0:01
Buddy, happy Monday. Have you had a great weekend?
0:05
Let me know if you can see my screen and hear me.
0:07
Okay, I am cobbling this presentation together from a single-screen laptop. I’m visiting Brian’s office in Peachtree City today.
0:17
We’ve got a full house, lots of VIPs with us here in the office, so I’m in the conference room with a single-screen laptop, whereas I’m used to being in what I call the Bat Cave—with three monitors and my whole rig. So we’re doing our best here today.
0:39
So we don’t have formal training—hey Brent, thank you.
0:42
We don’t have any formal training today.
0:43
We’ve been talking a lot about some really incredible revenue generator opportunities to use with the Small Batch System.
0:54
The Telehealth Benefits Package program has launched.
0:58
It is in full force and going incredibly well.
1:03
And we’ve got a lot of folks in that group who are also with Small Batch.
1:10
And there’s a lot of crossover with using cold email marketing for the Telehealth Benefits Package opportunity—spreading awareness to potential customers.
1:22
So, y’all, if y’all are here with me today, you might hear some references back and forth.
1:28
And if there are any questions about the Telehealth Benefits opportunity and why it fits so well with the Small Batch System, it’s because you can use an affiliate marketing model to sell this to local businesses using email marketing through the Small Batch System.
1:53
So, there is a lot of crossover there.
1:58
So, we’ve got a question.
1:59
“What company are we marketing that does telehealth?”
2:01
Alan, great question.
2:03
Small Business Advantage has partnered with the company Illusional.
2:10
Illusional is the company that you would be an affiliate agent for through the Small Business Advantage group, yes.
2:18
And in that group, we provide—I think we are at 52 or 53—custom email campaigns niched down and industry-specific for cold email marketing.
2:34
So I have been referring the Small Business Advantage members—
2:40
The Small Business Advantage course is all about selling this Telehealth Benefits Package.
2:46
It’s not a marketing course—it’s not an email course, I should say.
2:52
So it has opened up a lot of questions about email marketing in general.
2:58
And of course, the Small Batch System is our answer to the question: how do we survive cold email marketing in a world where all of the powers that be are fighting against us—those who want cold email marketing to fail?
3:14
They want to squash email marketing so they can profit through pay-per-click, Google Ads, boosted posts, etc.
3:23
So how do we keep the very cost-effective method of email marketing successful, profitable, and functional in today’s world?
3:37
That solution—and what we do in-house and teach—is the Small Batch System.
3:44
So today, I would like to just get back to basics.
3:47
Hey James, Paul, Alan, Brent, everybody—very good to see you, thank you, thank you.
3:54
So, being a Small Batch System is our solution.
3:58
The course trains you on how to fly under the radar while being hyper-compliant with all of Google’s restrictions, guidelines, and mandates—so that your message is perceived as a desirable direct communication, not as a promotion, not as spam, not as marketing, but rather a one-to-one communication. How do we achieve that while also scaling up and growing so that you can play the numbers—because email marketing, we know, is a numbers game.
4:30
You have to get out there, you have to get seen, and you have to get clicks—but it all starts with actually hitting the inbox.
4:38
So, getting back to basics with the Small Batch System, what I’d like to do is just take the temperature of the room.
4:45
Is everyone familiar with—and have you used—the Done-For-You services in the Small Batch System?
4:56
Right?
4:56
It starts with a Done-For-You email account warm-up.
5:00
Yes, fantastic, Steve.
5:01
Yep, Steve, you might not get anything out of today’s call.
5:07
You are top-tier, advanced placement, honors course—you know what we’re talking about here.
5:17
Oh, that’s kind.
5:17
Steve says he always gets something out of the calls.
5:20
That makes me feel better.
5:23
The impulsive has not really been doing it myself, okay.
5:25
So, the way we designed the Small Batch System was to not only educate you on all of the tips, tricks, and tools that we use to be successful with email marketing—
5:39
We teach you so that you have the understanding, you get the concepts, you are empowered to take action and do it yourself.
5:47
But we also understand that it’s tricky.
5:50
So we have, for all of our members, the Done-For-You services that take as much of the burden off of you as you’d like us to take.
6:01
So every single new email that you create—and when I say “email,” I don’t mean crafting the content to send, but the email address that you’re sending from—
6:11
One of the things Google does is it looks for mass creation of emails, the age and history of an email account, and how people interact with messages from that account.
6:27
So what do spammers do?
6:28
They have bots that create free emails, usually using @gmail, @hotmail, @yahoo, etc.
6:36
More advanced ones that are willing to put money in will make emails on an actual purchased domain.
6:43
Sometimes it’s nonsensical—random words, bebop.com kind of thing.
6:51
They mass-create these dummy accounts and then blast content out from these infant emails.
7:03
Right?
7:05
So these are the key indicators of duration—longevity of the account, quantity of emails sent in the lifetime of the account, and ultimately how people respond to the emails they get.
7:20
Obviously, the worst is people reporting spam, those emails landing in spam traps—which I’ll digress into in a second to explain what a spam trap is—people blocking them, and then on the less impactful end of the spectrum, not opening, not clicking, not replying.
7:44
So how do we combat that?
7:48
Well, we help you establish a fast-forward stellar reputation. So whenever you start a brand-new email account, we do—
7:58
The only way Small Batch works is we only work with real domains—so no free accounts, no @gmail.com.
8:06
So that’s step one: you’re already ahead of the game by not using a Gmail account.
8:14
But then with our account warm-up service, we log in as you through your webmail ID and password.
8:27
And from your brand-new account, we email hundreds of messages from you individually to email accounts that we—the Small Batch System administrators—own and manage, right?
8:43
So you’ve sent, you know, and yes, it’s a brand-new account, but you’ve now sent hundreds of emails.
8:48
We, as the owner of the recipient account, open every email, mark you as a safe sender, add you as a contact, click the links in the email, and we reply to your message.
9:05
So what we’ve done in this very short amount of time is tell Google and all of the internet powers that be that you, as a sender, are sending highly valuable information that is desired and engaged with.
9:20
If you have a 100% open and click-through rate, that looks really good to Google.
9:26
This enables you, after the five to seven days it takes for that process in our account warm-up service to complete, to go in with the Small Batch System—which is one to 50 emails—with your marketing message.
9:43
Because you already have a really, really strong foundation.
9:46
Now, that is the Done-For-You account warm-up.
9:51
The second phase is the account email list generation, validation, and campaign Done-For-You service, right?
10:01
So, as members, you get to request a list every single day of businesses in any niche, in any city in the world that you want to target.
10:11
You get raw data from that Done-For-You request, though.
10:15
We will give you a complete list.
10:17
You are not limited to just emailing this list, so we don’t want to give you less information.
10:26
So if we have a list that comes back with 600 results, we’re going to give you all 600.
10:32
That doesn’t mean that the emails are validated.
10:35
It means that it is a raw scrape of the information that meets your requested criteria.
10:41
The reason we do this is so that you can use that list in any method you want.
10:47
You can create a lookalike audience on Facebook.
10:50
You can use the link provided in that data list to jump to the business’s webpage to do more research on that business.
11:00
You can go to their LinkedIn profile.
11:02
You can send them a direct message on Facebook.
11:05
If we were to only give you the list of validated emails, that would shrink that list and limit the benefit to you.
11:18
We never want to limit—if we can give you more, we always want to give you more.
11:22
All right, but we also, with the Small Batch System, always want to make sure that you’re only emailing a clean list.
11:29
So when you set up your Done-For-You campaign, when you’re ready to use your warmed-up emails to start sending messages, while a small batch on a new account is 50 recipients, we ask you when you’re breaking up your list to request your campaign to give us 75.
11:47
Because it is at this point, when you’re ready to send a campaign, that we will provide, at no additional expense, the email validation scrub.
11:56
So we’ll take your list of 75. Odds are that what we’re going to get is between 50 and 60 valid, clean emails, okay?
12:05
So this is where I said I’d digress and talk to you about what a spam trap is.
12:07
So what do we do when we clean the list for you?
12:12
Okay, we use a service that checks every email on a list against a database of bad emails.
12:23
It also sends a test message to that address and records what happens.
12:28
So we send this list of 75 that you provide through our service, and it sends a little ping or email and checks—did this bounce?
12:40
Okay, did they mark it as spam?
12:42
Is this email full?
12:44
Is this email not receiving messages?
12:47
Is this just a fake email address? Is this a catch-all, which is a low recipient score?
12:54
And then it says, is this a known spam trap? So what are spam traps?
13:00
Google and the internet ISPs, email service providers, know that people stop using email accounts, right?
13:12
So when emails that used to be real stop being used, Google or the provider acquires those and turns them into traps.
13:24
If people keep using these bad emails, the only way they’re using these emails is if they are not keeping their list clean or if they are scrubbing it off the internet, scanning, capturing, etc.
13:38
Or maybe they typed wrong—but Google says if someone is mailing to the spam trap, they are not keeping good list hygiene.
13:50
So that really, really hurts your sender reputation, even if you just land in one spam trap.
13:57
It raises a flag, and Google does not like it.
14:00
So cleaning your list is very, very important for finding those spam traps, as well as keeping your bounce rates down.
14:09
And just using real, confirmed emails. So we provide that service for you every single time you request a campaign. Okay, so then we take your clean campaign, and we go into your email service provider—not your straight webmail account type—working on it. I hear you, I hear you now. Okay, I’m sorry, guys. Okay, so let me see. When did you lose me?
15:47
We just lost audio—about a minute ago?
15:52
All right, so where was I?
15:53
Was I on spam traps and keeping your list clean, or was I already talking about how to request a Done-For-You campaign to be set up and sent for you?
16:04
Spam traps, okay.
16:05
So the spam traps are where Google or an internet service provider obtains old email addresses—email addresses that folks aren’t using anymore—and they know that they’re cold, and they know that if anybody is sending email to those addresses, it’s because they’re not practicing good list hygiene.
16:23
Okay, so if you land even a single email in a spam trap, it’s really bad news for your sender reputation.
16:31
So anytime you request a Done-For-You campaign to be sent on your behalf, and you provide us a list of 75,
16:39
We will run it through and check it against all of those criteria: spam traps, bounce rate, spam reports, catch-alls, etc.
16:48
And we’ve found that odds are, out of 75 provided, you’re going to get between 50 and 60 clean emails, okay?
16:57
So once we have your clean list and you have requested the Done-For-You campaign, we log into your email service provider—not your webmail, not just your normal inbox—but this is where we access your Small Batch CRM, or your Brevo, or your Instantly, or your Mailjet, whatever platform you have opted to use to send your email marketing.
17:17
We log in as you, we set up your email campaign—be that a Done-For-You campaign that we’ve provided inside the Small Batch System members area, or, for example, if you’re working with a partner, an affiliate partner like Small Business Advantage, and you have a source for content to promote another product, you absolutely can bring that in with the Done-For-You system. When you’re choosing the campaign you want to send, there’s an option in the dropdown that simply says, “I have my own campaign.”
17:49
You select that, and you’re able to upload a Word document—a file with the email.
17:55
We will take that and set it up in your account for you.
17:59
We still offer the same services with mail merging the fields.
18:04
So first name, if you’ve got it, business name, city, industry, etc., etc.
18:10
We still do all the merge fields.
18:12
We upload your cleaned list, right?
18:15
You gave us the 75; we cleaned it—it could be 50, could be 60, etc.
18:19
We load that up.
18:21
And then we send your campaign for you through your account.
18:26
So there’s no delay in getting the results.
18:28
It’s in your account.
18:30
So the Instantly reporting tool is going to tell you your opens, your clicks, etc.
18:35
Your Small Batch CRM has a fantastic dashboard, etc.
18:39
But all of that is done for you within your own account.
18:42
So that is the full scope of our Done-For-You account warm-up, list generation, list cleaning, and email campaign sending.
18:54
So I’m going to jump over into the questions and see.
18:58
Did I lose anybody?
18:59
If there are any questions.
19:00
Yep, audio—I think we’re all fixed.
19:04
Let’s see. Paul asks, would doing the warm-up process be helpful to an email that has been used for a few months anyway, or a waste of time at this point?
19:14
Paul, I actually don’t have statistics on that—if it gives it a nice boost.
19:20
It is a service that we provide for you.
19:22
So if you ever want a refresh on that reputation, absolutely send in that request.
19:29
We will take care of it for you and run through.
19:33
Like I said, all we do is log in to your direct webmail.
19:37
So that’s not the Small Batch CRM or the Brevo or the Instantly.
19:41
It’s just your regular inbox.
19:44
And we send those emails and reply and like and reply and subscribe or add to contacts to bolster your account.
19:58
Is there any training on how to use all that data or contacts in other ways, just like we talked about, Connie?
20:05
Great question.
20:06
In the Small Batch System, I have not produced a training on how to use that data, simply because the Small Batch System is a training course on email marketing.
20:17
But that is a great question, and absolutely, if there’s interest in that, I can definitely do a training on it.
20:25
What we could do is go through all of the data that is provided in the list, and then we can just discuss different approaches on how to cross-reference the data that you’ve got to expand your results.
20:40
One thing I really, really like in email marketing—especially when you have a list that has extra data—so if you take your list of, let’s say, 75, and it gets cleaned up down to 60, and you’re sending emails, a five-touch email campaign to 60 contacts, this is really manageable. It’s a great way to start with one campaign.
21:00
Watch the clicks and opens multiple times per day.
21:05
When you see an open or a click, follow up with a phone call.
21:10
Follow up with a Facebook message.
21:13
Follow up with a LinkedIn message to that specific person.
21:16
Take it from the mass outreach to the personal.
21:19
Hey, I saw you were interested.
21:22
Especially if they clicked—you don’t have to say, “I saw you clicked my email,” but you could say, “I saw you stopped by my website.”
21:28
Right? People—they know cookies exist, right?
21:34
Another great way, and that’s free, right? That’s sweat equity.
21:39
It costs you nothing to check a couple of times a day on your clicks and then follow up with another personalized message.
21:48
Another way, if you want to keep a very wide net, is to take your complete list—and you can scrub it for this—
21:56
Take your complete list and build your marketing audience, your targeting for Facebook ads, pay-per-click, or Google Ads, etc.,
22:07
using these emails and criteria on the list to build an audience.
22:13
And then from there, you can also build a lookalike audience. Because I know for Facebook, if you load up a CSV, they will evaluate the contacts on that list and learn what these folks have in common—right? Are they all automotive dealerships? Are they all HVAC contractors in Tuscaloosa?
22:37
They learn holistically what you’re looking for and then go, “Oh, we know who else fits this criteria.”
22:46
Because the more people you can run your ads to, that benefits you, but it also benefits Facebook—because they’re going to make money if they start telling you, “Oh, you have these thousand; how about these five thousand?” And the better job they do at giving you good leads that way, the happier you are. If you make money, you spend more on ads—it’s a really good feedback loop. So those are, off the top of my head, my two favorite ways to use this data that we provide you in addition to cold email—or along with cold email.
23:19
If you are emailing someone to your own landing page—I know this is more difficult to do if you’re running affiliate marketing—but if you’re running to your own landing page, absolutely consider a Facebook pixel, a retargeting pixel, which means anytime someone goes to your site, Facebook knows and then starts giving them your ads, right?
23:41
So you’re reinforcing your email message to those who clicked and are already interested, right?
23:45
Think of an email click as someone raising their hand.
23:48
If they’re at your page, and then you follow up and follow them around the internet—like, you know, it gets kind of creepy, the way Facebook is always watching and always knows—but the more times your offer is in front of their eyeballs, the more likely it is for them to re-engage.
24:07
So if you are in control of your own landing page and you’re able to put a pixel, really, really powerful stuff, all right?
24:15
Connie, I hope that was helpful, but yeah, we can put together a full training.
24:20
Can the clean email lists be set up for us to send continued regular mailings to recipients to keep in touch, keep contact with?
24:28
Brent, that’s a really, really fantastic question.
24:30
Yes.
24:31
If we are loading your clean contacts into your platform—right, Instantly, Small Batch CRM, etc.—we are building you a clean contact list.
24:44
So if you want to then put together a nurture campaign, a keep-in-touch, a newsletter, etc.,
24:51
every contact that we load for you has been cleaned and validated.
24:55
Yes.
24:56
Now, are you limited to only using cleaned and validated emails that we load for you?
25:01
Absolutely not.
25:02
No.
25:03
If you want to obtain an account and clean your lists yourself, there’s an expense associated with that.
25:12
If you want to bulk clean 5,000, 10,000 emails at a time, you absolutely can—and you absolutely can load them into your own CRM.
25:21
However, we do recommend that you adhere to the Small Batch System methodology of—especially on a new account—50 contacts sent an email per day, per sender account.
25:34
Okay, so the reason we throttle building your contacts list for you is because it is in adherence to the Small Batch System methodology, right?
25:48
We know that if we gave you 10,000 contacts, somebody was going to jump into their Instantly account or their Small Batch CRM and send an email on a brand-new email account to 10,000 people.
25:59
And even though those emails are clean, it would crush your sender reputation.
26:04
So we try really hard not to put you in a position to intentionally or unintentionally hurt your own sender reputation—but yes, all of those things are possible.
26:15
Let’s see. My account had to set up a subdomain that is used for email on my domain.
26:24
I do not access email from the domain.
26:25
Okay, so Paul, you’re asking about email warm-up through the Small Batch System when you had to create a subdomain.
26:31
When you set up the email warm-up account Done-For-You, we understand when you tell us where we are logging in to the email account—because that’s part of the Done-For-You service, where do we log in to access your email—when you tell us that it’s the Small Batch CRM and then you give us the username, right, the email address that we are warming up for you, we absolutely know how to do it within the Small Batch System CRM without accessing a webmail inbox. Excellent question, but yes, we’ve got you covered. We will still perform that warm-up for you.
27:12
If we miss days requesting lists of 75, does this roll over?
27:17
All right, Alan, the list that you’re requesting is not limited to 75 folks. The list you request will be a full, complete list—it could be 500, it could be 1,000, it could be 2,000 results. We do not cap the number of results we give you when you request a list. You can request your list every single day. You can request one industry and up to five cities in a single state.
27:43
That is the criteria you set for us when we pull this list.
27:47
And one list per day using that criteria will be delivered to you within 24 hours.
27:52
If you do not request a list today, you cannot request two lists tomorrow.
27:57
It does not roll over—it is daily.
28:01
So them’s the rules, because we have to ensure that we have the ability to fulfill every single day for every single member, right?
28:12
If someone didn’t request their lists for 30 days and hit us up on the 30th day for 30 lists, that would not be fair to all the other members, right?
28:23
So we’ve got one list per day every single day.
28:26
But if you think about it, if you’ve got a list of a thousand contacts, that’s at least 10 campaigns, right, if you’re breaking it up because you are giving us 75 out of that list of a thousand to run your Done-For-You campaign—and Done-For-You campaigns range from five to ten days.
28:47
So you’ve got plenty of content from just one list—but it is a benefit that is included in your membership, right, to get those lists. And since there are so many ways besides emails to use this information, absolutely.
29:01
You should request your list.
29:04
My little tips and tricks: set a little reminder, you know, while you’re sitting there having your coffee in the morning or your tea—you can just do it from your phone.
29:13
It’s a quick form—you just have to know the industry.
29:16
There is a dropdown for convenience, but there’s also an option for “Other,” where you can type in an industry.
29:22
Think of the industry as a keyword search.
29:27
HVAC, roofer, painter, solar provider—whatever you can think of, you can type it in, and we will run your words for the search. And then pick five cities in any state.
29:42
We can also, you know, do anywhere in the world, but we need the city and state—and then we’re going to get you that list within 24 hours.
29:52
Let’s see—can we send you a list of what we would like for a 10-day period, Alan?
29:57
No, the requests are one per day, using the form and the Done-For-You services inside your members area. So you have to submit your request via that form, and it’s one per day, and we do not pre-schedule them out.
30:14
Not sure that is an—oh, let me see—can Small Batch System Support help onboard a client we add as a sub-account?
30:22
Paul, no, we will not support your customers the same way we support you, right?
30:33
To that end, I will say, if you are onboarding a customer to the Small Batch System that you have upgraded to Pro, the high-level support for a Pro account is extensive, and they will support your sub-account customer.
30:49
Right—the Small Batch System will not support your customer.
30:55
You’re very, very welcome. All right.
31:01
Now, I do see some questions about the Telehealth Benefits Package revenue generator, so I will talk about that for a second if folks want.
31:12
We have it loaded in the members area. Again, I’m on my little laptop.
31:16
Let me see if I can pop over here and show you, because as Small Batch System members, you have access to the charter membership for the Small Business Advantage that is not publicly available. But because you’re our VIPs—I’m in the wrong place.
31:49
I know you can’t see my screen changing, but I am in Small Batch.
31:54
I’m logging into the Small Batch System account, members area.
32:04
Let me show you the revenue generator. Let’s see, okay. All right, everybody with me? And we’ve got a product.
32:16
Okay, so under Revenue Generators right here—and again, remember, revenue generators are tools and opportunities—
32:22
We have either built or vetted that either work with the Small Batch System to help you be more successful, or they are offers and opportunities that you can sell as an affiliate through the Small Batch System.
32:36
So it’s all the different ways we have found to help you make money, basically.
32:43
So on the Small Business Advantage, from this—oh, so from this page—this is where you can still get all of the charter membership and bonuses, right? Not available publicly.
33:05
And we are honoring the 90 days of Done-For-You closing that you’ll see on this presentation.
33:15
All right, let me get back to my questions, see if anybody’s asking anything.
33:22
So the commission structure here—Arthur, I know you’re asking.
33:29
Okay, so with the Telehealth Benefits Package, the methodology is that you would connect with small businesses and show them the benefits package—the benefit to them as a business of purchasing an account for themselves as the business owner and for their employees.
33:50
There are a lot of facets to that, and the training on how to present that, the marketing materials on how to share that with the business owner in a convincing way—
34:02
That is all part of the Small Business Advantage course, so I won’t jump into that.
34:06
But the compensation to you is as the referring agent—you earn a commission on every single membership, not business, that enrolls. Every membership.
34:19
So a business with 50 employees, right, would have 50 memberships—let’s say business owners plus 49, just to keep the math easy.
34:29
You earn as a standard agent, right here—make sure it’s on my screen—$5 for every membership every month.
34:45
So 50 times the $5, that’s $250 every month.
34:51
We all know that the single most successful affiliate program that Brian and I have ever seen was the ERTC agent model.
35:01
And what we figured out was, if you took an average ERTC deal, the average time it took to get paid out, and compared it to an average-sized business enrolling in the Illusional Telehealth Benefits Package through Small Business Advantage—the commission—so if you took $250 times 18 months (12 to 18 months), you are making as much or more as the average commission of an ERTC single deal. But you’re just getting it every single month, recurring, instead of a one-time payout after waiting 12 to 18 months.
35:46
And the great news is, after that, it keeps going, right?
35:50
It’s not that you got the 12 months and then you have to go out and find another deal to pay you that four grand—that’s going to keep going.
36:02
You land that one client, you turn it over to the Illusional company for fulfillment.
36:09
We’re going to take really great care of that customer because we don’t want to lose the customer either.
36:14
We do everything we can to keep that customer happy and retain that income, which means we retain your commission for you.
36:22
So you set them up, and we knock them down, and we keep them—so that your income potential is very scalable, growing exponentially as you are just referring to those businesses.
36:40
The way it works with the affiliate model is, as an agent, you get a referral tracking link that you are able to share through any marketing methods that you choose.
36:52
It ties in perfectly with the Small Batch System because it’s a perfect fit for cold email marketing.
36:58
You drive them to the very well-done, high-converting lead capture page, and as long as they put in their name, email address, and hit “Start” or “Enroll” on that lead capture page, that sales page—that business is hard-coded, locked into you.
37:15
Even if you don’t do a single other thing to help sell or close that deal, once that lead is captured, the Illusional sales team kicks into action.
37:25
We have the automation where an automatic email goes out.
37:30
There’s a nurture campaign for leads.
37:32
We have a sales team that actually gets on the phone and calls and follows up to try to get it from the lead.
37:38
And that’s only if they don’t pay straight away.
37:41
Because as soon as that lead is captured, the credit card form is offered up for their instant, immediate enrollment.
37:48
And then about two weeks from when they’ve paid their bill, your commission is due.
37:53
And we just do ACH direct deposit from our bank to yours on an every-two-week cycle.
38:00
So yeah, you could get two paychecks every month in as little as 14 days if you started today.
38:10
So that is the Telehealth Benefits Package in a nutshell.
38:13
I do encourage you to go watch the entire presentation.
38:17
Brian gets way more into the nitty-gritty. But I know, “show me the money” is really the question.
38:25
How can we make money and make that money fast?
38:29
And all of the marketing materials are already loaded.
38:32
The training course is already loaded.
38:34
So if you were to start today and you’re already set up with the Small Batch System—everybody here, I know you are—you would be able to download a niche-specific Telehealth Benefits Package marketing email and have our team, the Small Batch System team, emailing for you by tomorrow morning.
38:55
We can get you that affiliate link set up and registered.
38:59
Yep, and you are seeing that correctly, yes, Connie.
39:04
The Platinum Agents—you can earn Platinum status if you’re familiar with ERTC.
39:11
We did roll out a Platinum status that had an increased commission structure, and we knew, we got the feedback, that some folks wanted to fast-forward that.
39:23
So if you come in as a standard agent, you can earn Platinum status by enrolling 1,000 members.
39:28
That does not mean that you sell 1,000 businesses.
39:31
It means that, of all of their employees all added up together, it’s 1,000—at which point, you get a raise. You go from making $5 a member to $7.
39:40
However, if you want to fast-forward that and start today as a Platinum member—meaning every single deal you start, you enroll from day one—pays you $7 per member from day one, you can fast-track that. It’s not required, but you can.
39:55
And there are also additional benefits to that Platinum status in that all of your marketing materials are done for you.
40:02
We will customize them—put your link in, put your name in, put your phone number in, your pictures, whatever.
40:09
We make custom email content for you.
40:14
So if you want to work with a niche that we haven’t already generated content for, I will personally write the emails for you.
40:23
Let’s see.
40:25
But yeah, absolutely, you can start as a standard agent and earn the Platinum just by enrolling 1,000 members.
40:36
And yeah, when you hit 1,000 members—somebody, I know, somebody saw the presentation because they’re asking about it—
40:42
Once you enroll 1,000 members, either because you started as a standard agent and were promoted to Platinum, or you started, fast-tracked your Platinum but don’t have any enrolled members yet—either way, once you get 1,000 members, the membership fee, $197 a month, is waived.
41:02
Yep, let’s see.
41:05
Cindy is asking, is this an extra option for Small Batch?
41:11
Okay, so the Small Business Advantage is, of course, all on its own.
41:15
It is not an included feature of the Small Batch System.
41:21
It is an opportunity for you to become an agent for the Telehealth Benefits company.
41:28
You get the training on how to sell Telehealth Benefits.
41:31
You get the marketing materials, etc.
41:32
It is its own course.
41:34
I only bring it up as a revenue generator—an opportunity that fits very well with the Small Batch System—because we provide, at the Small Batch System, cold email marketing, done-for-you services, and the training, etc., on how to do that.
41:50
We have found that a lot of our Small Business Advantage members have asked for email marketing training, so you will start to see some of those folks come over and enroll in Small Batch because they want to get the word out about the Small Business Advantage, the Telehealth Benefits Package, but they don’t know anything about email marketing—even though they know it’s a powerful tool.
42:12
So we’ve got some crossover there.
42:15
We’ve got a lot of friends in both groups, but no—it is a separate course membership, Cindy.
42:23
Can I also still book a call with Rose?
42:25
I didn’t book one because I was still in the warm-up process.
42:28
James, we don’t really have phone support, so if you have any questions, etc., you can send in a support ticket at getsupport.biz.
42:40
Rose is international.
42:41
She’s 12 hours ahead of us, so getting her on the phone is kind of tricky, but she is fantastic and will help with anything you need.
42:51
She has been known to either record a tutorial video or, in some cases, set up a Zoom to help somebody through a tricky setup process they’re having trouble with.
43:02
But it’s not a standard offer to just tap in or give her a call, simply because we have to manage her time.
43:10
Yeah, it can get overwhelming for sure.
43:13
Let’s see.
43:17
James, I don’t understand the 10-21.
43:22
Oh, okay, Nikki’s helping you with tickets.
43:23
I gotcha, I gotcha.
43:25
Let’s see, okay.
43:27
Any other questions?
43:28
Anything I can do to help? All right, did I miss anybody?
43:35
So to recap, to sell Telehealth, we have to join the Small Business Advantage Platinum Upgrade.
43:40
Allen, no, you do not have to buy the Platinum Upgrade.
43:44
If you want to be a Telehealth Benefits Package agent, you do have to enroll in the course and be trained. You can join as a standard agent right here on my screen.
44:03
All right, James, must have been an individual arrangement she made then.
44:08
Allen, all the information you are looking for is on my screen, and let’s see, I’ll show you how to find it again. I have to close my questions down so I can navigate.
44:18
In the Small Batch System membership area under Revenue Generators—everybody with me?
44:27
Click on Product Feature: Small Business Advantage.
44:32
Okay, here you’ll see all of the tools and courses and opportunities that we’ve vetted for you, but the very top one is Small Business Advantage, right? Click there and you’ll see this page.
44:49
Okay, this is a video.
44:51
You’ll hear me talking before you see the screen shared, but that’s just because I forgot to share my screen when we were doing the presentation.
44:58
It does pop up after a couple of minutes, though, and then you, as Batch System members, can purchase through these links and get all of the benefits and bonuses listed for charter members, even though the charter member offer has expired. It is not publicly available. Okay. Yes, Allen, that is correct.
45:23
All right, everybody.
45:25
I have not seen a new question in a few minutes, so if we are all wrapped up, I will turn you loose for the rest of your lunch break.
45:33
I’m in Atlanta, down in Peachtree City, in Brian’s office, and us gals are going to go out to lunch also. You’re very welcome, Paul. So I hope you have a terrific day.
45:45
Thank you very much, Allen. Glad I was beneficial.
45:47
I know it was a recap, but I think sometimes we need to get a course correction or a level set, or, you know, just make sure everybody has all the information they need. I will leave you with this—a training that I did not too long ago, but not exactly recently, right here: Complete Done-For-You System Walkthrough.
46:10
It was a training much like what we did today—more show, less tell.
46:15
I walked through, showed all the forms, and went very nitty-gritty and granular—how to fill out the forms, what to expect, what questions there are, what to prepare for.
46:27
So if you want a recap—if this training that we had today, if you’re watching this on video, wasn’t deep-dive enough—then definitely come to your “Welcome to Small Batch System” homepage and click the Complete Done-For-You System Walkthrough that has a lot more visuals.
46:47
Let’s see, I think somebody just asked, how did I get to this quick start guide?
46:51
Anywhere in the system, if you click the logo right here, it’s going to bring you back to the welcome page.
46:57
It is the homepage.
46:58
This link up here comes to the same place too—Home.
47:01
This is the page you see when you log in.
47:03
So the quick start is right here.
47:07
All right.
47:09
All right, Brian’s walking around the lobby.
47:11
I’m going to go talk to him.
47:13
If y’all need anything, let me know at getsupport.biz.
47:15
We’ll see you in the Facebook group.
47:16
We’re always here to help.
47:17
I hope you have an excellent week, and we’ll see you next time.
47:20
Thank you so much, everybody.
