understand that Brian shared Jason's webinar and so like that can be confusing.
1:01:40
But the Small Batch System CRM is a standalone siloed off, not a part of or associated with anything else.
1:01:46
So any other, any other Go High Level trial account, whatever you've used, you can still use this free Small Batch System CRM.
1:01:55
There'll just be a different username and password for sure.
1:01:57
Yep.
1:01:58
I did not James.
1:02:00
I don't know what B-E-E-H-I-V is.
1:02:04
I also didn't see your other question.
1:02:06
I'm sorry.
1:02:09
So please repeat your question and tell me what that word means.
1:02:15
I would like to have somebody to have all questions about setup.
1:02:20
Joseph, if you have questions about any setup, please go to getsupport.biz after you've gone through the training, right?
1:02:30
So all the Small Batch Systems, setting up your email address, uploading your contacts, creating an email template, creating an email campaign.
1:02:37
This is the setup training, and if you have questions after you've done that, yeah, you can just go to getsupport.biz.
1:02:48
Okay, Joseph, no, Jason won't transfer.
1:02:50
Okay, your Small Batch System CRM is free, right?
1:02:56
It's just separate.
1:02:59
You will just have separate accounts.
1:03:00
You can have your go-Go High Level with Jason, and you can have your Small Batch System of CRM.
1:03:05
Make sense?
1:03:06
B, it's an, okay, so beehive, I'm guessing, HIV, I mean hive, beehive, that makes sense, is a newsletter emailing system.
1:03:16
Okay, what is your question?
1:03:28
All right, yep, and members only.
1:03:30
This is where all of the recordings go.
1:03:35
Ooh, I need to get rid of March and April here because we are in May.
1:03:39
But this is the schedule because it is the second and fourth.
1:03:41
Monday it's not like every other.
1:03:44
The schedule can be a little wonky, so we keep it up there updated. But these are all the replays and they're in chronological order.
1:03:52
I'm just waiting to see what James's question is about Behive. And then we can wrap if nobody else has questions.
1:04:00
Can SmallBatch use it like MailJet and that's…
1:04:02
Okay, James, you can implement what you learn in the batch system on any platform you choose to use.
1:04:10
We do not provide Done for You services on any platform that's not supported and I can show you how to find out what they are. Done for you campaign setup.
1:04:25
Okay here you can the campaign platforms. These are this is all of our testing where we tested and then so there's test results and there's training on how to use these platforms but the Done for You supports these.
1:04:40
Of course, the SmallBatch CRM also.
1:04:43
So these links jump to the training that is associated with the platform we support.
1:04:52
And all you have to do is choose your platform here.
1:04:58
SmallBatch, Streak, it has to be the pro platen.
1:05:02
Streak won't allow users on the free.
1:05:06
MailJet, Brevo, Yesware, GMesson, and so on.
1:05:07
So those are the platforms that we provide Done for You.
1:05:11
You can use what you learn, and you can use the content, and you can use the resources anywhere, but if you want us to do it for you, these are the ones.
1:05:22
Do you have someone who could partner with me?
1:05:26
I don't know, Elisha, what you mean by partner.
1:05:30
If you can expand, I can answer that question.
1:05:33
I've just never used GMass.
1:05:37
I've used it, I don't love it.
1:05:39
It's a Chrome add-on.
1:05:41
So you're writing emails in Gmail and linking them to a spreadsheet.
1:05:48
And I mean, it works.
1:05:52
And it doesn't, the deliverability, we support it.
1:05:55
Obviously we endorse it, we tested it and it's fine.
1:05:58
I just, there's user preference and I don't love it.
1:06:07
Um, it's very like simple, but also like sometimes simple makes me nervous.
1:06:16
Which one do you recommend? Small Batch System CRM?
1:06:19
Yep, we spent like I said, two years building testing out before we launched the Small Batch System.
1:06:26
And of all the CRMs that are out there, we chose the Go High Level infrastructure to build Small Batch System CRM across the criteria that we used to evaluate was deliverability.
1:06:40
Benefits of features that we were able to offer you at no charge, the landing pages, the appointment center, the invoicing, everything, as well as the reporting that they facilitate.
1:06:56
And it's just, it's the biggest bang for your buck out there.
1:07:00
And the fact that we're able to give it to you for $0 with your Small Batch membership is just, you know, icing.
1:07:10
Then, we don't support, okay, could I transfer from AWeber to Small Batch? Yeah, just start a new Small Batch. Yeah.
1:07:22
Definitely. Yeah, because we don't do Done for You for AWeber.
1:07:29
Okay, so you're saying for the next two months, I will not have time to train.
1:07:32
I would say don't buy your pro account then just keep using the free one.
1:07:38
Yeah, just, you know, stay a Small Batch System member.
1:07:42
Don't pay for a upgraded pro account yet.
1:07:45
Yeah, there's no need to pay that if you're not able to start, but you know, keep coming to these meetings for training for q &a, request your lists every day, get your emails set, let us do your warm-up for you.
1:08:00
I mean even if you can't spend any time training like that's fine but also I really want to emphasize you don't have to like it you could be sending campaigns after you get your emails warmed up in an hour.
1:08:12
There's not a lot of training that you have to do to do this okay.
1:08:18
Figure out what you're gonna say and we've got we've got content we've got emails we've got campaigns or sell an affiliate product they'll give content. Okay, figure out who you're gonna say it to. We'll give you a list, right?
1:08:30
Again, very simple done-for-you form.
1:08:33
So once you know what you're gonna say, who you're gonna say it to, do a campaign setup, we'll do it for you.
1:08:41
Okay, we're gonna take your list, we're gonna clean your list, we're gonna type up your emails, we're gonna schedule your emails, we're gonna merge all the merge fields, we're gonna send those emails.
1:08:50
Literally all you have to do is monitor the clicks on your link, the sales you're making, etc.
1:08:58
So not having two months to train, Elisha, you just need like two hours. Yeah, yeah.
1:09:12
You've already paid, you've already paid for the pro account.
1:09:14
All right, we'll tell Go High Level you don't want to pay for it anymore. That's fine.
1:09:19
They'll just knock you down to the free version, I think. I don't know.
1:09:21
And worst case, let them cancel it all the and just start a new Small Batch System CRM let us make you another free one yeah don't pay them don't pay them unless I never want a tool that we endorse to be a liability we want it to be a resource right an asset something that is making your life better and hopefully that means that it's making you money yes yes yes yes all right everybody thank you for staying with me 10 minutes late so we could answer all these questions uh the queues have slowed down I think we're good Thank you, thank you, thank you.
1:09:58
Cindy, what do you want to figure out today?
1:10:00
I'd love to.
1:10:02
Paul, you're very welcome.
1:10:08
Elisha, you are welcome too.
1:10:10
All right, let me just see.
1:10:12
Cindy, tell me what you were saying about that.
1:10:14
Sub-domain email.
1:10:20
Okay, I don't understand the question, but do send in a support ticket.
1:10:24
And maybe when we can have a back and forth, we can have more words, it'll make sense.
1:10:29
All right.
1:10:30
Okay. Thank you so much everybody.
1:10:33
We'll get this recording set up for you in the members area in the next 24 hours. We'll be in the Facebook group constantly.
1:10:40
If you have any questions, you want to start a conversation, we could all jump in there. Charles is going to be recorded. Yes! Great minds.
1:10:49
We're thinking alike, right? Bye. Thank you so much everybody. Great to work with you.
1:10:53
Great to see these new faces. Keep coming to the calls. Y ‘all are what make it great.
1:11:00
You're everyone, right? Because I've been living this, and I've got, you know, goggles on.
1:11:08
I feel like, you know, I don't know how to help unless y ‘all raise your hand.
1:11:12
So thank you very much for your time. I hope you have a great week, and we'll see you next time. Thanks, everybody.
